I had my usual winter service done expertly. This is really normal and expected. What was unusual is that I had a specialty shop relay added to my car. There were no problems, the item was installed perfectly and it is operating as designed.

Bought a new VW with them, worked with Kiersten. She is amazing, helped so much, she was on top of everything, literally buying a car with her was as easy as to buy a bread in the store. Cannot say anything bad about this dealer or Kiersten by herself, recommending Also prices are cheaper then in some dealers for the same cars

Emailed Ide to schedule a test drive, Kiersten contacted me, and four days later I had a great new VW Atlas. She made the whole experience super easy - was helpful with all my questions, super communicative, and not sales-y at all. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted a VW; had five previous cars from another maker/dealer, but the sales experience here with Kiersten was better and it helped make the decision easy.

My son and I had been looking for a reliable, affordable vehicle for him for a few months. I came across a 2015 VW Jetta and sent an inquiry. I received a prompt response from Kiersten letting me know it was available and we set up an appointment for later that day. We met with Kiersten, test drove the vehicle and made the purchase. She answered all of my questions and we walked away knowing we made the right decision. It was such an easy process from start to finish!

will charge you multiple times for the same repair. routine maintenances have been fine but every time i've brought my car in for some kind of repair, nothing has actually been fixed--causing lots of frustration and bigger issues. waste of time and money.
