I had a great experience with this dealership from the sales staff on up, easy, comfortable, and very willing to listen to my concerns. Ishmael (Izzy) was a phenomenal sales person, and he answered some of the questions that were keeping me on the fence about trading in my Jeep for a new Hyundai. Finance department was great as well. Explained all the extras and features of the warranties and the options provided. Couldn’t be happier with how this went. If you are looking for a new vehicle. And I mean brand new (the vehicle I chose came off the truck 2 days prior) at a great price with awesome service, look into going here. Ask for Izzy too he won’t steer you wrong.

In May I purchase a vehicle from Terri. amazing service and attention to detail. Well, on 8/2/2021 a took my car for service and was completely the opposite. the team member was not even close to Terri. was more focused on the fact that I did not have a warranty than my real reason to be there. I know I had to pay for the service, provide me with the service and I will pay for it. If I don't have a warranty I can't get service? I have money to pay for it. completely disappointed. Sorry that Terri got involved in this but I work with customers every day and we all can have a bad day. Learn to leave your problems outside work. We all get paid to provide a quality service. Treat people how you want to be treated.

Pulled up and was greeted by David Harmon smiling, even in 100°+ weather! He was knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on the lot and was pleasant to work with. Brittany Bennett was our sales rep and great to work with. She greeted us outside and was straight forward with asking what our expectations were. Once we found a car we made it clear that we didn’t want to be there all day and kept her word, only a couple hours and we were out the door. I’ve bought 3 cars at Horne Kia and each time the customer service has decreased. Actually to the point where no one greets you when looking around at cars outside. I wasn’t going to buy again from Horne but since there are only 2 Hyundai dealers near me, I had no choice. I’m glad I stopped in at Horne Hyundai because now that I met Brittany, I’ll keep going to her.

Neil, Lorie and Karl were great to work with. We purchased a new car. We didn't want to negotiate - just wanted to buy the car we wanted at the right price. Neil was totally in the know and found us that car. Lorie followed up, figured out what was going on and got the price right. Karl was efficient and friendly while processing all the paper work. I have leased 3 Hyundais in the past few years from 3 different dealerships. Horne was by far the best - they had the exact car I was looking for, did not pressure me at any time throughout the entire process. I can understand why Phoenix area people would travel the few extra miles to Apache Junction. The next time I am in the market for a new car, Horne Hyundai will be at the top of my list. I chose a Hyundai Sonata Sport 2.0 Turbo Black after researching other cars, like Ford Fusion Titanium and Nissan Maxima. The features in the Sonata closely matched those in the other cars, but the price/performance and value of the Hyundai beat the other cars by a country mile.

First time I was able to lease a car in one afternoon and have the salesman bring the car to me at my home. because of business commitments.The dealer location is very convenient for service. All the personnel were helpful and friendly. Got our cell phones connected, showed us how to navigate and covered how all the features worked. Called the next day and encouraged us to call with any qustions.

Neil greeted us at the door, took us in the cart to see our choices, after making a choice we went for a test drive and it was then we knew this was our car. He went through all the manuals and showed us how to work the various features. We drove home the same day with a great Hundai Sonata

I am beyond upset with finance at Horne Hyundai. I leave messages daily for finance manager and NEVER get call backs. I purchased a car on Sept 4th and love the car. The sale took 8 hours and the sales Rep and manger were amazing.... sadly that is the end of good service. I was asked to come back 2 days later to add a moonroof and fix a power window that did not work on my brand new 2017 car. As agreed I went back 2 days later to be told they cannot help until financing is finished and rescheduled me another 2 days later. I understand and again come back 2 days later to again be told no work can be done. I have missed work to go to set appointments only to be told no work can be done. I speak to service rep who is helping the best he can... however I'm not getting call backs in the time I'm told by him either. It has now been 24 days and my prior car has not been paid off (which it was promised to be done so) late fees are assessed, my driver window does not work, my moon roof is not installed.... and I call daily with no answers or call backs. I'm a working single mom, who also attends school full time. I do not have the time or patience to be jerked around. I need answers and I need the work done!

My husband and I recently found out we were expecting our third child. Which translates to three carseats come November. We were a one car family, driving only a two door coupe. Needless to say, we knew right away that our growing family would require some spacious seating. My husband and I saved cash towards a down payment for several months, and reached out to Philip Mattice for out vehicle needs. Our criteria: safe, extra seating, used, and cost effective to honor our budget. Philip delivered big time on our wish list. He found us a 2009 Kia Sedona that was in mint condition. The previous owners only used the vehicle when they stayed in Arizona during the winter months! Get this: it only had 55, 184 miles on it! What?!!! We were able to pay for half of the purchase in cash, and financed the rest with a low interest rate. We are so grateful to Philip and the Horne Hyundai staff. They treated us like we were VIP's and showed us the utmost kindness and courtesy. We will definitely refer any friends and family to Philip as he emulates integrity, knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

My husband and I found ourselves in need of upgrading our '07 Hyundai Sonata due to high milelage. We NEEDED a new car, what we didn't have was the time to spend hours a day bouncing from dealership to dealership test driving and haggling, all while dragging our two boys along. We did most of research online. We LOVED our '07 Sonata, we've had NO issues with it which made it easy to stick with the Hyundai family. By accident or luck-we met Jorge Valles from Horne Hyundai to test drive a 2016 Sonata. He was professional, not at all pushy, personable and knowledge about the product. Did I mention his initial offer online came in less than our 'good value' quote from Kelley Blue book online for a new 2016 Hyundai Sonata? This included our 'out the door costs'. Alain Duval was equally easy to work with and just as professional. Jorge Valles made this purchase the most painless and quickest car buying experience ever. I have been into this dealership to purchase my new Hundai, I most resently have been dealing with Amanda. She has always been pleasant, she texted me yesterday to see how I was doing, it brought it to my attention that they have not received my Sonata that the sales manager preferences or me, while looking on line I noticed a new model that looked like a good replacement model G80 a lttle more money but doable. I rang up the dealership and a nice young man answer and told me Amanda was with a customer, I asked him if he had the automobile for me to test drive he said sure come down. When I arrived Amanda was available to assist me, she also sure I was able to test drive this car, let me get the keys, then a sales manager appearedI had met him before had a unhappy look on his face, and did not reinterduce himself,he proceeded to tell me he would not let me drive the G80. Then he went into the tower and came out in a few mnutes. Proceeded to tell me I have taken up too much time and he wold not let me test drive any car. I would like to add I have test driven two cars on one occasion with Amanda. If he feels that's too much time to assist a customer who has an automobile coming in that I want to purchase I find this unprofessional and rude. He also wanted me to agree to an amount, then he said I could test drive the black G80 when h knew I wanted a blue one. Would you buy a dress without ting it on, and not able to return it. I do not know his name although I have requested it from Amanda. I cn add a friend told me not to go there. SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO HIM! I will purchase my dream car I assure you it will not be at Horne in Apache Junction.

although we drive less than 8000 miles per year and little or no driving under severe conditions the dealership recommends or did on my previous car schedule my maintenance plan under as severe driving conditions. I think this is a tool to sell service that is not needed. The sales department has told me as long as I follow the required maintenance in manual under normal driving conditions my warranty will be OK.

We worked with Neil Stevenson on the purchase of our 2014 pre-owned Tucson. After finding out by surprise that our trade-in was worth half what it should have been because of undisclosed damage we were about pushed out of our purchase of this much needed style of vehicle. Neil and his boss worked with us to make it possible for the deal to still work. I am sure the extra time that had to be spent for us did not do wonders for the profit margin on this sale. I usually do everything I can to stay away from car dealerships because of previous bad experiences. He treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me something that I couldnt afford or didn't want. We finally agreed on a price after some negotiation and I left with a very nice 2015 Santa Fe. He never tried to oversell us but matched me to a vehicle that was smaller then we had originally thought about purchasing. The smaller vehicle fit me as I am only 5' tall and my complaint with vehicles is that they are made with someone of "normal" height in mind not someone like me. I love my Tucson!

I received an excellent deal on my vehicle purchase I didn't use the dealership financing but the GM, general sales manager and of course the final sales person all contributed to the final sale of the vehicle. Phillip Mattice, general sales manager was very helpful in the negotiation process with no hassle in asking for the extra items that I asked for. My husband and I visited Horne Hyundai while looking for a new SUV. We were interested in a new or slightly used Tucson. The dealership is on the smaller size, but they still have a lot of great options. Our sales person, Neil, was very informed and patient. He allowed us to test drive three SUVs and look at many options including ones not currently on the lot. In the end, we purchased a 2015 Tucson SE Limited. It was a great deal and we did negotiate, but it was handled well on both ends. There were no ridiculous sales techniques that we saw at other dealerships. Neil and Phil, the sales manager, were straight forward and accommodating. We were given a lot of options for payment and in the end picked the best one that worked for us. They even stayed a few extra hours for us to complete the deal. We love our new car and we were happy for a good experience at Horne Hyundai.

My wife and I owned a 2011 Elantra Limited which we purchased in Salem , Oregon. It was the first Elantra with the new body style that arrived in Oregon. After a few months we moved to Apache Junction, Az and Horne Hyundai become the dealer who serviced the Elantra. Because of the Hyundai Sales Promotion we purchased a 2016 Sonata Sport, trading int eh 2011 Elantra. After seeing the promotion on the internet, I called Horne Hyundai and talked first to Philip Mattice who explained to me the different models of the Sonata which was available. He then E-mailed more information which was very important to me. My wife and I arrived Sunday morning and was met by Jorge Valles who directed us to Philip. Philip and Jorge made sure we were comfortable then brought up the car we had seen on the Horne web site. I have always been impressed with the Hyundai Automobiles because the Elantra we were trading in had never, ever had any mechanical problems, only oil changes at 2,500 miles. I always made sure the Warranty Service record of the car was maintained. Horne Hyundai had all the service records of our Elantra so there was no questions about the condition it was in. The purchase with our trade in was simple. We got the trade in price that was fair and with the discounts that Hyundai advertised we were able to buy the new Sonata Sport at a Excellent price. So, Why do I recommend Horne Hyundai of Apache Junction? Philip Mattice, Jorge Valles was the reason. We had other Hyundai dealerships to choose from in the Phoenix area but these people made the transaction simple with no stress. We are part of the Hyundai family; Thank you.

I had only been once before for an oil change and the service was ok. Also I was with my husband. The second time I went I was by myself and needed an oil change had no appt but the place was basically empty, I waited almost 2 hrs for the oil change and other things to be topped off plus a check on my engine area where wires connect to the fan that help cool it off. After my two hr wait I got the news with a print out paper explaining the costs to replace a wire that was completely burnt and would cost more than 3,000+ the 1,000labor fees. the man helping me seemed to pretend to care but wasnt really sympathetic after his only explanation for it was 'bad luck' it's only a 6yr ild ok car very well kept. AND when I was ready to pay for just my oil change one wiper blade replacement and a tire rotation(which he mentioned to me was included) another helpful employee quickly and kindly took of the cost I was unaware of and the original man helping kinda shook his head and walked away with a snotty remark. And the complimentary car was Is NOT worth it unless you tell them to dry your car well otherwise oh get left with water marks all over!BTW I took it to my father in law the next day and all he did was clean up the erotion over the wire IT WASN'T BURNT AT ALL!!!

Contacted salesman via the internet with the car that I wanted to see and when we arrived at the dealership it was ready for us to test drive. All my questions regarding the car were quickly and honestly answered. When we decided to proceed with the purchase, that too went smoothly and we felt no pressure to make any decision that we didn't want to make. The paperwork process was mostly waiting for someone else to put in the figures and for us to eventually sign. The pricing at this delear was about $1,000 to $2,000 dollars than some of the other dealers in the east valley. You should work with Alain Duval. He is not pushy and a great salesperson. He is also friendly and shows me all the features of the car.

Bought brand new 2015 veloster had it less then 6months being told the seats tearing at a seam area is normal wear and tear. Had a poor purchase and delivery experience with a manager just hanging up on me when he was in the wrong not me. At first I was thinking it just this location but now with the company not backing my seats makes me think I'll never purchase another hynduai. The car ot self is a great little car just the seat material is either cheap r i have a defect...but regardless they dont care....also was told id hear back with in 2 days never did i had to call them myself to get answer after 9 days...Never had this problem ever in my past and I've owned several new cars.

Found a car on truecar.com and submitted my information to be contacted regarding it. After not hearing from them a day, I emailed the salesman listed on TrueCar in regards to its availability. He had not gotten back to me by the end of my work day so I gave the dealership a call and was told they were "hacked" and that it was not a valid sale. How convenient a hacker tapped into TrueCar and made a single post at a phoenix suburb dealership. What a random hacker. The next day at work, the salesman I had previously emailed replied only saying "where is this published?" and NOTHING else, not even a professional signature. I responded and heard nothing. Why would I trust a dealership that has mysterious single posted "hackers"... or hackers at all!... and such poor customer service in communication?

I went in and was pleasantly greeted the salesman I had email James was taking care of another customer. The other sales person took me on a test drive and showed me a bit about the vehicles I told him I wanted the next level up. By then James had finished and approached me we test drove a Sonata Sport. We went inside to crunch some numbers and James came back with an outstanding deal much better than I had ever thought. I asked if he had the vehicle in a specific color and I test drove that vehicle, went back in and said Now do a bit better for me, and he did.The result, I got a great car and a terrific price and I highly recommend that you just go straight there.

In over 40 years of purchasing vehicles, this was by far my best experience. No high pressure, normal give and take, willingness to spend time with me and let me explore several options - it could not have been better. Ben, our salesman, took time with me, answered questions, let me test-drive several vehicles, without a bit of pressure or impatience. When I called the next day and said I wanted the Sonata I'd driven, he told me what to submit in advance to make our deal efficient. Craig, the sales manager, was friendly and un-rushed, as well. At no time did anyone speak down to us. When the deal was complete, we were introduced to the service manager, and the general manager even stopped by to introduce himself. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This may sound silly, but this is the first time in my life that I didn't leave a dealership with a headache. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the people I met there.

just the fact that there has been no response, lets me know there is no integrity whatsoever at Horne . i have registered a complaint with the BBB. i am so angry!this loan was suppose to go through Bank of America, at 2.99 interest. I sat in your office- James- and pulled up the B of A website and got the pre-approval. There was no mention that Horne Hyundai did not have an association with B of A. It was told to me at the time of signing that this was a starting point- 3.49 and they would get hold of B of A on Monday and confirm the pre approval and complete the paperwork.and it's not the fact that it is a matter of a few dollars difference per month. it is the fact that Craig lied to my face when i asked him directly when i brought the spare key for my Buick Encore the following Wednesday. i specifically asked him if Carl got the 2.99 through B of A for me and he emphatically said yes.you have lost one good customer and many more that i can advise, not to go to Horne.

I recently went into Horne Kia to fix my 2011 sorento. My car was no longer under warranty so I decided to talk to them about getting a new Kia so i can get back under warranty. I spoke with Mike Freeland on the internet crew. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Michael and Barbara who would eventually be my sales agent. My wife and I had our two children with us. Our daughter who is almost 5, and our son who is only 18 months. They brought us in, turned on cartoons for our kiddos while I went on my test drive. When I came back, Mike had brought Pizza for my kiddos to eat since it was dinner time. He then proceeded to put on the disney channel on one of the main tv's so my kiddos could be entertained while eating. I have never experienced such amazing service while buying a car. These guys truly put the customers first and I will go back to them for service, or even to purchase another car.

I have tried too often to make Horne Hyundai my dealership. Here are the options: (a) they hire only ignorant, incompetent folks, (b) they train their people to lie to maximize revenue even if it means losing customers when they get caught.They gladly set appointments for service work but are surprised if you show up (dont know your name, dont know why youre there, dont have the part they promised theyd have, ridicule you for not giving them time to order in the part). When they finally get the part, as an appeasement they FedEx it to your home . . . . and its a must be installed by a dealer part. They tell you a part you already possess cannot be used simply to force to buy new (when the part you already have is new and is the same they want to sell you). They offer to wash your car as a courtesy, only to return it dirtier than when you drop it off.

First Ill start with saying I'm an engineer so I researched the dealers and cars to death not leaving one cent on the table. Barb Bloss was patient with us and was okay with us test driving 3 different times. There was ZERO pressure to buy and she was very knowledgeable. The car buying process went even easier. I had every dealer in the valley arguing over price. I even went to another one that said they could beat Horne Kia but got the run around. Ill let you figure out which one that is but you can tell by the reviews. I shouldve known better. I asked Barb once if the final price was the final price and she said yes and that's exactly what I got when I went there. Simple process and I drove home that night. On 9/06/14 I purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier and traded in a 2011 Ford Ranger. The deal was fair and pretty easy. And Fred Severt and Ralph were great to work with. The problem is that of this writing on 10/06/14, the loan on my trade in is still not paid off a month later. I have two loans! Yes, my bank is out-of state, which slowed things some, but the check sent from my bank for the new purchase (the Nissan) was cashed on 9/24/14 by the dealership. But yet, the loan on the trade-in is still not paid off! Why?? And...the Ranger I traded in is for sale at the next-door Horne Ford store even though they haven't paid for it. Is this even legal? I've had so far a couple nasty letters to deal with..one from the State of AZ, and one from my bank wondering why I've dropped the insurance on the Ranger. It's because I don't own it anymore is why. This is an unnecessary hassle. Isolated experience? Not really...read on... In June of this year, my wife bought a new Ford Escape (great car!) from Horne Ford and traded in a 2012 Ford Fusion. Yup, same situation...the loan on the trade-in took a month to be paid off even though my wife got her new-car financing that time through Ford Credit. Again we had to call our out-of-state bank and make apologies about our loan not being taken care of. Overall, the sales staff at these two stores we have worked with are great. And the service dept. at the Horne Ford store is first-class..they really step up. But the bookkeeping....what a mess.

We were greeted by Steve who was a fairly new salesman at Horne Kia. He asked us what car we were interested in and for the details we were looking for. He said he would find exactly what we wanted and did just that. He showed us an 2015 Optima with everything we wanted. We took it on a test drive and he was very helpful in getting us familiar with the car. He was quick to get us information on the car and brought over the manager to negotiate price and payment. The manager worked with us to give us a price within our budget. There was no pressure from Steve or the manager to make the sale. After getting off the phone with several dealerships looking for a good financing option and either getting the run around or simply a rude response, I finally got a pleasant person on the phone. Her name is Gina Hernandez-Duval from Horne Kia. She was responsive to my needs and desires. I had an idea of what I wanted in a car and I knew what I could afford. Gina found the perfect car for me and her manager helped make it happen. I was so excited to trade-in my old Kia for a brand new lease. No hassle, no frustrating run arounds. They did initially come back with offers that were way outside my price range, as I expect from any car dealer, but they were not pressuring when I told them that I just could not fit it into my budget. We negotiated a deal that we were both comfortable with.

We recently traded in a car with Horne to upgrade to a Santa Fe and they were great! They gave us great price upfront for our trade in and with no haggling came in right on the price we were looking for Santa Fe. After a couple of BAD HAGGLING experiences with other dealers - Horne cut to the chase and nailed it!! James Santiago was honest and fair without going back and forth to his "manager" to weasel more money from us. He gave us a great price for the trade in and a great price for the new car! Great experience!

Worst taking ownership of a car known to man! So much for having a pre approved loan..they processed me through the system making it decline so that it would bounce back to them granting them the power for finding funding for the car. Oh and that's just the start of the wonderful experience...nothing I seemed to say seemed to be heard by them....so good luck..I do not wish to rant on and on...as it won't do much good..just beware! I personally will never purchase anything again from this dealership or people! Nor refer anyone to them.

Just bought a 2013 Elantra sedan with help from Austin Hart at Horne. Super convenient, initiated by a marketing email offering special financing. We requested a quote, which arrived in a timely fashion, and decided to investigate options in person. We had some specific requirement requests - ideally, we wanted a manual Elantra Touring. Discovered upon arrival that the Elantra Touring has been discontinued. :( Austin brought us a sedan to test drive - my husband LOVED the 6-speed transmission, and we were sold. Buying experience was smooth as glass, with no high pressure sales tactics or good guy/bad guy manager involvement. We had specific payment requirements, and the team worked hard to meet them without suggesting we go over our budgetary limits. Only glitch, if it can be called that, was that the paperwork generation took longer than expected. Maybe hunger played a factor in our perception. :) Overall, a great buying experience. Would definitely go back or recommend to a friend.

Fred is the best! This is the second car I purchased from him and the experience this time was as great as the first. The day we stopped in, he wasn't there and the other salesman that helped us was very helpful and answered the questions we needed answered before being able to buy the car. He also had Fred call us the next day to finish up the details. Sales manager also terrific. Will continue to but my cars here. In fact, I loved our dealer so much I named my first car after him as well as my second. Fred and Fred Jr. :-)

After doing many many hours of research I decided on what I wanted. I attempted to contact two other dealerships with no response. I shot a message to Horne and had an email reply from Austin Hart, internet sales manager within an hour or so. It wasn't an hour after that I was at the dealership and he already had the primary choice of mine ready for a test drive. He was very helpful, and took time to explain about everything I asked. Basically I was driving home with my new car less than 6 hours after I sent my first message.

I went to this dealership to get some information about a new Hyundai Accent. The dealer, Chris treated me like a prison guard from the first minute I arrived. Obviously this dealership believes that customers stand in line to buy cars from them. I am wondering what kind of people would buy from a dealership that talks down on customers like they do. I walked away after a 3 minute conversation with this sales person without even looking at one of their cars. Besides me there was only 1 customer on the entire lot.

Three years ago my 80 year old father in law went to this dealership to buy a new Genesis. He was treated badly as he was old, could not walk well and did not dress fancy. He wound up purchasing a Genesis elsewhere and paid cash.I felt that after this length of time things must have changed so my wife and I went to purchase a 2013 Sonata. The price was right, salesman nice and that's where it went down hill. After agreeing on a price and the car we wanted they told us they could get it from another dealer. The next day they called my wife saying the dealer who had our car would not release it them that it had been sold ( I called and it was not sold) then tried to sell my wife a 2012 demo model that was not the same package as the original for not much of a discount. I believe that's called bait and switch. We got our deposit back and proceeded to Chapman that had the car we wanted only to have a negative experience there. These two dealers are SLEAZY - BUYERS BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!! Unequivocally the worst experience ever- not just at a car dealership. The salesman was quite objectively sleazy. Pressure, fast talk and disinformation was his game. He was like a characterfure of a used cal salesman but selling new cars instead. When the deal fell through, he actually called my girlfriend and me obscenities and began screaming at us and berating us. He literally threw our keys at us and wanted to go outside and FIGHT. The guy was truly and completely insane and his co-workers had to physically restrain him. The sales manager was NOT apologetic but one of the other salesman was clearly ashamed. As a physician and military officer, I strongly cautio you against choosing to investigate Hyundais at this very small and shady dealership. My only explantation is that Apache Junction is the methamphetamine capital of Arizona and perhaps the dealership has an employee pool limited to such unstable individuals.

My husband and I had been in on a Friday and were looking at a used vehicle. We were not happy with the deal and decided to look at other vehicles elsewhere. On Saturday before heading to another dealership, my husband called our salesperson Tony and asked how far apart we were on a deal. Tony checked with sales manager Joe Donofrio who said we were $535.00 apart, my husband asked if we could do any better. Joe (who could be overheard in the background) stated to drop the $500. We went in to but the vehicle. When it came time to sign paperwork the $500 was added back in. To make a long story short, Joe ended up firing our saleperson Tony right in front of me when he backed us up and told Joe that he had said to drop the $500 ! I found another salesperson on the floor who said he had heard Joe say to drop the $500 also.I contacted the general manager who in short told me they had had other problems with Tony and this was a last straw type situation--He pointed out that he had found another employee from the service dept (who would therefore have no interest in the deal) that heard Joe say to drop $35 from the $535 not $500. He wanted to know if we were still interested in the vehicle. He did also tell me he had discussed the matter with the owner of the dealership. When I tried to reach the owner I was told he was out of town for a week and unknown when he would be able to get back to me.I feel the sales manager told us one thing to get us into the dealership. I feel it was wrong to fire an employee for being honest. Even if it is true that the salesperson had a history of problems, you do not reprimand or fire an employee in front of the customer. Not even an apology from the general manager about the unprofessional behavior of the sales manager.

We visited Horne Hyundai to shop for a pre-owned Santa Fe. We did not see anything that would work for us. So my wife and I went inside the showroom and sat inside a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited. WOW! My eyes were stuck wide open and I felt like I was sitting inside a candy store. Tony brought around a 2011 Sonata which we took for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with the vehicle. I'm 6'2" tall and there is more than enough interior room both in the front and back. The overall buying experience was extremely positive! We worked with the General Manager in the finance office who was extremely careful explaining all our options. When we get around to purchasing our next car it will be from Tony at Horne Hyundai. VERY NICELY DONE!!!

I love the guys and service at Horne Hyundai and have been using their service facilities for over five years. The service reps are always friendly and helpful and even though my car is now over 5 yrs old, it gets a free wash with every service! How great is that!! I'll be buying another Hyundai from Horne soon because this dealership takes care of its customers. The only weak element in the dealership is the customer lounge. Initially I knew I wanted a small SUV - New or used. I test drove both and chose a used 2007 Tucson. At no point did I feel presured--I felt they were going to do what they needed to get me into what I wanted. The following day I called and told them what my choice was and what approximately I could afford and where I wanted my payments to be. That afternoon I picked up my vehicle. Two weeks after my purchase, my daughter, grand daughter and I took a trip to Utah and loved every mile we drove. Thank you Horne Hyundai for your customer service.
