Can't say enough good things about Hector and his team at Houston Auto Credit. This was my first vehicle purchase from a different city and they made it easy. They were willing to send me as many photos and videos requested and even delivered the vehicle around my work schedule. The team was very responsive for any type of questions or concerns I had. They have nice cars on their lot but definitely bring a certified mechanic for an inspection. I learned this lesson the hard way. They sold me an Infiniti with low tire tread and bad wheel bearings. The tires are totally my fault, should've negotiated the price down based on that but the wheel bearings only started making a noise above 55 MPH. Salesman also got angry with me when I told him I may not buy the car after test driving it and I had to think about it. Said he turned down a potential buyer from Chicago for me. That's not my problem!

Terrible service, sells busted and broken vehicles. Promised to replace a gas cap and three weeks later still has not shipped the part. Bought a Jeep, got It home and the same week loud popping and cracking in the front end. 4wheel drive did not work either. Fraud sales group. Do not buy from them.

This is one of the best dealerships that I have been to. They were transparent with there pricing and made sure I was attended properly. I’ve worked at dealerships before but this place is different. I called with a one hour notice about their 2017 Ford F-150 and they had it prepped for me to test drive when I arrived. Amir the sales Rep I spoke to guided me through the whole process and connected me with a bank that gave the be lowest interest rate I’ve ever had with a vehicle. I recommend Houston Auto Credit and I will be returning for future business.
