I purchased a vehicle from another location. However this is the dealership that handles receives tags and distributes them out to other locations. I reached out to find out if my tags had arrived yet or not. The lady said yes and that she was getting ready to mail them out to the dealership that I purchased my car from. I said if it’s okay I will pick them up from your location since it’s closer. A few days went by and that lady called me back to let me know she still had my tags. I apologized and said I will get them tomorrow. She then offered to mail them via UPS and I said great that’s perfect! Thank you so much. She said uh huh and hung up on me. 🙃 The tags along with my registration show up. The tags do not match my tag number on the registration at all. I’ve call this dealership and they said they can’t help. I’ve called the dealership I purchased from and they never even had my tags in their possession. Not sure what to do now and they don’t see to care.

Purchased a service plan from Hyundai and was told it was good for every Hyundai dealership. Just got done trying to drop off my car for service and was told they dont take my coupon anymore and only the dealer I bought it from can redeem it. Beware dont buy a dealer plan you get stuck with no service if they decide to change the rules 3 years later.

I’ve been using the service center at ideal for 11 years and always trusted them until this last visit. Though I’m starting to think some of my $400 oil changes weren’t necessary. I won’t get into detail but after having my car an entire day couldn’t figure out the issue after driving the car for a few minutes (I did tell them in detail what the issue was and it happened intermittently) and tried charging me a $155 diagnosis fee. Took to a local mechanic and received a call early in them morning telling me what the issue is, they fixed it that day and I have my car back. I don’t think ideal wanted to be bothered with my issue which was a brake sensor. The service depesrmrnt has changed management and employees so many times over the years. That tells you something. They’ve lost a very very loyal customer.

DO NOT BUY A CAR OR SERVICE A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP, FOR ANY REASON. My wife's 2020 Hyundai Tucson - UNDER WARRANTY - totally died in the middle of traffic, and THIS DEALER IS CHARGING US TO MAKE A REPAIR THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. There are plenty of other choices out there - DO NOT patronize this dealership. They were terrible and do not deserve to be in business. It's a shame that ZERO STARS is not an option. You can see by more than this review that they cannot be trusted for one second.

I went to this place for oil change & regular maintenance since the Hyundai dealer that I bought my car from is kinda far. The guys were very helpful and welcoming, especially Justin. One thing I'd mention is definitely make an appointment well in advance so that they can take care of your needs when you get there. They are generally quite busy, even on weekends.
