My husband brought my CRV to Hughes Honda for the 5,000 mile service appointment. He was not feeling well that morning--he's scheduled for surgery next week. The service person checking him in realized he was not feeling well & asked the service team to expedite the service so he didn't have to wait long, She also arranged for the car to be delivered to the drive-up lane to spare him having to walk to the lot. This kindness was not requested by my husband, but is greatly appreciated by us both. We are delighted with the service and so grateful for the kindness of the service team!!!

Service writer was most helpful. I thought that my battery needed replacing, but they could not detect a problem. This means that they could have easily sold me a battery, but they spent time trying to verify a problem but didn't charge me for their efforts.

I had a schedule appointment to have my car service at 12:00. The service repre was very nice. He said it would not take long. I watched him drive my car to the garage. I waited for my car for 2 hours. I got up and asked how much longer it would be, and saw my car in the parking lot. No telling how long my car had been ready and nobody told me, Very aggravated and wasted my day away! They did not charge we the $11.00 for having my tired rotated.

Brittni was very knowledge of the Accord. I had drove the Accord two times previously but Brittni was more tuned to what I would use and gave directions on how I would use the car. She also would do a little test to see if I remembered, that was great because it made the feature stick more in my memory. Neil Brewer was great to work with and to see that all my concerns were addressed. Both of them were willing to spend the time necessary to make sure the car and I were a match. Melanie was very through on explaining all the warranties. During this process is when the Honda Accord became a "pretty car to me". I have a 92 Honda Accord EX, if this one is half as good it will be a great car.

I showed up on a Saturday wanting to test drive a new CRV and was met on the lot by Salesman Ricky Vinson. We drove the CRV Touring model and really liked the way it looked and drove! We let Ricky know we only wanted to test drive the vehicle and there was no pressure to buy the CRV that day. We communicated via phone and emails for the next week while we made up our minds that this is the vehicle we wanted. Once that was decided we agreed on a price and I came in and made the purchase. This was an internet purchase so we worked with Stephanie and Britzni in getting a deal together. Once we were able to get the price we were happy with, then everything went just according to plan. We came in to the dealer, they had the car we wanted all preped and waiting, plus our second color choice car available just so we could be sure of our color choice. We took a test drive, then the paperwork took not long at all, especially with us applying for Honda financing to boot. Overall, we left the dealer with our new car roughly two hours after we came in, with the car we wanted, the deal we wanted and negotiated for, and feeling very pleased with the whole process. Everyone we dealt with were very professional. It was a good experience.

I visited Hughes Honda intending to look at CRVs, new and used and possibly test drive a car. My main purpose was to do additional research on this compact SUV. I had researched other makes and models in this category based on reliability and safety. I had the Honda at the top of my list. I am currently driving my second Acura. Hughes had the model, color and options that I was interested in.The sales team at Hughes was exceptionally helpful. Very informative and friendly. They were willing to take as much time as needed to answer any and all questions or concerns that I had. I was in the market for a vehicle for my daughter to take to graduate school out-of-state. So my daughter was also present to test drive and ask questions. Despite the fact that I did not plan to make a purchase that day, I did. I went forward with the purchase because the sales team was so efficient and the price that I was offered was a very good deal. I had done research regarding pricing and I was very pleased with the fact that I was offered a price with no haggling or pressure. I was very satisfied and my daughter was thrilled to drive away in her new Honda!

I bought a problematic, brand new CRV from these guys. Merely a few weeks after rolling it off the lot, I started having to return it for various issues. At first, they were accommodating in getting the car looked at. But the fact of the matter is that I moved 2 hours out of town shortly after the purchase. There was no reason for me to be driving back to their dealership. The sensible thing to do would have been authorize repairs at a dealership closer to me. But they kept demanding that I bring it all the way back to them. After several attempts to fix a problem common to my model of car, the mechanics f****d the car up even worse, leaving a massive oil leak on my brand new car. Yet again, I was asked to bring it back to them. If a shop ruins your car, do you really want to keep taking it back to them? In the end, I ended up finding a dealership closer to me. They fixed the mess that Hughes created. The sad part about it all is that nobody at Hughes was even remotely apologetic. The sevice mgr and svc advisors just dug their heels in with my every complaint and request and continued to pretend like the oil leak came from some other issue. They never called to follow up and see how things were going. Once they get your money, they don't give a rats a*s. The whole experience was very distasteful to me, & I would never buy a thing else from them. I hope to sell that car and find me a Toyota!

This was my 4th time in to have my car serviced. And it was better than the previous times. I had the same service advisor the previous times. This service advisor was a pain to deal with. This person now works elsewhere. The current service advisors were a pleasure to deal with. Mike is the name of the person who made this service visit so much more enjoyable. He is competent and friendly.I bought my car here which was not a pleasant experience. The only reason I brought the car in to this place was to keep the unlimited warranty in place. In determining the repair or not repair of our previous vehicle we were very satisfied with information and attitude of the entire staff and welcomed their recommendations. We determined that repair was not beneficial for us so we decided to purchase a 2016 Honda Pilot and so far we are very pleased. My car started leaking power steering fluid when my wife was put of town in SC. She took it to this small town garage who basically put a bandaid over the leak. Thankfully, it was enough for my wife to make the 5 hr drive back to Warner Robins. Then the car began to leak really bad so I took it to the good folks at Hugh's Honda praying that it wasn't $500+ in repairs. They found the problem and immediately fixed it within 2 hrs and the cost was very minimal. I am so satisfied with the service I received and will continue to bring my car back for any maintenance. THANKS HUGH'S HONDA!!!

The car was taken in for maintenance near the time of the appointment. It was completed within a reasonable period of time (1 1/2 hours). The person checking in my car was pleasant and professional. The only complaint I have is that not for the first time it seems that when I make an appointment I am suppose to know exactly what I need. I do not put a lot of miles on my car so I bring it in every 6 months for service. I am in the computer so I expect the service department to know what is due to be done.

My car was at this dealership shortly after 8 AM and they had the oil changed, tires rotated and the multiple points inspection completed within about an hour and a half.Not a bad wait at all considering how busy this dealership seems to always be. We were first time car buyers. We are pretty young but we were responsible and saved up for a large down payment, did our research on cars, and worked really hard to maintain very good credit. From the moment we walked in the dealership, our sales rep was very condescending to us. Comments were made about how at our age we probably wouldn't qualify for much and we got the general sense that they thought we were wasting their time. After a test drive, we started trying to negotiate. Their guaranteed price match is a lie. We had quotes from 3 dealerships with about 2000-3000 off what Hughes was offering us. We showed them and they said that because they didn't currently have the car we wanted on the lot that they couldn't price match anything. The car they found had a ton of extra accessories on it that we had asked not to have because we didn't want to buy them. They tried to charge us for them and when we said we wanted to walk away they changed their minds. We were pressured into putting down a finders deposit so that they could locate the car of our choice. They did locate one and quickly. But they neglected to do a full inspection when they received the car before they gave it to us. After 3 hours of talking and paperwork they finally let us see the vehicle we had signed for. Within 5 minutes we noticed the moon roof was broken. We were pretty upset because now they had our deposit and we had no car. The next few days were awful customer service wise. They did what was expected by giving us a car to drive in the meantime and locating another vehicle when they realized that they couldn't fix this one. But the way we were dealt with was as if we were a burden on them. We gave them business but we were treated like little kids that they had to please by giving us toys to keep quiet. There was no sense of respect at this place. I am sad that we ended up completing the purchase with them rather than trying to walk away. But after the lack of respect, the constant paperwork "mistakes" that kept trying to charge us more money, and the days of having negative dealings with them we just wanted the car that we had been so prepared for and so excited about it's purchase. Though we have a "Lifetime warranty" with them, we will never return to this dealership for a vehicle purchase ever again.

I had the pleasure of coming to this dealership even though I live in Macon because they were so willing to work with me on finding a car that matched my expectations AND budget! I spoke with Greer, and he got me all situated over the phone before I even got here. As soon as I got here, Greer greeted me with keys in hand for my test drive. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and BEST of all, not pushy!! I didn't feel rushed or intimidated at all. I really felt like he wanted me to get the best deal and my own unique car. I had done tons of research (choosing a 4-door sedan...lots of options), but the civic outbeat all other comparable competition. Apple car play, right side mirror camera, Bluetooth, and so many options that just blew me away. Melanie helped me with finances and she was SO sweet and helpful. She was knowledgeable as well and really explained everything I asked AND didn't ask (in a good way). If I had any complaints, it would be directed towards Jose, the sale manager. He was so rude and almost lost my business. My friend came to this dealership and encountered the same behavior and actually was deterred because of his actions. But don't let one xxxxxxx ruin a great deal from a great dealership!

My service was on two recalls. They ordered the part, called when it arrived, and I drove the 49 miles to the appointment I made with them. They took my Element back on time and finished their work in the hour they told me they would. While I waited the hour I was offered coffee and donuts more than once. Everyone on their staff was genuinely nice and professional. I was impressed and will do business with them in the future due to their strong first impression.

I visited this dealership with every intention of buying a brand new suv. We test drove 2 different vehicles and really liked the 2nd one. My husband is very tall and fit somewhat comfortably in the vehicle that we liked. We told the sales associate that we had another brand that we wanted to look at before making a final decision. We were very clear when we told the associate not to call us that we were mainly wanting to rule out the other vehicle at another dealership. I was a repeat customer and I really like the service department so I was leaning towards buying from hughes honda. When I checked my trade in information I found out that the car I had previously purchased from hughes honda was a Honda buy back and considered a lemon car. Imagine my surprise! I was never told on any of my visits or even when they gave me trade in information. I ended up deciding to take my business elsewhere. Since then I have had to block every number from hughes due to the never ending phone calls.

I was reluctant to take my 2006 Accord to a dealership for the Takata air bag recall since I figured I would have to leave my car or have to wait for hours. But when I took it to Hughes Honda I was surprised how friendly the people in the service department where and how quickly they made the repair. I was definitely satisfied with my latest visit to Hughes Honda to have my car serviced. I walked in and was given immediate attention to what I needed. After getting checked in, Crystal told me it would be ready in about 45 minutes. Just over 10 minutes later, Crystal explained to me there was some additional services that required my attention, specifically my breaks. Unfortunately, I could not afford all of the repairs at that time. Crystal was very understanding and asked to set up a date in the near future to do the additional services, but cautioned me to be extremely careful on the roadway until I could come back. I sat back down in the waiting area and within another 10 or 15 minutes my car was ready to go. It felt like I was in there no time waiting. Everyone was extremely nice and worked efficiently to get me out the door, which I really appreciated since I had to go back to work.

I had the best experience purchasing a car from Hughes Honda. I was contacted by phone by Harry Reid (my sales associate) after getting a USAA/True Car quote on a 2015 Honda Odyssey. I was immediately impressed by his friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge; so much so, that I was willing to make the 90 mile drive to Warner Robbins to purchase from them, even though there's a Honda dealership in my home town. Upon arrival he had a 2016 and 2015 pulled out for my wife and I to compare (there is no real difference between the two model years, and he made sure we knew that in order to maximize our savings). He went through all the features with us, and took us for a test drive. After making the decision to purchase the 2015, he took us inside to start pricing/financing. There was no haggling necessary! Harry was able to get us the vehicle and several extras (all weather mats, cargo tray, side molding, splash guards, and a roof rack) for less than the USAA/True Car price of the vehicle by itself! He was then able to find us a loan with a better rate than what I came in with. Harry really went the extra mile, and was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. We will definitely be recommending Hughes Honda and Harry to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda!

I could do without the TV. I would rather read, but I don't think most other people would agree with me. I have become used TV's being where they are not needed. However, Hughes Honda, and in particular Jesse Thornton, made the experience pleasant. They gave me little reason to be wary during the transaction. I think they might have shortchanged me on the trade-in value of my old car, but not by much. Overall I am pleased with the experience.

My overall experience with Hughes has been excellent, from the purchase of our Crosstour two years ago, down to the maintenance and service. Just recently had the oil changed, tires rotated. I forgot to mention the need for new wiper blades, but the technician (Norman Ingram) noticed the need during the multi point inspection. Stan Tydings, the service advisor kept me informed from the moment I arrived. Stan pulled up my maintenance history and helped me make informed decisions on the needs for today's visit. I chose to wait on the service in a very comfortable area provided for customers. Stan kept me informed on the service progress and time frame. He also asked if I had noticed the need for wipers, giving me prices to make an informed decision. He took the time to explain the multi point inspection checklist and the comments about items that might need future attention. Hughes Honda helps me stay on top of routine maintenance with timely reminders by email as well as by the maintenance checker built I into my car. I love the ability to go online and make appointments as well. Since I live in a small town that is an hour's drive away, it really helps me to be able to work service appointments into my personal schedule.

Used internet to request a price for a 2015 CR-V EX-L. Melanie Brantley emailed and texted me the price. I used text to schedule a test drive. Melanie met me and had the car pulled to the door. She went on the test drive and explained all the features and answered all our question. There was no pressure from her only a willingness to be helpful. She brought over Jose the sales manager who was very helpful and we were able to made a deal. Brannon helped us with the finance while the car was detailed. Detailer missed a few places (very late in the day) which were corrected on the spot. Overall very good experience, no pressure and everyone friendly and helpful. I've brought 5 cars from Hughes and I'll buy my next 5 from them.

My overall experience was good and the salesman was helpful and courteous. I looked at several cars and offered to buy one of them but we could not reach an agreed price point. I contacted the salesman on several occasions afterwards but he still could not sell me the vehicle. I was disappointed they would not work with me on the price because I truly wanted to buy the car. I would say though they were very polite, no pressure or aggressive sales managers pushing me. Leaving was easy. There was not enough follow through after the sale, which disappointed me.

Yesterday I went to service my 2012 civic. I requested an oil change and the Salem plugs to be replaced. After a while Stan came out with to spark plugs, one looking like new and the other one looking burnt out He asked me when was the last time that I replaced the spark plugs. I replied never and asked if there was a problem. He was amazed that my spark plugs still liked like knew after 100K miles. He recommended to delay the replacement 75K miles after consulting with the mechanics. I was happy for saving some money, but even happier for the honest and professionalism displayed by the service department personnel. I recognize the fact that in this case a shady service department could have charge me the money without even replacing the spark plugs, as they were in excellent condition. This people is honest, which is very important in the vehicle business.

When I walked in I saw Stan Tydings. He had given me good service in the past, so I began with him again. He checked out my car and made recommendations. There were several things that I decided to have done because Stan recommended them. Then he wrote everything up and explained each to me. After the service personnel had inspected the vehicle and had done some tests, he came to me in the waiting room and explained that some more things needed to be done. He explained what each thing would cost. He also gave me an idea about how long they all would take. He was on target. I like Stan's careful methods and will try to get him anytime I bring my Honda Odyssey in for service.

I generally use USAA's car buying service when buying a new car. While Hughes wasn't one of the participating dealerships, they easily beat all but one of the offers (and were very close to that one). They even gave us a reasonable initial offer on our trade (from my experience, that's where most dealerships try to screw you). The staff wasn't pushy about accessories or warranty extras either, just explained the options.

I took my 2006 Odyssey EX-L for the Hughes Honda Minor Service Special ($59.95). This included a Oil Change, Tires Rotated, Check of all Fluid Levels, Inspection of: all lights, HVAC, Battery, and brakes. They adjusted the front and rear brakes, lubricated all doors and hinges, and conducted a Multi-point Vehicle Inspection. They did identify some follow on maintenance items (i.e. Drive Shaft CV Boots needs replacing - no surprise since i have over 140k mles). This all took about 1.5 hours (as estimated).Overall, I received great support from the following Service Dept Reps:-Stan Tydings (check-in);-Brittni Staples (check-out)I would definitely recommend Hughes Honda if you want dealership service.

Yainier Acosta was very friendly and helpful, never pushy. He explained features of the vehicle that were new, even showing features of a different car we didn't end up purchasing. I purchased a 2013 Honda civic si. When we pulled up in the lot and we pulled up on the side in the front and that's the first thing I saw. I knew instantly that's the one I wanted. I had been searching for about 5 months to locate the 2014 Buick Encore that I wanted. Yes, my state of NC had plenty of Encores but not in the exterior color, interior color and options that I wanted. I located "the one" while searching online. It was at Hughes in Warner Robins , Georgia. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle so far away, but then I got in touch with Melanie! What a sweet heart! She made my purchase seem effortless, almost as if she was just down the road. From the very beginning of the process to the day my car arrived, Melanie did everything she could to make me feel comfortable with the process. This was my second buying experience with Hughes Honda but my first used car purchase. I knew which vehicle I wanted before I went and I was never pressured to buy more than I needed or wanted. Mr. Scarborough treated me fairly and with courtesy and respect. I have been buying cars for over thirty years and this was by far the least stressful used car deal I have had the pleasure to make. In fact, when I got home with my Certified Pre-Owned Fit I told my wife that any future Kurtz vehicle purchases will be made at Hughes...no ifs, ands or buts. I have driven several different makes of vehicles over the last sixteen years. Of all makes, Honda has always been my favorite. We needed a new vehicle, so we decided there would not be a better time to get a Honda than now! Thankfully, a great friend of ours Kyle Tubbs works at our local Honda dealership. First and foremost, he made the entire process amazing, friendly, comfortable, and carefree. We never experienced the typical "pushy car salesman" approach to purchasing a new vehicle. We felt like we were given royalty treatment throughout the entire experience. One of our biggest concerns as parents, was safety and reliability. Kyle was able to point out, not only the great new features of the Pilot, but all of the safety features which mean everything! The experience did not just stop at the purchase. When we got the vehicle, Kyle made sure to explain important travel features of the vehicle, such as the hands-free Bluetooth phone system. I was absolutely in love with this feature, which makes using a cell phone safer when on the road driving! Kyle even helped us install our carseat using the middle seat latch system, which is an excellent feature as well. Overall, we truly enjoyed getting a Honda from Hughes Honda with Kyle. I doubt we will be in the car-buying business any time soon (we just purchased a Honda, people), but if we are, Hughes Honda is the place to go! And go see Kyle!

I just bought my third Honda Accord from Hughes Honda and my second from salesman Kyle Tubbs and I'll never regret it. I have bought many cars in the past and I usually leave the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth after having been pressured into buying more than I wanted with a payment that was more than I could afford and usually ending upside-down on the note. That has never been the case at Hughes Honda. Rather than pressuring me, Kyle lets me pick the model that I want, then T J Medina helps me find a way to fit that car into my budget. I never feel pressured to buy, they always help me to include the features that I really want (like shade vents and gap coverage) and I have never been upside down on the note because they only sell quality. After the sale, Kyle even meets me each time I come into the dealership to have my Accord serviced to see how the car is doing or if I need any help. I love my Service Advisor, Lauretta Smith and I'm always happy to see her and have my vehicle serviced at the dealership - on Saturdays, so I don't have to miss work. She never pressures me, just tells me what needs to be done and why, then lets me decide how much I want done on that visit. SO, if you want the best car on the road along with the best dealership, salesman and service advisor around - go to Hughes Honda and you will be as happy as I am.

My experience with Hughes Honda was incredible and a memeory I will never forget! As soon as I walked in the door everyone working was polite and ready to meet my needs. Todd was so nice, honest, and genuine with me that it didn't even feel like he was a car salesman, but instead a friend looking out for my best interests. As a first time young female buyer, he was able to cater to every question and concern I had. He knew this was a learning experience and a big deal for me and never used that against me. He went into full detail and taught me all about Honda, the car, and the Carfax report. He even explained what to look for when I go to purchase my next vehicle. Another important factor that stood out with Todd, is that he never strayed away from my needs to "add onto the sale" or make a "better sale". I've experienced dealerships that I clearly stated my needs and wants and ended up convinced of vehicles or purchasing plans that was completely off track and a waste of my time. Todd took the time to even go to the bank with me twice, to finalize my loan and recieve all the neccessary paperwork. He explained GAP to me and even helped me with a car insurance policy. When all the paperwork was said and done, he gave me a full tank of gas and I was ready to drive off the lot. The finance department and management was patience with me all day and just as excited for me as I was for myself. Thank you so much Hughes Honda, you're without a doubt the best of the best!!!

I went looking to upgrade my 2010 Honda Fit to a 2015 Honda Fit EX. Jamar knew these cars and was extremely knowledgable. I am the type of guy who researches something I am interested in long before I approach to buy and he even showed me a few things I'd missed in my research. Overall Hughes Honda is a great dealership to purchase a new or used car. they have great customer services. I talked to several employees there and they were very helpful in trying to assist me in getting a vehicle, but I will have to put off buying a vehicle right now because of family emergency and medical expenses that has occur, to where I can't afford to come up with a down payment. I probably wouldn't have made my purchase that day if Jamar hadn't been the one to assist me! He had the most welcoming personality. He was very patient with me. He also took the time to explain the different "bells & whistles" in my vehicle. Jamar also has followed up with me, after the sale, to make sure that I am still pleased. I can call him anytime if I come upon something I don't understand! Everyone in the dealership was wonderful. I came in on Labor Day. My insurance company couldn't be reached, but they didn't give up on me. Eddie was great too! Sometimes it's the little things like offering a bottle of water & several cups of Awesome coffee that really seals a deal!! Thanks guys! I have many people wanting a Honda Pilot now! This was the first Honda that I ever bought. I purchased the Honda Civic for my daughter as her first vehicle. I must say this was the BEST customer service that I have ever received. Acosta was our salesperson. He was extremely polite and made sure both my husband and I were pleased with his service and that my daughter was comfortable with her new civic. I went to Hughes Honda one evening not really determined to buy anything. I had a trade and wanted to be sure that they would give me what another dealership had appraised and that I would get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It took me several days to go forward with my purchase but I never felt pressured during that time to say "I am getting this!" because I said "I want it!" a lot. I even went to the dealership a couple of times just to look and sit in the car before I committed. I am very pleased with my purchase. Two weeks later, I am still finding things that I didn't know that my car could do! Love my car and I would recommend to anyone.

I love the fact that when I go in that multiple employees know who I am. They are not just interested in the car put take a personal interest in being sure that I am completely satisfied. Any dealership can sell you a car, but a good one will keep you coming back thanks to good customer service. I have gotten three cars from Hughes (all through Todd) and do all of my service through them (I can't think of a single time when Mike hasn't been there), and as long as I keep receiving such great customer service, I will continue doing business solely with them. Bottom line is not what is most important here, rather the horizon - long term customer relationships and service always produce better business in the long run! Todd and Chuck are the best!!! Crystal does a great job with quality assurance - they do use those surveys to improve themselves so fill those things out!

I have bought many cars in my time and several of those have been from Hughes Honda. However, I have never had a dealership to make buying a vehicle as pleasant as this one was. Mr. Yainier Acosta was our (my wife and I...she's the one who actually purchased the car) sales professional. He was one of the most professional and polite sales associates I've encountered. He was able to answer any question we had and with sincerity. During our buying process, we also met and spoke with Jose, the new car sales manger, and Mr. Chuck Tyler, the general manager. These three guys were awesome! They put together a deal for us that put a huge smile on our faces and left us feeling great! To wrap up our purchase, we met with Eddie in finance. He thoroughly explained everything we signed and left us feeling confident that we made a great choice by purchasing from Hughes Honda. Stephen did a nice job of welcoming us a couple of weeks ago when we snuck by the dealership late to look at used cars. He recognized us again today when we were on a more serious shopping trip. Although he didn't have a honda that fit our criteria for a 2011-13 model, he explained to us that buying new would be a smarter financial decision due to the better financing rates on new vehicles. He was right! We couldn't ignore the math and now we have a brand new car instead of someone else's smelly car! Stephen was never pushy, he gave us a very fair price right away instead of playing the stupid haggling games that other dealers play. Very professional, courteous, prepared salesperson. We enjoyed the experience and look forward to popping in and saying hi when we do our scheduled maintenance!

I stopped by Hughes Honda in W.R. this afternoon on a tight schedule. I had done my research from Consumer Reports and had about a half dozen key questions to be answered and the goal of getting a feel, by sitting behind the wheel, of two sedans, the Accord LX and the Civic. He was quite rude and pushy and was not willing to negotiate price. He tried to add a warranty package that he didn't first ask me about it and had the wrong price on the sales slip. Wouldn't buy from them again. Melanie was great though and was very helpful on the phone.

Jessica assisted me with the 2013 Honda Pilot on day 1, but I ended up buying the 2014 Honda Accord LX on day 2. The car is beautiful, classy, and handles very well. Acosta went over all the features and perks of my car. The technology center is great and Acosta was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. He even showed me the little valet trick. When I met Jose he was very thorough, polite, straight-forward, and honest. He did not try to trick me into anything or convince me to make a purchase that I could not afford. I felt as if he took it personal to ensure that I was able to get into a nice vehicle, with warranty, GAP, and no worries for a reasonable payment and great interest rate. As I was signing the final papers Eddie in finance was very friendly and polite as well. I left the dealership feeling as if I made some genuine friends. I feel that if I have any questions, problems, or concerns, the staff that assisted me will do everything in their power to rectify the situation. First, I would like to say I had a pleasant experience at Hughes Honda as this is our third Honda Odyssey (Touring)! There are a couple of things I would like to comment on as confusing to me...1) I was lured into Hughes Honda by an add I heard on the radio...3k off of Honda Odyssey's and an additional 2k off on top of that for military! I mention the military because I am military...Now, let me explain. I mentioned what brought me in and I was told that add was no longer running? However, that was inaccurate because I heard the add several times that particular day? Really confusing? to me? I almost felt duped and questioned my own sanity! I would like Mr. and Mrs Hughes to see my response. Obviously, if i was given the incentives mentioned I would have given my visit exceptional! 2) Honda offers an extended warranty 7 years/100k for electronics. Now, this is kind of quirky because the vehicle comes with a bumper to bumper warranty of 3 year/36k...Why is this quirky you ask? Because why would I would not need the 7 year/100k warranty for the first three years because it is covered bumper to bumper for that period...so, basically 3 years of the 7/100k is not utilized! I would also like Mr and Mrs Hughes to see my response on this one as well. Again my visit was good but could have been exceptional! Todd was a great salesman and I hope to hear from the dealership soon. I am even willing to come back in person to discuss if needed/requested to do so. Thank you.

I brought my 2012 Pilot in because of emission light and a VSA light. Unfortunately they found out that my it was a piston ring issue and there is a recall for it. I wasn't crazy about the idea of loosing my truck for a few days but the service department didn't hesitate on arranging a rental car for me and getting me on my way. That's all I could ask for. I understand vehicles break and at least they tried to make things right with me in a timely manner. I appreciated that.

I recently purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V 2WD EX-L from Hughes Honda for my wife. I wasnt in the market for a new car but had been doing some research on the CRV. The proverbial carrot at the end of the stick was an add on www.hugheshonda.com offering a $25 Visa gift card for test driving one of their vehicles. Once I arrived at the dealership, Kyle Tubbs was the salesman selected to assist me. I am retired military and during the test drive I found out that Kyle is a huge supporter of the military; both his parents are retired military as well. The test drive was very good and I was even afforded the opportunity to let my wife inspect and test drive the CRV. Upon returning to the dealership, Kyle worked some numbers and presented to us and after a few back-and-forth offers we came to an agreeable number. My wife was not happy to part ways with her car as a trade in; however between Kyle and the General Manager Chuck Tyler, the dealership made us an offer we couldnt refuse. They also had another offer for a $25 Master Card gift card just for having our trade in appraised. Bottom line, my wife and I are very happy with our brand new Honda CRV and Kyle Tubbs was instrumental in making that happen. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle and outstanding customer service.

I am writing this in reference to a recent appointment my wife made to your service department June 6, 2013 at 8:30am. I was very frustrated and extremely disappointed with the events that unfolded. Here is a bit of background about my family. Since 2005, we have purchased 5 Honda vehicles (2 Odysseys and 3 Civics). None of these have come from Hughes. For whatever reason, Hughes always seems to find away to bungle even basic customer service issues. Therefore, I take my business to Walsh in Macon or buy from 5-star Nissan in Warner Robins. I'm not crying over spilled milk, but one example was last year when I traded my (per Walsh dealership) low mileage, excellent shape, 2005 Infiniti G35 for a new Civic. Walsh gave me $12,600 for my vehicle. Hughes started and finished at $9,100. I have tried with every Honda purchase to give Hughes the opportunity to have my business and Hughes has consistently proved they do not need/want my business. Therefore, I will look elsewhere for my next vehicle purchase. So my latest dealing with Hughes emphatically demonstrated why I will never give Hughes any of my repair/warranty/vehicle purchase business. My 2010 Civic runs like a champ and I love it. As a matter of fact, my family just took it to the beach 31 May to 2 June. No issues until 4 June. I noted my horn not working properly and as I am still under 36,000 miles (35,350) to be exact, I scheduled an appointment to have the horn replaced under warranty, or so I thought. I was informed that even though I purchased the car used from 5-star Nissan and with an extended warranty that ran in conjunction with the original factory warranty, the initial owner of this Civic had purchased it 31 May 2010 and it was now 6 June 2013 so the factory warranty was no longer valid by 4 DAYS. Hughes offered to repair the Civic at out of pocket cost to me. Uh, not just NOOOOO but, a resounding HECK NOOO!!! The Service Department tried several times to smooze my wife into letting their mechanics fix it, even if we just paid for the horn. A little research from Honda shows this horn to cost approximately $37 MSRP from Honda e-Store. My deductible from 5-star Nissan on my extended warranty is $100. With the many attempts Hughes has had to satisfy and potentially gain a lifelong customer, they have failed miserably in all facets, from the sales persons, the finance managers, right through to the service department each and every time. So, the ending to this complaint that I hope reaches Honda headquarters, whom I will also email this to, boils down to the fact, based solely off principles,I would rather pay 5-star Nissan my $100 deductible to fix my horn that ran out of warranty 4 days past factory limits than pay Hughes just the cost of a new horn which is 2/3 less expensive. All the poor examples on display as part of Hughes business model has led to this decision and will ensure I refuse to do any business; warranty, repair, or car buying from them from now throughout the future. This warranty issue was "the straw that broke the camel's back" for me. It is ashamed that for all the great joy in owning a Honda vehicle or three as I do now, I would rather travel 30 miles to the next town (Walsh Honda, great service and people) than give the only local Honda dealership in Warner Robins, Georgia any of my business. Who knows? Maybe, this will set off some alarm to the poor business practice(s) Hughes employs while attempting to coax the 16,000+ of us working at Robins Air Force Base either in a military or civilian capacity or as a retired military member, as I am, that maybe Hughes should rethink and restructure their business model to better serve the community Hughes calls home. At this point, I assume the general manager or someone of authority will attempt to downplay the situation, and that is fine. My business is going elsewhere anyway, but hopefully this enlightens those who are thinking of giving Hughes their business. Walsh Honda is the epitome of great service, great staff who will work with you to ensure your experience reflects what Honda has come to symbolize. I am only trying to save a potential car buyer time, money, and piece of mind directing them elsewhere (Walsh or Gwinnet Place Honda) for whichever he/she seeks.

My wife Jackie and I visited Hughes Honda on 29 Mar 2014 just to test drive an Odyssey van. We had used their service department in the past and liked the service we received. We did not plan on actually buying a new vehicle on this day. We were approached by salesman Kyle Tubbs and he showed us the vans that they had on their lot. We decided to test drive a silver Odyssey. We were very impressed with the van and Mr Tubbs was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all the features and answered all of our questions. They had the car and color choices I wanted, something my local dealer did not. What a great selection of vehicles. At 3:30 pm on December 16th, 2013, our 2006 Honda CR-V broke down on south I-75 near Warner Robins, GA on our way from Indianapolis, IN to Lake Placid FL for our vacation, leaving us stranded. I located the nearest Honda Dealership on my cell phone (Hughes Honda). Within a half hour, they had a tow truck and their hospitality van there to help us. The service department confirmed that the timing chain broke and destroyed the engine. (a non maintenance part). We worked with Todd Keene, Senior Sales Rep and many others at Hughes Honda and decided that our best alternative was to purchase a new 2014 Honda CR-V. We were so pleased with the friendly service and hospitality and would highly recommend them to our friends and others who read this review.

I researched my vehicle by internet. All of the dealerships I contacted were professional and responsive. However, when it came time to request the "drive-out" price, Hughes Honda was head and shoulders above all other price quotes and interest rates. One dealer told me they could match the interest rate but not the price. Another dealership told me they hoped I had a "real" price. Hughes Honda stood by their price along with a "lifetime warranty" for the power train. My Accord drives like a dream with many advanced technological features. Whenever I have had a question, the sales associate has been happy to assist me...even giving me his personal cellphone number. This is the first experience my wife and I had with Hughes Honda. After spending some time looking for a car that would suit our needs we found it via the Internet at Hughes Honda, about 2.5h away from our house. The next day Adeana from Hughes Honda called and I explained the situation to her. Not to be easily discouraged she offered to have Kyle Tubbs look over the car while I was on the phone asking questions. Long story short we decided to buy the car and to make it even easier for us, Kyle agreed to meet us half way with the car. Needless to say the car was exactly as described and we finalized the deal over a cup of coffee at a Wendys. Kyle and Adeana really went the extra mile to earn our business.

Todd Keene was great! I went down to Hughes looking to get a Honda Odyssey. It was a rainy day and Todd pulled up the Honda I was looking for. He went over all the features of the vehicle and we took it for a drive. During the drive I noticed the car had sort of a vibration to it, without me saying anything Todd as if I felt the vibration. When we returned to the dealership, Todd took the vehicle to the service department and had all 4 tires and wheels changed. We took it for another drive after and the vehicle drives like a dream. Todd displayed top notch customer service and professionalism and went above and beyond my expectations of a salesman. An absolute seamless, comfortable experience! From initial interview (Mr. Keene, very professional with true fact knowledge of the vehicle--CR-V) through the 'negotiating price' (respectful of me, the customer) into the final financing (again, Mr. Kuhuns, very professional and succinct with information about my options)--it was easy. They epitomized the southern hospitality offering refreshments while I was at the dealership. There was none of the usual games played when buying a new car (such as, passing off the customer from one salesman to another to 'wear' the customer down). The Hughes Honda staff was exceedingly proficient, polite and 'to the point'. We received an excellent and fair deal with the 2014 CR-V, and were treated with respect during the whole process. I have already recommended them to friends and family--and will continue to do so.

Just a few days ago, I decided to trade my Si coupe for an Si sedan. I found Todd and he worked a deal for me that I couldn't resist. My husband and I drove up at the dealership on Friday night about 15 minutes before closing. Derrick was the salesman that came out to greet us. He was friendly and helpful even though it was time to go home. He took me on a test drive and gave me a lot of helpful information about the car I was looking at. I insisted on coming back the next morning since we got there so late. We went back first thing the next morning and Derrick once again greeted us with a smile and proceeded to help us settle on exactly the model we wanted with all the options we wanted. To get our choice, the dealership had to get the car from another dealership in Albany, Georgia. They were perfectly happy to do that. A dealership we had been to the night before wanted to try and force us to accept a vehicle they had on their lot even thought it wasn't what we wanted. Hughes made all the arrangements to get the car and they had it on the lot later that afternoon washed and gassed up (ready to go). I felt the vehicle was reasonably priced. Even with all the options, it was several thousand dollars less than the vehicle we had looked at the night before at the other dealership. I could not have asked for Derrick and the other people we spoke with at Hughes Honda to have been any nicer or willing to work to get us exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. I absolutely love my new Honda CR-V and I would recommend Hughes Honda and Derrick Fisher to anyone in the market for a new car.

My wife and I used the True Car site to get a guaranteed price for a Honda CRV below MSRP. Hughes is a participating True Car dealer and honored the lower price on a 2013 CRV. Hughes did not have the color CRV my wife wanted but Hughes was able to locate one and have it transported to the Hughes dealership. Kyle Tubbs was awesome! Got to give a "shout out" to Bon Scott Oaks of Hughes Honda in Warner Robins!! This guy was awesome!! For almost the past 3 months I have dealt with car salesmen from Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Honda in the Middle GA area and throughout Atlanta and Metro Atlanta. Bon was "hands down" DA BEST!!! He was the most knowledgeable. Most PATIENT!! He was NOT AGGRESSIVE. When I requested info from him, he was responsive. I found that the majority of salesmen, although wanting to badly sell a car, were not quite as attentive or even knowledgeable. I knew more about some of the vehicles than they did. Scary!! Bon even engaged my BFF and me while test-driving as silly as we are when we are together. This has been the easiest and most seamless car purchase that I have ever completed! I had such a great car buying experience. German was a great sales associate!! I came by to look at vehicles and he was extremely informative and helped me pick out the perfect car for me. I let him know my concerns and what I was looking for and he was great at finding the perfect fit for me. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything that I didn't love. He was great at explaining how everything was calculated and he thoroughly explained all of the details. The best part about this experience was that it wasn't your typical car salesman-type pitch. Hughes Honda's Service department failed to meet my personal satisfaction as a customer due to the valuable time lost in the waiting room. I arrived with the simple request of having my tires rotated and two hours later, was notified that this would not be possible due to the condition of my tires. I was furthermore told my right brake light was out and my engine was in need of a new air filter. A replacement of my tires to complete my original request of a tire rotation was denied as there were no tires in stock. The only service performed on my vehicle was a recall on the power doors. I left the dealership 3 hours after my arrival without any service as the power doors were not operating correctly and my right brake light in perfect condition. I do not recommend the service department to any future customers but do send out a humble thank you to their welcoming receptionist.

We got approved for a certain amount, and didn't quite have enough, but the people at Hughes Honda worked their magic, & we got the car that we wanted. Instead of having to " Settle" for a car that we didn't. I couldn't get my bank to give us the extra money we needed, but Eddie did. Not only did he get the extra amount that was required, but even got me a great deal. We got a black, on black leather, for just a few dollars more than a black on black cloth. My wife and I went to this Honda dealership expecting something else from what we were shown. The sales associate Stephen Gore was very rude. When we took the Civic for a test drive first off I've never had a person make my wife sit in the back when we test drive a vehicle. Second Mr. Stephen Gore not only sat in the front seat but also sat so far over into my side of the vehicle I couldn't comfortably drive. It was a very uncomfortable experience. After we went inside to talk about the financing of the vehicle I actually thought I might get the car, after all they were having a clearance sale on the civics. They were taking $2000 off of the sticker price. It brought the price of the base model civic down to $17k. After Stephen brought all the paperwork back he had raised the price $4000 to $21k! So they took off $2k then added $4k. This weekend happened to be Memorial Day. I also happen to be an injured veteran. Mr. Stephen Gore didn't care to be bothered to try to help me out or deal with me. I couldn't believe this guy basically ran me out of the show room. Especially since they were supposed to be open until midnight every night that weekend. I also couldn't believe Stephen Gore told me "go to Lowe Toyota down the road because this is Honda and we don't have rebates like Toyota" I did go to Toyota and bought a brand new Camry. They worked with me and helped me out. They apparently felt like selling cars that weekend unlike Stephen Gore at Hughes Honda in Warner Robins, Ga.

Upon arrival at dealership, Jim Blanton greeted us. He asked if we had anyone we would like to work with and I requested Buddy Dy. I appreciated the fact that Jim gave us the option of what salesperson we wanted. I first met Buddy Dy back in 1996 when I purchased a 1996 Honda Accord from him, (which we still have and it has over 300,000 miles on it)! He was very pleasant to work with in 1996 and he hasn't changed one bit! Buddy is an awesome salesman and is not pushy at all. I appreciate that about Buddy. Once the initial offer was given, I told Buddy what I wanted to counter offer with and that I was not going to waste his time or my time bickering back and forth. He immediately told me he was on my side and I was in no way wasting his time. He took my counter offer and within a few minutes, I had an offer that I accepted on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. Buddy called me the next day and conveyed his appreciation for me asking for him specifically. Buddy Dy is an awesome guy. If and when he decides to retire, Hughes Honda will lose one of the best!!

My husband and I were shopping for a car, but were not really set on one particular style. We had spent an entire day driving around Georgia looking at different used cars and were not able to find the one that we wanted. After work one afternoon, we decided to stop by Hughes Honda to just "take a look." We were not immediately confronted when we arrived, which I liked because we were able to walk around and discuss things among ourselves. We decided to look at a 2013 Honda Accord Sport and asked for a salesperson. Kyle Tubbs was our salesperson and he gave us such a great tutorial during our test dive, I felt like we knew everything there was to know abou the car. Kyle owns an Accord Sport as well and was able to share his experiences with us. The prices came together and before we knew it, we were headed home in our new car. I went to Hughes Honda just to "look" around for a vehicle that offered me better gas mileage than the Tahoe that I currently drive. I drive over a 1000 miles per month for work and the gas prices were hurting me in such a big vehicle. I had all intentions of checking around at other dealerships to compare models. As soon as I pulled up, Eric McEntire met my father and me in the parking lot. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me a 2013 Honda Civic. He went through every aspect of the vehicle inside and out with great detail. After test driving the car, I was ready to talk numbers. I still had it in my mind not to buy that day...I was still looking. However, Eric worked with me and after showing me some figures and explaining the warranties I would receive with this vehicle, I couldn't pass the deal up. He also explained to me how much gas mileage I would get in a much smaller car compared to my Tahoe. What impressed me more than anything was the customer service I received from Eric and other employees. He took his time with me and went over everything in such detail that I knew exactly what I was getting. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. He was respectful, kind, and never once pressured me into buying the car. After pulling off of the lot in my new Civic, I was proud of the choice I made and that Eric was my salesperson. Two days later Eric called just to check on me and make sure I didn't have any questions about the vehicle. I highly recommend Hughes Honda, but I especially recommend Eric McEntire as a salesperson. This was a very painless process. I drove from Atlanta to WR to purchase a used vehicle. I called ahead of time and spoke to Jamar who was the nicest young man. He explained the vehicle and its features/condition and I could tell his genuineness over the phone. He went above and beyond by phoning after he left work to make sure that everything went smooth while we were there. He assured me someone would be ready for us when we arrived. We had the pleasure of working with Buddy Dy who was a very patient and easy to work with salesman and easy to ask questions. We felt very comfortable with him and never felt haggled or pressured. Mr. Wood also made us feel very welcome and appreciative of our business. The overall dealership was very professional and pleasant. Purchasing a new vehicle was not something I looked forward to doing, but from the moment Kyle walked up to me and my son in the parking lot I realized I had a nice and friendly salesman. He made a stressful task a lot easier to get accomplished. He answered all of my questions and some that I even asked twice. He took time and didn't rush my decision. He also included my son in our conversations. When it became time to fill out the paperwork for the purchase the Financial Manager explained each form before I had to sign and I felt confident when he answered my questions. Before driving out of the parking lot Kyle went over each feature of my new vehicle and helped me program the handsfree items. My family was interested in trading our 2004 GMC Envoy with 149,000 miles. We had started asking for quotes through www.cars.com. We continued to contact Saturday. Few dealers contacted us on Saturday. We were traveling through Warner Robins on family business and decided to stop in and test drive a Honda Odyssey. After visiting www.truecar.com, we were able to see what people had bought the cars at this dealership in the past 6 months. We saw that in the past 6 months one person had paid for a Honda EXL Odyssey at 11.5% below MSRP. My family wanted 12% below. We gave our number and they were very helpful. While we were there, our oldest child developed a fever, and they got her drinks and were patient while we got her medicine and finished paperwork. The whole family is very pleased with our purchase and with our salesman Eric.

I came in for service for my 2010 Honda Accord. I noticed the signs showing the exchange program so I inquired about it. I spoke with Marlon Bussey who wrote down my information and called me as soon as I got back to work. He asked a few questions and told me he would work on looking for me a new 2013 Honda Accord. I met with him at 5:30 that afternoon. He was very pleasant and explained all the features on the new car. We then went inside to look at the numbers. I had been told earlier that morning the exchange program would help me to move into a newer vehicle with the same payment or maybe lower. This was interesting to me since I had been wanting to get another Honda. At first the gentlemen Marlon was working with came back with some figures that were about $100 more per month that what I was paying. I told him I could not go any higher on the payments. I had also had my pay cut earlier last year quite a bit due to budget cuts. I only have one income.The gentlemen then walked away and came back with a payment that was only a few dollars more than what I was currently paying per month with a low interest rate due to the fact my credit was excellant. This was a surprise to me and I decided to take the deal. Marlon worked on getting the necessary paperwork completed and handled getting the rest of the history information completed. I was very impressed with this young man. He did not bug me nor try to hassle me into something I couldn't afford. This was quite different from my experience in 2010 when I bought a Honda from this dealership. I had to hassle with the salesman and the credit manager for hours and still didn't receive a good deal at the time. I had a pleasant buying experience and never expected to walk out with a new white Honda. I love the look of it and I know I will like the performance. I came in for a service visit and while waiting I wanted to find a Honda Civic for my 16 year old granddaughter. I had the most awesome experience possible! Efficient and awesome customer service! Todd Keene will be my car salesman for life! He was extremely helpful and friendly showing me the 2012 & 2013 Civics. TJ and Eddie were great from the financial perspective also. Todd explained the difference between leasing and buying and I opted for leasing a 2012 Honda Civic. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and indeed a true caring professional. Todd definitely went above and beyond by driving the new car to my residence and putting in my garage with a huge blue bow since this was a surprise for my granddaughter. Unfortunately, one day after the purchase my granddaughter was involved in a car accident resulting in a traumatic experience. The very next day, Todd phoned me as a follow up from the purchase. I explained to him what had happened; he told me to try not to worry that everything would be fine and that if I needed another vehicle, he would assist in buying another vehicle. Once again, he came through with flying colors, putting my mind at ease in purchasing another Honda Civic and also followed up after the purchase. He is truly customer-focused. I am so grateful to have Todd as my salesman and Hughes Honda as my dealership. We bought a Honda Accord 2001 new, it now has 300K miles. The body is going, not the motor. It was time for a new car and it had proved itself. The dealership made me feel very comfortable. They were very accommodating of making a last minute schedule change and completed the work in a timely matter. Randy didn't pressure me into performing additional services. Grateful to have a children's area, but it was really dirty and not very welcoming for young ones. But I will be returning for more work. Hopefully they (like other honda dealerships) send out periodic coupons, since $40 for a simple oil change is a bit more than I usually pay.

I Love Hughes Honda! They are kind, sincere, honest, and easy to work with. Hughes Honda is different from the rest! Bon Oaks was my salesman. When I first pulled up, there was no one circling my car. I was approached when I was heading for the door. He introduced himself and asked me what I needed and wanted. I told him and he gave me exactly what I asked for. There were no high pressure sales tactics or pressure to get me to buy a car that I did not want or could not afford. He listen to me and made it a very enjoyable experience. Even after he gave me the car that I wanted, he was so observant that he knew there was something missing. He could have sold me that car and went on with his day BUT he wanted me to be more than HAPPY with my purchase. He asked me what cars I previous looked at and why I did not purchased any of them. It was then that he realized that I was actually settling on a smaller car I thought I could afford. He walked me over to a larger more luxurious car that I thought was out of my budget. He then introduced me to his manager and they worked the numbers for me! I got into an amazing car that was everything that I wanted! And it still was in my budget!! I am truly greatful for the experience. If there is one think that I took away from this experience, it is that the employees at Hughes Honda are focused on finding the solutions! Very positive and proactive!

I did a lot of research on Honda vehicles and Honda dealerships. I visited two dealerships in person. As I was researching Hughes Honda online, I saw a pop-up chat box with Adeana Brock. She was very helpful online. I liked the information and price she gave me, so I decided to visit them in person. I already had two dealerships contacting me, making promises, and telling me they would make better deals than anyone else. They called me almost daily. I had a specific color in mind, and Hughes Honda had one on the lot. I drove to Warner Robins to meet with Adeana. She introduced me to a salesman, Eric McEntire. He was helpful and friendly. He was more than a salesman; we feel like we gained a friend. The entire visit with Hughes Honda was pleasant. They immediately offered their lowest price, went out of the way to make us comfortable, gave us plenty of time to look and discuss. They were not pushy. They simply offered a great price on a new vehicle and offered us a fair amount for our trade. Every person in Hughes Honda was helpful, kind, courteous, and pleasant.It was late in the evening, but they stayed with us as long as it took, never rushed us, and continued to have pleasant smiles. This was the worse dealership we have ever experienced. Although we told them the problem with our vehicle as diagnosed by our mechanic, they conned us into two unrelated fixes which cost us a lot of money, before finally repairing the original problem. The service manager was terrible and would not stand behind the mistakes his mechanics made.I would not recommend this dealer or service department to anyone, and based on this experience, would not buy another Honda vehicle. I will continue to spread the word about Hughes Honda Service Department to help others prevent this type of experience to themselves.Use extreme caution when dealing with Hughes Honda!!!

We had a great experience at this dealership. We went in to service our Honda Pilot, but have been considering trading it in for a Honda Odyssey. There were SEVERAL Odyssey's to look at and we immediately found one that had the features we were looking for, in the color we like, and in our price range. Our sales rep, TJ, really listened to us and our needs. After a lengthy discussion and with his help, we determined that leasing instead of purchasing was the best option for us. Overall, we just appreciate how friendly the dealership is, the cleanliness, amount of vehicles to view, and prompt service. I took my 2009 HondaFit in for her 60K check up. they went over her with a fine tiooth comb. fixed teh simple things that needed tweaking nad changed my air and hepa filter. They did a good job and were very quick about it. i was there for about an hour. My car was seen as soon asi arrived for my appt. The staff was attentive and the coffee was great. the prices were reasonable and they did a very detailed check over. I will be back there to get a new car after we have put about 300,000 miles on her. We know hondas last that long... we have had a CVCC back in the eighties that rotted from rust and snow well before her engine died and we had 300,000 miles on him

From the moment we walked onto the lot we were given professional and knowledgeableinformation about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Always have a great experience with your service rep's. Prior to retiring in Oct.2011, I drove about 40 to 50,000 miles a year and was in there very often. Since then I drive a lot less and have not been in for a while for service. It was very nice to have Stan remember me call me be name when I came in and take time to talk with me. It shows I am not just a customer, I am a person that they know.Your new rep Beckie was very helpful and pointed out that I needed new rear breaks and that my windshield wipers needed replacement. I appreciate being informed of these needs and will be back soon to have the brakes replaced. Windshield is a lot cleaner now.Thanks and keep up the good work.JIM GALEAZZO

Was not pleased on last visit. Ref my 2010 Insight. Prev visit for service w/20K miles on car recd "all green" which (on paper) included tire rotation. 5K miles later told front tires very worn..told by svc mgr must be something I hit or didn't put enough air in tires or out of alignment..although when light come on take to Honda for air (thanks for that)..told I could get a "deal" on tires if needed..alignment machine broken so told to call back in 3 weeks...came back...alignment fine so why are tires so bad? Svc mgr on phone when I returned; saw me...I stood back so not to bother, waited about 10 min..went to showroom to walk around; checked back, he was talking to a man...again stood back to wait my turn...briefly talked to svc rep (all this within about 6 feet of counter)...svc mgr then got up with no eye contact and left area. Then asked svc rep about "deal" for tires...best thing was that tires were now on sale...however, sale price on Dunlop was $60 more than other stores in town and not even on sale! Not sure if true, but was told that Honda probably got deal from tire company and initial tires not as good....seems reasonable since how can tire w/25K miles be so worn? I am in contact w/another company to purchase Yokahoma? tires...am usually happy with your service...note that I also purchased a 2011 CRV from Hughes. Hopefully, this is isolated incident. I am very pleased with my experience. Todd began helping me get into the best car for me back in July 2011 when I first stepped foot in Hughes Honda. I was not ready to buy at that time, but told him I would be back when I was ready. Todd called me twice during that 6 months, but was never pushy or overbearing. He was simply letting me know that he would work with me when I was ready to purchase. I did go back and did purchase a used Honda Accord. Todd basically held my hand throughout the entire process. He was very nice, informative and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant. Based on this experience and working with Todd, I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends!

In the 25 years of buying cars, this was the best experience I have ever had. You couldn't ask for a better salesman than Allen Kennedy. I explained what I wanted and Mr Kennedy brought an Accord up to test drive. Then I took it home for my wife to drive and she fell in love with it. Went back and Todd Keene finished the deal for Mr Kennedy. Two of the best salemans I have ever dealt with. A no pressure sale!! The easiest purchase I have ever made. When it is time, I will definitely be back to buy another car from Mr Kennedy or Mr Keene. I recommend Hughes Honda to ever one.

They want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I have also used them for my car's maintenance needs. The maintenance department is courteous, gives you accurate times on when your car will be ready and they do good work. I will be back to Hughes Honda.

My experience at hughes honda was great! Usually you think of car dealers as sharks and they're out to get you. Well that's not the case at hughes. Mr.Allen Kennedy was my salesperson and he was nothing but great! He first listened to my needs, gave me his opinion, and then we found the right one. I went with friend to this dealership with the intention of trading her car and motorcycle for a used car. The associate who helped us was very helpful ,attentive , and positive even when we were not. He kept us motivated for the cause and in the end got things situated for her to walk away with a new car instead. It actually inspired me to want to get a new Honda also once I get things situated on my end to prevent fail and disappointment . I worked with Todd Keene very very friendly and out going person! I had such a great experience with him I was completely satisfied I was looking to purchase a Kia sorento as well as a Civic when intold Todd this he simply asked me to test drive the civic as I did. When Todd first got the car pulled up and I stepped outside it was like Todd knew my taste and price range he pulled up the exact color and trim level I was interested in without question. Before we drove off he begn telling me ll the features of the vehicle and all the cool things it's had. We went on our test drive and Todd was wonderful he knew how nervous I was and made me feel at ease. There was never a quiet or awkward moment at all. When we got back to the dealership I told Todd how I wanted to think about my options this is we're I became even more impressed he told me that was no problem at all no pushing me to do anything. The next day I came in and we began the process. This is where Mike Whilhide came in. Wonderful hard working man like Todd. Mike worked on my deal from 9 to 6:30 p.m that night he knew my price range and where I wanted to be at on monthly payments and even though it took all day Mike got me there! When weglobally got to where I wanted to be at not only was I excited and jumping up and down (literally) but so was Mike and Todd! That made me feel so good like they had accepted me into their family and we were all excited bout the new Christmas gift I had received. I am now the proud new owner of a 2012 Honda civic Lx and could not be happier. I am very happy with Todd and Mike they did such a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone! These two men have sold me on Honda but not only Honda Hughes Honda for life!

Upon arrival at Hughes Honda I met with Allen Kennedy. I told Allen what I was interested in and what my range was. I origionaly went to the dealership to look at a Civic SI and get some prices. I ended up leaving with a Lease on a 2012 Accord Coupe EXL. I traded in my 2003 Suburban Z71 towards this new vehicle. there were a few times that I got frustrated with the process there between dealing with the salesman and the GOD desk where all the magic happens. Overall I got an ok deal on the new Accord but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. As for Allen he did a great job with the Lease and I am completely satisified with the service he provided. Hughes Honda has TV commercials on that state get a 2012 Accord for $149 a month but that is not true. My Accord came it at about $31000. There is no way they were going to let me leave there with a payment under $400. This just goes to show you there is no truth in advertising. (Read the fine print) Overall I am satisified with Hughes Honda and my new vehicle.

I just bought a Honda about a month ago from Hughes Honda in Warner Robins. We had the best experience! As a single mom it was very important to me that our Salesman be very understanding of my children and work with our schedule. Allen Kennedy was so wonderful to our family. He made sure everything was taken care of for us. He even helped me take the new car home since I wasn't trading one in. Allen also made me feel comfortable during the negotiation process which is not something I enjoy. I walked away feeling really good about the deal I got on my Honda. The only problem I had was the final wait between purchase and signing--almost an hour. However, it was because the car I purchased was found to have a paint flaw, and T. J. wanted to make sure that I was happy. Therefore, he found another car exactly like the first to substitute. What a great salesman--putting customer satisfaction first rather than sales!

I talked with TJ Medina over the phone about 1.5 years ago about a purchasing a Honda Fit. Of all the similar cars i looked at, I liked the design, the options, and the strong reputation that goes with the Honda name. Hughes Honda and salesman TJ have those same qualities. I wasn,t ready to buy at the time we talked and was thankful that TJ wasn,t a high pressure salesman. However; he was very confident and reassuring that Hughes Honda could do business with me. I shared with him my concerns of why I'm wasn't as cofident about getting approved as he. He gave me step by step pointers on how to get that confidence and invited in for a visit later on down the line. He really put forth alot of effort to make me feel comfortable. On 11-22-11, my wife sent me to the grocery store to get some tomatoes. Hughes Honda is located just a few doors down so i decided, "what the heck, I'll just go by and meet TJ and let him know I'm still interested. Right away he treated me like family as did the entire staff. As mentioned before, i wasn't pressured but I felt so confident (because I followed those tips given by TJ) in myself that i had actually begun the buying process with very little thought. The only thing left to do was aswer "yes" when TJ asked, "are you ready". Hughes Honda went out of their way to make this deal happen. (you see congress, it's not that hard, c'mon!) Making phonecalls to the person on top at their lenders, even shaving some numbers from the price of the car. I drove out of there in a new Honda Fit and saved a ton of cash because i never did buy those tomatoes. :-)

My current car is over 7 years old. It was time for a new one. We heard Clark Howard talking about Honda and the good deals that were going on now. So we chose to go to Hughes Honda (in Warner Robins GA) just to take a look. We were NOT going to buy anything that evening. TJ was our salesman. He was, by far, one of the BEST salesmen we have ever encountered. And we have been buying cars for almost 50 years! We knew that the Honda was one of the safest and most reliable cars on the road, that's why I wanted one. TJ was so thorough and knowledgeable that he left no stone unturned. We bought a 2011 CR-V from him that evening. My husband told the manager that we didn't BUY the car......TJ SOLD it to us. That was a major compliment to TJ. TJ had the car cleaned up and then he went a filled it up with gas (and it was closing time). As far as the price goes, my husband feels like he made the best deal possible. Again, thumbs up for TJ.

I saw the car I wanted online. I called the dealership 30 minutes before closing time. When I arrived they were waiting with the car out front. it wasn't until the test drive that I learned the friendly salesman was the son of a dear deceased friend. Stephen was such a gentleman. when I said I had to pray about buying the car. he offered to PRAY. well that all but sealed the deal for me! even though it was well after closing everyone stayed around and gave me a great deal. My first Honda buying experience was 19 years ago. Even though the car is still on the road the experience left a lot to be desired. thanks Hughes. Upon walking onto the lot, we were greeted right away but we weren't followed around like at most dealerships. I really noticed this immediately because I think it is important for a customer to have time to look and see the inventory for themselves and to get an idea of what they want on their own before inquiring with a salesman. Once we had questions, Ronney was extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even knew to answer questions that I didn't know I had about the vehicle. On our test drive he talked non-stop about the product. I am still blown away about his knowledge of the product. I've gone to other dealerships looking at vehicles and gotten salesmen who don't know too much about the product, but Ronney definitely impressed us. Also, upon leaving the dealership we spoke with one of the Finance workers and he was very helpful in telling me the steps of how to go about finding the best rate for my purchase and seemed to really have my best interest in mind. When we left the dealership we literally talked about how great of a salesman Ronney was and how we were really impressed with our experience at Hughes Honda.

I will be trading again in probably a couple of years and I am only dealing with Hughes. John Nichols is a straight up guy and you better believe he will be on your side. Jim Glymph is such a sweet, considerate and caring sales person and I would highly recommend him as a sales person. I trust Chuck Tyler, the GM, of the dealership with giving me a fair price on my trade in and with the whole deal. Mr Allen Kennedy was an excellent salesman - very knowledgeable, nice and didn't try to push other cars on me. Showed me what I was interested in and the main differences between the different models. After the sale, ensured that I knew everything that I needed to know regarding operation of the car before driving off. Excellent customer service even after the sale, i.e., checking on how I was doing and if I had any questions. Also, Mr Mike Willhide worked to get an interest rate lower than what I had been preapproved for with two others. He also found a car with another dealership that had one of the colors that I wanted and had it brought here. I would definitely recommend Hughes Honda and to see Mr Kennedy for great personal customer service!

Took my car in for a software update. I own a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid and it was experiencing problems dealing with the ECM. I was originally told that the work would take at least half of the day, but I received a call much earlier than expected. The gentleman that I worked with was very courteous and I was pleased with having my car back so quickly. I've never had a problem with this dealership keeping my car for longer than they originally quoted me.
