I had been looking for a car for a couple weeks so I finally decided to try Hyundai. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by Jairo. He made my experience hassle free. He got me exactly what I was looking for! There was no pressure in purchasing. I would definitely recommend going in to see your options. My oil change was fit in between appointments, but was taken in for servicing right away. I requested synthetic oil which they used. Being a veteran the oil change and filter (not synthetic oil) and labor ( not tax, oil removal) were no charge. My cost was very low. The service department also found and installed a recall update for the computer. Their service was fast and well done. As usual they washed the car for me. My thanks for the fast, reliable hard work done by the technician and check-in Staff Member. Your impressive efforts do not go unnoticed. Many thanks, John

Best experience of buying a car ever. I have felt like a literal hostage in past experiences. Not here. They were very accommodating and answered all questions. The time went by quicker than past experiences. Our salesperson, Jairo, sped things along quickly when I said I was getting tired. Dave, the finance person gave us one of his protein bars (delicious) that was very helpful. I definitely will go back for my next car.

I came in with a trade in less than perfect shape and they took it off my hands no problem. I was motn100% on the first vehicle I test drove and rather than pressure me Jorge worked with me to find another vehicle to test drive and I am SO glad he did because I fell in love with the second vehicle. Then David worked really hard to get me the best possible loan with my not so perfect credit! This truly was an excellent experience!

I love my new car... I was going to get a car from 2013. But then they talked me into a brand new car. The best part? It has everything I expected. A moon roof, a standard transmission, and it came with all the bells and whistles. I was reluctant the second time because my last experience with Jairo wasn't a good one, he was pretty much just pushing the deal. Anyhow, got what I wanted, at the price I wanted, even though we hit some snags in the road... they took care of me and now I'll take care of them with happy customers review.

It definitely felt like a whole new dealership from when I first went there. They weren't just trying to sell me a vehicle at whatever money they could squeeze out of me since I am military, but actually cared about my passed experience and trying to change the way I see dealerships. There are some bad dealerships and some good ones I know, and this one is definitely a good one. I see it in the way they provide costumer service and how the community reacts to every employee. My rating is a five out of five but they could easily take the six.

My engine light had come on for my tire saying the pressure was low, I had to work the following day so I was unable to take my car into the dealership. Without hesitation Mr. Baladi said he would have someone pick up my car first thing in the morning he then handed me his card with a contact number in case there where any issuses. Jairo and Patricia where very diligent in working with finding a location to meet with me to pick up my car. At the end of the day Patricia picked me back up and took me back to the dealership they had put on my new tire and washed my car and I was ready to go home for the day.Sincerely, Highly Satisfied Customer

This is my second Hyundai Accent Hatchback. I loved my first one and this one just as much. Hyundai's follow-up service is great and if I need to wait while my car is serviced they have a comfortable waiting area and employees make sure the customer is comfortable even if it's one of the servicemen walking through. My next vehicle with definitely be a Hyundai.

Our experience was very enjoyable and Jairo, Ignacio, Angel, and Abraham went above and beyond to make it a success. We have never seen a more professional and caring staff at an Auto Dealership and I think that is a testament to Abraham (General Manager and Owner). To put it simply: these people do not give up! Not matter how long it takes to make you happy and assist in getting you into your vehicle, they don't quit. We had a trade-in and were also happy with what we got for it, as well as the financing. My husband and I were there visiting our son who's currently stationed in Yuma. We looked for several hours at different cars, and went back to the Hyundai dealership. They had the best variety, and I also own a Hyundai Tuscon so I'm a fan of their cars already. Our sales associate was Michael Saldana, who was very patient with us and very friendly. The owner was also there and he was equally amazing. With my son being in the military, I've heard horror stories about these young kids buying cars, so I made the trip from California to Arizona to help him. The owner Abraham Razick is a Marine veteran, and he will make sure they get the best price, and will take care of these young Marine's. it's a pleasure to have my new caR. I test drive it to Tucson and used it everyday to and from work. Hyundai Elantra 2017 is cheaper and economical, I can't believed that the gas will cost less than 25 dollars driving to and from Tucson. The iPhone is easily connected just do the Bluetooth and pair them and it works perfectly, now it's hands free. The only issue is too small, limited space to load some of the papers woks I needed for job. But overall, this car is just right for me to keep. It has a great deal of lifetime oil change. I purchased the extended warranty and the GAP because I will keep this car.

Truly, the best group of people you will ever meet, that happen to be in the auto industry. Their stand out quality is the genuine care of and for everyone who steps through the door. I honestly feel I have gained extended family. My daughter was looking to purchase her very first brand new vehicle in August of 2015. We visited all the dealerships here in Yuma and found ourselves at the Hyundai dealership. After the initial hellos and what are you looking for(s), we started to get serious about making a purchase. My daughter ultimately bought an Elantra. The entire buying experience was actually pleasurable. The upfront, honest and caring attitude from every person we dealt with was, to say the least, refreshing. In the past I have had several experiences with purchasing vehicles that left me with a rather negative opinion of the car buying ordeal. Not so with my daughter's purchase. Thus began my extended relationship with Hyundai of Yuma. After comparing costs of scheduled maintenance and tire replacement elsewhere, I decided to give them a shot at taking care of my 2010 Flex. To say that they beat the competitors would be an understatement. Add to that the extra care they afforded me as a veteran, I am now a lifetime customer. Shortly after my Flex was expertly and thoroughly serviced, I purchased a truck. I took them the truck and had them perform a front to back inspection. Again, outstanding workmanship and unbeatable prices. I then decided to trade in my Flex and purchase another truck. I approached John Baladi about a possible trade in and purchase from the dealership. Although we didn't initially think there was anything in their inventory that would interest me, I was given an offer to purchase my Flex. Let me clarify here, even without the potential of making a purchase and profiting from me, John Baladi was willing to buy my vehicle to help me achieve my goal of a new truck, even if purchasing elsewhere. However, to everyone's surprise, in the back lot was the truck that would eventually be mine. Our buying experience here at Hyundai of Yuma was far more than excellent. Every single staff member was friendly and curtis at all time. We got great personal attention and service from the moment we went in to the moment we left. We felt like we knew everyone there from years back. From the moment that Michael Saldana introduced himself to the time we left there was no hard sell. My husband and myself wanted to look at some other car and told Micheal that we would call back the next day. Stuart (my husband) looked at Kia and Nissan on Monday his day off. We than called Michael at 5pm on Monday and told him we wanted the car. When we arrived at the dealership Michael was ready for us. Abraham Razick (the owner) came over and introduced himself and explained what kind of pricing he could give us.While waiting for the finance manager Angel Ruvalcaba to help us the Sales Manager Jorge Lopez along with Michael went over the warranties and the add on package that we decided to take. Angel Ruvalcaba the finance manager took his time and explained the purchase agreement ever thought it was past closing time everyone that was helping us stayed to make sure that we were happy when we left. Looking around Yuma you'll find no shortage of car dealerships. But what sets Hyundai of Yuma apart is their genuine concern for their customers, and their efforts to offer the best deal possible. A few months back, I hastily spent what I had saved up for a down payment on a used car that turned out to be much less than what it was represented to be. I never, EVER considered buying a Hyundai until I stopped by one of their neighboring car dealers and told him my situation, and what I had to trade. He simply said "sorry, with that budget, I can't help you." Frustrated, I drove home and on the way in got the mail that had a "Hyundai of Yuma" flyer in it. I thought "no way"! It's a perfect no pressure athsmophere where you don't feel like your going to get pressured to buy something you don't want. Further more the service for veterans is unsurpassed. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and our trade in paid off. John was willing to do whatever it took to get us in that car. This dealership was one of several we visited while shopping for our new vehicle. We also did some shopping/comparing online. It was the friendly, no-pressure attitude of every person we came into contact with that brought us back to this dealership to purchase our vehicle. As a woman negotiating a car sale, I appreciated the respect I was shown throughout the process, even though my husband was also present and involved. Another thing that impressed us was Abe's willingness to find our preferred color without trying to jack up the price or pressure us to accept a color on his lot (as other dealers did!). And Jairo sold us on the premium features of the Sonata Hybrid with an excellent on-the-road demonstration. I went to Yuma Hyundai on Monday, 1/18/2016 for a routine tire rotation and oil change. This took approximately 30 minutes. After the services were completed they ran the car through a car wash. I have a 2016 Elantra GT. My car was damaged when it was run through the car wash. I did not notice and took my car shopping. At my first stop I notice the license plate holder and other damage to my car. I immediately returned to Hyundai of Yuma. They apologized and took the car for repairs. They did a wonderful job of repairing my car and I am very pleased. Thank you very much to Richard and Mike.

Visiting Yuma from California and my headlights went out. Took it to this dealership WITHOUT an appointment. They took me right in checked the entire vehicle, replaced my light bulbs washed my car free (This was light bulb s service) and had me back on the road In LESS THAN 30 minutes. When it came to buying a new car I had my heart set on a different brand. After comparing all the specs and reviews on-line of my preference and other cars I settled on the Sonata. By browsing the Hyundai of Yuma website and looking at the vehicle stickers, I was able to narrow down my search to 2 vehicles and printed those out, secured financing through my bank, and went to the dealer. After David allowed me to test driving both of choices that I wanted to look at it was decided to go with the Lakeside Blue Sonata. After finding out about the Platinum Coverage which brought the final cost above what I was prepared for Angel was able to get me financed on the spot for almost the same monthly payment I had pre-arranged with my bank. After searching for several weeks we decided to begin pricing for a Hyundai. I was requesting quotes by E-mail. I was contacted by a salesman by the name of Jairo. I informed him that I was a no non-sense type of guy. We discussed what I was looking for and he immediately went to work on searching his inventory for options that I requested. I told Jairo that I would meet him on Sat or Sunday due to the dealership being over an hour away. My wife was a little excited so I went earlier than expected. I called Jairo only to find it was his day off. Jairo stated I can meet you in an hour, let me know when you are leaving. I met with Jairo and his supervisor John. We came to an agreement quickly with the trade in and got an excellent deal on a vehicle and extended warranty. We had one minor issue with paperwork ( no fault of their own) which was taking a little time. Jairo and John sent out to get pizza's for us and made sure we always had bottled water or a soft drink. The owner Abe stopped by to introduced himself and ensured that we were being treated well and took time to talk with us. Every member of the Hyundai was polite and made you feel at home. It is apparent that Hyundai of Yuma's mission statement is customer services. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to stop by and give them a try.

We went to Tucson to purchase our last two new vehicles and now we will stay at this dealership. They were all friendly and made us feel very safe and welcome. The new owner, Abe was also very pleasant. They will make sure that you get a fair price and will deal with your requests. The mileage so far has been fantastic and the warranty is the best in the industry. I am sure they are worthy of five stars without debate.

We have lived in Yuma 20 years and have never bought a vehicle here. The dealers would not match or even discuss pricing in comparison to offers from Phoenix. We were going to Phoenix to pick up our 3rd vehicle and decided to stop at the Hyundai dealer in Yuma which was under new ownership. We were looking only to window shop before traveling to Phoenix. We certainly were surprised at the level of professionalism and willingness to negotiate price on a new car. Not only did we purchase a vehicle with Hyundai that day, but I will go to that dealership again before even checking Phoenix. I've driven Honda's for 30+ years. Bought every one from a local Honda dealership. I went to Yuma Honda with preapproved financing, my 780 credit score and plenty of info to help me find not just one....but two cars. The finance guy and the salesman wasted no time in giving me not just a horrible offer but a completely overblown price. Not once...but twice. After the second shady offer I walked out. The next day I stopped at Hyundai and had my first Hyundai experience. I left very happy! Can't say enough! Farewell Honda!

I had a quick breakdown of my vehicle (a crappy Chevy of course) and I needed to replace the vehicle as it cost me a lot of money to keep fixing. They offered me more money for the trade in value of the car (2000$, the rest only offered me 1500$ at most). They also gave a lot of rebates and some other cool features free. They were not aggressive and they have good warranties. They also offered 0% interest free for 66 months(5.5 years which is plenty of time to pay off the vehicle). I talked to Honda and they don't even give 0%. They also don't offer a warranty even close to Hyundai... When asked they would say BS things like Honda is proven awesome and Hyundais are not. LOL I had an amazing experience with Hyundai and will definitely buy all my vehicles from there. Their warranty is 100,000 powertrain, 60,000 bumper to bumper, but for 1500$ they will give you 100,000 on everything!!!

Friendly staff who really cares about their customers! I had a bad experience at Fisher Hyundai and had planned on going to Phoenix, but I stopped in at Hyundai of Yuma. I was greeted by a friendly salesman and I was introduced to the service manager. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. I drove several vehicles before deciding on a Sonata. The salesman was not in a hurry and explained features on each vehicle. I was able to choose the vehicle with the features I wanted. This is a dealership who really cares about their customers.

I love my new car! The window tinting was worth it. We put the car to the paces, snow, rain, the vehicle handled great! Great gas mileages. Only used 1/2 a tank from Flagstaff to Yuma.

My daughter was told her Tiburon needed a new fuel pump by the service department at Fisher Hyundai. After paying for the repair and taking her car home she found that the rear seats, which were folded down, would not fold back up. Both rear seats hit the wheel wells and were splayed outward towards the side windows. They absolutely could not be folded upright. She took the car back to the dealership and they accused her of doing something to cause the problem. "You must have gotten the seats wet", they told her. We took the car to a body shop and they found the fuel tank had been exploded and was stretched hugely out of its original shape, it warped up the floor of the car in the middle of the rear seats causing the issue with the seats. The fuel tank ballooned so big that it protrudes below the muffler now and bottoms out on small speed bumps. The body shop told us the car was unsafe to drive. Hyundai customer service asked us to take it to another Hyundai dealer for verification and we did that and the other dealership verified the condition of the fuel tank and the floor panel of the car. The estimate for repair is $3814.48 and it includes a complete new floor panel and fuel tank. Fisher Hyundai has refused to help with this repair. If this fuel tank had been ripped open while my daughter was driving this car, she could have been killed in a gasoline fire.

Car buying process here was actually pleasant. Salesman was very helpful without being pushy, and knew a lot about the vehicle we were interested in. Had the car washed then we went for a test drive. No back and forth negotiating, gave us a price we were happy with right off the bat. Would highly recommend purchasing from this dealer.

If it wasn't for Tom we would be driving a 2013 Nissan Maxima now instead of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We had an exceptional deal on the Maxima but decided to stop by and test drive a Sonata before making our final decision. Based on Tom's level of vehicle knowledge and his no pressure sales approach he convinced us to at least test drive and listen to the advantages of purchasing a Hyundai Sonata. He listened to what we needed in a vehicle and suggested the options that would get us what we wanted. Overall this was probably the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever made. If Tom didn't know the answer he was quick to find out. He did all of this without running down the competition instead by only showing us the benefits of owning a Hyundai. After we purchased our vehicle Tom was eager to help us set up the remote feature and sync our phones. I will recommend this dealership and specifically Tom Bonneau to all my friends. He did an outstanding job!!!

The dealership found the car I wanted, picked it up, serviced and cleaned it up for delivery to me in less than three days. I love my new Elantra and the price and financing was great. Tom, the sales person showed me everything about the car which was very helpful. He is also going to pick my car up at my home to have the windows tinted and also return it. Tom has been extremely helpful and friendly.

This dealership was very friendly and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked that they were not pushy and were very helpful in bringing in the car that I wanted. What I was looking for was not on their lot and I waited a week for it to come in. They were in constant communication with me about my new car's arrival. Also, I arrived on the lot in a cab and they were nice enough to drive my daughter and I home. When my new car did finally arrive, SamO was kind enough to offer us a ride to the lot because he remembered that we did not have a car of our own. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Fisher Hyundai. Bernice replied quickly to all my emails and even called and left messages on my cell phone. She invited us to test drive a car with no pressure to buy. She allowed us to come in at a time that worked best for us, not the dealership. When we arrived at Fisher Hyundai we were greeted by more then one staff member. We were addressed and helped immediately. Bernice came out and introduced us to Juan who showed us the car and took us on the test drive. Juan answered all our questions honestly, but more important to us is that he listened to what we had to say and want in regards to the car purchase. Juan kept us informed, took our request to his sales manager, and did everything he could to speed up the entire process. The sales manager gave us an offer that met the 3 main requirements for us... We got the trade in value we wanted for our trade, the sales manager offered us a fair price for the new vehicle, and kept our monthly payments between the budget lines we requested. This all took less then 30 min. To get credit information, evaluated trade in vehicle, and receive the offer from the sales manager. We ended up buying a new car and while we were waiting for the final paper work Juna took us around the dealership and introduced us to the staff in the parts department and the staff in the service department.e. After we signed all the paperwork Juan introduced us to Sam who went over all the details of the new car and even synced my wife's cell phone to the car. He even invited us back to go over any functions in the new car that we needed help with. From the time we drove on Fisher Hyundai in our car and leaving in our new car then total time was approximately 3 hours, very professional, efficient, and personal service.These are the reasons we give the rating we did. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was treated very friendly. I was not sure what I was looking for and James & Larry had a great deal of patience. They asked me questions about my driving needs and what I was looking for in a new car, these questions aided me in selecting the car right for my needs. It was a long process and they didnt not rush me. It was over two weeks between my original inquiry and my purchase, during this time, James answered many question but didnt rush me into the purchase, I so appreciated that. The purchase of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata was all done through the internet. After Angie located the car I was looking for all I had to do was drive to the dealership to sign the documents and take possesion of the vehicle, the car was waiting for me already detailed and gassed up. It was exactly what I had requested, no mess ups! There is nothing bad to say about this dealership except that we got lost trying to located it, as they own almost every one on the strip (we accidentally pulled into the first car lot with the name Fisher on it and it was the wrong one, the Hyundai lot was further down the road).Every one we dealt with were courteous. I would absolutely recommend and buy from this dealership again!

I set out to buy an American made car. None of them suited me quite well. Victor showed me the Hyundai Elentra. I felt I got to give him the deal. That's how good a salesman he is! Sam Oliverio walked me through the equipment and gadgets of the car with very pleasant, patient, thorough detailed, and professional manner. The MSRP is $20,945.00, plus added features, S&H, total of $24,730.00. They gave me a price of $26,500+, plus tax and fees. I felt I had been cheated.

My husband and I came in to look for a car with a driver's seat that provided good back support, as I have had four back surgeries and it is critical for me in choosing a vehicle.The Salesman [Sam], who immediately met us engaged us with friendly conversation while ascertaining our needs and desires for a vehicle. He immediately showed us several different models, so that I might judge the support provided by the different seats available. Sam provided knowledgeable information on the attributes of each vehicle, as I test drove and evaluated the driver's seat. We are on a fixed income and had strict budgetary limits, Sam provided us with several viable options, as he worked with his manager. We decided upon a remaining 2012 Sonata Limited, that was offered with a discount and good trade-in allowance. The finance manager, Johnny Q, was able to arrange in-house financing that provided a payment that fit into our cash flow needs. Our experience here was totally positive and very refreshing, after have experienced numerous prior experiences over the years that were totally negative.
