Shane was very helpful and experienced with vehicle we were interested in. The staff were attentive and assisted in all our needs while at the dealership. 7/5/2021- I took my car in for maintenance. Went looking around at what was available, Nicole came out to talk. I bought a car mostly because of the assistance I received from Nicole. She was attentive and made sure my needs and wants were met. Very happy with Nicole Barnes.

So sorry to have to change this review from a 5 to a 1 star but their deceptive advertising emails disgust me. Have you had service and then received an email implying that you turned down needed service? I did and hand not turned anything down. I opened the rest and it was just a list of other services and a picture of a transmission light on. This kind of behavior makes me ill. If you have an elderly parent please watch out that they aren't reading these types of emails and thinking theres truly something wrong with their vehicle and getting unnecessary work done. I will not return here for service or future vehicle purchases.

While washing our car we noticed the front drivers side fascia was loose. Took it up to Huston to see if they could get it in and they did. Everyone was super friendly and they did a great job. Just wish that they had more new cars on there lot. We love to walk around and see what they have but there lot is almost empty.
