I gave them a star because I was able to walk away with a vehicle. They sold me the wrong car on paper and almost let me walk out the door with the right vehicle wrong everything else. If I didn't catch it no one would have. I walked around for almost an hour without any help, and I had to find someone to ask for help. And even then I was blown off. They were lucky they were the only one who had the truck I liked. Not to mention how rude the majority of the staff were. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to shop here. Any other ford dealership would be multiples better. It's enough to make you not like Ford and everyone I've talked to feels the same way about this place. After purchase I needed a locked lugnut off and they could afford the time to help me. Told me I needed to schedule two weeks out to get one lug nut fixed. DO NOT GO HERE.

Amazing service. Jason was our salesman from the beginning, he kept us updated with everything about our vehicle. I am one of the lucky ones able to get a Bronco! When we finally got the call from him that our vehicle had just arrived, Jason took initiative to stay later than his shift to make our purchase smooth specially with our two little ones there. Jason his Ford team helped us get the price that we agreed on and get the vehicle inspected and detailed all in the same day! We’re more than happy with our purchase and strongly recommend Honolulu Ford with your next vehicle purchase!

I bought my car the beginning of July they didn’t send my registration out until a month later in August and I still don’t have my registration 2 months after buying the car and now I’m out of state and need to ship my car but can’t until I get my registration.

They set an appointment for us 10:30am but we’ve been waiting for here ,until now ,time check almost 5pm in the afternoon,what a good service 🤦🏼‍♀️
