On my most recent visit, John Romano was very professional and courteous, as he has been on all my was previous visits. Excellent experience!!

Went in for recall and oil change. Good service, friendly staff. However, requested to have spare key fob programed and was told it would cost $75. Pretty outrageous when it really doesn’t cost them anything to do. Other dealer for my wife’s Car did the same thing for free knowing that it was good customer service. Overall, usually have good experience with dealer

Exceptional service and communication with my service tech. Service completed in a timely manner. The ability to pay online before you pick up is great. My 2011 Hyundai Sonata is fantastic. This is the best vehicle I've purchased. I recommend Hyundai very highly.

Wonderful people, very straight to the point. We were able to agree on a fair price early on and the process was seamless from there. Tom is the best salesman I’ve ever had, he’s not pushy and never makes you feel obligated to do anything.

Typically I have a good experience here, but on my last visit, I left disappointed. The customer service I received was great. Mike was my service agent and he was very polite, responsive, etc. My disappointment came when Mike and the team could not determine what was wrong with my car. Prior to bringing the car in, my car would not start two separate days/times; only the electric came on, not the ignition (accessory mode). My car would only start again with a jump, despite the battery being brand new with no connection issues. Fortunately Hyundai allowed my car to remain at the service center from Wed.-Sat., but they could not determine the issue. Being a young female that just started a career post grad school, this was very concerning to me. If my car were to not start again I could not only be late to work, but possibly stuck somewhere by myself. I was not contacted by a manager and was simply asked to bring the car back when the problem occurred again, since they could not duplicate the issue. As you can see, this would be another issue getting the car there if I could not get it to start... While I understand this complication of not being able to duplicate the issue, I did not feel comfortable being sent home without a better solution. Also, during my visit I indicated that my blinker was blinking very fast, which I was told could indicate my brake light is out. Indeed it was, but Hyundai did not alert me to the issue nor did they fix it... Thankfully this visit was free of cost. I will continue to receive service here, but I can only hope for a better experience next time and when my car starts having the starting issue again...
