Chito was helpful and friendly in the store and on-line amid the emails we sent back and forth. The car was a big upgrade for me (my previous car was a lot older and many new bells and whistles come with a new car) so I found Chito to be patient and knowledgeable in teaching me all of the new things that my new car has. Most important, he was not pushy at all, just wanted me to make informed decisions about StarLink and various dealer installed options.One little thing stood out that shows their attention to detail: the back trunk mat was still wrapper in plastic, which I had them remove. But I learned that they have found some people like it wrapped in plastic so that they know it is new, so they keep it on until they take it off in front of you. Hudson Subaru's personnel was very friendly through the whole process and paperwork. I found they did a good job in explaining options that were best for how I plan to use my car.Finally, I really like my new car. The combination of quality and safety is outstanding.

I visited Hudson Subaru and met with Chito Encarnacion today Tuesday October 11, 2016. I was told by a friend who bought a car from Hudson Subaru two years ago to see only Chito. I therefore asked only for him. I was so happy I did. Chito was able to answer all my questions and able to help me find the car that I wanted. It was evident that Chito knows so much about the vehicles he sells. I have been to two other Subaru dealers but it appears that only Chito knew the options that came with my vehicle and knew the specifics of the vehicle. Chito took his time to make sure that I test drive the vehicle I wanted in an open highway. I was able to test the car and he made sure it was really what I wanted. Who does that these days?I ended up buying (manufacturer pre-order) only the options that I wanted (the 2017 Gray metallic Subaru Forester 2.0 XT with eyesight/navigation, etc). I walked out with a good deal and felt no pressure during my entire visit at this place. It was an amazing experience dealing with Chito. Thank you so much for the courtesy and honesty!I would recommend only seeing Chito and only him when you visit this place.

George Too left a lot to be desired when approaching a dealership under the name brand... But different location.Admittedly, I was late to my 5:30pm EST appointment by about 15 minutes... But the treatment I received afterwards was borderline offensive. George told me that the wait would be about 5 to 10 minutes, yet I waited an hour before another employee of Hudson Subaru noticed the clear I professionalism of the circumstance.My impression of George as a sales rep is that he is a common shark. He determined my needs (trading in a car valued at 12.2k), we're not as important as whatever it was he did for the hour prior to addressing my inquiry.As a customer I felt judged, and that his line of assumptions and questioning were unwarranted and unprofessional... He was clearly an individual that "judges a book by its cover".I will be continuing business with the dealership I have worked with for my last 3 Subaru models... and not Hudson Subaru. I wish anyone working with George Too or his team the best of luck. Be wary.

My husband and I went shopping for a new car in July and August and Pedro Lantigua took us on our first test drive, so while we appreciated his professionalism and hospitality, we didn't realize just how lucky we were to have him as our first experience until we had gone through a number of other test drives with other folks. He was very informative and patient, staying with us until rather late into the evening to take us through all the different cars that Subaru had to offer. Needless to say, we bought a Subaru in part thanks to his efforts. (Unfortunately, we had to go to another Subaru because Hudson didn't have the car we wanted in stock (we wanted the Eyesight), but if we could have, we would have bought it from Pedro.) Big kudos~

I picked up a Hyundai Sonata, the dealer was great! It may have take a little while, but that's all car dealers. I told Chito the car I wanted, that I didn't want anything else, and he respected that and was helpful in the process of purchasing and financing. He explained all the details, and made the whole experience less stressful and complicated. While I feel as though I didn't get the best of deals, I still walked out with the car I wanted with no hassle.

We had been pretty set on a Subaru Forster based on my family's history with Subarus and my fiance's research into it. We chose Hudson Subaru after calling around to various dealerships in the area and realizing that they had the best selection of inventory. Chito, our sales rep, was great at getting us in and out the same day with our lovely new car. It did take a bit of time, but it was because he was so sought after he was the busiest sales rep in the place, and he worked on negotiating us the best deal possible. They were very accommodating in our wait, and the manager even pitched in helping us transfer our possessions from our trade in car to the new one. We were incredibly impressed with the way they run their business, and went to all the way to Jersey to buy our car because we knew the customer service in Brooklyn doesn't compare.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP... Their advertised prices for used cars are jacked up if you have an incentive or bonus "check" even though they say there are NO incentives on the used car prices... When asked about the "special e price" every used car says to inquire about I was told that the E Price does not apply to used cars and that they can not remove that from the used car listings and keep them on the new car listings.. iT says it's an all or nothing thing (OK I believe that NOT). I was told the E Price is only for new cars because of discounts and incentives for the purchase of new cars and the used cars do not have discounts or incentives and that the price. So the rude sales manager Rick says what do you expect to pay? I said that since I have a $3000 incentive "check" to buy a car from the dealership I was ok with the price minus the $3000. All of a sudden he claims that the used car price on the Internet is discounted with incentives and the check can not be used with ANY vehicle that is discounted or has incentives in the price... LOL his story changed from the EPrice does not apply to used cars because there are NO incentives or discounts to they will not honor the incentive check because the used car price has discounts and incentives and it can't be used. This dealership us run by a bunch of dishonest people that give honest salesmen a bad name. STAY AWAY if you don't want to overpay be lied to and treated like you are too stupid to know what they are trying to do to you!

George was extremely knowledgeable, patient (took me for 2 test drives), and explained everything. This is my first Subaru and if I knew the experience was going to be this great, I would have purchased a new Subaru sooner. A great no pressure buying experience.

I have always loved this brand, my car has served me well in a all forms of weather and protected me in an accident. Recently though, my impreza's engine had some major repairs needed and I did not think it was worth fixing. I met with George Too and he was able to get us a new car that night. It was a long process but Mr Too was very patient and considered our situation, he was able to get us a great deal that worked for us. He was also able to arrange a trade in of our old car with the many problems it came with. Couldn't get much for it but not having to deal with the car was a big weight off our shoulders. Overall I love my new Subaru Forrester and was very pleased with how easy it was to drive away with it that night. I highly reccommend the dealership and George to anyone.

I was looking to trade in my 2012 hyundai accent. I had the car for 4 years and I wanted to get something with more room for my 10 year old son and myself. Pedro from the Subaru side, called me in the dealership and walked me through a few possible options. We both agreed that the Hyundai elantra is not only conformable enough for me and my son, but also the car came with a unbelievable deal. He walked me through the application process and submitted it. Sadly, due to my credit I was turned down. Disappointed, I thanked Pedro for trying and moved on. Later that week Pedro called me and asked me to come back as he was not giving up on getting me into the car. I came back and 1 hour later he told me I was approved, he walked me through the terms of the loan and the terms of my trade in. 3 hours later I drove off in my new 2016 Elantra. As a women walking into a dealership in a room full of sales men is very intimidating, Pedro treated me as if I was part of the family. He was almost like a father figure fighting on my behalf. He walked me through all my options and recommended the best case. I honestly have to say I don't think I will ever go to another dealership. I am highly recommending them even if your credit is horrible. I am the oldest of my 3 sisters and I am telling them to come here for there cars. They work with you and treat you with the up most respect. That is very rare. Thank you!!

I've had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. Louie followed up with me proactively and occasionally to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Calculations of the total sales price were done transparently and honestly. When the model with the specs I wanted wasn't at the dealership, Louie did a great job locating the nearest dealership with that same model with the specs I wanted and got it to me safely.

John Rodriguez and your whole staff was very professional and friendly. After driving the same car for 16 years (purchased new in 2000) I was a little nervous about the process, but John explained everything effortlessly and this put me at ease. Yesterday I bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and it was the easiest process I've ever been apart of. It's a friendly and trustworthy environment from the salespeople all the way up to the sales managers. The sales manager Al is probably the most genuine and straight forward manager I've seen in a dealership and he's good at what he does. My sales person John knows everything there is to know about cars and he's an easy going guy. I highly recommend if you are in the area this is the dealership to visit, they will take good care of you!

I Came here from cars.com, because I saw they had a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Premium up for sale, from what i was told over the phone, was in "Mint Condition". For the price i was not going to complain. When i showed up, on the Subaru side, I was helped quickly with friendly service, but my salesman was on the Hyundai side, which to my surprise confused me, since it was a Subaru i was trying to get. So our salesman (Ulises) gave me the keys to check the car out. To my surprise... this car was not even "Mint" as i was told. It had a huge dent on the hood, the grill was cracked and needed to be replaced, there were a lot of dents and scratched on the bumper. Cosmetic was, i was not happy with the "Mint condition" i was told about. He said to me the car was "as is" Cosmetic wise. So Why tell me, its mint?After taking the car on the road, no problems occurred, I asked if the speakers were upgraded on this vehicle, and he said, "No, only on the premiums" and quickly changed his answer when I said it was a premium. Take note he was sitting in the back seat, with the Monroney sticker next to him. I feel he was a little uneducated about the vehicle. Regardless, I actually enjoyed the ride, and feel. But, something felt off. We bring the car back, and discuss the "Deal". after seeing the car fax This car has been sitting on that lot since November, The battery was replaced after 3,000 miles, and so was a tire. 1 corporate owner, which i found out was the Dealers Loaner Car, I have no idea how many people have driven this prior. Also, this car was not Certified, and being a 2013, under 80k in miles it should be Certified, but i guess the money was not worth putting out to certify or fix, being a loaner. So many red flags came up and i just felt so flustered with all this information, though the one thing that bothered me the most was this $1,250 Rebate. A Rebate I did See prior to driving up to check the car out. But this was no rebate, it was a Fee, they tried their best to tell me differently, but a rebate is not something you pay for, which they were adding on to my Estimate, which up my monthly rate. I would of drove off that lot with that car to be honest if they worked with me and did not attached this fee to be a "returning customer". The Manager, tried explaining to me about it, but it still did not sit well. They tried lowering my monthly payments but it still was way to high because of the 1250. They fought me so hard, but there were no deals added to this car. Only unwanted Additions. No making up for Certify, no making up for the lie of a Mint car. Just an as is vehicle i was not expecting to see. I almost cracked and bought the car, but came to my senses last minute and realized this was no deal at all.I was so happy coming in, but left with a headache and disappointment. I should of went to the Subaru side, but... would that have been any different...? I guess I wont know, because I am never going back there after this experience.

I am new to car shopping so I do not have much experience to compare this to but this was a deeply unpleasant experience. Joey Mnauel picked us up from downtown JC as we had no car currently and we were looking at a non certified 2013 Subaru crosstrek that he priced at more $26,000 all included. Which fine, you can price however you want. But we are not required to buy a 3 year old car that is barely $3000 less than a new one. All considered, it truly made no sense. He was evasive about questions, pretended he did not know the history of the car's accident because "it might not have been serviced at the dealership" when the car history report showed every service that car had ever had was at that dealership. He said the price was "non-negotiable" and he was in general not open to much negotiation on any point. But then you can't expect us to buy on the spot after less 15 mins of non-negotiations. So when we said "we'll think about it," he refused to drive us home. "We're not a taxi service," he said. He was fine "taxy-ing" us there. It wasn't even the refusal so much as the way it was said. And the overall experience. My boyfriend said he later apologized to him but I was busy trying to find a cab to get out of there as soon as possible. This is no way to treat customers. You don't pick them up and and then ditch them because they didn't buy what you wanted to sell in less than an hour total spent looking at two cars, test driving and then "negotiating". I will say the receptionist was a sweetheart and apologized. And another salesman tried to be polite and offered us water. We just got home and I will absolutely email the manager tomorrow (tho judging by their Yelp reviews that might not be worth it.) Maybe the rest of the people there are not that bad, I don't know. But if you're looking for a slightly more engaging salesperson, or one that is nice and polite after you counter their offer, Joey Manuel is not the one you should go to. I have truly never been so offended.

Hesitant at first to visit Hudson Auto because of all the bad reviews but Chito Encarnacion (the salesman with 30 yrs experience) was great from beginning to end. He was patient, friendly, took his time to explain all the details/functions of my new Legacy; overall clearly very knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to work with me. If he didn't know, he would find out instead of telling me a lie. Would absolutely recommend going to him. I DO recommend however, being careful once you get to the finance step, stay ALERT (yes, even after those 5 hrs of being there all day) or they WILL get you to purchase more in impressive, convincing ways.. good luck!

I have been searching for a vehicle for my youngest daughter for some time now, but have not met any dealers that fit our needs. Most salesmen and managers we have come across either rushed my family and I into deciding on a deal, or treated us as though we were just a money making opportunity. My daughter and I walked into Hudson Subaru as a last resort, expecting to be treated in the same manner. There are no words to accurately describe the pleasurable experience we had. Not only was my salesperson knowledgeable of the merchandise and concerned of our needs, but the management was just also helpful, if not more so. Overall a good experience. We went in looking for an Impreza, but wound up buying a Crosstrek after test driving both cars. Chito was very helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. The one red flag was concerning financing. We discovered when going through the paperwork that we were agreeing to warranties we did not ask for or were even explained to us. After this discovery and speaking to the financing specialist, we were able to secure a much better interest rate and a warranty service that we actually wanted.

Because I knew the car that I wanted, a friend connected me with this dealership. The sales rep I worked with Kene Reeves, negotiated a deal with me while eating dinner in a restaurant! When I showed up to sign the paper work the next day, most of it was already completed. I still had to meet with the finance manager (45 min. wait b/c he was with another customer) but then I signed all the documents and was out the door with my new car! Kene was one of the most professional auto sale reps I have ever met. Well done.*Hint to others, know what you want going into a dealership and do a pre-approval (if financing) on the dealers website a head of time.

Chito was very straightforward and transparent during the entire process. Truly no hassle VIP pricing. I called 3 other dealerships and always got a run around when it came to VIP pricing and inventory. Chito was different. He showed me what was in stock and what was in transit and how to order extra accessories. I never felt pressured at any stage of the deal. He always updated me with status , as soon as he heard anything new. He answered my calls and emails -- which I find rare. So when my vehicle came in, he called me on that same day -- and I signed and picked up the car hours after. If you are a VIP pricing eligible customer and looking for a car, go nowhere else but to Chito.

I went there to buy an used car the first week of may and for the same car they ask for 2000 saying that was the price it was now online for an used when before going for a test drive we checked on our phone and the price was 12995 and in less than 30 minutes they set the price at 14995 for an used car year 2008. After, I left the dealer I checked the price again and it was back to 12995.

After visiting 3 prior Subaru dealers, I was very skeptical coming in via internet request to pursue a 2015 STI here (according to their website, they only had 1 in stock). Upon 30 min after putting in an internet inquiry, I got a friendly phone call and voicemail from George Too (I was at work at the time and could not pick-up). The following evening George tried to reach me again and was very pleasant and not pressuring. I told him that I had visited 3 dealers prior and the only thing holding me back was test-drive and price, something the prior 3 dealers couldn't fulfill. We agreed to an appointment with the promise of a test drive and I came in with my wife that Friday. George was very prompt and professional and had me test drive the only 2015 WRX STI they had which at the time was located in the middle of the showroom buried behind 4 other cars! He moved the car out for my wife and I and off we went. After the test-drive I knew I wanted the car and I made him an offer and within 10-15 minutes we had a deal and I had placed my order. He advised me it would take 6-8 weeks for my order and even updated me after only 1 week that he had not forgotten about us. Through the course of the wait he updated me continually via e-mail or phone call and always returned my calls/questions promptly.When my car arrived, he had my car ready for delivery with my strict requirements of hand-wash only, no dealer add-ons, no front license plate bracket drilling all within 1 hour of coming off the truck! I also dealt with his manager Jose and finance director Mark. It was a cash deal and the process could not have been smoother, again I was surprised even in the finance office that I was never put under any pressure to buy anything above and beyond of the car. There are 3 other Subarus in my family and we will bring our business to Hudson Subaru and George Too/Jose/Mark when the time comes!

Went to Hudson Subaru and met with Chito Encarnacion after hearing numerous recommendations. He was very kind and professional, and he worked hard to find the best deal for me as a first-time buyer. He was also very patient with some of the complications I was having that day, which was very refreshing. He explained every option possible in a very clear and concise manner, and in the end, we settled on a great deal, and I went home with my new Forester! I highly recommend Chito if you're looking for a great deal on a great car!

Out expereince of buying a new Subaru at Hudson Subaru was simply super. For this all kudos to Chito Encarnacion, who was excellent and is a wonderful human being also. Chito was truly exceptional in guding us and helping us get a real good deal as also the service was excellent. He is fantastic. In addition the team at Hudson Subaru was very nice and Mark too was very helpful in our transaction. All in all a really posiitive and good-feeling buy thanks to Chito.

I was looking for a Forester and I was referred to Chito at Hudson Subaru after I had spoken with some other dealers. Many of them had started to give me the runaround, but Chito was very professional to deal with. I told him what I was looking for, he game me some options and advice and we were able to come to a great lease deal. He was even able to work with the leasing company to avoid a problem. The paperwork and delivery was also very easy - no games or tricks. I brought the car home yesterday and have really enjoyed the driving it.

We found ourselves looking for a new car ahead of our plans, as well you know life 'happens'. Being suddenly without a car it was with concern that we set out to get a new Subaru. We consider ourselves lucky to have Hudson Subaru in the city and there it was that Chito made it all work out so well for us to get a new Forester. He is truly superb and is also a wonderful being. He helped in every way and step and made us feel real comfotable in the whole buying experience. Chito is really the best. In addition, yes, the team was also supportive and we had a positive experienc with Mark helping out also immensely.

I found myself suddenly in the market for a new vehicle after my previous car was totaled. Never the best of circumstances to go out looking for a car. Chito was beyond awesome and spent a significant amount of time with me comparing the various choices available and how they stacked up against each other. I'd originally learned to drive on a Subaru and my family has owned many over the years... he obviously has a great deal of experience with these cars over the years and was able to discuss how they compared to the ones I'd driven in the past. I ended up picking a car off the lot and in spite of being incredibly busy that afternoon the staff at Hudson were able to get everything lined up so I could drive home with a new car that night.In short, just an awesome experience all around and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Had a great experience at Hudson Subaru... First time buying a car in over 20 years, but the staff made me feel very comfortable with everything. Chito was our salesperson and he explained everything to us in a very understanding manner. Made sure we were comfortable with our decision. In addition, Chito has a great personality and does not try to trick you into anything. Would recommend this dealership (and Chito) to anyone.

While buying a car can be a nerve wracking and frustrating experience, working with Chito Encarnacion is wonderful. He makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the showroom. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and without being pushy. He took us out on several test drives and his knowledge of the specs on each vehicle was superb. Even after a long night, Chito worked to get us the best deal possible. It seems like it is about more than the sale with Chito, it's about building a relationship. We couldn't be happier with our new car and our experience. We live over 40 miles away and pass several Subaru dealerships along the way, but we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I visited a number of Subaru Dealerships around the state looking for a 2014 Subaru Impreza Sedan. In most locations, they were already sold out. The next dealership we visited was Hudson Subaru, where Chito approached us in the Showroom asking us what kind of car I was looking for. I told him a 2014 Subaru Impreza Sedan. He told me that one was being delivered within a week and he offered to reserve the car for me if I was interested.I came back one week later and the car was there waiting for me. Chito kept his promise to reserve the car for me if I was interested. We took it for a test drive, negotiated a fair price, and I took it home that same evening.A huge thank you to Chito and Hudson Subaru for their hospitality during my visit. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We just bought a used car from this dealer and worked with Chito. He was so incredible. I found the car I wanted online and called him. He dealt with me and since we lived four hours away, we completed a lot of preliminary information over the phone. He even held the car for us for three days just on our word that we would come get it - this was awesome since we knew this car would go fast since it was such a great deal. He kept in touch the whole time and was not pushy at all. We had our month old daughter with us and he was so patient and personable with us. Just a pleasure to work with. We will definitely buy from this dealer - and Chito - again :)

When it comes to the 2015 WRX / WRX STI, they are hard to come by. Being a young male, I'm sure many visit dealers to look at them, but just for that....and Dealer's never take young males seriously. I had this happen to me at 2 Subaru dealers. One wouldn't even talk to me, when I was potentially willing to order one! Hearing there was a WRX in stock, I headed over to Hudson Subaru where I met Chito and he was kind enough to chat with me, and give me attention. Though the car wasn't the trim I wanted, he was willing to discuss ordering, but had a dirty secret: he had my trim on order for the showroom! Once he said that, it was time to talk figures, and finally settled. Although he seemed very busy, as Subaru dealers have been, he was fairly good at email communications, and provided me a VON, VIN, etc when he received it. Even though he knew I knew my stuff, as an enthusiast, he still went through the standard procedure of showing me all the papers and functions of the vehicle. I recommend paying him a visit if you are interested in a Subaru.

I looked an used 2011 forester online and sent them an enquiry. They responded promptly with follow up call. I was scheduled to go there at 2PM and when I reached there the person I was interacting was not available and I was handed to someone else. He showed me the car and the car was in an OK condition (it was not even cleaned properly). When we sat down to talk about the price, he showed the online price and added $1250 as I was not a customer of this dealership. Even though the price quote I got online did not include this, the salesperson said he has to add this as I am a new customer. When we started to discuss about this additional money, he went back and forth couple of times with his manager and came back with no change and started explaining what's the car worth and why I need to pay $1250 extra. After 15 mins he was able to take out the $1250 and expected me to buy the car at the price he quoted. At that point the manager get involved in the conversation and not even ready to reduce the price buy a penny. His rationale was he already reduced the price by $1250:).Then he wanted me to show on other websites, where I can show him the price lesser than theirs. When I showed them some examples, he was just trying to find faults with every other car online.I got so pissed of at their gimmicks and trying to make me a fool. When I told him what price I was ready to buy the car right then and there, he said thank you and walked out.No customer service, no friendly gestures. Extremely rude. If I can give a 0 star or anything negative ratings, I would have happily done it.Please stay away from this dealership. Even if you pay few extra bucks at other dealership, go somewhere else so that you will get a decent customer service. Worst sales experience I have had in my entire life.

We just got a 2015 Subaru Forester today and we are very glad we came to this dealership.Their showroom was packed with new cars and you can see the information you need on display.We were lured to this dealership because of their Lifetime Warranty offer on the engine.Aside from their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, we were greeted by excellent customer service.We didn't have an appointment but Mr. Chito Encarnacion was very accommodating, and helped us get the deal most convenient to us. He was very patient with us. We would gladly recommend him and this dealership to our family and friends. Overall it was a great experience.

I walked into the Hudson Subaru dealership on Saturday August 2nd and Chito Encarnacion met me and my friend at the door. "You look familiar," he said. I was surprised he didn't forget my face. Apparently, I had purchased a car from Chito almost 10 years ago and came back to buy another car and he remembered me--that was a plus! After doing some research on Subaru's, I had an idea of what I wanted but I was open to looking at other cars. He patiently walked through the dealership with me and after 2 test drives of two different Subaru models, I made my choice and we started the paperwork process. Buying a car is not the easiest thing in the world to do. But it helps when you have a salesperson who is accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly and may I also add has a sense of humor. Chito made my car-buying experience very manageable. I will definitely buy from him and the Subaru dealership again.

I called ahead of time and asked for a car that was advertised on their car at MSRP and was told that the car was available and given the price stated as MSRP so I went and visited the dealer which was a two hour drive. Once on arrival I met with the salesman and after seeing the car and sitting down to discuss the price the salesman came up with a price of 4k over MSRP without including fees and taxes and 7 k over MSRP after taxes and fees. I was already dissapointed with the dishonesty of this dealership for making me loose my time. The salesman brought the manager and tried to hold us while we were ready to leave offering us what he said was a MASSIVE DISCOUNT but still ended up being almost 3k over MSRP. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I have just placed my order in for another car at MILLER SUBARU and couldn't be happier with their service.

Don't buy a car here! Worst customer service EVER! First I was baited and switched on the price of the car in that I was told that the price I'd seen advertised was a "loyalty discount" for people who had purchased from Hudson Subaru in the past. Although there was a disclaimer about the loyalty discount on an Internet listing the salesman showed me, on the site I used, there was no disclaimer. I figured that it was still an okay price even if it wasn't a GREAT price, and I really needed the car, so I bought it anyway. I drove it for eight days, after which the battery died. I called to complain and was told to take the car to a local mechanic and find out whether the battery needed replacement or whether it simply needed a good charge. When it turned out that the battery needed to be replaced, I was told to pay for the replacement battery and fax the receipt to the salesman I'd worked with, and I would be reimbursed. I paid approximately $245 for the replacement battery and sent the receipts as instructed. I did not get a reply in email or a return phone call despite many attempts. After several weeks of that, I spoke to customer service and explained the situation. Customer service apologised profusely, and told me to forward the receipts to them and it would be taken care of. So I did, and once again, I was ignored, unable to get a reply by phone or email. Finally, I gave up and took the further loss, which I'm sure is what Hudson Subaru was counting on. Between the bait-and-switch, and the bad faith with which I was dealt after the sale, I find it extremely hard to believe that anyone ever takes this place up on their "loyalty discount." I've never felt so disrespected by anyone I gave so much of my money to. STAY AWAY!

Had setup an appointment to see a vehicle. I was visiting them from different town and like 30 miles away and its during the peak hour of NYC traffic. Called them before starting - didnt get any response and the manager who setup the appointment was off that day. Was first surprise. I went there as they said someone else will show the vehicle. I setup the appointment for a test-drive for a used vehicle originally. Took us 15 mins to find a person who can help us. He filled in all our information and went to find the vehicle keeping us waiting for 63 minutes. Finally, he appeared and took us to the vehicle - it was sitting in a corner behind atleast 30 vehicles so there was no scope to move the vehicle even a meter. We respectfully said "thanks for your time" and returned.

No problems with customer service. Chito was exceptional., friendly. However, the reason why my overall experience was low was the remote start that they installed was NOT GENUINE SUBARU REMOTE START.If ever you read this, DO NOT BUY THE REMOTE START and the 3 YEAR PROTECTION (interior/exterior) that the dealership offers.. DO NOT BUY other accessories as they are available in ebay for cheaper price.

Dawn listened to everything I wanted in my new and I must say Im beyond happy with my new 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. I love my car and all its features, but most important I feel 100% safe in my new car. My wife and I went there without any appointment and were triaged to Chito. Since he was taking care of other customers, it took time to come to our turn. However, he constantly contacted us while we were waiting, and it showed that he was always taking care of us. Chito was excellent through the beginning to the end. Although we did not think that we were going to make a deal on that day when we left our home, we purchased Subaru Outback 2.5 Premium at the end of the day with a great level of satisfaction. The only hesitation that I had for making this deal came from the sadness to release our old friend (Subaru), who drove above 145,000 miles with us for more than 10 years. Before we left the shop, Chito kindly took our pictures with the old friend. It was almost 9:30 pm. Thanks Chito for helping us to make our new friend.

The first moment I came into the dealership I was formally greeted by many friendly employees willing to help. I was just browsing the available and possible choices at the time, I was always being helped and had all my questions answered. When I finally decided to even consider a purchase, Chito was able to help. He help me narrow down my selection of car that suit my needs and my personality as well. Not only did he help with my selection he also was able to come to a proper deal that suited my price range. As the next few visits allowed me to prepare for the upcoming purchase, Chito made sure all the paperwork and other documents were in order and set for a smooth transition as possible. It was one of the most enjoyable and smoothest visits I've ever had to any dealership in my life. If I were to ever change my car or help another family member or friend choose a Subaru, I would definitely recommend this dealership without hesitation.

This was my first car purchase and it felt great. My friend recommended me to come check out Hudson Subaru for cars. I've shopped around New York City for decent deals, but dealers either failed to agree with me on a price or did not have the color I wanted. When I walked into Hudson Subaru, Chito with a friendly and professional manner approached me and my parents. He asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was, and whether I wanted to test drive the car or not. Chito took his time explaining all the features of the car and made sure I was very comfortable. Also, while we were trying to work out the deal, I wanted to check out the car a second time, but the car wasn't there. Chito went and fought for me to get the car back on the lot so I could check the car out again. In the end, I did end up paying a little more than I expected, but I think Chito gave me a great deal. This is my second Subaru purchase. first a 2011 wrx then two years later step it up to2014 wrx sti .. all my purchase was handled by chito encarnacion .. let me tell you this guy is the best car sales man outhere .. very informative and when you think your at the dealers mercy your wrong .. chito will work with you and management with whatever you can handle and work out a deal that will make sence and not leave you in a bad position.. THEY WERE AGGRESSIVE IN BUYING THE CAR AND BY THAT I MEAN THEIR NUMBER WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH WHAT I WANTED NO BSING. HABBY BEAT 4 OTHER DEALERS IN A 25 MILES RADIUS THAT WASTED MY TIME AND THEY ALSO TRIED TO SELL ME A CAR TOTAL ANNOYING B.S.. I DIDN'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM AT ALL WITH HABBY. HE DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO PUSH A CAR ON ME BUT IF I NEEDED ANYTHING HE WOULD SEE TO IT. SMOOTH PROCESS SOLD IN 48 HRS WITH HABBY WHICH WAS DUE TO MY RUNNING AROUND AT OTHER DEALERS. Chito went out of his way (even driving us off site to a warehouse of more cars late at night in the cold) to find us a car that met our our needs and was within our price range. The process of buying a car can be long and arduous . But Chito went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at ease during the entire time. He provided coffee, water, and food which was very much appreciated during the long process. Chito was very accomodating on trying to find the right vehicle for me. He understood my specific prefences and budget right off the bat. Even though the car I choose had extra additions, he said from the beginning he'll work it out, and he did! We made an excellent deal, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. He has a vast knowledge of Subarus (with over 28 years of experience), and is highly recommended when purchasing your car. We plan on coming back to him when we purchase another Subaru for my husband.Thank you Chito for providing an excellent first buying experience!

Luchia handled the initial on phone negotions and it was because of her customer servicing and due diligence my husband and I even considered Hudson Auto Group as a contender in the sale of a 2014 BRZ Limited. Because of her, we made our way to your dealership and purchased one. Kudos to her and as well as Johan Rivas for making the experience extremely easy and fun! We had read some not so positive reviews of Hudson and were a bit reluctant. We were a bit concerned that the deal we had been promised by Luchia was not to be and we would be pressured into something different. That was certainly not the case. Luchia made it a point to come over an meet us personally when we arrived and ensure we were well cared for. I am one to "do my homework" and although I appreciate that I put all the folks through their paces when making a car purchase, I feel that both Luchia and Johan did an excellent job in making both my husband and I feel like we were welcome and by no means rushed in the process. Johan spent quite a bit of time ensuring that we had the appropriate exposure to the managers to even better the deal while also spending a lot of time to ensure the delivery process was thoroughly handled and complete. Both Luchia and Johan exhibited extreme professionalism, yet personalization to the dealership and would highly recommend using both as part of a first internet/call sale and then Johan to do the execution!

I was looking for a 2013 Subaru Impreza with a standard transmission and a moonroof and found one in the online inventory at Hudson Subaru. I clicked for an e-price and was very happy with the price offered. Christina took me through the initial steps then turned me over to Chito. Both of them were very professional and friendly. I felt that they gave me straight answers to all my questions. I was a little nervous about going to an out of state dealership sight unseen, but Chito made sure my experience at the dealership was smooth. He had the car I was interested all ready to go and had me check it out to ensure it was what I wanted. It was exactly what I wanted, but I am sure that if it wasn't Chito would have worked with me to get the right vehicle. I liked that both Christina and Chito respected my desire to deal via email and did not barage me with phone calls like some other dealers have done in the past. Also, Chito was very thorough going through my new car's features. Since I am a previous Subaru owner, it was very helpful that Chito pointed out what was the same, what had changed, where things had moved, etc. He also synched my phone with the new blue tooth (which I didn't have on my previous Subaru) which was a big help. Chito has also followed up with me about the vehicle to ensure I am happy with it (which I am!).As I have been telling everyone, if you are the market for a new Subaru try Hudson Subaru. I felt like I was offered a fair price that I did not need to haggle with, that the process was easy and smooth and could mostly be done via e-mail, and that I was not pressured to purchase add-ons, etc that I did not want. It was definitely worth the drive in from PA.

I originally wrote a glowing review of this dealership because our shopping/buying experience was a great one. However, 3 weeks after we took our new car home I am very upset to have to take my comments and rating back. I am now unable to drive our new 2014 forester and have to hide it off the street because our temporary registration has expired and we have not recieved the updated one. We began calling the dealership over a week ago to remind them that the expiration date was approaching and we were told each day it would be to us the very next day. Our temporary registration has now expired and the car must be off the street. Since we began calling last week, the only response we have been offered by Dawn (our sales consultant) to my worries reguarding our car not having valid plates was to hide the car in a parking garage so it doesn't get ticketed or impounded.We went to the DMV ourselves today hoping we could just pick up our registration or even a temporary one right there. After running our info we were informed that no paperwork matching our cars VIN# or plates has even been sent to them as of yet. We have been in touch with Giorgio Scarpitta (a manager at the dealership) several times today who has not offered us any explanation as to why we do not have the updated registration but promising to have it to us via email by 3pm today. As of 7pm and a few messages left on his voicemail we haven't heard back from him or received anything. The DMV also has informed us that printing out this unofficial paperwork and attempting to drive the car would be illegal. I am very pregnant and my husband and I do not need this stress. We've spent this entire day and the past week on the phone with the dealership and still have no registration or even an explanation as to why it was never sent to the DMV in the first place. We would like to have our registration which we already paid the dealership to process so that we can drive the new car we bought almost a month ago.

I had major work done on my existing Subaru at this dealer and it went well. The dealership is fairly close to where I live, so I called them when I wanted to buy a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted. They gave me a price over the phone. I went in after work at about 7:30pm and left with my new car at about 10pm. Chito, the sales person, was excellent in all regards. Everything went smoothly, no surprises.

On 6/8/2013 I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI from your dealership located at 943 Comminpaw Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey Hudson Subaru. I received excellent service from the Sales staff - Pedro Lantigua in particular - but my general experience has been tarnished by the lack of after-sale support. Being that the vehicle was bought Certified Pre-Owned , I did not expect to have many issues in the months immediately following purchase. Unfortunately, many issues have arisen. At the time of the sale I noticed that the tire pressure sensor warning light was illuminated (on the dashboard). After a visual inspection of the 4 tires, I realized that all 4 tires were worn. Simon Sedrak, a Manager at the dealership at the time, agreed to give me 2 new tires, padded in the cost, as part of the terms of the sale. I accepted, under the assumption that the other 2 tires were safe enough to last a couple more months. This assumption proved to be incorrect, as a couple weeks later the tire pressure sensor warning light came on again. When I went to get it checked out I was informed that 1 tire had plugs in it - which had now started to leak and that the Rim on was bent. Also because the wear is uneven, a noise is being heard while driving. This means that I was sold a vehicle, with plugged/unsafe tires and a bent Rim. I would like the 2 tires to be replaced. The second issue was with the cars battery it went completely dead in July 2013 (a couple weeks after the cars purchase). When I went to pick up the license plates for the car (approx. 5 weeks after the purchase), I informed a member of the service staff that the battery had died and that I had replaced it. He told me that there was nothing he could do about that and that I could not take advantage of the warranty since I had already changed the battery myself.The third issue was a damaged Front Control Arm. I had noticed a squeaking noise on braking, and general front-end instability. I brought this up numerous times to Hudson Subaru, but again I was either ignored or dismissed. During my visit to Town Motors Subaru in Englewood, NJ, it was discovered that the front control arms are damaged, thus causing the problem. The service staff there completed the repairs.The fourth issue was a knocking noise being heard seemingly from the front-end of the vehicle. I visited Hudson Subaru every Saturday for 5 weeks consecutively after I purchased the vehicle, trying to get someone to check the issue out. I was eventually told that this was just a natural sound that the car makes, and the issue was brushed off. The noise continued, and was finally resolved on 11/5/2013 during a visit to another dealership - Town Motors Subaru located on the corner of S Dean Street & Garrett Pl, Englewood, New Jersey. The Englewood service staff alerted me that a Strut Mount bolt and a front right axel bolt had been loose, causing the noise. The fifth issue is with the depleted brake pads. This was another issue discovered at Town Motors Subaru in Englewood. The service staff alerted me that the brake pads were (and still are as I have not had them changed) depleted and in need of replacing. Being that less than 5,000 miles have been driven since the purchase, I dont believe that I should have to replace the pads so soon. As previously mentioned, I attempted to resolve these issues with Hudson Subaru on many occasions, but was constantly given either the round around, or misdiagnoses on what was wrong with the car. Being that the car was bought with the Certified Pre-Owned guarantee from Hudson Subaru, I thought I had purchased a worry-free vehicle. I was under the impression that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected by Hudson Subaru, and was safe and in great condition. I also thought that in the event that I did have problems or concerns, Hudson Subaru would be there to assist me. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, and has caused me to incur a lot of additional cost (I have all of my receipts). I have also spent a lot of time going back and forth to the dealerships in Jersey City, and Englewood. I am still waiting on Hudson Subaru to make this right...

The vehicle was advertised at a lower price than the dealer ended up selling me the car for, this is not my main reason for issuing a complaint. After the salesman told me to leave his dealership because I wanted to pay the advertised price I returned to buy the car at the higher price, this is not the reason for complaint. After informing the sales manager that the car has a screw in the tire he took off $12 only for me to discover when I got home another tire had a screw in it as well, this also is not the reason for complaint. The reason I am contacting you is because I took delivery of the car on 10/9/2013 and was provided a 20-day temp plate and was told I will receive a call when my NY State plates arrive. It is now 11/4/2013 and I still do not have my registration or plates. I contacted the dealer every few days to ask if my plates came and they never did. I talked to George the sales manager on Monday Oct. 28th (after expiration), he said he'll look into it, I never got a call back. I talked to a salesman on Tuesday Oct. 29th who said he'll look into it and never called back. I spoke with George again on Wednesday Oct. 30th and informed him that police had pulled me over but after explaining my story the officer let me go with a warning. He called me back and gave me 3 options, 1- Drive my car illegally back to NJ from Queens, NY and pick up a loaner car from him, 2- Rent a car at my own expense and he'll try to get me reimbursed, 3- Return the car I purchased and he'll give me back my down-payment. I returned his call and told him he has 2 options, 1- Bring me a loaner car to my home, 2- Arrange for me to pick-up a rental car locally at his expense. He called me back 5 hours later and said he will call me the next day (Thursday Oct. 31st) to have a loaner car brought to me. He never called me about bringing the loaner and I haven't heard from him since. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here with a car that I can no longer legally operate.

My sales person was very good, he was able to answer most of my questions without any hesitation. And got everything processed very quickly. The dealership however is a different story. They had a very minimal selection of what I was looking for(0). And I had to settle for a model and color that I didn't really want, but I had to get something going that night so I was stuck. Also the service dept. left me and my 2 young kids walking around for 3 hrs in the cold when the car was finished up pretty quick, but never called like the said they would. Like I said the sales person was great but the dealership was very sub-par. Defiantly not going back their.

Habby did a good job facilitating the purchase of my vehicle through AutoTrader's TradeIn Offer program. Although I was disappointed with the final price, Habby did a good job explaining why the deductions in price would take place. He worked with my lienholder on a Friday evening to set up the necessary documentation towards paying off my note. In total, the dealership was an inviting place to walk into. Habby was pleasant to work with, and even drove me home after we completed the transaction.

My family and I entered Hudson Subaru on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment or prior consultation; however, we were greeted and accommodated by Chito, who although was catering to another customer, gladly took us in. From there I was able to test drive the vehicles of my choosing and from this experience along with further suggestions from Chito, I was able to make my decision on the vehicle I wanted. Soon after, we signed the agreements and I left that evening with the vehicle. Overall, this experience progressed smoothly and without the service provided by Chito I don't believe I could have gotten a better deal. I would definitely recommend Hudson Subaru to any interested customer.

My husband and I had previously visited several dealers and all of them gave us less than a fair trade prices while claiming it was the best offer out there. It felt like we were constantly trying to be swindled out of money, so it was no surprise that we were very skeptical about Hudson Subaru as well. The experience at Hudson was different from the first moment. Our dealer, Habby Younan, was actually there when we arrived and our meeting started on time. We sat at his desk and spoke for a few minutes about our expectations. He was very polite, courteous and answered all of questions. The inspection took no more than 15 minutes and the rate he gave us for the car was very fair. Once we agreed to sell he took his time to explain all the paperwork and the steps of the process which helped put us at ease about this entire process. The sale was made right there on the spot and he even dropped us off to the train station so that we could get back New York.Two weeks later we received our check in the mail and the car was paid off!! This experience has been a pleasant surprise and we both will definitely recommend Hudson Subaru and especially Habby Younan to anyone thinking of selling their used car or even buying a car.Thank you Mr. Younan for your great service and for following through with your word. Dawn was very friendly and courteous during the entire process. This was my first car purchase and she provided me with the best customer experience! Dawn is very professional and puts the customer first. She puts a lot of time and effort to making sure you leave happy. Dawn is great at maintaining communication throughout the entire process from the first time you walk-in to when you have the keys to your new car. She even does a follow-up call to see how you are doing. The whole car-buying experience was not as intimidating for me because I was lucky enough to work with Dawn. She really understood what I wanted from my car and she helped me get it!

My experienece with Chito and the satff has been very positive. As a saleman Chito did not pressure me. He listened to the features that i wanted and helped me choose which Legacy model was best for me. He knows his cars. The other staff were also positive and attentive (managers, reception and office). I have had an unusual email experience with the service department. First i got emails about a service appointment. I changed the appointment to a better time for my schedule. When i arrived none us really knew why I was there. The workers were great, namely positive and helpful. Later in the week i receieved an email saying that i had missed my appointment?! So the email "gremlin" from service needs some work but the staff were great.

I don't even know how to describe how horrible this dealership is. I would never recommend ANYONE to EVER work with them. I e-mailed and called at least 20 times without getting the answers to questions I had about a vehicle. Finally, I decided to just drive the 3 hours to the dealership just to find out that the vehicle I kept asking about was not for sale because it needed work done. It was listed on the website and not one of the at least 10 people I was in brief contact with told me that it wasn't for sale. I really needed a car, so I settled for another one there with double the miles. About a month after purchasing this vehicle with all cash, I still didn't have my new plates and the temporary plate was expired. (They require you to pay them to deal with the registration, won't let you do it for yourself) So I spent well over $20,000 in cash for a vehicle that I now couldn't even legally drive just to find out that Hudson Subaru didn't even have the title for it!! I don't know how in the world they are allowed to sell cars that they don't even have possession of the title to. So I'm stuck without a car to drive.Besides this unacceptable mistake, they weren't even apologetic. All they offered to do was reimburse me for renting a car up to $30 a day. First of all, it's hard to find a car that cheap to rent and secondly, you need to be 24 or 25 to rent a car. I'm not even able to rent a car, making their offer meaningless. Perhaps they treat New Car Customers better, that's the only explanation I can think of for how they are still in business.

I was looking for a 20I4 Subaru Forester for a while. It was told there are a lot of dealerships on route 440 or Hudson area. I found Hudson Subaru online. They seemed to have a decent inventory of Foresters. Monday I visited the place to see if they had the model I wanted. I dealt with Dawn (salesperson) and Mark (manager) initially. Mark worked with me on the price. Tuesday I put a deposit down and obtained the signed bill of sale. I obtained the loan, insurance and cashier checks to purchase the vehicle on Saturday. I arrived at Hudson Subaru and during inspection of the vehicle, I noticed there were several scratches all over and damage to the front bumper. I informed Dawn and eventually Jose (marks manager) of the issues. They tried to buff out the scratches but they needed a paint guy to fix the front bumper who usually comes in on Tuesdays. I told them I did not want to take the car home and bring it back in that condition since it was supposed to be a brand new car. I told them to call me once the issues were fixed and I would come to inspect it again with the intention of purchasing the vehicle. As I left the dealership I overheard a salesman ask Dawn if I left yet. I shrugged it off and left. Monday, Dawn called and told me that they sold my car as is it that Saturday and they had another vehicle for me that had to be driven in. It would have about 100 miles on it. What happened to my car? I had to cancel the insurance, auto loan and returned the checks. Mind you there were fees that I had to pay to cancel it. The dealership showed no concern about them selling a car that was spoken for. Mark told me to trust him since I would not have liked my vehicle after they repaired it. I felt like they have done this before. They showed no remorse and tried to put the blame on me for not taking the damaged car AS IS. I contacted the Customer Relations Manager, Christina and informed her of the situation. Mark told her a different story so then a 3 way conversation ensued. Mark made sure that I knew that I would never find an honest and helpful salesman/manager as him. I hope I never do because at the end of the day my time was wasted. I am carless and I am out of money. No one should ever have to experience anything like this.My experience with this dealership was awful and I hope whomever purchased my car enjoy it.

We purchased a used Outback from them and it was (and continues to be a terrible experience). We are now driving with an expired registration as they have not updated us, or sent us our official plates/registration, although we have already PAID for this. In addition, we needed a part that has also not come in. No updates, no status, no communication. Simple terrible and the WORST experience ever in purchasing a car. We have wasted countless hours with these guys and went to pick up the car, which was not ready and no one called to cancel the pickup. Stay away.

Yesterday we drove our new forester home to Manhattan from Jersey City. Chito Encarnacion, our salesman,was responsive, patient, informative and friendly.. He test drove the exact model forester with us, located the exact color, model and accesories and was correct in its brief delivery time. He answered all our questions and promptly returned phone calls. Hudson Subaru has great stock on subarus and quick turn-around. If you are looking for a forester in the metropolitan area Chito is the answer.

We have been buying cars for our personal use for many years and this by far is the best experience we had and we all attribute it to Chito Encarnacion. He made us very comfortable and assured. He is honest and took the time to explain about the whole deal and especially about the cars we were considering. He carefully listened and understood what we were looking for. In our experience one of the necessary things that one has to do but is not so pleasant is buying a car because of the hugling and pressure selling that comes with it. We had purchased a Subaru Cross Trek from this dealer in October and just went back in June for our second Cross Trek. We have found that the staff at Hudson Subaru to be very helpful and they make the car buying process less of a hassle than we have experienced at other dealers. This is the first service center within a dealership that I have used -- I have always used my own car mechanic in the past because of all the horror stories I heard about dealer service centers. After 2 years of utilizing Hudson Subaru Servic Center, I can honestly tell you I have not had one negative experience. As a matter of fact, I enjoy going because the technicians are friendly, respectful, and honest, and my car is always serviced at its scheduled time --- I am in and out without a hitch. The Service Advisor, John, is an absolute professional and a pleasure to interact with....he is knowledgeable, courteous, and truly wants his customers to be happy and satisfied. For example, I have had two occasions whereby two separate tires developed slow leaks....both times, the tires were inspected (nails found) and repaired, and I was not charged for the service. Let it also be known that on the second occasion, I drove in without an appointment and was immediately taken care of. This service center knows how to do business. And, may I add, that the dealership sales office is excellent as well. My entire Subaru experience has been awesome since Day 1.

We did a lot of shopping around and comparing prices for our new Subaru, and we were picky about what we wanted; basically, just a Forester Premium with the all weather package and not much else. Hudson Subaru not only had a great selection of the vehicle we wanted, and a variety of colors, but they also were responsive to our questions, answering them completely and quickly. The best was the GREAT DEAL we got from them, far better than any other dealer in the area. Ebram Labib was extremely helpful and courteous when we arrived to get the car, and helped us through all stages, even on the trade-in. This was a genuinely enjoyable car buying experience.

About a month later I called him to see if he was still interested, he was. I bought my Subaru Forester in Jan 2013. Took my car to the dealer for the 1st service in May 2013. On 5/03/13 - My car got hit by a 3rd party on the Dealer Premise while the mechanic was driving the car. John (service manager) provided a loaner car (Impreza) and promised that the car will be fixed by 5/08, but since I am out of the town I can pick it up by 5/10.Waited until 5/09, I received not a single call from the Dealer CSR or Service dept whether the car is ready or not . Finally, I called the salesman (Giorgio) & sales manager (Simon) who sold the car to me, but I am told to "CHECK WITH SERVICE DEPT since this incident happened in Service". Salesman promised that someone will call me in "SHORT TIME", but not a single call on 5/09.... On contrary, I received at least 7 "automatic service reminder" calls within 3 days, before the date of service, although I asked to "STOP" this reminder calls. I wish they spent that energy and infrastructure in "after-sale" or "after-service" courtesy callsNo one calls on 5/10. Again I had to call on 5/10 to check on the update.... Again I am promised that someone will get back to me shortly.Today it is 5/13, I am yet to receive any calls from CSR, sales manager, or service manager.I had planned a road trip with bunch of friends over the weekend, but the loaner car (Impreza) was too small compared to my SUV (Forester). In order to avoid ruining my weekend plans, I had to rent a car from Hertz at the end moment.I am disappointed to see the total lack of courtesy and customer service in dealing with this incident which happened on their premise.I am also disappointed to see the lack of coordination between Sales & Service department. The customer is being treated as ping-pong ball.Last but not the least, I am yet to receive any update on the my request for the compensation for this incident. I purchased a 3 year "Free Maintenance Service" plan which was explained as "it will cover all maintenance and service needs for 3 years and all I will have to worry about is Gas and Tires".... But to my surprise, I find out that there WILL BE few things, which will NOT be covered under my plan during future service, hence as a compensation to this incident, I am offered "ONE Free service".I have also purchased an "extended warranty plan" which will kick-in after the Manufacturer warranty runs out... Now I am not sure whether I made a right decision buying the Car from this dealer, let alone the extended warranty and maintenance+service plans !!! Pathetic customer service !!

Found a great RAV4 online that they received on a trade in, Internet price was already right on, employees were super friendly and hooked it up, 6 yr old vehicle had continuous Toyota dealer servicing, so I was able to get a 3 yr manufacturer's warrantee on a 6 yr old car w 64,000 miles - & did I fell you price was already right ? Saw the exact vehicle I wanted showing "in stock" at Hudson's lot. I live about 2.5 hours away and initially contacted Hudson with the intent of negotiating a price to use in negotiation at a local dealer. I dealt primarily with Simon Sedrak and negotiated the price of the car over phone and email. I ended up being offered the exact car I wanted with all the options I asked for for significantly less than the local dealer had offered. When I showed the offer to the local Subaru dealer I had been planning to buy from, the salesman actually told me there was no way for them to match the price and I should just go get the car from Hudson. Since my experience so far had been positive, I confirmed everything that was promised would be honored if I drove out to the dealership. I was told it would be and was able to lock in everything but the interest rate prior to making the drive out to the dealer. I placed a $1000 refundable deposit on the car to hold it. Drove out Friday evening and arrived at the dealership around 830pm. As promised, I was offered the car and options at the price agreed upon ahead of time. There were no major surprises and the small issues that came up were resolved to my satisfaction. (There was a misunderstanding about when an optional mirror would be installed. I did not want to drive back for them to install it when it arrived so they overnighted it to me and I installed it myself. Also, the dealer's exterior detail was done sloppily and left swirl marks in the paint. I sent an estimate from a local detail shop to clean, polish and wax the car to Simon and he sent me a check to cover the service plus $60 for the inconvenience!). Ended up buying the car that night and finally left the dealer a little after midnight. I appreciated being treated well even though we were there at the end of their day. It was a long drive but I was treated well and got a great deal on a car which was rated as the number one hardest to negotiate (AOL Autos, April 2013). Now that everything is said and done, I have no reservations about recommending Hudson Subaru to anyone looking for a good experience buying a new car. Ask for Simon...he will treat you right.

This is the second subaru i've purchased from hudson subaru. my first was an outback. which was awesome. last week i traded it in for a 2014 forester. i got a great price on the my outback and the entire experience was painless. I worked with abram labib, who's a nice guy and a straight-shooter. he didn't try and sell me something i didn't want, and in the end gave me a great deal. i can't say buying a new car is fun, but this dealership is a class act, and has none of the negatives sometimes associated with dealerships. totally recommend.

Habby helped me to return my leased car without paying the extra wear and tear as well as the return deposition fee. He is very nice, helpful and promptly responsive. There were some hiccup when the leasing firm still asking me to pay these fees after I return the car, but Habby really helped me to negotiate and waive these charges. I really appreciate his service and help. I would recommend him if you ever want to get out of your lease or consider trading in your vechicle.

I visited the dealership to buy a new 2013 Subaru. Both the salesman and the manager were just terrific. I gave them a person check for $25,000 and my bank denied it after Subaru tried to electronically deposit it into their account. No one laughed or ridiculed me, they simple said that my bank was located around the block, and suggested I pay them a visit to resolve the problem. I was back in an hour with a new check. Subaru made their electronic deposit successfully. I drove home with my new car, after paying cash, no financing, and I was very proud.

As soon as I drove in to the parking lot, Johan Rivas took the initiative to go out on the parking lot and greet me. He was very attentive to my needs. I wanted to test drive the new Subaru Crossteck and wanted in manual. Car was ready in no time. We took it out for a test drive. Although new to the dealership Johan was very informative on their product. He was not only informative he was very friendly, courteous and professional. What I like about Johan the most is that he was very patient with me and did not pressure me into any decision. He gave me all the information with no back end tricks to it. He was trustworthy unlike most dealers trying to get the most out of you. It took half the day to get a deal done but I was very satisfied with the decision. Chito was very through in the paperwork and explained every feature of car in detailRegarding the dealership itself, I do have some comments,On a strip next to the window sticker, following items were listed1. Accent Stripe $2952. Wheel moldings $2953. Door edge guard: $2954. Security Etch: $4955. 1 year key Replacement: $3956. Remote starter: $795Package Price: $2570I do not see these items listed anywhere on my receipt obviously all these items are listed at crazy prices that nobody would ever buy them. But the inflated add-on price isusedas startin point for negotiation and you do not notice it till you get delivery, that none of these items are listed on receipt. When called, answer was "we have it on our record, trust us"Second issue: Pre-sale, life time warranty is made out to be best thing since cliced bread. As soon as deposit is paid, story changes. All the negative things about this comeout and the business manager will try to convince you to buy over-priced extended warranty, explaing how inadequate the lifetime warranty isThird Issue: Despite almost being the only customer in show-room, business manager delayed delivery close to two hours. I could not help but think this was a tactic to wear you out, so that add-on pitches become easierI do think other dealers are no better than hudson-subaru. My experience with this dealer is fair, but could have been better.

I needed a car after totaling our most beloved Odyssey van thanks to a Deer. We had spent several days looking at so many different vehicles at many dealerships, had no idea at all what we wanted, dealt with some pushy sales people at other dealers. I ended up at Hudson Subaru and My salesman Chito had us to check out many cars, answered all our questions quickly and accurately was very helpful and never pressured us. Simon and Frank quickly found the right financing, explained the service contracts contacted my insurance company and if not that I wanted a mirror repainted and remote starter installed would of had me in my new Subaru that same night, it only took till the next afternoon till Chito called and said it would be ready by 6:00 we came in signed the last few papers and were on our way. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was very professional. Chito is my new favorite sales adviser. He took his time showing me the cars in his lot. when I asked for his honest opinion about the cars I test drove, he gave it even if he knew the answer could cost him the sale. He was great at finding the best price he could for the cars. Since the car I went to go see was not to my liking, he searched the whole lot trying to find something I would take in it's place. Then when the price of the vehicle he found for me was higher then what I came to buy, he bargained with his own sales manager over and over until his manager folded and agreed to sell the car for the price I was willing to buy it for. Even more important than the price, after I agreed to buy the car, the paperwork and signing process was very fast. I've had some terrible experiences at dealerships where after finding the car I wanted, I would have to wait hours (sometimes 5 or 6 ) just to sign closing papers. This time it was the reverse. Chito spent most of my time showing me the cars on the lot, getting the keys for every car I wanted to look at, even if it was the same car just in a different color. The whole team at this dealership is just excellent. I brought 7 cars at dealers in my life of which only 5 was new. This by far and away is my best experience to date.

So I went to Hudson Subaru by response of the WBLS radio ad. We looked at some nice cars and went on in to do the normal paperwork. Unfortunate for me I did not qualify for that special. Realizing my limitations and the cars I was looking at wouldn't be mine under this special, I stood up and was ready to leave. As I was getting ready to walk out the door assuming the ad was nothing more than a bait to get you into the dealership - the salesman Jose Diaz says "we're still going to give you a deal, don't worry - give me a second"... My guess is he went back and found out what we could get approved for. He came back and asked if he could show us some other cars. I asked him why, he explained it totally. So we went and looked. We saw one we really liked and went in to see what the damage would be. As we talked numbers, I wasn't buying into it and decided to leave. What he said made sense, but I had to be sure. It sounded to literal to be true. I told them I'd be back. We went to another dealer, ran through the same process and guess what? Same story. So Jose wasn't lying, he was being very honest. Long story short, I reached out to Jose, we went back to Hudson Subaru, met with Jose and purchased our car. It ended up being more than I wanted to spend, but it was no different at the other dealer. The difference was unlike the other dealer, Jose broke it down as to why the payment couldn't be what I had hoped for. This by far showed us as the back-end numbers game they played and they were very honest about it all. The rest of the process was normal, no surprises - leading all the way up to the finance sitting with Frank (who's a cool guy). We drove off the lot with our car, which still has manufacturer warranty and happy. The next day the dealer Jose called to see if everything was OK and suggested to come right back if we had any problems. I called the dealer a few days after and they were more than happy to see my car for a general check-up. We've had the car for about 2 weeks now and it feels like a win all the way around. For the folks feeling like they were ripped off, mislead, lied to, etc. You have to realize what you're getting into before you walk into the door. Unless you have thee perfect credentials or aren't realistic about not having them - you're going to complain :)

Jeremy Sharp was very responsive when I called him on his cell phone a mere hours after the storm, and well before the dealership had power restored. A few days later when I was able to visit the dealership, George Too was very good to work with as well. Absolutely zero of the typical car dealer B.S.!

Simon provided lots of information about the available vehicles via email and phone so that we knew what to expect when we arrived. Since we were without a car, Simon and Chito arranged to pick us up at the light rail station. Chito was very through explaining the details of the car and shepherding us through the purchase process. He also made sure we understood all of the buttons, controls and levers in the car. Frank made the financing process easy.

I came to this dealer after a long search for my dream used car. I found a car online and came to the dealer after a long drive. I was afraid it was another "bait and switch" since the deal was so great on this car. After arriving to the dealer Chito greeted me and help me close a great deal. The car was at the price announced online and even though I arrived at 8 pm Chito promised they'll all stay if I wanted to close a deal. I came to Hudson from a mailer asking em to come in and trade my 2011 Outback. It was just on a whim that I went there, putting a vlaue on my car that was probaboly unrealistic. It took a while toget where I needed to be but, having arrived at 9 AP, I drove h ome in my new 2013 Outback 3,6R Limited.Everyone I was in contact with was polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them, in spite of the fact that they are not located in a very convenient place in relation to where I live.

finaly made the decision to buy me a wrx.. i wasnt even motivated until i got a phone call from chito after inquiring online about the wrx.. walked in late with my bro inlaw bout 6 30 p,m chito greeted us he was busy by the way with a customer and got that deal done and move on to us.. he got us the keys to test drive the car right away and within 8 pm i was out the door with the wrx.. the car is amazingggg and the service was pleasant.. ive dealt with alot of dealers before and i have to say these guys are just plain and simple no b.s just pick your car and make sure what you can really afford and they will help you out tremendously ... if i wanted an sti im sure chito would have made it happen but i was pleased with the wrx and i got the color i wanted with no waiting time for the car for months ... unrealll lol.... follow up was great chito called within 2 weeks as promise about my plates and found a set of my remote keys fawsome!!! i havent tried the service dept which i will review soon .. from what chito tells me they are as good as he is ... five stars hudson keep it going!!!

Chito was excellent. He spent a great amount of time with us, helped us to test drive various models and most importantly, kept us smiling. We had spent a long day running around car shopping and after some rather poor experiences working with Chito was a breath of fresh air. Chito was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features. There was no hard sell, when we said we didn't want to buy the car on the first visit, they did not press us with additional questions. It was just a nice relaxing experience. Even when it came to the financing, Frank explained how the warranty programs worked and pointed out ones that did and did not make sense for me given my situation. Again, there was no hard sell, he just simply highlighted additional options that were available to me. The only feedback for the dealer I have, and this is a rather minor one, was that it took quite a while for them to complete the paperwork for the bill of sale. I completed the credit forms online and the plan was to have the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the end of my work day. I arrived on time and finally left about 2 hours later. More of an inconvenience than anything else. On a positive note, the sales reps on the floor were very friendly, made some polite conversation and the time passed very quickly. Overall this was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it to other buyers.

Purchasing a vehicle should be a very plesant experience and Chito certainly made this experience pleasant for us. First of all, we would not have travelled 2.5 hours from Long island to jersey City just to meet with him and shake hands. We made contact over the phone with him several times. He always picks up his phone no matter where he is at work or away from work. He gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. This is my first time leasing a Subaru. Visited the dealership and Jesus was right there to assist me. I am not very familiar with the Subaru cars and Jesus gave me all the information I needed. Was not able to talk numbers that day due to time constraints (my part) and had to go back the following week. My experience at the dealership was good. When I call them first I spoke with the manager Alex, and he referred me to Sam. Sam picked me up from Journal Square to the dealership, I was very grateful for this. When I arrived he was very friendly and welcoming and off for me and my friend coffee or water. Afterwords he showed me the car he gave me the explanation beforehand I felt very comfortable with Sam. I like the car, but I wanted to negotiate a good deal. I spoke to Alex as well, but it looked like it wasn't working in my favor and I have to go home without the car. but even afterwords they continued to help me with at least extending my auto loan and it showed that they were trying to work out something. In the end I was able to work out everything and stay under my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Thank Sam!

I was looking for a Subaru, new or used, and I found a used car listing under this dealer. I went to the dealership the next morning and asked about the car. The sales associate was very helpful: he described the car in detail and answered all my questions. If I had any problems with the vehicle, he and the dealership were open to check up on it and support me with all they can. Because they were so attentive with ther service, I bought the car that same day.

My husband and I had checked out another Subaru dealer the day before and we felt we were not getting as good a deal as we should be, so we returned to Hudson Subaru where we had purchased our first Outback 8 years ago. Everybody was very pleasant and professional. Janitsa, the young lady at reception made quite an impression on me. She is the first person you speak to on the telephone and makes you feel right at home. You don't find that everywhere nowadays. Chito worked with us all the way through and we had plenty of tea and coffee. Frank made us feel right at home while explaining all the business end of things and extras. I initially went in to Hudson Subaru in response to the letters I was receiving on their buy back program. Basically, I had purchased a Subaru which I really liked. However, my circumstances changed and I would have preferred to be in a lower-priced lease. So, I spoke about my situation with Chito Encarnacion (Sales) on the phone, set an appointment with him, and came in at the agreed-upon time. When I arrived, he had researched which models would fit my specifications and we discussed a couple of options. In the end, they bought out my car and I got into a new one for over $100 per month less. There were no surpises along the way and everyone was accomodating. Great dealership.

Mr Chito Encarnacion was very friendly and accommodating, and he was knowledgeable regarding the car that I wanted. He immediately offered to have me test-drive the vehicle I was interested in, and was honest about the options and deals regarding the car, even when faced with the deal for the same car from another dealership. He also gave me the best deal for the car. He answered all my questions very well and honestly. The other members of the dealership who I encountered were also courteous and very helpful, and the environment of the dealership was mostly comfortable. Mr Frank, who spoke to me of financing and the final papers that needed signing, was also very good in explaining the payment options and the papers, without being pushy. Chito was good to work with. Frank Valanzola as well was very professional as well. Did take some time to hash out a deal, but it was worth it. I highly recommend working with Chito. He was straight forward sales and no games.

Overall my experience in purchasing my Outback was very good. Jesus is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me the differences between the models. After I decided on what I wanted it was smooth sailing from there. Also, in the days after driving off the lot, he was very responsive to my questions whenever I had any.

The dealer ship was courteous and helpful in all manners. They even helped us to take care of our old car which we did not trade in. There was no pressure to buy anything we did not want. Mr. Encarnacion even gave his personal number to us for us should we need him when he was home. They made us comfortable and were very helpful in all ways and we certainly would recommend Mr Encarnacion and the Hudson Auto Group.

Very good experience. The sales man Chito Encarnacion was very friendly and you should seek him out. Very knowledgeable. He let me take the car home for a test drive and he provided great customer service. Helped close the transaction on New Years Eve. I bought a used 2004 subaru legacy at a reasonable price and they did promise to fix some of the things we pointed out to them and they also promised to provide a second pair of keys. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for an old or new car.

We came to Hudson Subaru just to inquire about a 2.5X Touring Forester and we ended buying one instead. I never thought that I will be approved for financing as I just came here in NJ and I have not started building my credit here as I am barely new. To my surprise, Hudson Subaru has helped me with the financing and they have been very considerate with me. Late November we decided to replace our '98 Outback with a 2012 Outback; this is our fourth Subaru. We considered several dealers closer to our home, but found what we were looking for in Hudson Subaru's inventory on-line. A call was made to make sure the car was still available. Our first contact via phone was with Simon Sedrak and he assured us Hudson Subaru had the car. As soon as we arrived, we were certain we had not made a mistake in coming to Hudson. Before even meeting Simon in person, who was with a client, we were greeted, offered refreshments and felt at home. The sales staff was not pushy and respected that we were there to see Simon. We knew exactly what we were looking for and the price range we wanted and Simon made that happen. Simon was very knowledgeable regarding all the new technology and very patient explaining it all to us - it was a big jump from a 1998 to a 2012. Once the car and price were all agreed upon, they made it very easy to take care of all the financial and insurance arrangements. We were even able to understand the extended warranty! We even received a follow-up call from Christina checking to see if all was OK. Overall, we highly recommend Hudson Subaru and will return when we're ready for our next Subaru.

Excellent buying experience. Traded in a 2008 Subaru with 99,000 miles. Good trade in value. Ask for Chito in Sales. He is extremely professsional and knowledgeable of Subaru vehicles. Easy to work with to achieve the best price. I did my homework ahead of time on vehicle pricing and was prepared to deal. My wife found his name in here. Everything in here was positive about him. Very pleased with the car and the delivery process and paperwork. Would definetely go back again.

My sister and I went to Subaru to get a used car and we had a great experience with Hudson Subaru. Customer Service was great we did not spend so much time in the dealership, and we got what we wanted. They helped us and answer all of our questions. They called us a few days later asking if we were pleased with our purchase and if were having any issues. We are very happy with their service Chito was very helpful.

Purchased a Subaru Outback on Black Friday 2011. Our salesman Chito was very knowledgeable and provided us with the information needed to determine why to purchase a Subaru and not the Jeep that we had originally planned. In addition, Chito came recommended from a friend whom had purchased a Subaru previously from him. Although this Subaru dealership was not the nearest one to my home, I am glad we used them. I would also like to add that Chito made two follow up calls to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I traded in a BMW for this car and I must say, even BMW did not follow up like this dealership did. . They provide a lifetime warrranty on the Powertrain of our 2012 Outback-not all dealerships offer this.That being said, all in all this experience was a positive one. If you are shopping for a Subaru, I would recommend visiting Hudson Subaru...ask for Chito.

I am early in exploring my car purchase. I am attracted to Subaru, and felt like it is better to go into the dealership to learn more, versus just reading about the cars. Jeremy was a real pleasure to speak with, offered me a lot of knowledge in a short period of time. He answered all my questions quickly, and I think honestly. He is very upfront of things that are done really well at Subaru, and some things that are not. I got a very good feeling about Subaru, and my interest for the car is very high.

As soon as we entered the showroom at Hudson Subaru we were greeted by a member of their sales team. When we asked to see Wayne (Hudson's Manager) he came right out and greeted us and asked us what type of Subaru we were interested in seeing and introduced us to Chito Encarnacion one of Hudson's senior sales persons. I can tell you that Chito was very knowledgeable about the Forester and guided us through the sales process without any hard pitch sales pressure. Once we had decided on the Forester we wanted he was super in getting us introduced to the various functions of the vehicle. My mother has been looking to buy a SUV since August. My Saturdays up until now consisted of visiting various car dealerships in the tri-state area only to come home empty handed. We came to Hudson Subaru this past weekend and we were greeted by Chito Encarnacion. He was so pleasant to work with. He comes off genuine and is eager to help. We felt comfortable and we trusted him. As a result, we made a purchase. The process was simple. You would not think that this is a car dealership as soon as you enter the door. Everyone has a smile, courteous and friendly. Negotiating with them is fun instead of intimidating. Jeremy and Chito are very knowledgeable about the Subaru cars. They would suggest on what they think you should get depending on your preferences instead of trying to sell what you don't really need. A very nice touch. They won't even ask you how much budget you have or how much you are intending to pay like some other dealership. They are pretty straightforward. To make the story short, we bought a 2012 Black Forester. On the night we pick up our brand new Forester, Chito took all the time even though it was already late to help us get oriented with the car.We left the dealership with a brand new car and a new set of friends.Thanks Jeremy and Chito, it was a pleasure dealing with you both.**coffee is great with the creamer.**

Worked with Chito to test drive a couple of used Outbacks and purchased a used 2011 from him. Purchasing a car is always an all day experience and he final price was ok but still felt it could have been a little lower. Chito is very good at his job & informative & helpful in many ways. I pretty much knew this was the car I wanted to buy so it did not take much convincing on his part. I did have to bring the car in for service a few days later as the fan belt was off of a groove and was making a loud squeaking sound. I brought it back right away and it was adjusted and all was done quickly and no problems since. So all in all it was a good experience as far as car buying and would return on my next purchase.

The team at Hudson Subaru was very helpful & welcoming to us when we came in to look at cars. Our intention was to test drive the Subaru Outback 3.6. Chito was very informative & knowledgeable with regards to the features & options the Outback had to offer. Not only that, but he was very easy to talk to and work with. Towards the end of the test drive, he happened to mention that his wife drove a Tribeca. Which, happened to be the car we noticed as we drove back into the lot. We ended up test driving the Tribeca and unexpectedly realized that that was the car we wanted! Long story short, Chito was very patient with us with regards to negotiating the price. In the end, the price was excellent and we love our car! The experience at the dealer was relatively easy. Frank, despite it being the end of the day on a Friday, spent time explaining the finance paperwork thoroughly. We will definitely refer future car buyers to Hudson Subaru!

My daughter and I visited the dealership with tarnished credit. My daughter called the dealership and spoke with Jesus who promised that he could find us a loan and get us into a new car. e was extremely professional and the dealership as a whole treated us like royalty while we were there. My only set back was the final price of the car financing however, I cannot fault the dealership because of my credit issues. We are happy with our car.

My bf and I went to this dealership just to window shop and found a car he really liked. Chito was very ambitious and eager to make a sale. He worked with us to come to an agreement on a price and we ended up leaving with a new car. I would definitely recommend Hudson Subaru to anyone interested in a Subaru. Purchasing a new car can tend to be a tedious and long process, but Chito made it an enjoyable experience.

Even on our first visit, which was made to simply browse, the friendliness we experienced was a welcome change. The staff was attentive and accomodated our questions and our test drive request in a timely manner. They sat with us and gave us options as well as asked us questions to see how serious we were It's to be expected. We warned them that we would not consider buying a car for a few months. Honestly, I expected a slew of calls accompanied by harassing voicemails after the months passed but gladly that did not happen. We returned as we predicted and dealt with Jermey Sharp. He was eager and knowledgeable about the automobile. Since he was the representative that accompanied us on our initial test drive we were already familiar with him and his warm nature. He was not pushy and did his best to give us as much information about our wouldbe car as possible. When we returned our mind was already made up about the Subaru Outback and Jermey did an excellent job of enlightening us about the Subaru experience and benefits. Prior to this, we did try visiting another dealer just to compare but it was a major catastrophe as the sales person I had scheduled an appointment with did not even show and the car that I spoken on the phone about turned out to be sold (w/o even notifying me prior to our appointment). We were extremely happy with the way things turned out and would recommend Jermey, his team, and Hudson Subaru to anyone. The car already does the talking but the sales person is what makes it possible to feel satisfied that your "big decision" is reasonable and attainable. Thanks Hudson Subaru! Jeremy is the kindest and most professional car salesman I've ever met. I went in just to shop around but was so impressed by Jeremy--and of course what he had to say about the subaru legacy--that I got myself a car then and there. Jeremy is knowledgeable but not pushy in any way, and I felt confident that I could trust him. My car had to get delivered two weeks later, and Jeremy stayed in touch with me while I waited. I even got a small free upgrade! From start to finish, my experience with Hudson Subaru and Jeremy Sharp was incredible--far beyond my expectations. And I love my new car!

Stopped into to test drive a Subaru outback 2.5i Ltd. Really loved the car, but the dealership was having trouble keeping stock because of supply problems associated with the tsunami that devastated Japan. We told our sales associate that we loved the car but we were only interested in three of the colors and didn't want to wait. Chito said if we left a refundable down payment he'd go to work. We were skeptical but left a modest down payment ($500) and Chito went to work. The next day he called to say he found the car in silver with black leather interior. We said we'd take it. The following day he had the car brought from across the state and we picked it up on the lot. He's a man of his word and we couldn't be happier with the car.

Just purchased a 2011 Legacy. Jeremy was my sales person and Frank was the finance manager. After shopping around for two paniful months, they offered me the lowest price for the car I wanted without having to argue or haggle with them. They were friendly and completely honest with me the whole time. They didn't add any last minute fees or hidden charges as other dealers have been known to do. I bought many cars in the past and I must that this was my most pleasant car buying experience. Thank you Jeremy and Frank.

Wife needed new car for a daily driver to commute to work. I walked in to just look around in the middle of May and met Jeremy. He was very informative about the models (Forreter XT and Impreza WRX) I was inquiring about. He was not pushy, and made my first visit a pleasant one. So, I finally bring my wife in for a test drive a MONTH later, and Jeremy was again available to help me. It was a little while since my last visit, but he remembered me and gave us a test drive of the model we were inquiring about (Forrester XT). He knew the car top to bottom and explained the useful features. We got back and again he was not pushy and all I requested were some numbers to mull over. HOWEVER, there was a blue 2011 WRX STi Sedan sitting on their showroom floor. Since I wasn't there for me (my daily driver is the arch nemesis EVO X), I was just luke warm to the Sti. However, the more my wife and I spoke and discussed other options (BMW X3 or 3 Series, both a little too much $$$ than we wanted to spend, but in the running if we couldn't find anything else), I decided to sit in the STi (mistake number 1) and then my wife sat inside (mistake number 2), and then my daughter said to me, "this is the one daddy!". I was still hesitant because I wanted a silver STi hatchback if we ever decided to get one. Well, Jeremy said to give him a minute to see what was available. He comes back and asks me to test drive the sedan because another dealership was inquiring to do a swap. I said no but the wife insisted so I wouldn't be kicking myself for refusing a chance to test drive one. Normally, dealerships don't allow test drives in STi or EVO X models. Well, they opened up the dealership doors and backed it out and off we went for a test drive. We came back and asked for numbers on the STi. Given the Japan tragedy and Subaru US inventory of cars, WRX and STi models are super rare and $200 over invoice just doesn't happen right now (checked all subaru forums)...basically, buy one if you see one (especially a decked out STi Limited). Well, to make an already long story short, MY daily driver is now a STi!!! I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours with all questions, test drives, and financing! I got a nice Father's Day gift ahead of time and still retained my EVO X, so I'm living a lot of men's dreams!Please DO NOT confuse HUDSON SUBARU / Hyundai with those other "HUDSON..." dealerships on Rt 440 in Jersey City. These guys are the anti Rt.440 car dealership! (I wanna give a shout out to the Hyundai Finance guy filling in at Subaru to help me, no BS and straight forward...much appreciated!)THANK YOU TO JEREMY, Chito, and the other sales guy who owns the SPOON powered CRX track car! Very nice to deal with all of you. Hope to see you soon for my first service! 1,000 miles will go quickly because I wanna see what the STi is capable of!

Over my lifetime, I've purchased 7 cars from various dealerships in Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. This the worst dealership with whom I've ever dealt. The major problem is post-purchase service. I purchased a service contract and then decided to cancel it. It took 5 months to receive my money in return. They even tried to stiff me for the sales tax! Frank never returned my calls. Other employees lied about whether he was around. They are insulting and disrespectful.

I arrived at Hudson Subaru on May 4, 2011 with the intention of purchasing a car with a manual transmission and good gas mileage. Those were my only stipulations (on top of getting a good price!). Of all the models, I was sure I wanted to leave with a 2011 Legacy. Here's where good salesmanship comes in.Chito informed me of the different types of Legacies and I was utterly infatuated with the Legacy GT. He told me that it required premium gas because of the turbo. He then said that his next suggestion would be the V6 Legacy but, with a focus on gas mileage, the 4-cylinder would be best. How about that? I was just about to convince myself to purchase a car I couldn't afford before Chito reminded me of what I came for.The manual transmission became a bit of a hassle because they had to order the car since they didn't have it in stock. The initial waiting period was slated to be 6-8 weeks. I'm happy to say I picked up my brand new car yesterday, May 18, 2011. Chito took the time to thoroughly explain all of the bells and whistles, especially those that weren't so obvious (using heated mirrors, reverse gear, etc.).I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I received from Chito and Hudson Subaru. I would definitely recommend visiting the dealership and experiencing for yourself the courtesy and assistance I received.

I brought my car in for an estimate on repair work on the front bumper. I still had a year left on my lease but I was already looking to upgrade. Christina was very helpful. She listened to what I had to say and never pushed anything on me. I had to think about what I wanted to do. A week later when I brought in the car for the repair, my wife and I proceeded to look at other cars. We spoke with Christina and again she answered any questions we had, worked with us on getting out of our current lease and helped us upgrade our car with a new lease. Again, she never pushed us to do anything like other salesmen do. She never tried to get us to buy something we didn't want and they worked with us on our financing. I would highly recommend this dealership and Christina to everyone.

We could not be happier with our experience at Hudson Subaru. As we were coming from Brooklyn to test-drive a vehicle we'd found on the internet, the staff sent someone to the train station to pick us up and bring us to the dealership, which was much nicer than having to find a taxi in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Jeremy was a friendly, knowledgeable, professional salesperson who was not pushy- which was muchly appreciated. When it came time to work out the financial aspects of buying the car we chose, Frank was a dream. My salesperson, Alan has been responsive and thorough in all my interactions with the dealership. He is knowledgable and personable and makes the process unintimidating and fun. His experience as a car salesman is obvious, especially in the way that he does not oversell. Everyone was friendly and helpful. During the test drive I was encouraged to really see what the Forester had to offer to ensure that it was the right vehicle for me. Salesman, Jeremy Sharp, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process of buying a new car quite enjoyable and worry-free. I leased my first Forester in late 2002. Yesterday I negotiated my FOURTH Forester lease. Besides absolutely loving the vehicle itself, I have found that my experience with my dealer's staff is a huge part of that satisfaction. Chito has handled 3 of my leases and he has always been courteous and thoroughly professional. I feel comfortable asking him all the tough questions and knowing I can trust him to be honest with me. Frank V. has also made the involved process of leasing pleasant and satisfying. I also want to mention that the service group has been outstanding over the years. My only complaint is that I have to drive 8 miles to get there -- but it's worth the drive.

The whole deal got finalized in 4 hours. 2 hours for a test drive, then 2 hours for the trade in and to get the keys. The hick is that I am from CANADA and I was trading in a canadian chevrolet sunfire 2002 for 500$ with no title. I did not test their financing process since I got the financing through State Farm.

Wonderful folks to work with. They put no pressure whatsoever! They sort of let you sell yourself on the product. Very attentive and quick on the draw to return calls and emails and most important they keep their word. Very helpful and honest. For example, the alloy wheels and roof sidings are included with the base price while other dealers are asking and additional amount. They are honest and this goes a long way. They met all my expectations and closing was a delight with not one adverse surprise. Jeremy did all the upfront work and the managerial workings were kept away from me. Hands down the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Jeremy Sharp was honest, trustworthy and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. We did a lot of research about other Subaru dealers in New Jersey and New York...Hudson had the best price and by far the best customer service. We did extensive internet research and noticed that the "internet price" was a way to get you hooked into the dealer, where they would then throw a different sales person at you rather than who you were talking with online. That was not the case at Hudson, When we pulled up to the dealer Jeremy was waiting with my Forester, ready to answer any questions we had. I have already recommended him to four friends looking for cars. And lastly, I'd like to note that this is my first Subaru after owning and driving 5 different Hondas since I was 16 years old.

He respects me as a consumer and always tries to accomodate us.I have positive comments about the friendliness and courtesy provided by maintenance staff. Regarding maintenance, the only concern I have is about high labor costs.

My salesperson, Alan Russotto, gave me courtesy, honesty and respect. As a buyer the only other thing I could ask for was a good deal on a new Subaru, and, Alan gave that to me. Believe me, I shopped around because I sent an email for a quote. Many dealers called. After reviewing the numbers, I settled on the deal Alan offered. When my husband wanted to buy a car, I asked him whether he was going to go alone or with me since he doesn't speak fluent English. He said, he will go all by himself. I told him I would pray for him so that he could meet an honest person who could help him out. We had had some ugly experiences in the past when purchasing cars. Many of them were not trustworthy. I prayed really hard. when he came, I asked him, "How's the salesperson?" He said, "Oh, I met a very nice friendly person. He gave me a good deal." I told him, "I prayed for you. I knew God would provide the good person for him. Praise the Lord for providing an honest and good person through this. I hope many salesperson would be like him to be helpful. In the course of a week and a half, my wife and I met many stereotypically sleazy obnoxious car salesmen, dealing with Jeremy was truly a breath of fresh air. The Customer Service at Hudson Subaru was excellent. More important, we were treated with respect and we were offered many options. I visited around 10 car dealers prior to making my decision. At other car dealers in Jersey City and Route 22, salesmen did not want to show us any car unless we would tell them how much we were willing to pay. If we would offer a low number they would show us junk. Used cars with almost 100,000 miles. At Hudson Subaru we were given options. I ended up buying a Subaru Impreza 2009 and I was able to make my decision pretty quickly since the process was made very easy for us. No game with the selling price!!!! At one particular dealer in Jersey City we saw a car listed on the internet for $3,000 thousand dollars less than the price they had the car listed on the window. The salesman was pushing the car to us for a full price. When I confronted the salesman and manager about the internet price their answer was: Oh, you did your homework! We did not have that problem at Hudson Subaru. I highly recommend to everyone to save your self some time and aggravation and skip all the other dealers. Go to Hudson Subaru and ask for Christina. I am sure you will be delighted. Subaru is rated very well and for those of you who worry about the snow, Subaru is all wheel drive.

It was most amazing experience ever. If you are sick and tired of playing games with car sales people, I suggest that you go to Hudson Subaru and ask for Jeremy Sharp. I requested on-line quote and Jeremy responded so quickly with detail information. I was dealing with 4 other dealers on-line but Hudson Subaru/Jeremy is the only one who gave me bottom price with detail information. My husband and I went into the dealer on Friday night (02/04/2011) and bought new 2011 Subaru Outback within in an hour. Jeremy went over things step by step, explaining all the documents and manuals so clearly I felt very comfortable. Two Thumbs Up for Jeremy Sharp!!!

When I left Hudson Subaru I felt like part of the their family. Everyone treated me great. I did a lot of research on the Forester and they gave me a great deal. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my car due to having to order it and the bad weather but it since having the Forester it was well worth the wait. I look forward to many years with my Subaru and already told all my friends to go to Hudson Subaru if they want a new car.

Even though I had a positive experience with Chito Encarnacion of Salerno Duane Subaru (now Hudson Subaru) when I purchased my first Subaru in 2004, I decided to go to Liberty Subaru this year because of their proximity to my current home, and because I was pleased by their Service staff whenever I went to their location for my routine maintenance visits in the past several years.When I arrived at the dealership with my 9-month-old daughter in a stroller (who was well-behaved the entire time I was at the dealership), I took a couple of minutes to look at the Forester and then stayed put in one spot close to the main desk where an employee was sitting and talking with another employee. For the 5 minutes I waited, I made eye contact with several other employees, some smiled, but not one of them approached me to ask if I needed any help. When the employee at the desk stood up and was ready to walk away, I had to say I needed assistance. As I was leaving the dealership, one employee saw me heading out the door, but did not stop to open the door for me or assist me with getting the stroller down the step. I don't think it was unreasonable for me to expect to be greeted when I arrived at the showroom or be assisted with having the door held open as I awkwardly negotiated the stroller down the step.If I was a first-time Subaru customer, I would probably have been turned off from Subaru completely and headed to another company. Thankfully, I had a pleasant experience back in 2004 with Chito Encarnacion and so I know where else to go for far better customer service. Additionally, I've been very pleased with my 2004 Forester, which we are keeping, and choose to remain loyal to Subaru now that my husband and I are in the market for an additional vehicle. However, I'm sorry to say that my experience at the showroom was enough to keep me from ever going back to Liberty Subaru for any of my future Subaru needs. I told my husband about my experience and he concurs.My husband, daughter, and I met with Chito Encarnacion and Frank Valanzola of Hudson Subaru on 1/22/11. We finalized our purchase of a 2011 Forester and had such a pleasant experience the whole time we were there. We felt welcome from the very beginning. They answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. Even my husband, who has never been to a Subaru dealership, was absolutely impressed by them. I was looking for a new Outback and while I checked with a couple of dealers, if you want to deal with honest people who are going to be fair with you then Hudson Subaru is the place to go. I had emailed Jeremy asking for a price on a certain model in stock and he responded very quickly with a fair price. We emailed back and forth a few times and his responses were always prompt and courteous. After getting the runaround from another dealer I went to Hudson. I met with Jeremy and Nick and within a very short period of time I had purchased the car. Absolutely no hassle. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day- cars are one of my vices- and this was by far the easiest negotiation I have ever been in. You always hear that buying a car is a hassle and no one wants to deal with the car dealers. I purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester from Hudson Subaru on new year's eve. I emailed the dealer with my request and they responded within a couple of hours. They had the car with the exact specifications that I wanted and offered me the highest price for my trade in. When I got there, I was treated very well and didn't have to argue or haggle, as I experienced in the past with other dealerships. Jeremy, who was the sales person, was very polite and knowledgeable. He sold me the car for an excellent price without any hidden fees or scams. I was driving my new car home with a couple of hours. They also have a very good discount for law enforcement personnel. I purchased numerous cars in the past and by far this is the best experience I ever had.

After looking in Brooklyn through several dealerships and being very annoyed by the experience, we looked at Dealer Rater and found Hudson Subaru getting great reviews. We emailed them and their Internet Sales Agent, Jeremy Sharp, immediately got back to us via email and was extremely informative, helpful, responsive and most over gave us a good deal. Being in my thirties and working online all day it was an extreme pleasure being able to conduct basically the whole deal via email. The experience at the dealership when picking up the car was smooth and friendly. Our two kids got to watch kid-TV while I filled out the paperwork. I would highly recommend Hudson Subaru to anyone planning on buying / leasing a Subaru in the NY Metro area!

i first off want to start by saying that i never write reviews of anything on any sort of message board, but my wife and i had such a great experience working Christina D at Hudson Subaru that i had to rave about her and their dealership so the rest of the world wide web would know.I had been going back and forth with other dealers trying to haggle for the best prices over the last month. Christina was always quick to respond to my emails answering a multitude of questions including numerous recalculations figuring different price points to work with our budget.Everyone knows that buying a car is not the most fun experience in the world, and having been in multiple dealerships, i feel like i have had every trick in the book thrown at me. With Christina, she was always upfront and direct and there was not one ounce of pressure involved throughout the whole process.Once we came to an agreement on a price for a 2011 subaru legacy via email, we came to the dealership and there was no surprises, no gimmicks, no last ditch efforts to increase profit, just the price that we agreed upon. On top of all the great service i forgot to mention the great deal that we go on our car, which no other dealership, regardless of high volume or low could touch.All in all we are extremely happy with our car, the process and probably our sales person for life in Christina. Call up Friday morning and made an appointment to drive a 2011 Impreza outback sport. Jeremy had the car ready when I arrived and we went for a great test drive. This was the first car I've bought so I didn't quite know the ropes. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful the whole way through. Signed the papers Friday and picked up the car on Saturday morning. Again, the expertise, friendliness, and overall helpfulness of Jeremy was very refreshing. I had been car shopping for about 2 weeks (Toyota, Ford, and Volkswagen) and this was by far my best experience.

Spoke to Alan regarding a 2011 STI on a Monday morning, and was picking up car on a Friday Morning. Alan had been in contact with me every step of the way regarding the cars status. I had a total loss of my vehicle in a car accident and didn't have the ability to spend a lot of money on another car. A friend suggested that I call Alan Russotto to see if he could help me, and boy did he help me! I told him what price range I needed to stay in and what else I needed from a car (low mileage,and cruise control because I travel out of state)and he went out of his way to look for something that would meet my criteria and even offered to pick me up in my office to take me to the dealership so that I could take a look at what was available. I have been looking for a specific Forester model for sometime. I found exactly what I wanted at Hudson Subaru. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the General Manager Nick. What a nice guy. I visited the dealership and spoke with Chito in Sales (another nice guy). They had the vehicle I wanted and were willing to negotiate the price w/o haggling. What more could I ask for. We breezed through the paperwork with Frank from financing (another nice guy). A short time later we drove off in our new Forester. We are from Brooklyn and would recommend Hudson Subaru to anyone in the Tri-State area. Dealerrater listed Hudson Subaru with a 4.8 out of 5. I can easily rate them a 5! Jeremy Sharp is knowledgeable,perceptive, sharp and open and friendly. I had been to other Subaru dealers and bought at Hudson. They seem to play fewer games and have fair prices. Of course, you need to do your research and know what the value of your intended car should be before showing up at a dealer. I knew where my line was and Jeremy and Hudson met it. As a committed internet shopper, I appreciated Jeremy's responsiveness to my emails. In addition, he, unlike many other dealers, respected my preference NOT to be telephoned. I already had decided on a Subaru Forester but wasn't certain of the preferred model. When I arrived at the dealership, both cars were ready for the test drive. The entire experience was professional and very customer oriented. I am thoroughly enjoying my Forester XT Limited and have had the opportunity to comfortably transport two large dogs! Hudson is THE place and Jeremy is THE MAN!!

I'm a first time internet shopper and Jeremy made internet shopping very easy. From the first day I emailed the Dealer to the day I drove off with my 2011 Subaru Outback Limited, Jeremy was very friendly, courteous and attentive in answering all my questions. I had to pre-order my 2011 Outback but Jeremy kept me updated with any status changes. I recommend Jeremy and this dealer to anyone and would definitely return here in the future.

I highly recommend Hudson Subaru for anyone's interest in acquiring a new/lease Subaru. I specifically worked with Alan Russotto, whom I felt was extermely helpful, courteous and address all of my interests and concerns. I live approximately 50 miles away from this dealership, however in accessing other more local Subaru dealers, was a bit dismayed at the lack of attention to my specific request and interest in a specific Forester color and model. Alan, on the other hand, listened to me and within a few hours, called to say that he had located the exact car and I was able to pick it up in an expedited timeframe.....it's service like this and attention to customer detail that is refreshing given today's 'challening times.' I would highly recommend Alan and his colleague at Hudson Subaru for any Subaru needs.....

I should have know there was a problem when I purchased a certified pre-owned car and the brake light went on when I drove out of the dealership. They told me there was not enough brake fluid. (Shouldn't that have been checked?) Then a couple of months later I got stopped by the NJ state police. They told me the inspection sticker had expired. (Should have been removed by the dealership before they sold me the car). Nick at Hudson Subaru was so nice to pay for the ticket (The one I should not have gotten in the first place) Explain that to my 6 year old who was in the car when the trooper stopped me. Oh yeah, to placate me, Nick also told me to come in and the next service was on them. That was until they found out it was the 30,000 mile service. Then no deal. (Just an oil change) I just found out there is a hole near the gas pedal. You know the type that is made from a woman's shoe heal. (As far as I can tell you, I do not and never have worn woman's healed shoes) That was something they decided not to tell me when I purchased the car. They did a great job of covering it up with the floor mat. Again, not something that should have been in a certified pre-owned car. To add icing on the cake, I have taken the car in for some warranty work-the center console coming apart and rust. (Nice for a two year old car) I have not heard back from them. That was a week ago. That is par for the course. They seem to make it a habit to not follow up with their customers. I will have to call them again!

We purchased a 2011 Outback from Hudson Subaru and were happy with the entire process. From patient initial testdrives of multiple vehicles, prompt and detailed email conversations as we narrowed down our choice, ordering a factory built car to our exact specifications through to final delivery everyone at Hudson Subaru was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. No surprises or hidden fees once the car arrived, we're delighted with the car and the deal and would certainly use Hudson Subaru again.

I had a very good experience at Hudson Subaru. Chito was very good as was Frank his boss. They answered all questions quickly, did not make us wait, showed flexibility. While they didn't have info on all the insurance options, I eventually got them answered. Chito worked honestly and hard to make the sale and earned it.

Best Subaru dealership. The staff was very knowledgeable, fair, and most honest. Hudson Subaru gave us the best price and worked with us on financing and extended waranties. They had the largest selection of Foresters on the lot, unlike some of the other dealerships that show you the top model only. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Very accommodating, very helpful dealership and dealer. Helped pick the right vehicle and worked well on the bargaining front. I have received multiple calls since the purchase just to make sure that everything was going alright. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Going to Hudson Subaru was a breeze, particularly considering the horrendous customer service of their competitor Lynnes (do you really want to sell a car, or just cop attitudes?). Jeremy at Hudson was direct, fair, and very very knowledgeable. They offered us the best price by several hundred dollars for our Subaru Forester XT Limited, so the decision was really easy for us - we went with the lowest price and the best service. From what we can tell, they are the best Subaru dealership in the Northern Jersey area. HIGHLY recommended!

Alan Russotto is a great sales, very professional and patient. Highly recommended. No pressure in sales, straight forward with pros and cons between models, did not try and over sell me. Let me test drive various models for comparison. Easy financing with multiple options. Polite and pleasant employees from the general manager to the car hop.

We've been to other dealerships all over New Jersey and our experience at Hudson Subaru has been the best by far. This is the second Subaru we've purchased from them in two years! Chito is trust worthy, patient, and very informative. The entire staff at Hudson Subaru is down to earth. They are NOT pushy and will answer all your questions with honesty and sincerity. I first contacted Nick (along with many other dealers) by email with the specifications of the car I was looking for. He was one of the first to respond, and he was straightforward, polite, and professional. In our subsequent email and phone contact, he continued a high level of responsiveness and concern for excellent customer service. He didn't overdo it with a sales pitch, he just explained the details clearly and concisely. He also gave me the best price of all the dealers I contacted, for a great model of the car I wanted. On the day we came to see the car, Jeremy continued this trend of professionalism and excellent customer service. If we weren't moving across the country in our wonderful new car, we'd look forward to buying another Subaru from Nick and Jeremy soon! I'd recommend this dealership for sure.

Dealing with Frank Valanzola & Alan Russotto was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had buying a new car. The price was fair with no gimmicks or surprises when we picked up the car. The car was delivered on time, as promised, clean and everything about the car, the warranty and the roadside assistance was thoroughly explained. This is our third new Subaru and we will surly buy our fourth one from Hudson Subaru & Frank & Alan.

I decided to trade in my current suabaru legacy for a 2010. The dealer and Suabru North America went out of thier way to get me get a good price, and help me buy a new Subaru Legacy. The transaction was very easy and professional. That makes 2 Subaru's for me so far and I am sure there will be more in the future.

We worked with Nick DelGiudice, Jeremy Sharp and Frank Valanzola. All of them were great! I started the process with an email to the dealership. I'm from Brooklyn, NY and didn't want to go too far but I also wanted the best deal, the best treatment and did not want too much of a salesy person with too much verbiage that was unnecessary. Nick was extremely professional and direct with his timely communications. Nick and I threw around some numbers, options, colors, and it was quite easy to deal with him. Honesty to my wife and I means cutting to the chase! Nick did this well and made me feel very comfortable. Through the various emails and phone calls, it all worked out as perfect as we could get. We got to a price and the options my wife and I were comfortable with and just came in, inspected the car and signed off on our lease. When we inspected the car, there were a few minor scratches on the car, all relatively normal considering the vehicle is shipped on boat from japan, then from the docks on a truck, and from dealership to dealership. The scratches were minor, but Jeremy, Nick and Frank wanted us to be happy so they set up an appointment for us to have the scratches repaired and even threw in an extra option, all at no cost to us! These car dealers are regular people like you and me. They give the impression that they are just trying to give you the best deal they can and take a very humanistic approach. We're very happy we chose this dealership over others in the tri-state area. Thank you Frank, Jeremy and Nick. Once our toyota goes, we'll be coming back for our second lease for sure!

I went to the dealership to look at a new Subaru Impreza wagon, and was referred to Chito through my father's work. He was very informative and ready to answer any questions I had regarding the car's features and terms of the lease. The staff in general was friendly and made the process quick and easy for us. As this was the first time I've leased a car, they helped me understand the contract fully and left me feeling very satisfied and confident with the transaction. I have owned several vehicles in the past and my family has leased before, and I can easily say that this was the best experience I've had with a dealership yet. Chito was very personable and I feel assured that he will be able to assist me at any time throughout the life of my lease.Needless to say, I am now driving my new Subaru and am very happy with the purchase! The car has lived up to everything they said it would so far and I am truly considering buying it down the road. Nice atmosphere. Great customer experience. Fantastic car!
