Second major replacements within 7 years life cycle and <60k miles operation. First owner.Axle seals were leaking (July 2015) and scheduled replacing timing belt , driving belts (Nov 2016).Excellent service adviser. Excellent service technicians.

Went in just to look at their minivans. Sales person asked if we wanted to see what kind of deal we could get to. Ended up being blown away by the deal offered. Very easy to work with and a pleasant and efficient experience.

I helped my mother-in-law shop for a small to midsize SUV, and she decided to look at the Honda CRVs. She had driven it at another location and was quoted a decent price. We decided to drive to Conway to see if Honda World could do better. We were so impressed! The sales team was so professional and not pushy at all. She was able to tell them what features she wanted, and they called her when it came in. By far, the easiest car-buying experience to date! Thank you, Honda World!

My Sales Person was the friendliest sales personI have ever had. I have bought a dozen new cars and more used cars in the past 50 years and hands down the best service I have ever had. Thank you Beth Burchfield for your kindness and help. I bought a new van in August and recently bought a used truck one week ago.

I have bought dozens of new and used cars and trucks over the past 50 years and have never had a better experience. I will use Honda world for the duration of my car buying. My sales person is Beth Burchfield. She helped me find exactly what I needed and spent as much time as needed to get me through financing and even followed up after the sale. Who does that? Honda World does!! Great people, fair prices!!

I had a appointment at Honda World in Conway. When I arrived for my appointment Lance from service dept. greeted me at my car. Lance verified with me what service I had the appointment for and went over in detail what they done on that service and also explained to me what was important about changing out the fluids and filters and rotating tires. The Service drive and the Waiting room was clean and also had free refreshments for me to enjoy while they performed the service on my car.

My 84 year old mother is stuck in Conway right now (50 miles away from home) with a bad battery on a 2014 Honda Accord that has just over 5000 miles on it. Even though the battery is under warranty - Honda World of Conway will not even look at the car without a appointment. We have no choice but to call AAA and have them get her a new battery. Guess that is a good way to not honor the Honda warranty. And I guess if we had known the battery was bad, we would have made an appointment before it failed. Thanks Honda World - wonderful customer service.
