This was the 3rd time I brought my truck in for service (oil change, point inspection, tire rotation) and it was by far the best experience. I think it depends on who you get when you check in. The service associate that I had was pleasant, nice and professional. He called me when my truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived, he walked me to the receptionist and he personally got my truck. Don't remember his name but he has a cast on his arm.

Alerted via email n ph to bring car in for serv. Came in 2x n told each time i wasnt sched. 1st appt sched online n informed dealership were exp problems w/online site. 2 appt, called in prior to serv dept taking calls. The person who answered informed me to come in n wait due to not having an appt. I came in n told i couldnt bc there were too many walk ins. I cant brinf my car in duringbthe wk due to wrk off island leacing me to sched maintenance serv on Sat only. I strongly recommend open comm is needed w/all depts handling calls or monitoring online appts to inform serv dept. Its unprofessional & n inserv to consumers who bought cars from ur dealership. Very unhappy n frustrated!

Thanks to my girl Tiana Johnson for hooking me and my family up with our 1st Brand New Car, the 2016 Buick Encore! Her patience and expertise made our experience enjoyable and not stressful at all! Purchasing a vehicle can take a long time, but she got us in and out the door with our new ride in less than 4 hours! That included our car being serviced (well not too much had to be done, it was brand new). And a big Mahalo to the General Manager for having patience with us as well and plugging away at numbers until we were all happy! Such a great experience! left 4 messages on the voice mail and with a live body to have him call me back on the status of my Cadillac. The had my car for 9 days. Car came with run flat tires and they did not have a single one in inventory. They told me that they had to order it and it would take 3 days to come in. I also had an issue with the console display. They had the part in so I told them to start the repairs and order the tires.They have no loaners as they were out of them! So I had to rent a car.I will never purchase another car from them.

I was going out of town for a few days so I dropped off my car for service and to check my tires for the noise they were making when I returned from my trip nothing had been done I left the car with them three more days they said my tires were bad and need to be changed this was over a month ago and to this day nothing has done not even a phone call.

Rick Rodrigues and his group of outstanding service department professionals made a hugh difference during my last service visit. They understood the concerns I had with the performance of the vehicle and ensured that I had over 1.5hrs with the lead mechanic working to address concerns with my cars performance. The mechanic went with me on a test drive and explained in laymen terms performance concerns that I expressed when I brought the vehicle in for service. Rick continued to show how his team were determined to ensure all my concerns were resolved. His team coordinated the repair of some scratches to the roof and hood of my vehicle; what really impressed me was their proactive approach to coordinating the reapplication of my car sealant protectant to both the hood and roof--something his team was not responsible for coordinating. I've regained a considerable amount of confidence back in the Cadillac brand based on the excellent service that Rick Rodrigues and his Service Department Customer Representative Team provided to me. Outstanding example of Luxury Car Service.

If your looking for the "Aloha Spirit" this is the place :)) Not only was Jon Palting, my sales consultant, an all around awesome sales men but everyone I encounter went above and beyond, the "Bradah" I call the, "negotiator" Michael Camara was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions which pretty much sealed the deal for me. Shoots! even Darell Cintron, another sales consultant, graciously warm my lunch up in their microwave. Can't say enough about my experience! Mahalo!!

Titan BurnsThe Sales Person (Titan Burns) was extremely well trained, had a very positive attitude, and a real desire to please the Buyer. He had already memorized the available inventory, and he asked excellent qualifying questions reqarding my use and need for my next car. The process of elmination happened smoothy and systematically. I negotiated hard, and the dealer was very respectful of my position. I was spoiled by the personalize effort, and test drove 6 different CTS models.I came looking for a Used CTS, but with a few well spoken words, I saw the value of owning a new CTS.My purchase was smooth, friendly, and truly an excellent Buying experience.The General Manager came in to close the deal, and his style, respect, humor and positive attitude made it seem easy for me to say yes.I feel welcome at the dealer ship, and have had excellent service performed in the Service Department. Will is awesome.The finance office did a great job explaining the paperwork, and he worked promptly, professional, and friendly., I came back and purchased the extended service contract,I was introduce to many employees as a new client, and now part the Honolulu Family, I feel welcomed whenever I bring my car in, and every one has treated me extremely well.Upon taking delivery of my new CTS, I was shown all around the outside and inside and taught what every button and latch was for. They adjusted my mirror, even set up my favorite stations on my radio. They filled the car with gas, provided floor mats, and gave some really good time saving tips about the car. The vehicle was brilliantly clean and spotless.

on oct 3, 2015 i went to this dealer, was very interested in purchasing a new Cadillac ATS, upon arrival i started to walk around the lot looking for my dream new car, one i noticed that all the vehicles were very dirty , some where open and some locked, walked around the lot for at least 30 minutes, with never being approached by anyone. A lady that worked there walked right pass me not even saying a single word. So i walked into the showroom and seen a guy sitting at a desk, walked pass and he never said a word, so i told myself im out of here, guess they dont want to sell any vehicles. When i walked out and on my way to my vehicle the guy that was in the showroom came after me asking if he could help me, i said no thanks, i guess i will go some place else and different make/model. Very bad customer service. I really was ready to buy a ATS, but got so turned off, sure didnt expect that from a CADILLAC DEALERSHIP...

I have a problem with a sound in my steering column. I asked about this when I had my car serviced. I was informed that GMC is aware of the problem, but has been unable to provide a solution. I was told by the service provider at Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac that they will get back to me about the problem when GMC notifies them of the solution. I was also informed that I will have no problem with steering and it is perfectly all right to continue to drive with this sound. I'm hoping that a solution will be found soon.

Service advisor Stan is great! From working with him on previous engine issues, I know he is very trustworthy. So when he recommended new tires and wiper blades during maintenance check, I had no qualms about following his advice. Since I was late in in returning his call for these items, I was very happy all the work was done that same day. Thanks to Stan!Shuttle driver Virg is terrific! Just like riding with your friend driving.

Went in to the service department for a oil and quick maintenance. They did offer me a shuttle but I decided to take a walk to the near by Starbucks. They were finished about 30 minutes late because they needed to order special parts for my fiat. Overall my fiat did feel better as I left the shop so thank you Honolulu, Buick, GMC, Cadillac.

We went to this dealership after doing our online homework about the vehicle we wanted to see, had pricing certificates from our bank and mailed offers from the dealership, and even made an appraisal appointment for our current vehicle, but we may have just walked in off the street. Other than knowing we were coming, the salesman had no idea what we were doing there and was totally unprepared. As far as selling went, there wasn't much of it going on, almost like he didn't know what to do with us. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly but it felt awkward. We left without committing to a purchase and there were no follow up calls or communications thanking us or urging us back. Strange. We will purchase anyway, but not because of the stellar customer service or salesmanship, that's for sure!

Our remote for the car even went out and they replaced both of them with brand new ones for free. Being they are the only authorized GM warranty dealership on the island I had to take my Cobalt into them for repairs. I was quoted for all this work that needed to be done out of warranty, but the warranty work I needed (starting problem) they could not find any problem. They ripped me off out of over $500 when I went in for warranty work only. I later found out their service writer (didn't get his name-he was not very good at his job and wasn't very friendly) is paid off of commission. On warranty work they make minimal so that is why they wanted to get me to pay for the work instead. These folks are CROOKS-STAY AWAY!!!
