Decided to take the leap and purchase a vehicle on line. Not just any vehicle but a corvette between the years 2006-2008, specific color (black) and low mileage. After an inquiry I was contacted by Robert Winn owner and the most professional person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Robert provided everything from financial contacts to thinking of a specialty license plate bracket (MA requires) two plates that wouldn’t deface the vehicle. Robert was available 24/7 by phone and text and was always so pleasant. My vehicle which was delivered yesterday has a PA registration valid for 60 days which will allow sufficient time to transfer the registration to MA. What a “Top Rated” business and operation! Thank you Robert!

Reputation is everything! Import 1 Motorsport exemplified that today. My car was delivered on Saturday and I was going to my first Corvette show on Sunday. Unfortunately the drivers door latch broke and I couldn’t go. Robert couldn’t apologize enough about me missing the show. He told me to take it to a Chevy dealership and get it fixed. They towed my car to the closest Chevy dealership and it needed a new door latch. Robert quickly stepped up and paid the $717 bill without hesitation! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you buy your next car from Robert. He was away in Florida and took the time to get the repair taken care of. Roxanne called the dealership and paid the bill per Robert. Purchased our first Corvette yesterday from Robert at Import1. We've been researching/looking for well over a year. The moment I walked into the showroom, I knew this place was different from every dealer I've visited. Robert's pleasant, sincere, professional, and laid-back demeanor made the decision process enjoyable. It was clear that this is a successful dealership that doesn't need to use pressure and nickle-and-dime customers. We probably could have purchased a similar Vette from another dealer at a bit lower cost however, we were happy to pay any premium for the service, integrity, and professionalism Robert brought to the process. Roxanne, who assists Robert, is a gem! She helped make the process fun. Who gives a warranty of any kind on a 14-year-old sports car? Import1 does...an example of how Robert goes the extra mile. His tutorial of the car was so helpful he's very knowledgeable. I learned so much about the car from him. Great job, Robert and Roxanne, well done!

He was impressed with how knowledgeable Robert was & how willing he was to answer all his questions. We went to his shop and met Robert & Roxanne. WOW the cars were amazing & it was like talking with two old friends. My husband wanted a convertible in a wild color, with flash. I wanted a coup in a traditional color. Roxanne took down our wish list & Robert said he would find something we would both like. I told him no rush when we purchased a vette it would be from him. No pressure to buy, respectful of our budget, we were confident he would get us the perfect car. A few days later he called, he had one for us to see. We both loved it! Most dealers hide things. Robert pointed out a few small things HE wanted to take care of before we took possession. Who does that? Easiest transaction ever. Roxanne and Robert went way above and beyond. Highly recommended

Very professional, excellent customer service, very customer friendly, patient, responded instantly, knew his stuff, answered all my questions and most of all did not harass me to buy from him.. I left with a Mercedez Benz GLK 350..I'm still smiling right this moment. Will going back to buy a car from Robert.. The best dealer ever...

This was by far the smoothest transaction for a car that I have done. We received a fair amount for our trade-in and the price of the car was very reasonable. My wife and I felt that the car we purchased was in excellent condition and a good value. Robert is a very personable guy who is easy to deal with. He is "up-front" with everything concerned. Great car buying experience.

This will seem weird since I did not buy a car from Robb. I found a car earlier that day with half the miles, one owner, but I needed to drive Robb's car to be sure, since his car had some very nice amenities. Robb treated me very well. His friendly demeanor and lack of hard sell tactics made for a very positive experience. He even was gracious enough to answer a question about the car a few days later despite the fact that I was buying another car. Immaculate shop and a real gentleman.

AS A 69 YEAR OLD. GOING INTO MY TEENAGE YEARS I DECIDED I WANTED ANOTHER CORVETTE. THIS IS NOW MY THIRD.. I ACTUALLY STUMBLED ON ROB'S WEBSITE. AND I AM GLAD I DID. ROB HAS THE FINEST COLLECTION THIS SIDE OF THE BARRETT JACKSON AUCTION IN PHOENIX . EXOTICS, IMPORTS AND MY FAVORITE THE CORVETTES. AFTER DROOLING ON HIS SITE. I CALLED HIM MADE AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I GOT THERE MY EYES ALMOST POPPED OUT OF MY HEAD. WOW. WHAT A SELECTION OF AUTOMOBILES. TO SAY THE LEAST I PURCHASED A C5 CORVETTE COUPE. ROB WAS TRULY A KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND FUNNY GUY. A few weeks ago I purchased a Corvette from Import1 Motorsports. Having been a Porschephile for 30 years I knew nothing about Corvettes. What I did know is that I have wanted a Corvette since I was 12 years old and at age 49 the time was now. I saw some of the cars Import1 had for sale and I decided to check them out. I met Robert Winn the owner and introduced myself. My first impression was that Robert was articulate, friendly, and personable. Very quickly I realized that he was a car enthusiast just like me. Like any car enthusiast I did my research and Robert and I taked about Corvettes for some time. I had questions and concerns and Robert provided me with the information I needed to fill in the gaps and make informed decisions. All of the cars at Import1 were clean, well maintained, and accurately described. I left the delarship and did some more research and decided on two Corvettes that I was interested in. I called Robert to schedule some test drives and returned to the dealership a few days later. Robert had both of the cars ready to go. The test drives were as they should be on my terms and at my pace. Robert gave me the keys and let me inspect, drive, and enjoy the cars at my pleasure. Through that process, I found the Corvette I wanted and decided to buy it. Buying the car was an easy, no hassle, no pressure process. Robert was up-front about what he wanted for the Corvette and what he would offer for my trade-in. The deal was done in about 5 minutes and I drove my Corvette home smiling from ear to ear. After getting the car home there were more Corvette specific questions I had just because I had never owned one. Robert helped me out every time. About a week after I had brought the car home a "SERVICE LTPWS" warning light was discovered. This is a very common issue with my year Corvette and I called Robert for help. He immediately took the car back and brought it to a local Chevrolet dealership who checked the car over and cleared the light. I could not have asked for a better or more timely response. Whether you have owned Corvettes all your life or thinking about buying one for the first time I highly recommend going to Import1. Robert gets it, and knows what car enthusiasts expect when buying a car. He also understands that taking care of his customers and positive word of mouth advertising is his best asset for growing and marketing his business. I am having a blast driving my Corvette and enjoying it every day. However, I know in a year or two I will want another Corvette and will return to Import1. I am really looking forward to that...

I'm very disappointed with this dealership. We talked about taking my trade in for a vehicle of theirs then they changed their mind after I got approved for the loan. Thay tried to talk me into buying their vehicle anyway but I didn't want two cars.

I purchased a used Audi A4 from Import 1 in December of last year. Rob made the whole process of buying the car very simple and had great communication throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, shortly after taking the car home, the check engine light came on. I was frustrated and afraid that I had gotten screwed, however I contacted Rob and he went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed. I told him that I was moving half way across the country soon, and he went as far to ship me a new turbocharger for my car to replace the original, faulty one. Would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchased a user car!

Corvette was described as personally driven by Robert himself and ready for the road. Picked up vehicle and here's what happened within the first two hours of driving home. Three of four tires came apart on highway due to dry rot. Spare was flat with no jack. Back window fell out. When they installed stereo they cut through wiring harness putting console back in, shorting out backup and tail lights. Passenger seat was right off track with lower cushion ripped out of staples that hold them together. Battery was bad. 3000.00 dollars later car is now the way he first described it. Sent an email of disappointment on trusting him with accurate description of car. No reply! Phoned and left message no return call. Waited a month to hear from him before writing bad review.

Robert is a true professional. He doesn't withhold anything. Answered all questions that were asked... I wish other dealers, especially the big three, would take a lesson on how to treat people and not just move a unit.
