I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruz from this dealer and had a check engine light come on almost as soon as I drove off of the lot. My car had a faulty piston and began failing not soon after. Based on some of the other reviews for this dealer, it seems as if they have a history of selling cars that have hidden issues. I would stay away and find a different dealer.

We went to Image Auto for my daughter's first car and we were very pleased! Harry was great helping us! He was very genuine and helpful in helping us choose a safe reliable vehicle for my daughter. Will definitely recommend to others!

I came from out of town to purchase a vehicle from Image Auto Sales. I called AJ the day before to make sure the vehicle was available. They knew my plan was to drive that vehicle back home the same day. When I arrived at 10 AM, I test drove it and found out the vehicle did not have current inspection and the A/C was not working properly, which was not mentioned in the vehicles description. AJ offered to have the car worked on by a mechanic near his dealership before I left, which was appreciated. However, this is where the experience begins to turn negative. AJ was in a rush to go to auction, so he had me sign the paperwork for full price of the vehicle and have my bank approve the financing for the full price of the vehicle to get the "process started." Although I hesitated to sign, he said that if the AC can not be fixed we would negotiate the price difference for the cost of AC repairs and he would write a check back to me to fix the AC myself. I wouldn't usually agree with an offer like this, but since AJ was in a hurry to leave, and I was out of town and needed to drive back several hours I signed.  Around 6 PM, AJ returns back to the dealership and finds that I am still waiting for my vehicle to come back from his mechanic. He goes next door and brings the car immediately back. So I realized I was probably waiting for many more hours than I needed to. We both thought the AC worked when I got in the vehicle to leave, but it only blew mildly cold  on the driver's side for 20 minutes while driving home. AJ calls me after a few days to ask if I had gotten the vehicle inspected (because he needs the vehicle inspected to get paid) and I did get the car inspected (with proof of it in a text I sent him). But it failed inspection! So now I have to pay for inspections, any repairs it may need to pass inspection, and the AC out of pocket. When AJ called to ask me if I had done the inspection, I brought up the check he offered to write me for the AC. He said it should be working, but it's simply not. I pointed out that the vehicle (2002 mercury sable) has a built in AC diagnostic test in the climate control, which gives diagnostic codes of AC malfunctions, proving the AC is not fixed or working. However AJ just said I can bring the car back if I don't want it anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. He went back on his word and refuses to make it right. Only reason I give two stars and not one is that I love the car I bought and they were nice mannered people. I don't think anybody walks away from a dealership feeling like a winner, but beware of the bait and switch here.

The dealer was very nice and sweet
