I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback from Horne Mazda. Internet shopping for used vehicles was very easy. Spoke with Dustin Lone immediately after inquiring about vehicle. We negotiated price and details and came down to purchase the car the same day. Vehicle did end up needing minor repair - and Horne Mazda was quick to get that take care of as well.

If you are looking for a new or used car go check out Horne Mazda in Tempe! Dustin was great with showing me the options on two new vehicles I was considering and he was very helpful in the buying process. I had tested several vehicles and ended up buying a brand new Mazda from this location. The buying process was quick and easy and the car was ready to go after all docs were signed! Great customer service!

I went into Horne Mazda to trade in my Chevy Sonic for a Mazda 3. I was immediately helped when I walked in by Austin. I pointed out the car I wanted and we went for a quick test drive. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I fell in love with the car and knew I wanted to buy it, so I went and got the car I needed to trade it. The appraisal was easy enough, they gave me a decent value on the car, though not the best, but it was fair enough, they still have to make money. I was very satisfied with how the car I was buying was already priced, so I didn't need to haggle at all. Dustin, another staff member, ran through all the numbers with me and shortly after I was signing all my finance paperwork. All the staff here were super friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely check out this dealership again if I'm ever in the market for a car again. Outstanding service!

I want to thank Dustin from Horne Mazda for making my first car purchase as smooth as possible. After shopping at a couple other local dealerships experiencing pressure from salesman, false promises and even as far as signing paperwork to them not having the car, I was frustrated.I got a quote from the Horne Mazda website, got an email from Dustin and worked through the process about halfway online. Had my credit application filled out, and Dustin was kind enough to print out all of my paperwork as I usually just print at work and a previous dealership took all of my extra copies.When I arrived at the dealership Dustin showed me the ins and outs of the car, let me take it for a test drive and showed me all the features of the car. After finishing the test drive, I never waited more than a few minutes for an update on the process, taken in to fill out paperwork, etc. I was in and out in a little over two hours.Howard from finance was incredible as well. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice for a young person owning his first car and where to head next. I never felt pressured from the start to buy extra services or features I didn't want.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy Mazda in the area. If you have never driven one and are looking to try one out, I would recommend coming here as they will take great care of you!

I just bought a used CX-9 at Horne Mazda yesterday and got a fantastic car at an outstanding price, all while having a great buying experience! Terrell Dyse did a great job directing me to the available inventory while answering my questions quickly. There was no pressure felt on my part as I tried to quickly gather as much information I could before I headed to another dealer to compare. What I didn't expect was finding the perfect car for me at a great price, including tax, license, and a 3-year warranty, so I didn't need to go to the other dealer. The whole experience of working with Terrell, the Sales Manager, Justin Privett, and the Finance Manager, Howard Kriol, was very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Horne Mazda in the Tempe Autoplex for a great car-buying experience! I think the Mazda cars are top quality too!

When we walked into More Mazda we were very apprehensive and to be frank I dread car dealers. Butch met us outside and had a calming way about him. We gave him our story and he was very encouraging. He then introduced us to Jesse in finance and He was equally as splendid. Long story short this was bar far the greatest car buying experience we have EVER had! From the beginning to the end we received outstanding service. A Giant Thanks to Butch & Jesse for the outstanding work you do!

I received two notifications from Cars.com about a Mazda Speed 3 available at More Mazda. I e-mailed them via the Cars.com link and did not receive any response. While enroute to another dealership, I stopped in to visit them since it was on the way to find out about the vehicle. The friendly staff greeted me promptly and informed me that the particular car was sold over 4 months ago and that Cars.com was using an outdated link for their inventory. They even gave us the history on the sale - the car was sold in less than 4 days from when it arrived at the dealership........ Overall - I would deal with this dealership again in the future. I would recommend that if you are looking for a pre-owned MazdaSpeed 3, call the dealer directly since these cars sell very quickly, before the internet catches up with reality.

I bought a used Chevrolet from More Mazda last week and had the best car dealership experience I have had to date. I would highly recommend working with Gary Potter as he really serves the needs of his customers and is a class act with lots of automotive experience. The dealership sales technique is low pressure and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying new or used!!
