I was looking for a late model Mercedez-Benz and found just what I was looking for at Imperial auto mall. Not only was the price very competitive, the car itself was immaculate. I have been half-heartedly looking for approximately a year. Since I was not in a hurry I felt that I was in a good position to be selective. Once I found my car though the process could not have gone more smoothly. Gabe was extrememly polite, knowledgable and low-pressure. The service I experienced from beginning to end was exceptional. The selection I witnessed was top notch and the staff are very professional. I highly recommend this dealer!

Great service, clean cars,fair pricing at Imperial Auto Mall made the purchase of my '08 Mercedes a very smooth and most of all comfortable process. Can't say enough about the level of professionalism and honesty I experienced. All questions were answered timely and with care. Financing was honest and easy, with great explanation of details. I knew it was a matter of time that my prized XTerra was going to need replacing. I looked at cars online for a couple weeks and decided to head down to brooklyn and check out a few cars I found. YUCK! I didn't like any of them after all and was running out of time on a Saturday to find a car I wanted. We took a wrong turn and drove right by imperial auto mall, we decided to turn around and give one last effort before heading back in to the house. A tall, friendly gentleman saw us looking around the lot and asked if we needed anything. I was pretty hesitant but told him what my terms were and that I was already preapproved and ready to buy. BUT what to buy was my biggest issue now. We took a few cars for a spin, no luck. He asked what I thought about the Kia Soul, I had never heard of it and it was bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was as new and I gave it a whirl. It was techie, had way more room inside than anyone would ever think and it was black! We negotiated terms, price and trade in and I was able to walk away with a great little car. I have grown to love this vehicle even more as I have had time to drive it, it handles GREAT in the snow and the gas mileage is great! Big thanks to JP for making it a pretty easy process. IF I am still in this state when I go to buy my next car, it will be from them.

I had a BMW 650i coupe. Had been looking for a 650i convertible in a specific color for years. Finally found it here and got a very fair trade in value and a very good value & price on the one i bought compared to the same model on the internet although none had the same color combination. Just a straightforward transaction without the hassle and games. I would definitely work with Gabriel in the future for a car for my husband even though they are one state over........

I purchased a 2009 Cadillac Escalade from Imperial Auto Mall in JULY of 2015. I felt like their prices were very reasonable. The staff is helpful and accommodating. They walked me through the buying process, and I felt like the whole thing was pretty quick and painless. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. I would certainly buy from them again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

When you first walk in to Imperial Auto Mall, you can tell you're not at a typical car dealership. I was in the market for a particular vehicle, which they had, but their selection is amazing. I was greeted by Gabe, the owner, who introduced me to J P. He made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. The car was perfect, the financing was easy and the rate was excellent. They will not let you leave unless you (and them) are completely Imperial Auto Mall satisfied. They gave me a great value on my trade and put me in my dream car. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great car and forming a long term relationship with great people. Thanks again, see y'all next time.

Came along Imperial Auto Mall... Met the owner Gabe ,and was very satisfied with his advice.. I was worried about trading in my Honda ,but after talking about my situation it became clear that paying two insurances was redundant.. I will be going back tomorrow with my Honda keys in hand! Trade-in value was too high to ignore. Lots of beamers to choose from; im going with the M-Class!! Thanks Guys!!

Just happened to stroll into the nicest dealer in Brooklyn! Right off the bat Alex saw that I had no clue what I was doing! While shopping around looking for an ideal car for my family of 3, Alex pointed me in the right direction. At first I was looking at all the mini-vans they have until Al recommended an SUV.. Although I didn't buy one, I will absolutely be back!

Very good deal. I first viewed the vehicle I ended up purchasing on the internet. The website was very easy to navigate. I called into the dealership and was directed to Gabriel ... He told me to come on by and see the vehicle in person. My wife and I arrived and Gabriel had the keys with him and meet me before I could even get inside. He got a copy of my license and we were test driving in under 3 minutes. After returning Gabriel approached us ready to listen unlike every car salesman I have ever dealt with. Didn't get the whole I know what you want better than you do. The entire process took less than one hour, from test drive to leaving with our new vehicle. You want quality along with zero hassle go see Gabriel at the Imperial Auto Mall..........

i would definitely buy there again. Every single person who works there is friendly, not pushy! They were more than willing to look up comparative prices at other dealers. They want more than anything for the customer to be happy. Excellent atmosphere. I felt pleased that I got a very good deal with a very good used car with only 59,000 miles. We worked back and forth on a new car too before I made a decision. They could not have been more helpful.

I had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years and it was time. I knew I wanted to purchase a Lexus and Imperial Auto Mall was my car dealer of choice. I have many friends and colleagues who have purchased vehicles from Imperial Auto Mall and they told me that the sales and service were the best in town. Gabe was my salesman and I appreciated the time he took to show me the Lexus SUV models available. He understood my vehicle needs and took the time to show me the features of each model we looked at. I did not feel sales pressure - just helpful service oriented assistance, which was a pleasant departure from other car dealers. I purchased a Lexus RX 350 and was very happy with the entire experience.

Went to look for a preowned BMW and found Imperial on the Brooklyn Queens Border. I came from the Bronx and it was only about 20 Min away. All the cars were loaded up an very clean! The prices were competitive and they financed me even though my credit was bad! thanks guys

My name is Samuel and I recently purchased a 2009 Volkswagen CC from Imperial. The vehicle I initially came for was same year, make, model but miles was higher. Lucky for me they had fresh inventory being unloaded to the lot and was an even more immaculate vehicle with lower miles. Anthony the Sales Mgr immediately took me for a test drive. I took that action by him as a sign that even without an additional check of the vehicle he had great confidence in the product he was offering to me. We came back from the test drive and now it was the moment of truth, dealing with the financial part of the deal. I knew that this might cost a little bit more than the one that was advertised but was willing to pay. What Anthony did for me was so unexpected, he showed me the purchase order of the vehicle. Without me asking to negotiate prices and doing the dreadful back am forth he told me that if I were interested and want this vehicle I can have it at the cost. The cost was only a $1200 difference. I was happy and took the deal. Although I spent $1200 more, I got an even fresher vehicle, and even better miles. I would not hesitate to visit Imperial again in the future. Thank you very much Anthony, I truly appreciate it.
