I purchased a used car from Hugasian and Jon was very efficient with the paper work. The car had a small mechanical problem and I was required to go back to the dealership a couple of times. Jack ensured me he would make sure the car would run properly. Jack was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. My car was a used car but I was not charged for the repairs. I would purchase another car from them.

After searching countless used car dealers in Racine and Kenosha we ended up at Hugasian. I have to say that they are good people and Jack and his son are real, straight forward and honest. We just bought our mini van from them and couldn't be happier. We will most definitely be returning for future purchases. I will ONLY shop Hugasian now. Fair pricing as well. Great experience. Thank you Jack. Also if you get the chance to meet his son's dog Moose..... what a sweetheart!!!

Great Place! I purchased a 2011 Yukon Denali back in August. I live in Michigan and was able to set up a time to come check out the vehicle. I worked with John who was really nice and professional. When I got home I had the car inspected by my own mechanic. I contacted John to let him know what was found he was nice enough to send the part I needed to my mechanics shop and contribute towards labor. I appreciate that because they could’ve told me it was my problem and not helped at all. Thank you!

i wish i could give 0 stars!!!!! my sister previously test drove a car here, it had a few issues and they said they would fix them. my sister told them she would like the car once the issues were fixed a few days later my parents called and they agreed on a time for them to purchase a car. my parents drove all the way from Sheboygan to purchase this car and they even called before they left to confirm the car was still there, but when they arrived the dealers said they just sold it, so rude! i’m not sure if it’s because we’re POC or what but i wouldn’t shop here if it was the last car dealership on the planet.

I cannot say enough positive things about the people at Hugasian Motors. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgable and hard working. They are not pushy and work for YOU. They make sure you come first and get you in the car you want to be in. Their selection of used cars are all well kept and in excellent condition. Their prices are right on. I was a little bit of a high maintenance customer. Credit not so great. John worked with countless lenders to get me approved, tweaking things often just the right way until he got a YES. Bob and Jack are excellent, friendly and trustworthy salesmen. Dealerships can be scary, you go in not knowing if you are going to be taken advantage of, especially being a female. But this is not at all the case here. I trust the people here 100%, and will do business with them for all my future car purchases as well as tell everyone I know about the great people at Hugasian Motors.
