From the time we drove on to the lot, everyone was super nice and very helpful. Daniel Hill, our Sales Consultant, was very pleasant and fun to work with - nothing like a "typical" car salesman. He was very patient and seemed to really care that he got us exactly what we wanted. Others we came in contact with were great as well and the Finance Manager, Shain, was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better experience!!!

I recently spoke with Nick Stembridge about purchasing a used car from him. I am still in the process of buying but I just wanted to say how impressed I am with his customer service. I spoke with him when he was out of the office on vacation yet he was still working with me to get this deal closed. He makes sure he puts his customers first even if he is not on the clock.

Nick Stembridge is your top salesman on the lot, hands down. He is highly driven, he stays after hours to get the job done and he very educated about the product. Nick follows up with customers but does not pester them like your typical salesman. Nick strives to be the best at the job that he can be and that is evident by being a customer of his. I will be buying from Nick in the future. The Infiniti dealership is state of the art, beautiful!

I have been browsing the internet for a potential SUV in the future and I spoke with Nick Stembridge about possibly purchasing one from Infiniti. He made sure to put my interests and my preferences first. He is a A+ salesman and when I am ready to buy I will be buying from Nick. He knows the product from top to bottom and truly cares about my buying experience. I do not like shopping for cars and he has made the experience enjoyable. I have spoken with Sarah and she was very professional and intelligent as well. Infiniti is a top of the line automobile and I cannot wait to make my purchase from Mr. Stembridge when we are ready.

I will start by saying you have a beautiful new facility. I came to the Grand Opening and it was a great experience. I spoke with Nick Stembridge, he was very professional and knew the product from top to bottom. He was highly motivated and left a lasting impression on me with Infiniti. I purchased a Q50 from Infiniti of Chattanooga back in November 2013. Even though the new building was under construction they made it easy to do business. My sales associate, Sarah Perkins, is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. If she didn't have the answer, she knew where to go to get it. The finance person was also very helpful in getting me where I needed to be with my payment. Everyone I came in contact with that day was very friendly and made sure I had what I needed. This past week I took my car in for my first service appointment and got to see the new building which is amazing! They really have done a great job with everything and I look forward to going back for the grand opening on May 29. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Infiniti.

Excellent service given by the staff of Chattanooga Infiniti. When I entered the showroom I was greeted and taken to one of the Sales consultant for Infiniti. I knew what type car I wanted and Dan Chandler found the G37 convertible in my selected color and allowed me the freedom to drive the car on the type of road to check the of ride I needed. The sales manager, Steve Bertoni, was was very helpful and fair when I later returned to ask more questions. The deal was completed in a few days and closed by an efficient and knowledgeable business manager. I look forward to the new building and facilities and have recommended the Infiniti and this dealer to my friends.

We were shopping for a used car for my wife. Neither my wife or I knew much of anything about the Infiniti brand when we decided to stop by and "just look". We were promptly greeted and matched with Nick Stembridge. Nick was very knowledgeable and patient and went out of his way to focus on what my wife was looking for in a vehicle. After a couple of days of deliberation Nick followed up with us as he said he would and had found us the perfect vehicle. We purchased a certified pre-owned G37x. My wife loves it! The sales manager, Steve Bertoni, was very generous and fair with both the Infiniti and our trade in price. Thank you Infiniti Chattanooga!

The dealer was a bit difficult to find due to construction. Once we got there, we found the parking lot and showroom to be very cramped. On the positive side, Nick was very friendly. After we finally found him, he quickly brought around the vehicle we were interested in seeing. Nick gave us plenty of time with the vehicle and showed me on a great test drive route. He even helped with minute details like the DVD operation. Most importantly the car was as described on cars.com. The only discrepancy was the color--listed as silver but was actually white. I'm not recommending this dealership. To be clear, this isn't because I had a bad experience or due to any problems. Instead, I'm choosing to hold my recommendation for a truly outstanding dealership.
