It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had! From the very first contact I felt like I was in great hands. Brenden, my sales person, could not have been more of a delight to work with! He went above and beyond to help me get into the right vehicle (which I LOVE) and I can't say enough about how professional and lovely he was throughout the entire transaction. The Service Rep Clark is very efficient and timely. Gives a simple evaluation of cost before work begins and a time table. Generally very accurate.

I don't like writing bad reviews, however, I'm very disappointed with Infiniti of Denver. I took my car here last week for a routine tire rotation. I just purchased the car from Infiniti of Denver in April. I got a phone call a couple hours later saying that they cannot do a tire rotation, because I need new tires, and that's going to cost $1100. So, my thought is, either they're trying to sell me something I don't need, or they sold me a car with bad tires. After a lot of back and forth, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not to mention, when I was in the office of the service tech, 3 ladies at the cashier desk were complaining about another customer, and using expletives. Very unprofessional.

They really go above and beyond for their customers. I Definitely wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but here.
