Adam was my salesperson and was very responsive to my needs and wants from the get-go. He was understanding about what I needed and wanted in my vehicle and really made sure I got the best deal with a monthly price I could afford. He was only scheduled to work half the day the Saturday I came in, but he stayed with me through the whole process of getting approval for the loan and walking me through the steps until I could pick up the car. They were not trying to push more coverage on me than I needed and were very upfront with recommended extras, while keeping the payment within my price range.He showed me how everything was set up in the vehicle and has reached out to me many times to ensure my satisfaction. There were some tiny scratches on the vehicle by the trunk when I first got it, but it was fixed up quickly and I got it back with a nice metal cover to ensure that wouldn't happen again.Had an excellent first car experience!

Buying a used car can be a daunting process but dealing with the knowledgeable staff at Huttigs was actually enjoyable! Adam my sales person listened as I explained what I was looking for and he showed me what my options were. When I came back to test drive Adam was with another customer but immediately had Justin, another salesperson, come to take care of me. Justin and Adam also arranged and had the car I purchased delivered right to my door in lake Placid!That's service!

Service counter worker remembered that my vehicle had 2 recalls (I had not remembered this when I scheduled my appt.). Also, I was about a month late to get my last free oil change/tire rotation (I had a 2 yr. or 20,000 mile service contract) and I inquired if I still had one left. I technically did not, however, when the service attendant checked, he came back and said it was "close enough" and I was given this for free! I also got my vehicle inspected, and this took no time at all.

I dropped my car off at 8am and the service dept called me by 9:15 to say that my oil change, tire rotation and small repair was completed. I also was able to get a ride to and from work from a Huttig worker, so that made things a bit easier for me.

The service department was very helpful. I am a single 70 year old woman and I feel they did not take advantage of me or try to add additional maintenance that I didn't know had to be done. I am confident that all work done was needed. I will have all my service done at Hutting Nissan because I trust them to tell me the truth.

The Hutting Dealership is a definate improvement now with a first-rate waiting area with wi-fi, beverages, snacks and TV. Also, it was easier to book an appointment.

I purchased a used vehicle from Huttig a few months ago and noticed that a window molding was falling off. They advised me that they would order the part and called me once received and install it...well its been 3 weeks and they do not even have the decency to call me and provide me with a status. In browsing the net I could order and get the part in 4 days so the only comment I can make is that once the call is sold that's were customer support ends!

I have a 2006 Nissan Sentra and I sent it in to get some repairs done to the belts, new oil pan, pully and bearings and it was good for about half a month and then the car is just ffalling apart on me. After an evaluation we came to the conclusin that only the oil pan was replaced and 1 out of 3 belts were replaced that was all and i was charged fully. I was not pleased nor do i ever recomend their service ever. But still in my own eyes Nissan is the best automotive to buy.
