The service department is absolutely horrendous to deal with. The communication has been horrible, the employees have a serious lack of knowledge and sense of urgency. I ended up with a corporate rep who was somewhat helpful, but by no means hurried the process along. They’ve had my car for 8 months because of the parts delay. The parts finally came in but they “forgot” to order the actual part they needed so that added another 2 months to the wait. Upon pickup we asked that they be sure the tires weren’t flat spotted from sitting so long and the rotors weren’t rusted beyond repair. We were told “they’ll be fine!”. We got down the road only to find that the car was not fine. We called the service writer who told us to come back the next day to have the tires and rotors taken care of while we waited. After waiting 2 1/2 hours only the rotors were taken care of because “they were sure that would fix the problem” (it didn’t). We now have to go back for a third time and deal with these clueless people. Absolutely horrendous to deal with, avoid at all costs.

My wife and I were in the market for a '22 Palisade in the Calligraphy trim level. We have shopped around and called numerous dealerships and Hyundai of Trenton had the exact one we wanted, color inside and out, etc. We worked with Tennyson Lewis. I had called the day prior to going up there to look at the car to verify it was available/on premises. Absolutely amazing experience with Tennyson. He had the car waiting out front for us to look at, worked with us, extremely polite and knowledgeable of all the specs, and warranties on the vehicle, patient and answered all of our questions. Jameson was wonderful. I was honest with him about my finances and my previous lease along with what I want and don't want in a car. They did their best for me since I had issues w my trade in I was unaware of until yesterday. I love my new car it did take awhile but they did everything they could to get me into the car that's right for my family and staying financially within what I told them I could do. Everyone was so kind and the process was easy and informative. I also sent my uncle today (he has special needs) and they also were able to help him into a brand new (safer) vehicle. highly recommend them!

RON KING! The man! This is the second car I’ve leased from Hyundai and had Ron as my sales man both times. He’s always so patient with me and so personable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for someone who isn’t in a rush to just make a sale, but to really help you get into something you feel comfortable with and enjoy!! Thanks Ron!
