I drove 30+ minutes because I-Deal had a rare used Tundra in inventory. After my test drive I shared a few of my concerns, and Barry went above and beyond to address everything. He offered a fair trade number on my existing car, and we negotiated a good final price that allowed for a fix of my concerns. Turn over was quick... in less than 36 hours I had my new truck! And, even though my new-to-me truck is 8 years old, when I drove it off the lot, it looked, smelled and felt like a brand new car! I am so impressed by these guys... honest, fair, good sense if humor, high quality work, and easy to deal with in everyway. No games. Just honest conversation! Barry is a rarity in used car salesmen. I work night shift so I went early to look at the vehicle, which looked great. I headed home and he was very respectful as the wife went through the purchasing process. We had a minor hiccup afterward which he took care of as well, to his own detriment. That's the key of an honest dealership. I will absolutely recommend this dealership, and will be purchasing from them in the future.
