Listings on their site and their ad on Autotrader both said "great looking and running" "engine and transmission in perfect running condition" "buy with confidence" "nothing to hide" but, I bought the vehicle and my mechanic said the transmission was severely damaged and would need a replacement. The cost of replacing the transmission was more than I paid for the vehicle. I asked the dealership to either help get the transmission fixed or just take the vehicle back and refund my money. They said I bought it "as is" so they weren’t going to do anything. Reported to the BBB and currently in the process of litigation.

Don't waste your time. These guys are all about bait & switch. When calling about a vehicle advertised they told me 'they just sold it.' which was a lie. The car was sold 2 months ago showing mileage from back then. They're NOT HONEST.

Now this is the 3rd random act of Rude. I have stopped by shop inquired about a vehicle and never responded. I have called to inquire on another and put me on hold then hung up call back amd no answer.. Then today after looking on website and says to have my vehicle of interest "inside" it is a Blue Subaru WRX. I ask if still available he rudely responds No and hangs up on me. Idk what else to say other than Good luck

Got 2006 Ford F250 from this Dealer . Very professional, easy transaction. Mike was easy to work with. Truck was clean , not Florida clean but great condition for Ohio state . Have to mention they make sure one customer at lot with this situation. Definitely recommend to all

The car I purchased wouldn't shift into gear properly on my way home from purchase. I purchased a warranty and contacted dealer. I was told the warranty wasn't valid due to the cars age however I paid for it. The dealer told me to keep him updated which I have but I am still having problems getting the repairs made. The car is currently in the garage and I getting the run around from the dealer. When called he is very rude and even hung up the phone three times. He was very unprofessional. I am still uncertain how the situation will work out.

I came in looking for a pickup truck for my business and i needed something that will get the job done without putting additional money into it, the guys at Imports Auto Group were great, they showed me all of the selections they had and were very honest about the condition on every vehicle they had, I knew going in that with my budget I couldnt expect perfection and they were very helpful as far as getting me actually into a truck almost 2000 below what i was expecting to spend with more options then i was expecting. As my business grows I will 100% be back to make another Purchase!!!

I was out of town working when I found a truck they had for sale.They could have sold the truck probably twenty times but they held it for me for almost two weeks.When they knew I was coming to pick it up from out of town,they took time to take it to a mechanic and have it all checked out and anything that was wrong they had it repaired at no charge to me. These guys were awesome.

I was loking to buy nissan altima with good price and low miles. Imports auto group did have it and they helped me get it gave me hell of the deal. I never had good experience with dealers but these guys wore so nice didn't presure me at all. From now on I will always go to them and I recommend everybody to do the same, they are very professional and frendly.
