This was the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership from start to finish George was so helpful and answered any questions that I had and took the time to help me with getting my insurance for my vehicle as well George is very personable cares about his customers and wants what's best for them. I cannot say enough about George and my wonderful experience at Hudson Hyundai. You will not regret your experience at Hudson Hyundai as they care about the customer and want to keep a relationship with you. Imran is the sales manager there and also has been phenomenal and has gone out of the way for me in more ways that I could have ever thought. He also cares about making the customer happy and satisfied and does not hesitate to be there throughout the process and after as well. These guys really go above and beyond for their customers. I was also very thankful to meet Rudy the finance manager for me and made me feel at home and went over every option that was best for me. I bought a car and I new what I wanted and did not haggle, paid cash. they had me waiting quite a while they prepped car but that was fine. they gave me temp plates and said they would send me plates when they got them. 3 days ago my temp ran out. I have called 20+ times and either get VM or automated box and no one calls back. Yesterday I finally got a nice man who said he would find out status and call me back with in the hour to let me know where in the process they were. It has been 24+ and still no call. I have 10lled 10 times today nicely asking to speak with someone and I have either been hung up on put on hold for 15 min then hung up on or transferred to voicemail. I cannot drive car as it is not registered. It is obvious that this dealership does not have their act together I should have guessed that when the manager at Subaru and Hyundai were yelling and screaming at each other making a scene when I bought the car. I would not will not do business with them again. Funny thin is I have to buy another car in 3 months so they loose also.

I recently took a trip to what I thought was the Hudson Subaru building to look for a new 2016 Forester. While I was getting out of my car, I was approached by a salesman, whose name I did not catch. I explained the type of vehicle I was hoping to see in great detail, in the hopes he would be able to assist me. I knew something was off when the salesman began walking towards the Hyundai building next door. I questioned why he chose that location when I clearly stated I was looking for a subaru, but he told me it was "procedure" to take me into the building he works in. Price out with him for a number of minutes before he asked me if I would like to see a Hyundai Tucson instead. Confused by the question, I told this man that I was only interested in seeing a Subaru Forester, as I had clearly stated when I walked in. Another salesman proceeded to walk over to ask about which model Tucson I would be interested in, which only infuriated me more. I demanded to be taken to the Subaru store, where I was met by the assistance of a new salesperson. I'm not sure if this has worked for the Hyundai sales staff in the past, but it was unprofessional and a blatant disregard of my needs. I knew stepping into the Hyundai store this man would not be able to help me with the Subaru I was looking for. If I had known better, I would have walked out and walkes to the Subaru store on my own.

Hudson is a great place to buy..I was helped once by George who was very accomodating and listened to our bargains and after tenious back and forth he got us a fairer deal than the market on a brand new car.We have been using the car for past 4 months and when we decided to get another subaru,I contacted George who despite not having the exact car in-store,He got me the car in 24hrs and by evening I drove out of hudson with a brand new car.Oh and he is friendly too!!

This was one of my worst car shopping experiences. At first I waited for over a hour for them too find keys to a truck I was interested in. Went to test drive and battery was dead. Then the sales team tried to mark up the price of the truck since I was a new customer. Tried to offer me a very low trade in value and it was all down hill from there. When I went home and called them back they never called back. The worst experience . Buyer beware. I drove all the way from Bergen County.

I had been shopping around for a Subaru, looking for the best price from multiple dealers. After test driving at Hudson, Pedro and Sales Manager Jose worked hard to meet my overall price point, monthly payments and interest rate. Many dealers make the customer feel like they are tied into the purchase from the moment they walk through the door, but Pedro's casual and friendly manner created an atmosphere where I felt I could walk away at any time. He went out of his way to really explain to us what we need to know about what we are buying. He tried to match our budget with what is in their inventory and he really tried his hardest to give us the best deal that we can get. I purchased a veloster and had the 10 year Hyundai wrap warranty. Only about 1 week after I had the car the battery was going bad and I scheduled a appointment to have it replaced. The salesman steve jones was a bless to work with. He took his time to make sure I was taken care off. But once I arrived and had it fixed I was told I would have to pay $130 for the repaired. I was confused because I had the warranty package but was told the battery is not included. So then I spoke to multiple people including the finance manager and he specifically told me quote " you shouldn't have to pay for anything since I just bought it a week ago and it already having problems" Overall he had me wait for 45 mins with no response. So then the sales management try to work with me and said I only had to pay $70. I told him that the finance manager said I shouldn't have to pay for anything. THATS when he started getting emotional talking about why go behind his back and ask for other assistance and that the finance manager works for HIM and I was RUDE and now I would have to pay $130. sad part is im a MANAGER at a sneaker franchise and I feel like as a manager he was untrained and didn't know how to deal with service. I could have ran a better dealership than he did. What kind of manager call a customer rude in there face after they purchased a car and brought it back for repair that they didn't check upon selling it? Manager name was greg and I highly felt disrespected by him. Overall long story short I end up paying the $70 and the only I can do is warn any future buyers of there customer service and make sure the car is top notch before buying.

Long waiting time , even with an appointment. Put in the wrong oil asked for synthetic put regular , missed the compartment leaving the center smelled like burnt oil on the engine. Even for synthetic oil they out only 3,000 miles or 2/3 months for you to return.

This journey has been one of true adventure, lots of learning & happiness. As a woman accepted as an Uber Partner, I was ultra excited because it was going to steer me towards financial freedom as I create my life. It can be very challenging purchasing a car from Dealers because the waters are sharky. I was even told by a knowledgeable source Dealers generally are trained to take women and not just men because we are easy targets. I went through 2 Dealerships before landing at Hudson Subaru in NJ. Toyota was my first attempt. Yet after being unsuccessful I decided to go under the car qualification for Uber list. I found the Tribeca, no longer available nor being made & Forrester qualified to be on the road. Perked up and immediately made an appointment taking one of my homies like a brother with me. John was at the desk sitting and Jeremy said let's go speak with him. So we did. He was a car lover, young and knowledgeable and the honesty oooozed out of him. I felt he could be trusted and shared the stories with him which were quite unsuccessful. I Gave him my info and inquired about The Crosstrek. We left. I went home and emailed Uber inquiring about The Car List and The Crosstrek. They responded immediately and said yes it qualifies as UberX. He said I am going to get you approved and I screamed with delight as he came through with an amazing offer for my situation. I have no credit, considered a ghost, and compared to what I was offered with "competition" it was a no brainer. My Mom was a huge part of this morally supporting me and then some. She was so geeked you thought she was going to be driving for Uber. Ha. Well before I go I would like to add, I was once an educator for Subaru and to be a part of The Subaru Family is exciting because it's safe and built well..like my dream car Porshe. I will not have to worry about the winter because of the reputation of this vehicle. John & The Hudson Subaru Family in NJ are a true team. I walk into the dealership looking around expecting to have the usual looking around for the used cars and chatting to dealers about numbers then onto the next dealership. However when I saw the tangerine colored XV Crosstrek I was mesmerized off the bat! So my dad and I looked for a dealer to give us a hand about the Crosstrek in the showroom. Joey was the person my dad talked to on the phone about a used Crosstrek on their lot but unfortunately that was already sold. So I told Joey about how much I was enticed about the Crosstrek displayed in the showroom. At first I was scared from all the numbers way higher then my expected budget but Joey luckily helped us with numbers that was much much closer to our budget!! After hours of Joey fighting to get as close to our budget we finally closed the deal. Joey even said if all goes well with the papers I would be able to drive the XV Crosstrek home that very night! After all was said and done as promised I got to drive my new baby home! So all thanks to Joey I got to drive my dream car!!

We purchased our 2016 WRX STI from Hudson Subaru and the overall experience was a good one. Steven Katz was our sales rep. and he was helpful and took the time needed to answer our questions. When unable to answer a question, he did not hesitate to consult others who were knowledgeable about the subject. Post sale, he took the time to orient us with the vehicle and made sure we were pleased with our choice. The other members of the sales force were also cheerful. I hope that the service center experience is just as pleasing when maintenance/ upgrades and repairs are needed.

By far the worst dealership we have delt with. I originally called Saturday to ask about a car. The lady who answered my first call refused to give me information, saying i needed to come into the dealership. I explained that we lived 6 hours away so we couldn't come in to ask basic questions. I didn't feel like she was being helpful so I called back. I spoke with another person who answered my questions and walked me through the application process. He advised me I would receive a phone call the same day as my application. The following Monday I had submitted my application and was waiting for the call from the dealership. Steve Jones contacted me, however, did not have any information regarding my application. He said he would call me back later in the day. That never happened. On Tuesday, I called in due to not getting a call back from Steve. Jeremy the manager answered the phone. Again, had no answer as to whether I was approved. Said he would speak with the bank and call me back. By that night I had not received a call back. I called into the dealer and was only transferred to his voicemail. Wednesday comes. I still have not gotten a call back from Jeremy. I called into the dealership and was told that Jeremy was off. I requested to speak with someone else. They transferred me back to Steve, who again had no information about the status of my application. He said he would call me back and never did. Today is now Thursday and I still have not gotten a call back. I called in and was told that today Steve is off. I requested to speak with Jeremy and was transferred to his voicemail. I asked if anyone in the sales department was available to go over my application and was transferred to another voicemail. At this point I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. Not only is the service terrible, the information on the cars is questionable. From looking at the carfax, the car we were in has been in the dealers possession for months. At the end of April they logged that the car had 40,000 miles, by June 3rd it had 48,000. How did they put 8,000 miles on it in a little over a month??? I would not recommend doing business with this company

Well, first of all the price is not what they advertise, went up $ 2000...One day it was one price, the second day, it was another. When I asked questions, the sales person was very rude. I took delivery of the car on 02/23/2015 and was provided a 20-day temp plate. Connecticut state vehicle inspection has been done 02/24/2015 and faxed over to Hudson Hyundai same day. I was told I will receive a call when my CT State plates arrive. It is now 03/13/2015 and I still do not have my registration or plates. I contacted CT DMV this morning 03/13/15 and they said that new plates never been issued and that they never received any paperwork from Hudson Hyundai. Now because of their negligence I got stuck here with a car that I can no longer legally operate and I don't have any other vehicle to get to work. Dealer did not offer any solution. Buyers Beware.

I was looking for a Forester and I was referred to Chito at Hudson Subaru after I had spoken with some other dealers. Many of them had started to give me the runaround, but Chito was very professional to deal with. I told him what I was looking for, he game me some options and advice and we were able to come to a great lease deal. He was even able to work with the leasing company to avoid a problem. The paperwork and delivery was also very easy - no games or tricks. I brought the car home yesterday and have really enjoyed the driving it.

Initially, I had been researching used cars. I went there after visiting another dealership as I had narrowed my search down to two specific cars. Hudson Hyundai offered me the exact amount I believed my trade-in was worth based on my research. And quite frankly, the previous dealership was not the greatest experience. My salesman Ulises Puig was a pleasure. While the vehicle I went there to see was no longer available, Ulises walked around their lot with me in the rain looking for alternatives both new and used. I ultimately settled on a new 2015 Elantra. He was VERY patient with me. Maurice Lyle was very thorough in explaining everything I was signing and answered all the questions I had during that process. I don't claim to know a whole lot about purchasing cars and in hindsight, probably should have negotiated a bit more but considering my needs I'm completely satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend you consider them the next time you're shopping for a vehicle.

When it comes to the 2015 WRX / WRX STI, they are hard to come by. Being a young male, I'm sure many visit dealers to look at them, but just for that....and Dealer's never take young males seriously. I had this happen to me at 2 Subaru dealers. One wouldn't even talk to me, when I was potentially willing to order one! Hearing there was a WRX in stock, I headed over to Hudson Subaru where I met Chito and he was kind enough to chat with me, and give me attention. Though the car wasn't the trim I wanted, he was willing to discuss ordering, but had a dirty secret: he had my trim on order for the showroom! Once he said that, it was time to talk figures, and finally settled. Although he seemed very busy, as Subaru dealers have been, he was fairly good at email communications, and provided me a VON, VIN, etc when he received it. Even though he knew I knew my stuff, as an enthusiast, he still went through the standard procedure of showing me all the papers and functions of the vehicle. I recommend paying him a visit if you are interested in a Subaru.

This was our first experience with a Subaru dealership since we've owned all other brands before. Once we saw what options Subaru had, we not only bought 1 car we bought 2. We went in there with no expectations and came out with great deals for both cars and a very nice buying experience. The process was still lengthy, but that's always the case in most dealerships, plus we bought 2 vehicles and we had many options to choose from. Our representative there: Steven Katz. Good customer service and he went above and beyond to give us a great experience, even though my parents could not speak English very well. We worked as a team and he made sure my needs and my parents needs were met with the cars we bought. He didn't miss a beat and we didn't have to do much wheeling and dealing either! That's nice to see for a change. I would definitely do it again at the same dealership and have recommended another customer to Steven in the last few days.

Dawn and the team at Hudson Subaru were terrific! The showroom is clean and bright. I was offered a bottle of water and was able to do a test drive within 15 minutes of arriving. After negotiating the purchase price, they explained the process and took care of all the details. I was on my way home with the car the same day.

On Tuesday Ulises Puig helped me purchase my first car.He gave great customer service, told me everything I needed to know about the cars, and showed me which one would fit my budget. I ended up leaving with the Hyundai Accent 2014, and I'm very happy with this choice. The car is great on gas and with parking. I highly recommend it for college students and first time drivers.

Of all the dealerships in the try state area, Hudson Subaru gave me the best deal and offer a Lifetime Warranty. My friend had told me about this place but I leave in Brooklyn and for me to go to Jersey City was really hard. But last week I took some time off from work and decided to drive to NJ and it really paid off. I got a great deal and my sale person Dawn was wonderful to me and my family. Will totally recommend this place and Dawn to friends and family.

I got a letter from this store to trade in my KIA Sorento 2004 so my father and I drove down to Jersey City just to check it out. My dealer hooked me up with a great price for my car and was able to find me a slightly used Hyundia Santa Fe 2012 super fast for the price range I was hoping for. The deal ended up being really fair and really fast. I drove here with my Kia Sorento and was able to drive out with my new Santa Fe! It was a great atmosphere here and my dealer made me feel like i was at home talking to my brother.

After giving him a few features that I would like to see, he brings out a beautiful brand new Hyundai Elantra that has everything I need and more. Johan was an awesome associate. My husband's car literally died in June while repairs were being done to my truck. We hadn't had a car payment since 2006 and were quite anxious about the whole buying/leasing process and having a car payment again. My husband went to Hudson Hyundai on June 6th and received assistance from a young man named Shamar Thomas who worked with him to obtain a 2014 Sonata that he likes a lot at a reasonable monthly payment. Fast forward to August 7th, we find ourselves back at Hudson Hyundai with Mr. Thomas looking at Tucson's & Santa Fe trucks because my truck required more costly repairs than we were willing to continue to put into it. Again, the finance Manager Mr. Maurice Lyle at the dealership worked with us and I drove off the lot with my 2014 Tucson! So, we are now a "Hyundai" Family and very pleased with the courteous staff. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Hudson Nissan!!! So BAD that I decided NOT to get a NEW CAR!! I took a look at SUBARU and was a bit nervous starting the whole EXPERIENCE all over again.. After seeing a few commercials I decided to go in and take a look... Upon parking at Subaru I was instantly greeted by Keen who was by first impression very honest and generally a Good Person... I decided to go in and proceed... I never felt pressured or uncomfortable... Actually, I felt very at ease and had all my questions answered and felt like a valued customer!! Stood there for a few hours to leave with a NEW 2015 Subaru Forester which I LOVE.... Not to mention that Mark the finance manager was also outstanding... He called me a few days later to tell me he got me financed with a New Bank for a Lower Interest Rate... The Service from the first day was OUTSTANDING!! 440 normally gets bad reviews and I was reluctant to head back in that direction... Though after dealing with KEEN and MARK I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say! Once again thanks to HUDSON SUBARU and KEEN for Excellent Service...:)

I came in looking for a New Hyundai for my growing family i was met at the door and greated by Bryan Lara. He imediatly made me feel at home. He sat us down offered us refreshments and whent over the entire model line he explained each car in detail and met our exact needs. I felt like like he was really interested in my familys needs (seeing as we are having another baby). Bryan explained to us all the safety features of the cars and recommended a new Sonata Limited . He WAS WONDERFUL! HE MADE IT FUN AND EASY. I got NONE of that high pressure closes that i would get from other dealerships Im sending ALL of my friends there. This place is horrible!! I'm still trying to figure how are they selling cars that the mechanic can't fix if something goes wrong. I have only had the car for a months and and it already has engine and transmission issues but yet the service center says there is nothing they can do. These guys are nothing but crooks in polos. I called to the service center and asked if these issues can be fixed since I just purchased the car and the service manager tells me "it's your car now you have to keep up with the maintenance" I could see if I had the car for years but the sales associate Ron promised these issues would be fixed. This place really shouldn't even be in business with the high lack of integrity there.

I was shopping for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and the place had great offers for people with bad credit. To be honest I felt funny about it but I'm glad I went to Hyundai Subaru in Jersey City. I was being helped by a sales rep by the name of John Rodriguez. And he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Took his time to show you step by step from trading in your car plus value. The interest rate value and break it down for you. A lot of dealerships don't do that at all. So from trading in my 2010 Honda Accord to the car I always wanted was a plus for me. I was driving a used car and wanted to get into something newer without breaking the bank of course. I stopped by Hudson Hyundai on 440 and just walked around the lot. A gentleman by the name of Sergio approached me and we just started having a conversation, he was not pushy and genuinely seemed interested in actually helping me out. Long story short I was able to trade in my used vehicle and purchase a new genesis. I want to shout out to my sales rep mohammed, by saying that I haven't owned a car in almost 20 years. A friend warned me that I should plan to spend an entire day at the dealership, and I did. My salesperson Mohammed Ansari was friendly and patient. I was slightly underwhelmed at the number of vehicles that they had that met my needs, but I did manage to test drive 3 different cars, and found that really helpful. Shamar made the buying process for me so fluent and comfortable I almost want to buy another car to experience his service again. If you are looking to buy a new car and if you stay near Jersey City, NJ, then you have to visit Hudson Hyundai. Also, look for Mohammed Ansari - Sales Consultant, a genuinely good person, down to earth and very professional when it comes to work. I was really happy to buy car ( Hyundai Elantra 2013 ) from this dealership. I decided to visit the dealership and was out driving in my new car that same night. Mr. Ansari is very honest and humble person, basically everything you are looking in a person to make you comfortable while making the deal. Mr. Ansari assisted and guided me through the entire process calmly, and made me understand what would be the best deal that suits me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I bought a car from Imran. I'm 18 years old and I didn't feel uneasy at all about the buying process. Any regular salesman would've taken advantage of a kid my age, but Imran was like a friend to me. I started looking for a new Subaru lease (based on the safety picks and features offered for the price) few months ago. Hudson Subaru was the closest of the dealers to my place. We visited their first time to test drive and went again to test drive another vehicle. Good part was there wasn't a forced/pushed sale experience. After test drive, we discussed the lease cost and its different parts. I usually ask many questions but the sales staff was very patient and explained areas where I didn't have good understanding of nitty-gritties. On our third visit we were sure about the car and lease. Johan helped us during the entire process. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He was quick to follow up on car plate and kept me updated on car arrival. Paperwork wasn't too bad either considering a Saturday afternoon. I wanted to give 5 star rating to the experience as there wasn't any doubt that I left the dealership with. But considering this was my first car buying experience, I can't state it to be the best of all.

Immediately after arriving, we were greater by Johan Rivas. Johan was great! Not a bad buying experience. This was my first time buying from them and expected much worse. Johan Rivas is great to work with. I would consider going back. The Good: 1. They didn't require a bank check, and held it until the account transfer went through. 2. There was a mailing issue with the title, but once they received it, it was processed asap. Even offered to pick it up. 3. Friendly Staff The Not Good 1. The 3rd party site where I saw the vehicle had a price published for return customers, not new customers. Nothing wrong with that since it was in the fine print, but it bugs me a little. 2. Instead of showing itemized bill (ie tire tax, registration fee) they're lumped under standard fee for all purchases. 3. I think my trade-in could have been appraised a bit higher.

I recently purchased a car with my wife and we were thrilled with everything and the service the day we went in there to buy the car. Everyone was very nice and helpful. However since then we have been trying to find out when our old car loan will be paid off. We have called several days for several weeks to speak with someone and have yet to get a call back. All I wanted to know is if the loan will be paid off before the next payment is due. Then the wrong address was given to the bank for my new loan and now " I " have to call them to change the address and deal with it. In my experience once your sale is done and you are out the door they don't care about you as a repeat customer any more. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they transfer you to a machine and you never get a call back. If you buy a car here make sure you don't need anything after the deal is done or it will take a while. i would be careful when going back to this dealer.

I recently got a Nissan Altima 2012 from your sales person Mohammad Ansari and i have been working with him on the car title which has not been sent to the bank. I have been getting repeated notice from the bank that they have not received the title. I had faxed the details to Mohammad the details of the mail sent by the bank with the address and he said will check with the Accounting team and let me know. Its been a month since he's not gotten back and i did reach out to him after getting my second default letter from the bank. I do not wish to be in the default list and hence i called u Mohammad Ansari and told him that am not happy with the service. The title is not with the bank and I do not want my interest rates to go high just because of your negligence to contact me and inform about the situation a month back. NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME...

I buy many cars and ship them for export from US. I have experience in talking with many dealerships. And I'm definitely sure saying that Hudson Hyundai has the worst customer service. My customer found Toyota Venza 2013 on their website. I called to dealership many times, but nobody answered or receptionist transferred my calls to voice mailbox. I explained it to the receptionist and she again transferred my calls to voice mailbox. The personnel is very rude. Do not buy cars from Hudson Hyundai.

Purchased a Hyundai Genesis Coupe (i know, sorry, wont do it again) and a few months the windshield got cracked. Took the car to Hudson Auto Group in Jersey City, NJ to get it repaired. $500 for a top notch job... yet it was not, they used the old rubber seals and a few months later a noise began to appear. Water is now in the cabin and have been there for around two months. There is water... inside..my brand new car and Hudson Hyundai keeps turning a blind eye excusing that there are no loaner cars so they cant do the repair. The vehicle is now a danger to drive as there is fog all over and visibility is reduced substantially. They will sell you a car but don't expect them to deal with it.

I came here to check out a Certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra that I was interested in and spoke to Rene Marte. Rene was excellent at explaining everything about the car, the extensive (and pretty impressive) warranty and the buying process. I would recommend speaking to Rene if anyone is considering buying a car from here. HOWEVER, when his manager Greg Fredericks came to speak to me about the vehicle he addressed all of his comments to my boyfriend instead of me. I'm not sure if he thought my boyfriend somehow controlled my finances or something to that effect, or it was just because I'm a female, but I was really surprised. I was the one buying the vehicle and I was the one making any of the decisions. I even told Mr. Fredericks that I'm the one buying the vehicle and still he only occasionally glanced at me while speaking to boyfriend. I thought I was imagining it until I asked my boyfriend who said, "I was hoping you didn't notice that". Also when we were leaving Mr. Fredericks didn't even try to shake my hand but went for my boyfriend's hand. Also when I went to test drive my car of interest, the lot was so jammed up with other cars that it took forever to get it out (not really a big deal for me, but still I think they should get a little bit more organized). So for any other buyers my advice is 1) make an appointment (with Rene who was great), 2) if you're female make sure they know that you are making the decisions.

I want to preface this by saying that I haven't owned a car in almost 30 years. A friend warned me that I should plan to spend an entire day at the dealership, and I did. My salesperson Johan Rivas was friendly and patient. I was slightly underwhelmed at the number of vehicles that they had that met my needs, but I did manage to test drive 5 cars, and found that really helpful. Johan also picked me up at the PATH train and dropped me there after we finished. That was great, and made the schlep out to Jersey City really easy.

I contacted Hudson Hyundai Looking for a used Sonata. I Spoke with Luchia She was not only very friendly but she touched the car for me and followed up with me for a week because I was not able to get there until the weekend. i was very happy when i got there Luchia introduced me to a very charming sales man Jack Bosha. I would buy from them agaian refer family and friends. Im very happy with my Certifed pre-own sonata!

Most used car dealers will not be totally honest with you when you look at a car. Not these guys ! They started to lie to me BEFORE I even got there. They advertised a 2005 Hyundai Tucson. I called to find out if it was still available. "Lucia" assured me that it was. I told her that I was driving about 1 hour to get there, so please don't make me come if it is a bait & switch. She told me that the car was there & available. I drove there only to find out from "Joe" that "Lucia" was unavailable and that the car was sold. Did I want to spend several thousand dollars more on a different car? This happened four days ago and the same car is still being advertised on cars.com today! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Tried to buy Hyundai Elantra that I saw advertised on Cars.com. Called them several times. At first I was told, that they will submit my proposal to the manager and they will call me back, did not happen. A week later I called again and I was told they do not make deals over the phone(using condescending tone). I am not from Jersey, why should I travel there if I do not have some kind of deal confirmed. I`ve got impression that I was not taken seriously.

I called Hudson Hyundai is regards a used sonata I had seen on the internet and spoke to Adriana. She was honest enough to let me know the vehicle was not available before making me come down there and not only that but she also worked numbers out over the phone on a brand new sonata (which is what I ended up purchasing). I appreciate her persistency and charming efforts that prompted us to drive through congested roads and get the vehicle we wished for. If you want a car ADRIANA is the person to speak to!

I was looking for a 20I4 Subaru Forester for a while. It was told there are a lot of dealerships on route 440 or Hudson area. I found Hudson Subaru online. They seemed to have a decent inventory of Foresters. Monday I visited the place to see if they had the model I wanted. I dealt with Dawn (salesperson) and Mark (manager) initially. Mark worked with me on the price. Tuesday I put a deposit down and obtained the signed bill of sale. I obtained the loan, insurance and cashier checks to purchase the vehicle on Saturday. I arrived at Hudson Subaru and during inspection of the vehicle, I noticed there were several scratches all over and damage to the front bumper. I informed Dawn and eventually Jose (marks manager) of the issues. They tried to buff out the scratches but they needed a paint guy to fix the front bumper who usually comes in on Tuesdays. I told them I did not want to take the car home and bring it back in that condition since it was supposed to be a brand new car. I told them to call me once the issues were fixed and I would come to inspect it again with the intention of purchasing the vehicle. As I left the dealership I overheard a salesman ask Dawn if I left yet. I shrugged it off and left. Monday, Dawn called and told me that they sold my car as is it that Saturday and they had another vehicle for me that had to be driven in. It would have about 100 miles on it. What happened to my car? I had to cancel the insurance, auto loan and returned the checks. Mind you there were fees that I had to pay to cancel it. The dealership showed no concern about them selling a car that was spoken for. Mark told me to trust him since I would not have liked my vehicle after they repaired it. I felt like they have done this before. They showed no remorse and tried to put the blame on me for not taking the damaged car AS IS. I contacted the Customer Relations Manager, Christina and informed her of the situation. Mark told her a different story so then a 3 way conversation ensued. Mark made sure that I knew that I would never find an honest and helpful salesman/manager as him. I hope I never do because at the end of the day my time was wasted. I am carless and I am out of money. No one should ever have to experience anything like this. My experience with this dealership was awful and I hope whomever purchased my car enjoy it.

I bought a car at the dealership towards the end of June. The transaction went smoothly and I became a very proud owner of a Hyundai. I was informed that my license plates would come in the mail within 2-3 weeks. I received a temporary license plate for the time Now here is where all the problems and headache begin! My temporary license expired mid July about 3 weeks after buying the car. I called the dealership and they informed me that there was a problem with the DMV and it will only take a couple days longer. I understood that problems happen, so I hung up without any issue. A couple days passed and I call the dealer again, I was told he would call me back. From then on everytime I tried contacting the dealer I was sent straight to voice mail. It had been 2 months and I still havent received my plates! I can't even get in touch with them! Do Not recommend this dealer! Stay away, as now I have to spend some money on a lawyer as well as a car.

I live in Manhattan and my wife and I decided to get a car so naturally we inquired to a few hyundai dealers that were closest that we found here on cars.com. We were undecided between a new Hyundai Sonata and a certified used so I asked many questions to each dealer about specific cars they had. ONLY Hudson Hyundai (thanks to the Sales Manager Jeremy Sharp) took the time to provide me exact answers to my questions AND provided additonal information that he felt would be useful to me when selecting a vehicle. His insight was spot on and he helped us get our certified used 2013 Sonata at an incredible price! My salesman and the guy that signed the paperwork with me were professional and attentive and I can't thank them all enough for making this an enjoyable experience!!! I will be recommending all my friends, family and co-workers to Jeremy and Hudson every chance I get!!!

I recently decided to make the switch from Honda, who I've been a long loyal customer of, to Hyundai. I did my research and loved the reviews the new 2013 Santa Fe where getting. I called into the dealership and from the beginning, I dealt with a very knowledgeable representative that was able to answer whatever question I throw at her regarding the Santa Fe, since I was very apprehensive to switch over my lease from Honda to a Hyundai. She gave me very honest information regarding the Santa Fe and what she had available, and made me a believer in the brand. When I went into the dealership I also wasnt disappointed with the service and my salesmen worked with me every step of the way, and I appreciate his patience with me. VERY HAPPY EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER. Only down fall the process was a little time consuming but the outcome of me getting what I want was worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DEALER!!

An absolute horror show.. These guys LIE LIE LIE.. They promised a $1000 trade in on a vehicle trade in, site unseen.. They were shown pictures of the trade in and knew the car had lots of body damage.. It ran great, (a 1999 Sentra with 46k original miles), but the body was shot.. Mohammad Ansari and his Manager said "we are not going to sell it anyway.. We will just junk the car because we can not guarantee it." After switching over the insurance, giving them the check and getting ready to walk away from what had been thus far a great experience.... they pulled the plug.. Mr. Ansari said they would not honor the $1,000 trade in and said "who would give you a thousand dollars for that car." I replied that he did and they knew the condition of the vehicle. He replied "you are not taking responsibility here... you misrepresented the condition of the car." This was just not true.. they knew the condition of the car. It was the end of the month and they wanted to make a sale and figured that since everything else was done, we would not make a big issue of it.. However it was a huge issue and we got into a shouting match. This was a horrible experience.. These guys wasted hours of my time and did not stand by the agreement they made.

Our car got destroyed in Hurricane Sandy so we were entitled to a portion of our extended warranty. We filed the cancellation in January and just received the money today. We were calling nonstop and each time they forwarded us to the finance department voicemail that no one called back. Since the finance department wasn't doing anything, I started asking for managers. Each time I called I had to explain my situation. After six months of giving us the run around, endless unreturned calls and two trips to the dealership, we finally got the money. The reasons for not giving us the check went from sending it to the wrong address, the owner wasn't there to sign it , they couldn't find it because the finance manager was out sick 3 times and then out on a vacation. I have never experienced anything like this before. I do not understand how this place functions as a business. This place should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I do not recommend this dump to anyone!

Habby helped me to return my leased car without paying the extra wear and tear as well as the return deposition fee. He is very nice, helpful and promptly responsive. There were some hiccup when the leasing firm still asking me to pay these fees after I return the car, but Habby really helped me to negotiate and waive these charges. I really appreciate his service and help. I would recommend him if you ever want to get out of your lease or consider trading in your vechicle.

Hudson Hyundai Subaru has the best customer service I have experienced throughout the Northeast. Mr. Habby Younan was the point of contact and very honest, polite, and truly wanted me to walk out happy! Excellent service and very hard working! From the first phone call, to meeting at the dealership, to get my car appraised and walking out with another car, there wasn't a moment when I felt discomfort. He made me feel right at home. Mr. Younan has gained his dealership a loyal customer for life. I will be back soon and many referrals to come. Mr. Younan is the perfect example of outstanding customer service!

I had such a great experience at Subaru that I ended up driving home with another car when my only intentions were to sell my car. I had an appointment with Habby Younan and he was extremely kind and very knowledgable. He was great at following up with me initially and thats what made me come in, but I was only coming in to sell my car! I had a great experience with him because he was not all about the sale. He talked highly of his company and the cars they have and actually made me interested in checking out their inventory. He sold me into buying another car from their company! GREAT GUY. GO IN AND ASK FOR HABBY.

I got an offer from them to a new car over phone and also WRITTEN in email - and when arriving to the store - they told me that after talking with the manager they can't sell it for this price so it's an extra 1500$... never saw so much layers in one place...

I wont recommend this place to my worst enemy. I inquired about a vehicle on their website, got an email the same day saying the vehicle was still available. Went in the next day they claimed it may have sold they couldn't find it. Make a long story short, I purchased a vehicle and returned it a couple of days later for a knocking motor and they weren't happy to the point where they were not willing to make a deal with any other car! It's been 8 days and I still haven't received my down payment refund. You can make several calls & NO ONE CALLS BACK , TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

This is my first time in whole my life that I'm writing a bad review for any business;They are terrible!Never trust anything they say on the phone, they change it in the office! We talked on the phone, the person talked to GM and offered a price that will be negotiable as well!Over there they said different price! Even for the APR, they pretend that they don't know that right now that I'm writing this review, it's 0.9 % for certified Hyuindai pre-own car! Then I showed them on the website (www.hyundaicertified.com) then he said OK!I was seating almost 45 minutes on the chair to show me the car, then they said that they can't find the keys, without saying a single word SORRY!Never waste your time because I'm sure when you get there you will not waste your money!
