I worked with Mike C.and let me tell you, he was phenomenal and worked really hard to put me in the one vehicle I wanted. I love the truck I got and have had zero issues. This was a smooth process from day one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing car buying experience. I don’t leave reviews hardly ever but these guys are excellent! Best car experience I’ve had yet! I can’t thank these guy enough for my experience. :)

A HUGE LESSON I HOPE OTHERS CAN LEARN FROM! Do not trust this dealership nor their "mechanic." The 4Runner I purchased was sadly not taken care of even in the slightest. I thought I was in good hands, being a woman and deciding to give another woman dealer the benefit of the doubt not to take advantage of me. Especially after expressing how excited I was too have just moved back to Boise after graduating college and needing a safe and reliable car for when I start working and commuting up to Bogus Basin. I truly don't even know where to start. I was told the car would be detailed, yet spent over an hour wiping the entire interior down myself, using a whole container of wipes and pulling hair out from under the seats. After confronting the dealer on the issue, all she had to offer me were floor mats... which I also never received. Immediately after driving off the lot, my gas light turned on & I was unable to even get my gas tank open. According to the dealer, her mechanics were too busy to take a look until another two weeks and suggested I Google how to do it myself. Who sells a car with a broken gas cap? All of my fluids were low. The engine had mud all over it, so they must be taking in rally cars. The same day, I realized the stereo didn't even work. The stereo place she recommended to me quoted $300 just to replace with the most basic stereo option since the wiring was done so poorly. The stereo repairmen were so shocked at how poorly the battery mounts were placed and even went to a car parts store to replace them for me. They showed me how there were even two different kinds of screws used and that no legitimate mechanic would ever do that. Within the next couple of days, things just got worse. My headlights went out, which cost me $60 to replace. The car didn't even come with a roof rack (despite the original listing claiming otherwise - false advertising!) so I purchased one myself - keep in mind, a USED 3rd generation 4Runner rack costs no less than $200. Upon installation, the screws were so old and worn that they tore when I tried unscrewing them. The dealer claimed they didn't have the "right size" for my 4Runner, but I am now starting to think they just didn't want to deal with deteriorating screws since it is such a tedious job & took hours to remove them myself. After a couple more days, THE CAR IGNITION WOULDN'T TURN OVER. I have had a couple possible diagnoses from mechanics saying it could either be the starter or the ignition switch or the starter - both cost over $200 each to replace. But unfortunately, have spent so much on repairs and registration (which cost triple what I was told it would cost) that I can't afford to do anything more to it. Despite being offered a "discount" on repairs through their mechanic, the broken AC system (also falsely advertised as working) would cost $700 to replace - they didn't even know it wasn't working which only makes them so much less trustworthy, but on top of that, told me their special dealer discount on parts would cost $400 for a new AC kit, yet I found one online brand new for $200 in under a minute. The dealer then suggested I order one and replace it myself. Not something even remotely doable for someone with no mechanical experience let alone not having access to all of the tools and supplies needed to do a job like that. I am truly blown away and devastated by how dishonest and untrustworthy this dealership is. I've never even written a bad review for anything ever in my life. BUT THEY WON'T EVEN RETURN MY TEXTS OR CALLS. Do more investigating than you would ever think to do before purchasing anything from this dealership and demand the basics (cleaning out the car? a working gas tank? AC in over 100 degree weather?) As they have not been compliant or willing to work with me on paying for these repairs AND EVEN FALSEY ADVERTISED THE MILEAGE on the original post, I have compiled all of my receipts, screenshots of the original posting, our texts, etc. that my lawyer is looking over and defending my Lemon Law rights. They should be ashamed.

The staff at IAI was extremely helpful and courteous. Mike helped me get in the car I wanted in about an hour, easily the best experience i have had buying a car. Would definitely recommend, also, the repair shop they are partners with will give you 25% off labor while you still own the vehicle purchased from them. Just an added bonus. This place was amazing very friendly not pushy they're most important goal was to get us into a car that was a good fit for us and our family they were very generous with price.
