Not so imperial after all. 1 mill $$$ inventory accompanied by 1$ service. You really think that anyone wants to wait for 30 min to get service? To add to my disappointment, I was the only client on the lot. Granted, there was a female trying to help out in the beginning and a detailing specialist who was more then willing to help but the person that really mattered (Peter) could not be bothered. Furthermore, for a high end dealer your lot was littered with cigarette butts and the paint is pealing of your front door. The temperature in the office was reading 76 degrees and the whole place smelled like fried food. Absolutely nothing imperial about that. Reading through the reviews, I can see that you have a tendency to mistreat your clients. Hope you close your doors soon.

Originally we planned on buying two cars in cash from a Mercedes Benz dealership, but after we felt discriminated against, we left and searched for the car we wanted online and found Imperial Auto. At first, we did admit their lot looked a bit shady considering its also in Manassas, but don't judge a book by its cover. We stopped by a day after visiting the other dealership and we walked out a few hours later with the car we wanted. When coming into this dealership you are treated with a sense of equal respect and helpfulness no matter what your price range or market of vehicle is. The staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. There are no sales tricks or trying to oversell you on anything. They were really helpful and we were in an out with fast service. We would buy any car from this dealership and their staff just for the experience. Also make sure you get to know Jose, the guy who cleans and details the cars after you buy them, he did an excellent job and makes your car basically look brand new. Thanks to everyone there.

go see Pete at imperial highline he is a cool dude. got my E350 from him its a 2011 but looks band new. this lot is CRAZY bro they have Ferraris and everything stuff that is def out my price range, the process was easy had a check from my credit union but pete and bob got me a lower rate so I went with wells fargo which my mortgage is through so it worked out good. Go see Pete man cool dude. think I found myself a "car" home.

I have purchased vehicle's in the past but the customer service that I have received with imperial auto was just outstanding, I bought bmw 3 series and I love it, I wish all car dealers will be like them, they never pushed me to buy and I got the best deal and the lowest rate compare to my credit union, when you go there ask for JASON.

I purchased an older model BMW 650i with low mileage some months ago at the Kincheloe Drive location in Manassas. . I had a 5 - series prior to that for 5 years that I loved but this one is my dream car!!!!! The Car runs great and was immaculate inside and out. I'm just so pleased for a vehicle of this quality and the low price I paid for it at this Establishment. Everybody thinks it's a brand new and can't believe what I paid for it. I'm a patient person and it took me two months - test driving other 6 series and most of them the mileage was too high even on newer models than the one I purchased. I asked if they could change a few things out on the car and they did without any hesistation. I would definitely purchase from them again.

If the Company seems big and luxurious, the service is the poorest on earth. From the day I bought my car to day, I am still struggling for my rights as a customer. Incapable of getting things done, their best excuse of what I would qualify as row and naked incompetency is:'' the person in charge is away but we will do this or that'' then absolutely nothing. People do not be fooled by the appearances, behind these parking lot you will encounter the nightmare of your life because buying a car is already stressful but believe or not emperial auto will make you live on day light the unspeakable.

I am 46 years old and have purchased many vehicles over time for my wife, me, and 3 of our kids. This is the best dealership I've yet experienced. Very competitively priced, no nonsense, and very responsive to my questions on email or text. They don't call you 5x a day, and use phony traditional car sales language. They don't work on individual commissions, so you can talk to any salesperson. We set this purchase up via email, so it took little time. They had the vehicle detailed and paperwork ready to sign when we got there. Very friendly. Very easy. I will return here for next vehicle, and refer others. I went to get a c class Mercedes from Imperial Auto, they made my experience really pleasant, it took them like thirty minutes to get me financed and I was on my way home, I do recommend them to all my friends and family and whom reading this review, AJ and Jason was my salesman, I didn't feel like they pushed me to buy a car even though I had my mind set on that vehicle because I did allot search on the best price's for a week.

these dudes cool. straight forward. personally have a bit of credit report flaws, and they didn't beat around the bush with it. told a playa what it is was and still got me in a 2014 Chrysler two hunnit. last place I had went to tried to charge me a fee for getting a deal cuz of bad credit. these dudes was cool bout it. had to put down little more money then I wanted but they took care of ya boy. gon back to hop in that mazi they got when I get my credit together boiii.

BMW has always been my dream car until I bought it from imperial then my dream became a nightmare! 1.The sales people have such bad attitudes - and disorganized 2.The car was on an accident that didn't show on carfax (costed me extra $800 to replace a non-bmw part that they installed) 3. Worn tires that need to be replaced (Costed me another $800) 4. The gas tank was almost empty I am holding to it until I am able to replace it with a new car - definately will be going back to Honda as my BMW dream was cut short by these insensitive people!

I have an amazing experience buying my new car from Imperial Auto. George did a great job communicating with me about the car and walking me through the entire process. His ability to be so responsive gave great comfort in knowing I was getting a great deal. I didn't think I was going to get approved for the car, but George and the Finance team were able to work with lenders and not only get me approved, but with a reasonable rate. I definitely will work them them again and recommend them to others. Ask for George, he will make sure you are well taken care of.

I just bought 2012 GL450 from IMPERIAL AUTO, I can't describe the great experience I had, start from the minute I walked into their dealership and left with a great deal, I wanted to take their vehicle to Mercedes for pre-sale inspection, the sales person Georgi handed me the key and told us to bring the vehicle before we close, I was shocked how could a dealer be so confident in their vehicles. I took the GL to Mercedes Benz of Chantilly and checked out the vehicle and it was amazing that I had no issue's with the vehicle. I worked with Bobby the finance manager and got me 1.59% for 72 months, even my credit union wouldn't give me that rate, I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends, not to mention they have great selections of luxury vehicles.

Although they didn't have what I was looking for, the staff was very friendly and did not pressure me at all. They were honest up front about the car I was looking for, which I really appreciated. If they end up getting the car I'm looking for, I'd definitely go back to deal with them.

I didn't buy a car here, but it was no reflection on the dealership or even the car. The lot is packed with beautiful pre-owned luxury cars, and George is a first rate hard working salesman. I called ahead to tell him I was coming and he called to check on me when I was later than expected. The car was washed and ready to drive. He was going to let me test drive it alone except I asked him go to with me since I didn't know the area. But the best part is that you can deal eyeball to eyeball with George. No encouraging you to make a stupid offer which he will take to someone else to tell how ridiculous it is. Right there on the spot. That's what I like. I will definitely encourage friends to take a look at Imperial Auto.

I purchased a high end Mercedes at this dealer. They are very friendly, however the quality of their cars and the mechanics who service them are very suspect. I have owned my car less than a year and put less than 10,000 miles on it. So far i have had to get a new transmission, a new a/c compressor, new brakes on the front and rear and currently need to replace a bent rim, as the car vibrates after a certain speed. Did not receive a manual and only got one key. They were not going to give me mats but they finally obliged. When i brought the car home, i had an oil leak. I took it back and their "mechanics" fixed it. NOT! I still had a leak and when I took it to the dealr, they said someone tried to put a sealant on the outiside. Really?? Luckily i purchased a warranty. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

I am speechless to see a dealer in Manassas area to have such a great luxury vehicle's. I did buy a GL450 from them, they let me take their car to Mercedes dealer for Pre-Purchase inspection, I was already impressed by how clean it was, so was MERCEDES DEALER, they told me it is in a great condition. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to buy their next car from them. Mike was the gentleman who helped me through out the process, great customer service.

Bought a 2010 ML350. Very nice selection as they had over 10 on the lot. Finance process was quick and easy. They agreed with a couple of request that I had. Very nice people. The facility is a little under-par but works for what it is. Overall good experience but would recommend you do your research prior to engagement.

He was both fair and transparent, and went out of his way to ensure my new used car was ready for me was very satisfied once it was complete, my experience was great overall, It's not often I can become at ease so quickly with a sales person. Georges personality played a huge role in my experience - he was informative and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase, and the price was on my favor. George was very supportive on working out the best deal for me - which resulted in a transaction which we were both pleased with. Walked in the dealership and George took care of me. Took me on a test drive with the car I wanted they had in stock. They gave me all the information on it and they also really took care of my trade as I expected. The whole staff was friendly and nice. Finance department was strong and got me approved with a great rate and monthly payments. I definitely recommend Imperial Auto for your next purchase. They have the best price and deals in town !! George really looked out for me.

I have not seen that many luxury cars in one place, wow, I am speechless and the best deals. It took me couple of hours to come up with the car I wanted even though I made up my mind before but seeing so many gorgeous cars just took a little more time, they had so many options and colors to choose from and the experience that we had was just outstanding.

I test drove a Toyota RAV-4 there on Saturday. I planned to come back the next day to take it to get a look by my mechanic, but I couldn't make it out there. That afternoon though, I realized I left my drivers license there. And I'm making a long drive after work down to SC this week, with no time to drive all the way out there to get it back. Well, they're sending it to me through UPS next day air. I just got the notice in my email inbox that I'll have my license back by 10:30am tomorrow. That's incredibly nice of them to do, and I really appreciate it!

First let me say the car buying experience is the best I ever had... No pressure and these guys are HONEST!! Ask for PJ, he knows his cars inside and out. PJ was most helpful to my wife and I and also Bobby the Finance genius. I mean the total buying process from start to finish was about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. My wife walked through the door with her new 2010 ML350 Mercedes Benz. Also, PJ ensure we were really comfortable with everything, they don't just leave us hanging after the purchase. We went back couple days after and they treated us the same as day one. This is the place to go to get a luxury vehicle or any vehicle. The stock low mileage luxury vehicles. We drove past the lot and saw some really amazing cars.....George allowed us to test drive even knowing that we didnt have the money at the moment to purchase the vehicle. He was extremely professional and very nice....so less then a month later we came back to purchase a Mercedes...the car was in excellent condition and the transaction was very fast and smooth. My experience at Stafford Auto Sales was outstanding. I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz ML350. I saw the vehicle on their website, it had all the features I was looking for and that caught my attention .The dealership is in Manassas VA and I was in Kansas City at the time, looking at the distance I knew the process could be challenging. The moment I got on the Phone with George my perception changed because he was professional had a sense of humor and I felt comfortable making the decision to purchase the vehicle. Alejandra at the front desk was so helpful constantly answering my calls and she mailed the paper work to me at no cost which I filled and mailed back. I was thrilled when Kenny the Finance Manager got me a great interest rate, I completed the transaction without having to travel to Manassas VA I couldnt be happier. George was extremely friendly honest and he kept his word. After the purchase he was courteous enough to hold my car safely until I found a carrier to deliver the car to Kansas City. Despite the distance George made the whole process run smoothly and I love my ML350. I will ALWAYS recommend Stafford Auto Sales for their professional and great customer service.

Never have I experienced such an outstanding customer service at Stafford Auto Sales. Everything was amazingly well organized. Nobody makes you sit around with that "uncomfortable feeling ". (the kind you usually get when you go INSIDE the dealership. The treatment was so top notch unlike anything I have ever experienced before car shopping. They even gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and congratulated me on my purchase of used GL, was treated so wonderfully. I would go back and buy another car for sure from Stafford Auto Sales (although Georgie you were absolutely the best and most easiest going guy ever ! And Bobby you are amazing and just so great ! I live over 2 1/2 hrs away and drove to pick up my GL , been looking over 4 months for the right GL and I found it here, amazing ! I bought AUDI from this dealer. They give you false information. If you are buying from them you need to take car to some other dealer and ask them to check the vehicle. Don't depend on the information provided by these people, they are liar and give false informattion. They were supposed to send me the paint which they never did and also to perform other service that they had promised i had to follow up multiple times.

After making a mistake in purchasing a vehicle at another dealer, I found Stafford Auto Sales on the web and decided to call them and explain the situation. From the moment they took my call to the signing of the paperwork on my Mercedes E350 these guys were simply the best. Besides helping me get into the vehicle I wanted, they "found" $4,000 in charges from the other dealer that were not necessary and by law I had the right to cancel and be refunded. Never pressured, never hurried. Just absolute honesty and professionalism from start to finish. 5 stars does not give these guys enough credit...I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else again...if you want a great car, great price and want to deal with honest, professional people...Stafford Auto Sales in Manassas is your spot. I will be back!

Save your money...Please do not deal with this dealership. They sell alot of accident vehicles that have a clean cafax report. Dont be fooled, the accident will show up a couple of years after you buy the car.
