Howdy, Haley.~ **Stellar service.** I was completely taken aback (in a good way) today. Reason: Haley. Historically, I have generally avoided going to dealerships, as a woman who doesn't wish to be taken for a ride (pun intended), but my vehicle was in desperate need of authentic maintenance. I pulled up to the dealership for an appointment, almost 1,000 miles overdue for an oil change, and my AC sounding as if I had a racing intake. Haley checked me in and asked if I had any other concerns. Upon sharing them, she asked if she could look around to help identify the AC issue. Fast forward a few moment later and she is holding a filthy, upside down, air filter (supposedly changed by the last random shop), followed by a handful of nuts some brazen squirrel had stored away under my hood!!?! "Can you please try your AC again?" she asked...I did and it purred like a house cat. There is something about having an ally in moments like these. Today, Haley reminded me that there are still honest, sincere folks, no strings attached, who just want to serve and help. The visit itself to Howdy Honda was very pleasant, all employees we encountered were very friendly...but Haley took the proverbial cake and deserves recognition for her outstanding service and knowledge. I purchased a new vehicle from here over the weekend and my sales rep was Kyrstin Stanley. She was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and features. I've bought vehicles from other dealerships but she has been by far my favorite sales person. There was no pressure to buy. She presented the vehicle and we went for a test drive and I signed the paperwork. Neil Pratt was my finance guy and he was just as great as Kyrstin! You definitely can't go wrong with this dealership!

I ABSOLUTELY loved Howdy Honda!! I've had my first brand new car for almost a week now and I am in love!! 😍 My car salesman was STEVE GONZALES... He was able to get me a great deal and a lower interest rate which was definitely needed. He was even able to get me more for my trade-in than what I was being offered which worked out perfectly! He was patient and was able to get me my dream car! I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Honda.

Back at it again. In 2019, I bought my first ever Honda after switching from being a loyal Toyota customer, and I absolutely loved my Honda Accord. I'm now Honda hooked. I purchased that car with the help of Jorge B. Fast forward to 2020 September, and I got a great upgrade to a 2020 Honda Pilot!!! Big shout out to my salesman Daniel Beasley, from Howdy Honda. He is the best. He's knowledgeable, flexible, personable, patient, a great dad (with one lil princess already, and one prince on the way-Congrats!!🎈🎈) and family man. He wasn't pushy nor aggressive. He struck the perfect balance as a professional who listened and connected to my need to upgrade for space but also for style and comfort. He worked a great deal and I left feeling good about my purchase! Thank you Daniel. I hope your company knows what an asset you are.

After searching for a Certified Accord Hybrid, I was thrilled to find one, and submitted my request online for more details. I was happy to get a quick response from Abdullah Aly at Howdy Honda, who reassured me the vehicle was still available, so I decided to make the trip from San Antonio to Austin, and am so glad I did! Aly was great to work with. He was nice, professional, never too pushy or aggressive, and very knowledgable of the car and its features. I then met with Chris in the Finance Department who also showed the same level of friendliness, professionalness and knowledge. My entire experience at Howdy Honda would grade as an A+ due to the efforts of Aly and Chris, and serve to show that kindness and knowledge really leave a lasting impression. Thanks!
