He even gave up his off day to meet us for another test drive and to complete the sale. I really appreciate that there were no high pressure sales techniques that used during my experience. For some reason buying a car starts out fun and normally becomes stressful. This is not the case at all at Infiniti of Birmingham. I had the most wonderful experience with this dealership and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had so far. My car salesman Jeff Roquet was extremely helpful and made the purchase a breeze. I had found a vehicle online that I liked and the same day I inquired about it unfortunately it sold, but Jeff found an even better car at a fantastic price for me the same day. Since I was located out of town he sent plenty of photos along with any information I requested in a timely manner. Even though we have a local Infiniti dealer in my city I'll definitely give Infiniti of Birmingham a call the next time I purchase and I'll be recommending Jeff to everyone I know.

Kayla and Nigel were excellent hosts in helping me find a used car for my son. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient and caring... I truly felt they were looking out for my best interest, which you don't typically find at a car dealership these days. And Gary, the Business Manager, was a great help and made the purchasing process a breeze. It was a very pleasant experience. In fact, I left there wanting to buy another car from them - never felt like that before!!

I would highly recommend Infiniti of Birmingham. Kyle Roberts made our process of getting a new car very easy and actually fun!! He took his time to explain differences the in the cars we were comparing. Once we decided on a vehicle, Kyle took care of all the details for us. We just came back later in the day, signed our paperwork and drove off in our new car!

We purchased a Q50 Infiniti from Karen Lloyd, The experience was the best. She was extremely professional, listened to our needs, and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to her to purchase another car. In fact, my husband had purchased a Q70 2 weeks prior, and had such a good experience, he took me back to purchase the Q50. Karen is an outstanding sales person.

After purchasing/leasing three Infiniti's over the many years, I did not hesitate to call Karen with my desire to look into purchasing a Q70 (for me) and then a Q50 (for my wife two weeks later). She was the consummate professional in and during the process. She presented the vehicle with all the features and options and was never pushy at all. Does she want to sell you a vehicle...of course...but without all the "clutter" that goes with other dealerships. Let's be honest, the Infiniti is a high-end vehicle and thus qualifies one for a little more attention and consideration...and this was definitely the case here. After the normal give-and-take, the purchase price was agreed upon and everybody was happy. I'm very pleased with experience and I would definitely recommend Karen (I already have) to anyone interested in purchasing an Infiniti. Saying that, Karen is a professional...but, she is a nice lady.

The service department at Infiniti of Birmingham is amazing! Previously, I was a Mercedes customer, so I wasn't sure what the service department experience would be with Infiniti of Birmingham, but I am forever sold on Infiniti because of the service department. Ryan Forrester has such great customer service skills and Juliet Watkins remembers all her customers and their vehicles so well, I ran into her once at Target and we visited like we were neighbors. Even the technicians come out and greet me when I am in for a service and teach me little details about my SUV that I never knew. They are just really nice people! And for the record, they are this nice to everyone: I bought my used car from another Infiniti dealership out of state. I get treated like a VIP there, and the loaner car feature is wonderful (although sometimes the loaner cars are so nice I don't want to give it back!) I highly recommend Infiniti of Birmingham-honest people who stand behind their work!

Scott Donze is awesome!!!!!! I had and excellent experience with Infiniti of Birmingham. Unlike lots of dealers in other towns, this place is really interested in selling cars. I will and am recommending anyone that wants to buy a new infiniti, this is the place to see. These folks are serious about moving a great product. Scott is the BOMB!!!! He brought my car to me from Birmingham to Tupelo, MS. One way 2 1/2 hours and took my trade in back. What else can I say. As the King would put it "Thank very much" Scott.
