Easiest and fastest car buying experience ever! Came in looking for a second vehicle and found a great Honda Element at a fair price. Had my car full of kids yet the staff was incredibly courteous and respectful to myself and them. Financing was easier than I thought especially with “fair” credit, and we didn’t spend the whole day at the dealer. I WILL be returning to buy another car when my oldest heads to college, they have earned my patronage!

Worse experience ever, this place is a rip-off and rude. Allen the owner and Tiraq one of the salesperson, were very insulting to my father and myself ! Very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST people to say the least. Dont waste your time going here.

If Alan, the tall slim guy tells you he will make a repair on a car to get you to buy it. Get it in writing. He had the windshield replaced but lied and said he didn't say he would do the wheel alignment. It's always better to do business with someone who is a man of his word.

My family and I have purchased two cars from I-80 Auto Sales. The salesmen can be a bit pressuring but that is part of their duty to CLOSE. I don't blame them because this dealership does come across some exceptional used cars at a GREAT DEAL. If you don't act fast the car will be sold to someone else. It might be a good idea to get pre-approved for financing or have the cash before looking on their lot for a car.

These are quality people that will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I had a great deal lined up but sadly had to back out due to settlement issues with my insurance company and they did everything they could to make me a happy customer. If you find the car you want on their lot don't be afraid to buy from them.

So I was recently interested in a specific car. There was not enough information to make my final choice, so I decided to contact the dealer through email. This did not go down well because I DID NOT receive ANY contact AT ALL from this dealer. Therefore, I am highly disappointed with this emailing system. It has happened to me more than once. I do not feel that I should buy any car without enough information, so I will not be buying any cars from this site, UNLESS I am able to obtain any and ALL information about that specific car. Thank you.
