My mothers car I needed help with. She is 90 and was having issues. I called Hubler service department a couple days ago. Brian in service was more then helpful, he went above and beyond. She most definitely will be returning when needed. Highly recommend the service depart. Thank you so much Brian

3 stars because I felt bad for the girl working there. I was looking to purchase with cash a brand new Honda. This dealership had just opened and is local to me so I thought I could support them and save myself some traveling. After looking around I was told that my best price option would be a 2019 that had a little over 400 miles on it, which would have worked if they would have been willing to work on the price. The car was technically “new” but it was one of very few 2019s they had on the lot, so very little options. The price was only a couple hundred dollars lower than the 2020 models that the dealership was full of. I tried to talk to them about the prices and provided a link to where the same car but a year newer was listing at Indy Honda for cheaper. The manager came out and informed me that absolutely no one was cutting price on the new cars and I am more than welcome to go to Indy Honda to try. I went to Indy Honda! I left with a 2020 that had 2 miles, interior was still covered in plastic, for a total of $6,000 below asking price…. A total of $9,000 below what Hubler Honda was wanting me to pay for the 2019 with 400+ miles. The young lady that was assisting me was new and I felt bad for her. She seemed to have little training, no guidance, and was doing what she could to make it work and do her best.

Best Honda dealership in Indiana by far! Tyce is amazing. Good people! The GM is awesome if you ever have any issues he is happy to help fix them! Couldn’t ask for anything better! Love both cars I bought from this place!

Always have dreaded buying cars from dealerships, however I had a great experience here with Mitchell Burton at Hubler Honda! I thought he did an outstanding job of listening to my desires and managed to talk my usually stubborn self into a vehicle that more so aligned with the desires I had mentioned and not the pre-set idea I had came in with. Would definitely recommend both Mitchell and Hubler and look to do business with them again!
