We bought a 2014 Honda Pilot last summer and it's been an a nightmare! We had to replace the entire braking system on the side of the car that was hit. It cost us $2000 plus the rental car while waiting on the repairs. We have issues with the transmission that can't be remedied until the transmission fails completely. Hopefully that will be covered under the warranty that we paid a fortune for. We also have peeling of the leather on the passenger seat. We had issues getting the car insured, so we had to switch insurance companies. I had issues registering the vehicle in our new state after we moved. We contacted the dealer and were basically told "too bad". They wouldn't help us with our repair cost. Just really have the car looked over if you decide to buy.

We searched several websites across multiple brands of vehicle manufacturers and still landed here for our vehicle purchase. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We drove up from St. George to see a couple of specific vehicles here. We were really impressed at the finish work of the vehicles offered for sale. Understanding the way they obtain vehicles made the "Branding" process less fearful. Thanks for the great experience and great value.

I bought a 2008 Lexus rx400h online from here. Kamran assured me everything was in working order. hes a liar. auto headlights dont work neither does the auto wipers. Reason being they didnt put a lexus windshield in it.They dont stand behind there word. Its buyer beware

Image Auto allowed me to find something within my budget and also was able to find me an affordable plan to purchase a vehicle for a first time. Being young having no credit established image auto was able to work through their resources and find a solution for me to walk away with a new vehicle. I felt very welcomed from the moment i walked in the door and was not overwhelmed or felt constrained to make a decision by any of the sales associates. Image Auto is great. A little nervous with branded vehicles but George and Kamran were very helpful with everything. Our Pilot needed new tires and they put better ones on. Kamran was very helpful in explaining the financial details and George went the extra mile in getting us into what we wanted. Haven't had a new car in many-many years. Looking forward to driving our new Honda Pilot! Happy trails!! Hopefully we'll be back for another car.

These guys are very awesome to work with. We came in looking for a Honda Pilot they had a lot to choose from. These cars are very nice just like buying a brand new car. What I liked best about Image Auto was not just the extremely reasonable prices, but the quality of vehicles they had on their lot. They are a small ma/pa business with only about 100 cars on their lot at a time. But they are all about quality and not quantity. There were immediately 4 or 5 cars I found that I wanted, compared to much larger car dealerships where they had a greater selection but couldn't find a single car I liked. The people were good to work with, easy going and weren't typical high-pressured car sales people. I will definitely be buying a vehicle from here again in the future.

We've never heard of Image Auto and happened to stumble across them online. Wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as we drove onto the lot we could tell the inventory was very good quality and the cars well taken care of. We were able to trade in our old Odyssey for a newer one and get a Honda Fit at a very affordable price. They handled lining up the financing and all the busy work you would typically have to deal with when purchasing from a private seller. This is a family owned business and in a world run by big boxes you definitely have to work hard to earn the business over the competition. They definitely earned it with their knowledge, customer service and follow up facilities. Besides, it's always good to support the locally owned businesses these days. Thanks for all your help! We would definitely recommend you to others.

Wow, very impressed with Image Auto! George is exceptional to work with, he knows his stuff, answered all of our questions and made the transition from test drive to buying the vehicle seamless. We had the prospective vehicle checked out by a 3rd party, there were some minor repairs and George took care of us. Image Auto's prices are hard to beat. The staff is friendly and very good at explaining the details of the buying process and what they do and why they do it. Highly recommend Image Auto.

I was super leery about the branded title. George and Kamran did a great job easing my fears, and after taking the car to one mechanic and two body shops, the comments came back as being a great repair job and that the dealer was trustworthy. After 4 days of going back and forth and trying to decide, I finally felt good about the purchase and went through with it. They weren't pushy and let me take my time deciding. Here's to a great experience buying a car!

I was thoroughly impressed with George Bova's knowledge on the BMW 535 he sold me. As a life long fan of BMW's, George told me every spec about the car that I needed to know and was very professional in the way he handled himself. I went on a test drive with him and ended up buying the car based off of a great vehicle history report and help from George. Nicky was able to help me find an affordable way to finance it and also helped me out tremendously. The staff at Image auto is top notch in the state of Utah and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a great car at a great price. We purchased a 2012 Lexus at the end of December from Image Auto. We have been aware of this business for some time. We had ask them to watch for a Lexus which they did. We were informed when the car became available. We were confident the car would be repaired with care to every detail. When we picked it up it was beautiful, clean, just like new. I was a little skeptical when I heard Image Auto Sales mainly deals in Rebuilt title vehicles. But from the second I walked in, their sales people put me at ease and were an amazing help! Their prices were the lowest in the state, their office is gorgeous, their sales girls were extremely smart and fun to work with and the quality of their vehicles was incredible. I've owned my vehicle now for 5 years and it's been a great car! My husband and I are now in the market for something safe and reliable for our daughter and I won't go anywhere else but Image Auto Sales!
