I recently purchased a civic sport from Honda Universe about a month ago, and have nothing but positive things to say. They were pleasant to deal with, did not mark up their cars by thousands of dollars due to the chip shortage and made sure I got what I was looking for. I also got a decent value for trading in a car. On top of that, I got a box of cookies in the mail after my purchase! Thank you Honda Universe team for making my car purchase smooth and painless. I will definitely return in the future!

Great parts and service department. Super helpful. A different dealer rushed my new car delivery inspection and a few small rubber plugs missing. Guys went out of their way to find me the parts, and gave them to me free of charge. Great service!

Your spam emails are horrid !!! Gave me ZERO information on the car I asked about and now it is sold (off website).  All I wanted was a picture so as not to waste my or your time. Please take me off your spam emails !!!!   You have ZERO customer service.   A blanket open email is not personal and reeks of "we do not care" !!!  You are NOT getting my business and I will ensure NO ONE that asks me about "where do I go for a Honda" gets your name.  Sadly you will NOT even read this.  You did NOT read my information request either !!   But your two page long "we are great" emails come twice a day. You are what is wrong in the "new" way of selling cars.
