The best customer service I have ever received. The attention each Infinity customer representative pay to customers is beyond satisfaction. The customers are directed to the advisors right way and they are also provided with the estimated waiting time and estimated cost of the repair. The waiting area is amazing. They have several types of complimentary snacks and hot and cold beverages including latte and hot chocolate. I could wait here the whole day :)

Once you buy a car from the sales department they want nothing to do with you once they have your money, Called for help for a month and they refuse to take or return any calls. General Management does not even care that now I am going somewhere else to buy another car due to their commitment not to call me back and told the receptionist not to take my call every time I called so they would not have to deal with the problem. They care only about commission and then they are done with you

My service provider was prompt getting me in and out. She communicated well and took care of me. I was also satisfied with the price points. I expected the cost to be more.

Infiniti has been good to me for 8 years. I own two Infinitis' and this is the only place I take them to get serviced. I have one closer to me but I drive over an hour for their customer service. Price is what you'd expect driving these luxury vehicles. If there is ever a problem. I address it, they go over it, if a correction is needed. I don't have a problem. I mostly deal with the same service person, they know me and I know them. EASY PEASY.. GOTTA 💘 IT.
