This is the fourth vehicle from this dealership that we have purchased. Lorenzo Williams is one if the best salesman we have ever dealt with.He actually listened to what we had to say. He did his best to get us the vehicle we wanted, and went out if his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable with the features and options of the vehicle and spent time after the sale to make sure we were comfortable before we left. Now the company has been sold.

I want to personally thank Sales Rep Mike Pool. My car was deemed “totaled” after a truck hit it the other day. He assisted me in the purchase of a new vehicle. He is a very kind, informative and honest individual. This was my second experience dealing with Mike on the purchase of a vehicle. I will definitely work with him on future purchases. I have been going to Huston even when it was Wells Dodge. Service Department is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The Technicians are fast in getting oil change and tires rotated. Thank you to all for an AWESOME experience. Will continue to get my van serviced there.

My service experience with Huston was very positive. They worked with me to find a satisfactory solution to my problem and kept me informed on the options and progress. My only issue was it was much more expensive than I expected since I provided the part required. Credit where credit is due - they were able to track down a bolt I was missing.

Everyone at Huston Chrysler Jeep Ram was very professional and went to great lengths to fix the problem with my 2020 Gladiator. Because the issue was intermittent I was concerned that they would not be able to determine the cause and make the repair. I was offered a ride home or wherever I needed to go. The tech tracked down the issue through previous service reports and made the repair. I was there less than two hours. And they washed my car! The waiting area was clean, quiet, drinks and snacks were available at no charge. I was given updates as to what they were doing and how long to expect to be there. Huston should get ten stars!
