If you had signs up that you were moving,I did not notice them and no one bothered to tell me that you were moving. I am one who believes in buying locally so I can get service from a local dealer. Oil change in 2010 Navigator. I was told about several things that need addressing on my vehicle. Some of it my husband can do. I was quoted an outrageous price for parts and labor on a window motor replacement. I can't afford to have Hooks do this. I'll have to see if someone else can do it for less.

Came to test drive a MKX that I saw online after talking with Amy Jones, Internet Manager. After arriving and test driving, we decided it wasn't really what I was looking for, but saw a 2012 Cadillac SRX on the lot that was really pretty. I just purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Hooks Lincoln. I went in wanting to drive the V6 and the 4 cylinder ecoboost turbo, which I did, but then Mark Grabowski offered to let me drive the hybrid. He did not push me in that direction. The power isn't that much less than the 4 cylinder ecoboost and the gas mileage is phenomenal. 39 hwy., 41 city and 40 overall. It took me a day to wrap my mind around the hybrid concept, but it makes sense and Lincoln does not charge more for the hybrid versus the 4 cylinder ecoboost turbo. Mark Grabowski is an excellent salesman. He knows his product and educates his clients so they can make an informed decision. I highly recommend him and hooks Lincoln.

Yes, your staff was very helpful. I had them put new windshield wipers on about 2 months ago and the blades started to fall apart and they had to replace them. I do not mind the walk but many others may have a difficult time walking up the hill to the showroom floor. While waiting for service it is nice to look at new vehicles in your showroom. Personal service, warm and friendly. I know they did their best, and treated me as if I was their only customer (even though they were busy). This is the only car dealership that I have ever had such good service with!

This is our 7th car we have bought from Hooks and I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the showroom to the service department you won't be treated better anywhere else. Just bought an MKX from Mark Garbowski and he is the most honest person you will deal with. Did everything he said he would do and then some. You won't make a mistake dealing with Mark. Then you must use their service department. Rick and Greg have never steered us wrong and we trust them entirely. Overall a first class organization and now at a very convenient location on the west side of Fort Worth.

Car-buying is not a favorite past-time but Hooks and our salesman, Mark, actually made it a great experience. Mark took lots of time with my husband and me, showing us the features of many models, and made it vaery clear that he was knowledgable about his product and LOVED it. He passed his enthusiam on to us, but never ever pressured us into a purchase. We ended up buying a 2014 MKZ Hybrid, and, while I have many question about the computer, I feel assured that he will be my mentor all along the way!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were impressed. We had seen the 2014 MKZ at the Texas State Fair and fell in love with it. The quality, the styling, the features were more than we have had in any previous vehicles. We signed up for the Date Night program and upon our visit to the Hooks showroom, we were treated like royalty, almost uncomfortably so. We talked to Mark Grabowski and he instantly made us feel at home. There was no pressure to buy or lease. Mark asked us a few questions and offered us a drive in his own car, a 2013 MKZ hybrid. We've never owned a hybrid before but decided we would make the plunge with our next new car. After our date night, the decision was easy. If Mark could find the car with our exact specifications, we would buy the MKZ. With the help of Cory Hooks, they located the exact car we wanted, down to the very last detail. The process was simple. We are now driving a new Lincoln MKZ hybrid and loving it. Mark and Cory were a dream to work with. I just bought a new Lincoln for my wife for Christmas. I'm a busy guy & don't usually waste time on things like writing product reviews, but the outstanding buying experience with Mark Grabowski & Hooks Lincoln prompted me to do so. He even offered to come to my house & synchronize the built in garage doors opener buttons in the car to our garage! We own a business & have bought a lot of vehicles over the years. I've never encountered anything like this experience. There was NO sales pressure, but a willingness to give me all the assistance that I wanted. We were shopping for a used Ford Expedition and called Dirk to arrange an appointment. When we arrived the SUV was parked in the showroom alcove with the engine running and the a/c on. Dirk reviewed the features and invited us to take it out for a test drive. When we returned we were greeted by Dirk and Mr. Hooks. A wonderful and professional experience. The price was right but decided the Expedition was not the right vehicle for us. Dirk showed us a number of other vehicles with no pressure to buy. We are still undecided on a SUV at this time. Great dealership with great people!

I have been to Hooks previously. I have always been more than satisfied. This time i went in for some equipment repair. I went in with my usual high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the price - my expectations were exceeded. Truly nice people and very straight shooters. Awesome staff (shout out to Dirk Sachse and Anthony Beatty) who helped me get into a beautiful pre-owned MKZ. Dirk was no-pressure and was here to catch me after I was unsuccessful getting a car on my terms at another dealer. He knows how to operate all the gizmos on these cars, and made this about as complicated as buying a new smart phone. Anthony got me financed with a great interest rate (I'm going through a divorce and the credit situation was scary for me as a new single parent). I can't say enough about this place!

I was referred to HOOKS LINCOLN by a friend. I didn't have time to go car shopping. I spoke with Kip Hooks, and told him what car I wanted and what my budget was. I was glad to hear straight answers from him for all of my questions. He called me the next day and he found me the exact color LINCOLN Navigator I was looking for with the exact features I wanted. I gave him my info and my car arrived within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend HOOKS LINCOLN because they really made it easy for me to get a great deal with my tough schedule.

Salesperson did not tell me the SUV I was looking into had really bad hail damage. Pictures did not show the damage, either. Was not as upfront and honest with me as I would like for someone I was going purchase a vehicle from. As soon as I showed up to see the vehicle I could see the hail damage and asked the salesperson. They tried to dodge the question. I left.

Everyone is friendly and eager to work with us until we are completely satisfied when we have taken the truck in for service. In fact, they treat you like family when you have service performed! My 2006 MARK LT Lincoln Truck ran out of oil with no warning,period ! until it was to late.Service Manager said the truck was'nt designed that way (his words).Even though the (check engine ) dash computer told me every day every thing is OK ! Tap the button all it every said is engine OK- temperature OK- oil pressure OK.I should have went by the oil change sticker, (his words )you can't trust the computer ! I thought all vehicles, (dumb me !)had a mechanism like cars from the 50s-60s-70s-80s and so on had a oil light come on that said CHECK OIL, and the temperature gauge needle would show if you had low oil pressure ! NOT this 50,000 dollar SMART truck (there term ) its not designed that way.Then the computer is there for SHOW,very{ deceptive} I don't mind taking responsibility for not changing my oil when i should,but i never dreamed it would run out of oil with no warning,here in the 21st century ! Whats so hard about a oil (low) warning light,we've had it in all the older cars and trucks since the Fifties. I think HOOKS or FORD should have met me half way on the monies If i knew the computer didn't work i would have check the damn oil! P.S of course if the Dealer-ship would have told me all this up front (THEY) would not be receiving over 8,000.00 dollars would they ?
