Actually across the street it's a great little yard sale going on today. Good prices good values. Sofa set TV coffee table selling now for $100 for everything good deal. That's so frosted TV comfy table I just saw going to someone's house so it found a new home already.

I went to Horry Auto because I have had people tell me they were honorable and responsible when it comes to their vehicles and customers. At first I thought they were. I needed a reliable vehicle to get my kids to and from school, sports, appointments and myself to work. Turns out that wasn’t the case. I purchased my truck June 23, 2020 at 136,799 miles. After 5 1/2 months on December 15, 2020, my “Reliable” truck that cost $17,000.00 needs a new transmission. I have been quoted between $3,000.00-$6,000.00 for this. I contacted the dealership and they were in shock that this had happened. I was told someone would be in contact. Days went by and no contact was made. I had to continue to call and I was then told by the owner that “He didn’t make enough profit on the truck to put a transmission in it.” He did say however that he would have it picked up and taken to his mechanic to see if he could do it for me at a better price. Still $3,000.00 that I have to pay for it there for it to just be rebuilt, not new. Days went by and my truck was never picked up and no contact was made to let me know why. I called several times just to get no answer or be told Denis would call me back. Hasn’t happened. There have been promises made that have not been carried out, and a total lack of communication from the company on their part. Not to mention the way I have been talked to and treated during these interactions. I feel like they saw a young mother trying to get out of a bad situation with one unreliable vehicle and took advantage of that. Having me pay a reasonably large amount of money for what I thought was a reliable vehicle, from good honest people for what actually turned out to be another unreliable vehicle. That had four recalls on it, needed an alignment, new brakes and a new Transmission. I have taken it to Three shops, but they seem to think a fourth will make the difference. Small things would be understandable but a new transmission after paying $17,000.00 is completely unacceptable. I have been without a vehicle now since before Christmas because I trusted this dealership to be honest people who cared about their customers. Instead I’m left in debt, without a vehicle, missing work , appointments and being told that basically there’s nothing they can do unless I want to pay thousands more out of pocket to get it fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED HORRY AUTO!
