Sales man Peter tells me they can finance me, implying the dealership themselves can finance me. However I get here and that isn't the case. A waste of the money I cannot afford to waste.

I went looking for a new vehicle because my old one was totalled in a car accident. They had exactly what I wanted low mileage and with my credit just being at a fair status I was worried about the down payment, but they worked with me and I was able to purchase a new vehicle with reasonable payments. My fiance and I were in a jam and needed a car. We were checking out some dealers and we decided to pop by Imperial to see what they had to offer. We were greeted by Ray and were treated with care, respect and urgency in trying to get our car. They were able to get us into a very clean chevy Traverse with a 3 year 36000 mile warranty in hardly any time at all. They also made sure all the brakes were taken care of as well (shoutout to service dept) would definitely recommend!

The best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. No problems at all. I came in with a okay this is going to be the same old thing. But, I got nothing but the best service. But, most of all my down payment wasn't what I thought it would be, it was less than what I thought I would be getting. I will diffidently recommend Imperial Motors to anyone who think that your problems are big. They handle all types of situations to get you riding. My wife and I had been looking for a car at other dealerships, and had horrible experiences with pushy salespeople who only cared about selling us a car. When a friend referred us to Imperial, we were skeptical, but the sales staff was very friendly. Kevin, our salesman, didn't try to push us into a vehicle that he knew would be too expensive for us just to make a sale. He knew our budget, and worked with us to get us into the best car for the best price. We will definitely be coming back for our next Vehicle, and are already recommending Imperial to all of our friends and coworkers.

My experience at Imperial Motors was amazing. Ramin was fun, genuine, outspoken, and extremely helpful. I never thought my first time buying would be so much fun and so easy. The car was in spectacular condition. However, I had one service issue with the car and was fixed in the matter of minutes. I didn't even have to make an appointment. I would definitely buy from there again!!

Ive been working with imperial motors for quit awhils, i have to say aboit 15 years. The customer seevice is amazing and the sales men know what they are doing. The owner Jacob treats me like family. Buying a car for me at least is not easy. There are so many options and so many different dealerships in the hampton road district. It was very difficult for me to find a car that i liked with the trust worthy feeling from the dealership. My experience at Imperial Motors was great. Everyone greeted me like family. They where very patient and kind. My sales man was Ray. He was very professional explain to me what was going on at all times. For me buying a car is one of the biggest investments that i have made so for but buying it at Imperial Motors was very easy and simple and i recommend this dealership to anyone.
