Last Saturday I have purchased 2014 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport 4matic from this dealership. Two days earlier I have discovered the listing on the internet and contacted the dealer directly. Gordon has responded to my initial message very quickly and invited me to see the car. Next day I arrived at the dealership and had a very pleasant test drive with Gordon answering all my questions related to the condition and history of this car. The car looked like a brand new car even though it was 1 year old. They did a fantastic job on detailing the car. I have received all the answers to all my questions. Decided to buy the car. The dealership gave my top $s for my trade-in 1999 Honda Prelude. They took care of all the paper work hassle. I felt REALLY appreciated by them at their premises. Gordon is an exemplary model of how the car salesmanship should be. Never in my life I have experience such professional and courteous process of buying a car. The line of communication was never broken. Even AFTER the sale Gordon was still assisting me with minor details related to this purchase. Top 5 Stars all the way ! I'll definitely return to this dealership (and Gordon in particular) as far as my future car purchasing needs are concerned. Fantastic experience ! Go and check them out ! You might be pleasantly surprised, as I was.

I purchased a 2002 Lexus RX300 two days ago from Indy Wholesale Direct and believe I received a good car at a good price. I had been shopping around for about a month for a nice, safe, reliable car at a reasonable price for my daughter. I found the Lexus here that I believe fit the bill nicely. They had no issues letting me take the car to my own mechanic for inspection and responded appropriately to the issues my mechanic found. They helped me identify my next steps (title, insurance, license). After I purchased the car, there was a small problem with the paperwork when I arrived at the license branch. I called these guys and within minutes they had the issue resolved by communicating with the license branch for me. I was a little bit concerned about a few times they acted like 'salesmen', but overall they were much better (honest, caring, knowledgeable) than the vast majority of car salesmen out there I have met in the past month and over the past 25 years.

I can't express enough how nice it is to have people walk you through every step of the process like these gentlemen did with me. Last Saturday I purchased a 2008 Audi S8 from Gordon at Indy Wholesale Direct. He was able to help me every step of the way. The dealership was able to secure a great rate of financing. There are many problems on this car. Also, this dealership sold me this car and didn't tell me password of the Bluetooth. I asked him. He only picked twice out of almost 20 calls. It's such a bad experience. Never pick up your phone after sale the car. Already paid almost 1200 dollars just for repairing car. Do not buy car at this dealer. I am a international student. I feel very helpless when I experience this kind thing. As a costumer, just wanna tell everyone my experience.

I got on the computer looking for a vw jetta for my 19 year old son . These guys had one that fit what I was looking for at the right price . I called them and got no answer.Just minutes later my phone rang and they called me back that quick . We talked about the car I was thinking about . Set up a time later that day when my son got off work . They got me pre approved for financing , We showed up and the car was sitting there ready for us to test drive . One hour later we were on our way home with smiles On our faces . Couldn't be more happier with them . Word of mouth should make these guys successful . If some day I can send them a customer I won't hesitate . They answered a prayer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Justin at Indy Wholesale Direct. We went and looked at a few cars for my college age son. At the time they didn't have exactly what we wanted. Within a week we received a call, and they had something in stock that fit our needs perfectly. Its very refreshing to find a place to buy a car without being pressured or harassed. The customer service was over the top, and my family will be doing their car shopping here from now on.

I went to look at a used car. It was beautiful, was nicely detailed, and seemed in great shape. Of course, I wanted it. I was to bring my husband back at 9:00 the next morning to buy it. Instead, I got a call from the salesman saying that a cash customer had come and bought it. It broke my heart! It was a great car at a good price. We had settled on trade-in value, financing it, etc.. Moral: when something sounds too good to be true, It probably is - at least with these guys.

This is the only way I ever want to buy a car. Everything stated in the ad and shown in the photos was 100 percent accurate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They took extra steps to provide us with unexpected service and followed up as promised in every way. This is where I would send my family and friends to buy a car. We recently bought a 2008 Mercedes-Benz GL. The car is fantastic! To buy this car we came from Chicago and Ben and Mike met up with us on the weekend and were ready to help early in the morning. There were some issues for us with the bank, but Ben and Mike helped us to fix everything patiently, and now we can enjoy our car. The car was completely like new, even the covers were on the mats! They were really polite, helpful, and patient. If I ever need a new car, I will first look at their page to find the car I need, and if I do find it, I will only buy it from them and no one else. Quality used cars priced to sell. Dealership is small and personal but does not sacrifice quality. Customer service was excellent, I had a few issues but Mike cleared them up immediately. Financing and closing were easy and convenient. Car was exactly as advertised, no hidden problems "escaping" the on-line photos. Will buy here again.

My husband and I recently were in the market for a 2-3 year old Mercedes C Class. We shopped everywhere and eventually stumbled upon a hidden gem in Carmel. We dealt with Mike and even the owner, Ben. Both were wonderful. Absolutely no typical tactics and or pandering. Very low pressure. Looks like a great place to work. They didn't have exactly what we wanted, but they had one brought in within a week. This is the way car buying should be and it is refreshing to see an operation like this.

Acted like he just wants to help me and he is my friend, but when I called back on the day that I promised i will come and get the car, he told me that the car was sold. I almost sold my current car because I thought I can go forward with what we just talked about a day prior. very bad experience

This is a truly wonderful way to buy a car. Their inventory was inside an amazing facility. The staff is very knowledgeable. They did not pressure my husband an I to buy anything. We couldn't be any happier with our pre-owned Mercedes.

Ben, apparently the owner has been a real great person to talk with. Negotiation is fast, no weird fees you usually got from other dealers, trustworthy and easy to do the payment. He made himself available and is very friendly. A pleasure to do business with.
