This is the second car we've purchased from this dealership. Both times have been a very pleasant experience. Staff is super friendly with no pressure to buy. Atmosphere is very relaxed. Location (at least for us) was super convenient. Test drive was at our convenience and could have driven the vehicle home for a more lengthy test if desired. Our Santa Fe was detailed nicely and ready for us when we arrived to finish the deal. The thing we liked the most is that there is no dealer fee at this dealership....no hidden fees at all. Purchase price is clearly marked so the buyer knows what he/she is paying. Our salesperson, Jill, went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Very friendly, professional and always available to take our calls when we had questions during the research stage. And she took a nice photo of us by our new vehicle before we drove away! We've been showing it to all our friends and family. We also want to commend Dan, the sales manager who also played a big part in helping us get the right vehicle with all the options we wanted. Jill and Dan made a great team during our purchase process. Highest recommendation!!

Our sales agent Jose Figueroa did an outstanding job of helping us find the perfect car. He is knowledgeable about each car and its features, patient (I ask a lot of questions), and he made us feel important. We had looked at cars at other dealerships (non Hyundai) and we felt as if all they wanted was our money and were in a rush to sell. We did not feel this way at Hyundai of Central Florida. It was a great experience and we didn't have to deal with the car "sharks". Not having to deal with dealer fees and all of the haggling was great! The gentleman in the finance department was also very helpful and informative. He helped us in deciding which maintenance plan to get for our car. Jose is a great asset to the company!

I had an excellent buying experience with David Gonzalez! His easygoing personality and no-pressure approach took a ton of stress away from the purchasing process and was much appreciated. Awesome awesome buying experience at Hyundai of Central Florida. Ron Thomas did not attempt to “sell” us. We discussed our needs and the need was meet. No extra fluff required and no force feeding to make the sale. No dealer fees and inflated costs to be concerned with. Honest and straightforward pricing.
