My 10 rating is for sales, especially Victor. I have in fact referred friends to him. As regards service, what is provided is reasonable, but not enough for me to make a 1-hour drive for regular service, which I would rather do in my home town, for 3rd party prices instead of dealer prices. So a 7 or 8 for service. The new facility at the far south end of town is even less convenient. For example, it would be hard to walk over to a restaurant for lunch while I was waiting.

I called for an appoint to have the airbag recall replaced and they could get me in the next day, fantastic! They told me it would take about 2 hours to replace, so I took a test ride in the new Honda Ridgeline, what a fine truck!!! I then sat in the waiting room, thinking I had an hour and one half to wait. However, in 15 minutes they called me up and said the truck was complete, wonderful!! The young man at the front desk was very polite, professional and had a great sense of customer service as well as a sense of humor.

We made an initial visit for information and test drive, a second visit to formalize a deal, and the final visit to take delivery of our 2017 Subaru Forester. Jonathan Burns and Alan Belt both helped me purchase a 2016 Honda CRV. I looked at the 2016 model while having my 2007 CRV serviced the previous week. I inquired about trading in my old car and was given a very fair trade-in quote. My friend subsequently visited the dealership during the week to test-drive vehicles and give me his feedback. He, too, had a positive experience working with the sales department. I decided to purchase the vehicle my friend had test-driven. Alan helped me over the phone, and Jonathan assisted when I came to pick up the car and finalize the transaction. Both were both very friendly and helpful, and I did not feel pressured in any way. I can also add that the person with whom I worked in the finance department (Dave?) was terrific. It was an all-around positive experience, and I am thrilled with my new car!

The old dealership had a little area with toys and a table for kid entertainment. My Subaru dealership of choice. Only thing that will draw my attention to another dealership is the variety of cars. this one has very few vehicles on the lot.

There was no hard selling except at the very end in the Finance office. I first went to Garcia Subaru but their sales approach was so aggressive that I left. I liked that I wasn't being pushed. I was also very impressed by the owner's attention to problems that I had with my car on the day after I bought it. His personalized service and hand-delivery of my car to my home was impressive.

Our liaison was Joe Esparza he Has great patience is very knowledgable, personable and profession able. Joe provided a tutorial on the use of the valet key upon our request and also provided us with a written quote on obtaining new tires. He mentioned free tire rotation come with the purchase. The fact that our car received a superb washing made us very pleased. The 2 shuttle drivers were polite and pleasant. Will be scheduling to have put tires replaced shortly. Overall we we're extremely satisfied with our visit.

The service person thoroughly explained all that was done on this service. Much more work was done than I requested. I requested an oil change and check air pressure in the tires (no rotation). All fluids and filters were checked.

I found a Subaru online that I was interested in buying. I live 5 hours away from Santa Fe so I called the day before I went to see it to make sure they still had the car and to put a hold deposit on the car. The next morning, I went to drive the car. I liked it so I asked them for the best price they could give me on the car. They came back with a price of $1000 more than what was advertised online. When we tried to pull up the car online to show the salesman the price offered online, they had taken it off the website. We left without buying the car. When we got back to the hotel, I found the print-out of the webpage for the car and confirmed that the on-line price was $1000 less than the price they quoted me at the dealership. The salesman agree to match the online price as the best price but I the trust was broken.

If you plan to get your car serviced here, save yourself the maddening frustration and DON'T. For starters, good luck getting through to the service department. I must have called ten times within a week. The people working the service counter never answer their phones!!!! I left there voicemails for a call back and waiting a week to finally get a return call is ridiculous. I asked to be transferred to the service manager where I could vent my frustration but he didn't answer either so I left him a VM and never got a call back. I then asked for the GM. Same thing! Honestly I have never seen any business so poorly managed and I now get my car serviced at a family owned shop here in town. Honda of Subaru at 7511 Cerrillos Rd sucks!

I purchased a 2014 Accord from Santa Fe Premier about two months ago and arranged with my sales rep to have a decklid spoiler installed by its service department the weekend after my purchase. When I called to set up the appointment, the service manager refused to schedule the installation on a Saturday, insisting that he had "only one service tech on Saturdays and ususally 8-10 jobs for him on those days." When I asked him why my installation couldn't be one of those jobs, he asserted that it would take too long to do my installation. I scheduled a weekday afternoon appointment and took paid leave from work to make the appointment (I live 50 miles away in the ABQ metro area).I dropped off the car with the service department and, after being told it would take no more than two hours to complete the installation, took a courtesy shuttle to a nearby Starbucks. The shuttle service forgot me and, after numerous calls, picked me up three hours later. The spoiler was installed, but the tech had left the rear seat release hanging from the roof of my trunk and dangling off of its cable. The trunk also started to rattle during my drive home - the product of the service department breaking a couple of clips along the inside of the trunk lid and not replacing them.I took the car to a different dealership (Perfection Honda, Rio Rancho, NM) and had both issues corrected in a matter of minutes, and without the nasty and accusatory attitude that hovers over Premier Honda.I've spent my last cent at Premier Honda. I recommend you stay far, far away when considering purchasing a car or, worse yet, getting it serviced.

I used Premier service department for years for my Honda Civic with no problems until recently. I took my car in to have the exterior strip at the edge of the windshield (driver's side) replaced. The car was returned to me with a crack in the windshield at the point where the work was done. The manager didn't deny that the crack was done while my auto was at the service department. He did deny that their workman had created the damage. He refused to pay to have the windshield replaced. The crack, of course, spread into the central vision area. I have since found another place in Santa Fe for Honda service.

I use this dealer for routine maintenence on my Honda Accord. The dealership seems to have high service counter staff turnover, so you are not able to develop a relationship.
