I purchased a used vehicle in April and the negotiation was good and the vehicle met my expectations. My issue is with the after sale out of state registration managed by the dealer. My expectation was to receive 6-8 weeks. It’s now been 3 months and no registration, root cause attributed to administrative error. There’s a lack of transparency and a failure to promptly address my repeated requests to provide clear timing and to resolve. It is now making the experience increasingly frustrating. It demonstrates how little this dealer cares about your business after you sign. Be advised I won’t be returning. I won’t recommend friends nor family.

Purchasing a vehicle out of state, comes with a lot of anxiety and concern…but the staff at Burton made this buying process easy and with no pressure! Pete and Corey made themselves available to answer every question…and I had a lot of them! They were able to put me at ease that I was making the right decision. They were able to remotely answer and appraise my vehicle to expedite the process once I arrived. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase of my new truck and for the new friendships forged during this interaction. Thank y’all so much!

Great experience as always. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from IG Burton in Berlin in the past year. Derek is a great salesman. Knowledgeable and respectful. Jackie in the finance office is very nice, is not pushy, and does not play games. Got me a great rate and I couldn’t be happier. Refreshing to have this experience in a car dealership. They make it enjoyable.

While at the Berlin location, I spoke with Marlin, a sales consultant, and he was extremely helpful. He clearly knew the features of the vehicle he was showing, as well as ones that could not be seen (like remote features of the vehicle i.e. apps). He was friendly, honest, and very easy to talk to. Clearly is there to help customers find the right vehicle, not just make a sale. Unfortunately, I did not purchase a vehicle at that time but recommend anyone looking to speak with him. *4 stars because I had an appointment I was on time for, and the sales rep assigned was not in the office/available. Due to this, I was speaking with Marlin for the beginning portion and was very pleased. There was nothing wrong with the sales rep assigned to my appointment, I just found that Marlin was easier to talk to and a lot more pleasant (in my opinion). To the unnamed sales rep: In the future, being present and ready for your appointment would be appreciated, and help avoid any bad first impressions.
