We found Houston Auto Sales on Cars.com. We contacted Armando, the sales manager, about a Volvo XC60. He was knowledgeable, considerate, and he consistently returned our calls quickly. Paperwork was received timely, and our vehicle was transported without any problems. We highly recommend both Houston Auto Sales and Armando, their stellar sales manager - he helped us find a safe, reliable, and really nice vehicle for our daughter at a very fair price.

Small dealer with perfect professionalism, excellent inventory, and genuine trustworthiness. I've shopped for a hyper specific vehicle for weeks (2009-2010 Infiniti G37 Convertible in white or black only with specific trim/features). When I found that Houston Auto Sales had one in inventory I sent an email. Marc responded in kind. He called during the window I had expressed in the correspondence. He told me about the finer points of this particular vehicle, carfax certified, details on each point of light wear incurred by the previous owner, and the options with which it was equipped. I made an appointment to come down and see the car. Upon arrival both Marc and the car were there to greet me. I won't feign an experts ability to immediately and accurately judge character. But, Marc was genuine, professional and friendly. The car was as described. I ultimately made the purchase. Though, I sincerely had exactly the vehicle for which I was looking, the inventory begged a second glance. I can honestly say that had I not driven home in the beautiful convertible, I would have found a number of exemplary vehicles from which to have chosen. This little shop is a pre-owned luxury, sport Mecca. Marc, I truly can't thank you enough for providing me with an opportunity to do business with you and Houston Auto Sales. As you know, I'll be looking for a Cayman S in the future and you're my guy! Unless you land a M6 Gran Coupe before then. Then we'll be doing business again sooner than later. Had been looking for a specific vehicle in several different places. Went to a few other dealerships and just felt like a number or a dollar sign. I spoke with Ghandi and Mark after being preapproved and when I came to look at the vehicle it was everything they had stated and more. Would recommend this place to ANYONE...Exceptional customer service with a no pressure approach made it very easy for me to be able to decide to purchase here. My wife absolutely LOVES her new Infiniti and I plan on coming back for my next vehicle in the near future.

I was helped primarily by Armando on the sale but the buying experience was tremendous. I promised myself I would wait at least 30 days after the purchase before making a review to ensure I didn't end up getting a lemon. I had been in the market for a VW Touareg for about a month and sure enough a car with every option I wanted popped up on cars.com. I called in to make sure that the vehicle was available the day the ad went up and to stop by to look at it. Armando informed me in person when I came that the car would be available in a couple of days since they decided that the headliner would need to be replaced on their dime (which shows them going the extra mile since we test drove a Touareg with a sagging headliner and a v6 engine for $20 less than what we bought our v8 for). Fast forward 2 days and the car was ready to be driven. There was a small problem with an ebrake notification that kept going off but it looked as though the mechanic forget to push the pedal up all the way which was making it go off. Even after the fact Armando told us that if we kept getting the error to bring the car back in and they would take care of it no questions asked. The sales process could not have been any smoother especially if you have good credit, the loan terms were agreeable and I was informed that if your credit is less than stellar then they have the means to work with almost any customer. Their inventory is top notch as well, they do their best to not give off the sleezy used car salemen vibes either which both me and my wife loved about how they conduct business at their location. Overall, you cant ask for more when it comes to giving them your business.

I bought volvo xc90 2006 at this dealership and after two months my car timing belt failed.Its very sad to buy a car and not after six months and it down.The car is currently parked and i am not sure were to start. I think this a sale oriented dealership,they are just interested to sale without taking time to maintain their cars before the sale. I would recommend any one to use a mechanic to probably check their cars before buying.I am currently paying car note for a car which is down.

On 02/27/2015, I purchased my XC 90 from Houston Auto Sales. This is a small family owned business. They have good clean cars and they have carfax's. I had initially gone to purchase a 2008 XC 90 but by the time I got there someone else had put a deposit on it. Talking to Marc's dad he showed me a 2004 XC 90 with 47K miles( very rare). It was not detailed as it they had just got it. I test drove it and it drove well and Marc gave me a very good deal on it. In addition, I purchased an extended warranty at wholesale price. I did a walk around before I purchased the car and pointed out the issues I would liked fixed and as promised Marc's dad (good man) fixed all the issues and had the car detailed - it looked like new when I picked up the car. I was impressed by the service they provided, Marc and his dad are honest straight forward people who will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. I would recommend that you call Marc or Gandhi ( sales person there) if you are interest in buying a good clean car, you will not be disappointed. When my wife is ready to trade in her car I will be going to Houston Auto to buy another good clean car. Thanks Marc & Gandhi for making the car buying process smooth and painless. PS. If you are buying a Volvo, Marc knows a good Volvo certified mechanic who can fix Volvo's for a better price than the dealer.

Armando and March is the BEST! Armando walked us through the cars on the lot. And first thing caught our eyes and smile is 2008 Lexus IS 250, she's a beauty. We love it so much. It's been 3 weeks we've drove it. Smooth and everything about it, is just perfect. :-) Houston Auto Sales, is the place to be. I'd recommend this to anyone that's looking for a vehicle. My experience here was nothing short of spectacular. Brain J helped me with my initial inquiry and purchase of my GMC Terrain. I showed up and asked to see the vehicle which he was happy to show me. His first question was if I had a history report for the vehicle and when I said no he went inside and printed one for me to look at immediately. After test driving the vehicle I had to leave because of conflict in my schedule, Brian J understood completely. I came back and he asked if I wanted to look at any other vehicles on their lot. I looked at a few and ended up purchasing the GMC Terrain I had originally looked at. His helpfulness through the entire process was something I had only encountered once before when dealing with a car salesman and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle in good condition. They have stayed in contact with me since I purchased the car to make sure it was everything I had expected during the test drive and shopping experience and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will never forget the day I bought my Nissan Altima because it was on BLACK FRIDAY of this year! My dad and I were checking out cars around Houston that afternoon and we landed here! The best buying experience I ever had. The secret is to fill out the online app and go pick up your car. Very friendly and easy going. All the cars come with carfax. I purchased a 2006 VW Jetta very well maintain. Which let's me know they sell only quality used cars. Finally found me a dealer that I will go to as long as they are open. I will recommend them to everyone one I know. Also, don't worry about your credit just fill out the online app and let them do the rest. When they call you it's to come pick up your car. Really !

This was my first time buying a Car from a dealership. I was honestly worried for scary sales man and stressing paperwork. But Marc did everything great. He was really nice and helped get the brakes changed on a TSX I was interested in. I get out very late from work but Marc was nice enough to stay till I got out. The TSX was ready for me to take home and all the paperwork and license things were already done. Really wonderful place. If for any reason someone in my family needs another car. This is a Fun Place!!! Trust me you got to love it to be here: the sales team at the Houston Auto Sales dealership is just excellent! We purchased a new Elantra GT here and the whole experience was very positive, unlike any previous car buying experience. The person who helped us was very informed and did not pressure us. We came back several times to consider buying, and each time they were very attentive and friendly. When we finally decided to purchase, they gave us the best deal and treated us very professionally and with the utmost respect. It made buying a car about as close to a fun experience as possible, rather than something to dread. I can say the same praise for the Repokar public auto auction liked it there very much as well!

Purchased a 2004 Nissan Minivan from these guys and it has been the best decision yet. Although the vehicle had high mileage, it was immaculate and had a good carfax. However, carfaxs are not all valid, Houston Auto Sales reassured me if I had any problems they would take care of it. I problem came up about 3mos later, I called Marc, he had the van towed to his facility, repaired it with no out of pocket cost. This was clearly a vehicle not on warranty and over 30 days passed my initial date of purchase. The only thing I had was his word....and Marc kept hold to it. I greatly appreciate the experience and will refer anyone to purchase with this dealer. Great guys, beautiful imports, and no hassle financing.

I moved to the US recently and needed to buy a car for the first time, so I was a little nervous about dealing with the typical "car salesman" and getting gypped into something I couldn't afford / didn't love. Marc and his team made me feel very comfortable and answered every question I had honestly, and even volunteered information that I forgot to ask about. When I first called up they had actually already sold the car that I was interested in, but I went down anyway to have a look at some others. I explained what I was looking for and Marc helped me find something absolutely perfect. We were in regular communication throughout the buying process and everything went really smoothly. This is the best car dealership I've ever dealt with-I bought a used Mercedes from them and I felt that I was talking with someone who was not trying to cheat me, but quite to the contrary really wanted the transaction to be a win-win. Man, I got a good deal too. They seemed to work together like a family-the administrator, Tina was really pleasant and they all went the extra mile to accommodate my payment preferences. Also, when it came to striking a deal, there was none of this, "I'll need to go talk with my manager" nonsense-the guy I was dealing with, Marc, was a straight shooter and made the decisions himself. I am very happy with my car and I'll be recommending these guys.

I found my dream car online last November at Houston Auto Sales. I instantly called Marc to inquire about the vehicle. He was amazing, very patient, & extremely helpful! I live in New Orleans & getting to Houston was a slight challenge with my work schedule. He held the car for me (with a deposit of course) & 2 weeks later I was able to get to Houston, inspect my car, & drive home with it. I was grinning from ear to ear the whole way back! It has been nearly a year and I still can't get over how simple and easy the process was. I would definitely purchase a car from Houston Auto Sales again. :)

My experience with Houston Auto Sales was great. From the first moment, Marc struck me as extremely honest. He addressed all of my concerns and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I am rarely compelled to write a review, but my experience was just that good. The dealership isn't on a major road. I assume they rely on word of mouth and sites like this. I was allowed to lead the entire process and never felt pressured. Unlike the larger dealerships, I actually felt like my business mattered. I left Houston Auto Sales with a car that should last for years at a great price. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you see a car that interests you.

We bought a used Honda from Houston Auto Sales yesterday and it was a very pleasant, no-pressure buying experience. Marc was our salesman and he gave us a great price. He seemed very honest, not pushy. The car was in nice shape, pretty much as described. I would definitely recommend Houston Auto Sales to others. My only complaint was purely aesthetic. The interior of the car was not as clean as it should have been -- partly my fault since I asked for it to be ready early but I gave them time later and it wasn't done. Nothing that a little of my own Armour All couldn't fix. I'm very happy with my purchase now.

Not only is the inventory of great quality, the customer service is/was great as well!! Marc (my rep) very easy & honest to talk with. Did not drag out the buying experience, nor did he have the "pushy sales-guy" routine going. With all honesty, I will definitely recommend & re-visit for another purchase if necessary!!
