I would not recommend this place to anyone. The people that operate this place are money hungry and taking advantage of people. They knowingly overcharged me for a lemon that they did not have a title for and laughed in my face when I mentioned reporting them to BBB. They offer help with your credit to qualify for financing, but I would not entrust them with my date of birth, let alone my social.

The people are very rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable about cars nor the services that they advertise. Cars are outrageously overpriced and raggedy. The owner said he does not do test drives. I ended up buying a car that had previously been wrecked, but they sold it to me as a 1-owner vehicle in immaculate condition and insulted me when I inquired into the situation. They were very eager to get my personal information before even sealing the deal which made me nervous. After paying cash for the vehicle, I later found out they ran my credit without my consent.

Had a great experience in buying from Imports of Memphis. The salesman that assisted me Jeremiah Hill was very helpful in presenting buying options to me. I was very pleased with my purchase as he made the process very simple and stress free as possible. The vehicle I purchased was very clean and in sale able condition. Every question I asked in regards to the most recent repairs he was able to fully answer. I highly recommend this dealership as they were very personable in doing business and gave me the since of comfort of not just being another customer. I highly recommend going to see Jeremiah Hill for your next vehicle. My husband and I are both please with our new car from Imports of Memphis!

Purchased a 2000 Nissan Maxima from this dealership with no title or registration. Terrible customer service and the salesmen were rude and inconsiderate. My Best Advice is to never buy from this dealership.
