This place should be called immaculate people, cars are just their side hustle. I've been to a lot of dealerships, even worked in some and I have never found a team that treats you with more respect than this one. From the moment I called them and still to this day their main concern was and still is to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The jeep we purchased is perfect for my family and honestly I wasn't able to find a better one at my price point. We purchased an older truck for my husbands commute. It is an amazing truck. Very clean and in great condition. The price was so reasonable and the transaction was so fast and the details were explained thoroughly to us. I would recommend Immaculate to anyone looking for a great used car. If they don't have what you want they will find it for you. Great team to work with.

I cannot speak highly enough about Immaculate used cars!  I am planning a cross-country RV trip and need a vehicle to flat tow.  Finding a low mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee with the configuration I wanted was not easy, but Immaculate had the exact build in stock and in terrific condition.  I called them and spoke with Jose, explaining that I wanted to buy the Jeep, but I also had a Navigator I did not know what to do with.  After a little bit of back and forth, we worked out a deal for them to buy the Navigator from me, and I would buy the Jeep from them.  To further complicate the transaction, I live 700 miles away in California.  When I arrived after my 10-hour drive, they had the Jeep cleaned up and parked right out front, and all of the paperwork was ready to go.  The total time inside was less than an hour, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.  This is a company I would certainly do business with again! This should be the end of the review, but there is another chapter.  Through Mike (the GM) and Jose, I purchased an extended warranty for the Jeep.  Upon arriving home from my long return drive, I noticed a coolant leak under the car.  The next day, my mechanic diagnosed it as a water pump failure (very common with the 5.7L) and replaced it.  At this point, the warranty company identified the issue as pre-existing and denied my claim.  When I spoke to Mike, he agreed to come out of pocket and reimburse me for the repair.  This was certainly not required of him and clearly shows his care for his customers and his desire to make the deal right and customers happy.  I am impressed by this operation and its staff and encourage anyone looking for a lower mileage, higher-end used car to call Immaculate! Thank you to Jose, Mike, and everyone else on the team!
