Alan Campbell was my salesman and made it a great experience. This was the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from Ilderton but the first since 2005. The showroom looks great now and the staff is awesome. Alan made the process simple and painless. Never felt any pressure to buy which makes it great to me. Alan went over the new Jeep literally from bumper to bumper with me and knew everything about the product and options. They were very reasonable with my trade and the finance department made the paperwork quick and simple. They also offered me a bumper to bumper extended warranty that in my opinion couldn’t be beat for the price. Thank you Alan for offering me options and a vehicle that I think my wife will love for years to come.

Ilderton Dodge in High Point,NC. Took my truck in for 3 issues. 2 of the issues were a check engine light and Abs light. Took over a week to “Diagnose” my issue. They “found” the problem and ordered parts. Installed parts and realized everything needed was not in the parts ordered. Charged me more to order additional parts. After a week of pushing them to get this done( I called the dealership multiple times a day/everyday to finally speak to my rep 1 time per day) I finally received a loaner a day before it was complete( I paid for a rental vehicle which cost me almost as much as the repair). On the way to the dealership to pick up my truck, they call me to tell me my battery is dead and needed a new battery. Told me it would be $350 for new battery and installation. Finally received my truck (after agreeing on a price that I still feel was outrages) and pulled out of the parking lot and my ABS light came on immediately. Not even 5 miles after that light my Check engine light is back on. I called and sent pictures immediately to the rep and he of course told me to bring it back. I spent over $1300 and they didn’t fix a third of what I brought it in for. I don’t want to take this back in fear they are going to charge me several more grand and still not fix the issues. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this Dealership as I was referred by other Dealerships saying they were the best in the area. Spencer G.

I'm new to the Dodge family, I didn't purchase from Ilderton but they treat me like I did. I love dealing with one person in service, Jim Chester is excellent. He knows what's going on with my car and I don't have to explain it over and over. He stayed 45 minutes after hours for my vehicle to be finished because I needed it back the same day. That is excellent customer service and a way to gain a Dodge customer for life. I'll definitely shop there for my next purchase. Thanks Jim and keep up the great work!! Susan Frazier

I've purchased four vehicles in the last couple of years and each and every time they get the deal done. I was able to work with Tracy the last two vehicles and she is the best. When making a big purchase like a vehicle it's important to have a sales associate who listens and explains things in a customer perspective so you can make informed decisions. Great service and a high level of commitment from start to finish.

I'm not one to put bad stars unless its horrible. I would only say that I wish the service writers would insist that the technician consider the customer's request when detailed instructions are given. 2 hour (adjusted) was too long at $149/hr to charge a customer to simply pull fuses to detect a power draw. This should have taken 1 hr including the R&R time to replace the radio. 3 hrs.... uncool. Also,car was only 6 years old and I was required to core my radio for a replacement. That was shady. Its fixed though $850 later and 4 weeks and 3 days.
