Everything was fine until i sat in the office to negotiate a price.this guy was trying to sell me a car with a 24% intrest rate,told me theres a charge to move the car out of the lot so i can test drive,told me i could only buy his insurance on the car which was a ridiculous amount of money,and added my $2000 down payment to the final price of the car instead of subtracting it. He noticed i really wanted the car and took advantage of that. I had to walk out of the dealer so mad because i knew i was getting ripped off. Finally i bought the car for almost double of sticker price.Very nice cars,too bad this guy is such a liar. Dont let him manipulate you into buying his insurance and read very carefully what your signing,also be sure your down payment is going towards car and not his pocket.

this dealership not only took the time to make choosing a car pleasant, they also went above and beyond once i made a decision. After my first test drive they brought the car into their garage and made small tweaks in order to make the car run even better. They were informative and knowledgeable. Found a car I really liked online, worked with Steve over the phone and he even had the car transported to a third party mechanic that I chose to inspect the car. I flew to NJ and Steve even picked me up. The car was great, the family that owned the dealership was great. I signed all the paperwork, no surprises, and drove the car back to Ohio. Not the smartest people, contacted them through email regarding a car, they replied to check online for more info. I emailed them to let hem know I was coming in the affternoon and to call me if the car was sold, the replied I should call before coming over. I made the drive 40 min drive to find out that a cousin was driving the car around and when it arrived.....HAIL DAMAGE! This was not listed but was asked if I didn't notice it in the pictures. REALLY!!!!!! Not too sure I would trust them.

Hey guys I recently took the time to drive to Paterson to check out a few cars I found on the internet and was interested in. After emailing them back and forth I decided to stop by. I sent them multiple emails regarding the cars I was interested in, they replied relatively quickly and answered my questions to the best of their abilities. When I stopped by I was nicely greeted with a "hello can I help you with something" I was surprised when I told him which cars I was hoping to look at and they remembered who I was. I then got to look at each of the cars closely, turn them on, look at the engine, look inside the trunk, and even drive them. I ended up purchasing a very nice, clean, and cheap 2004 Nissan Altima. 3 months later I have not had any issues with it and still love it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE IN THE TRISTATE AREA

This dealership is full of characters. I enjoyed my time in the lot while shopping around for a car. The employees are very animated and fun to work with from the receptionist to all the sales people. They all welcomed me and were very helpful with aiding me in finding out more about cars that would fit me as far as personality and price range , and end up buying a 2004 C-class which Im very happy and loving my Benz.

Went here to look at a srt-4, they had 3 of them, each one didnt have an inspection sticker. Nobody came to me to see if I needed help, so I went into there office and they said "close the door behind you", then I asked to see the keys to a car and they said "whats you're credit score". Never buy a car from here I repeat NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

I have bought two cars from Imports, a 98 BMW Z3 (2007) and a 01 Jaguar XK8 last year. I like them because they have a good selection of interesting cars at reasonable prices. My husband who is a car guy helps me in evaluating cars and he also likes Imports because they are honest and no nonsense. I found this dealer easy to work with, they dont hide a vehicle's flaws and were great on price. I still have and enjoy both cars. I will be back for mmy next vehicle!!!

I dealt with Louie, and he was polite and respectful and helpful. I bought a car from him, and found a few (unintentional) problems afterwards and he took care of everything. Hello i recently purchased a car from importsautosales. I was very satisfied with everything. The car had a clean carfax and was a 1 owner. The car was the cheapiest price around, it really was a great deal. I am in love with my car. My car came with lots of great and efficent upgrades that no other car had around. It was sold to me with another set of brandnew rims and tires for the car. they also instucted me how to opperate some of the add-ons. Overall this is a great delar ship. I would recommend this delar to any one who is looking for a great priced used car. Also the customer service was excellent, as soon as i walked into the lot i was asked if i needed any help. And i was told where the car i was looking for was located and they brought me the carfax. The deal in the office went extremmly quick. They made the deal as i called my insurance company, then all i had to do was pay them and sign some things. I was offered an exttended warranty also at a cheap price.
