We were on the market for a second car, preferably an SUV. We stopped at the Infinity dealership in Hoffman Estates mainly because it was close to us and that is where we met Alex Duvall who then spent the next several days with us helping us find a nice and reliable pre-owned vehicle. Alex was very polite, courteous and patient with us with a good sense of humor that made our shopping experience a blast. He helped us find our perfect car that happened to be a 2012 Mercedes C300, silver with a black interior and V6 under the hood. The minute we took it off the lot for a test drive we knew it was a tough contender to an SUV we were searching for, the team at the dealership helped us secure the loan and also gave us an insurance quote. While waiting for the financing to go through we felt at ease, there was a positive vibe at the dealership. Its only been a week since the purchase; we absolutely love our new car and are thinking of going back in a year or so to replace our other vehicle that is getting old.

I called a day ahead to have the car I was interested in ready which did not happen. Chad was extremely professional and dealt with it as an opportunity to chit chat about other cars (rs7 and s4) and get to know his customer while the problem was resolved. I ended up purchasing the vehicle later in the evening with additional hiccups (incorrect color (ha!)) but each time the issue was dealt with professionally and we were able to move forward. The pre-owned vehicle inventory on premise is extremely high quality and this coupled with the overall staff and environment makes for a great experience. Thank you.

We found a specific used car online that we wanted to see. When we arrived at the dealership, Atanas was professional, yet personable as we test drove the car and made our decision to purchase the car. During the whole process, Atanas made sure we were comfortable and presented us with helpful information, yet we never felt pressured to add on purchases. Our appointment was later in the afternoon and apparently were the last in line for financing, which could have been a challenge since we were there with our two year old son. However, Atanas was WONDERFUL with our son. While we were waiting (and waiting), he got down on the floor to play with our son, assuring us that he didn't mind at all. Another salesman--I believe it was Joel--even graciously gave our son a toy car to play with and keep. Other than our wait time during the process of purchasing the car and to meet with the financing department, we were well taken care of by Atanas--he gets 5 stars from us.

I showed up on a Saturday afternoon to look at a 2011 Chevy Malibu for my son. It was extremely busy which I would have expected. My sales guy was working with multiple customers but managed to check in on me during my time there. The experience went 'south' once I decided to buy the car. The wait time to get in with the finance department was much longer than one would expect. Once we got to that point, we felt rushed through the process. Once the paperwork was signed, we were handed one set of keys. I was told the car only had one set and no owners manual and I would be responsible to purchase if I wanted an extra set or manual. I also found out that the rear brakes on this car were in need of immediate replacement and the seal on the headlight was broken . I asked for the service record on the safety inspection (twice) but no one ever got back to me. Aside from what I paid for the car, I now have to come up with an additional $1000.00 to fix some of the known issues. I would have expected the dealer to be more up front with some of the items mentioned above. I know it was not one of their higher end cars but I should expect the same level of service regardless.

We traded in our Honda CR-V for the 2013 JX35 and are nothing but happy. Our Infiniti is spacious, great gas mileage, and was affordable. Alex Duvall was the sales person that I dealt with and it was a pleasure to work with him. There was no pressure applied and Alex worked very hard to understand and meet all my needs, and to answer all of my questions. Tim McLean is not your stereotypical salesmen, he is very personable and made me feel very much at ease, he has a very nice demeanor. He answered my questions, I test drove a few vehicles and wanted to know what I thought about each one. Unfortunately I had to leave because of an appointment. Customer Service is not their thing. I went in on 6/2/16 and sold them my 2014 Infiniti Q50 outright. I worked with Marcin Cybulak. We agreed to a price and he hand wrote the contract stating the system was down. We even discussed my love of the Infiniti and how I will be looking for a new car when my current lease is up in November. I followed up the next week to check status and he advised to give it more time. I followed up after that and he never returned a call or an email to provide an update. I called the following week which was the 10 days after the payoff and was transferred to the GM Rich Ayash. He told me they always take 20 days to process a payoff. I explained that isnt what Marcin told me. Rich response was "did I tell you that?' Very sarcastic. I said no but one of your sales managers did and that he speaks for your dealership. He told me to wait the 20 days. On 6/22/16 after more of being ignored I went in. The receptionist was very friendly and sympathetic to my plight. She had Ryan Martin come out. We found out my paper work had never been processed and it is now 3 weeks after my initial visit, they processed it and overnighted the check to Infiniti. I found my account paid in full so I contact the dealer again on 7/5/16, 7/6/16 no one is calling back. It is now 7/12/16 and I have not had any messages returned and still havent received the check for the money owed to me for the sale. So once again I go in there in person. I will not leave until this is resolved. No one wants to come out and talk to me. who can blame them? they created this situation and need to own it. I feel sorry that Ryan got stuck in the middle but it is the dealership as a whole failed on this one. Finally my original sales person Marcin comes out after about 15-20 minutes. I was furious. He said he doesnt understand what happened. Simple you never processed the sale. He said that wasnt the case. Regardless now the office manager is assisting me and getting a check cut. I waited another 45 minutes to get my check but I wasnt leaving without it. And funny thing is the check was dated 7/5/16 so they had it that whole time and no one reached out to me or processed it. They probably think I wouldnt notice the date on their own check but I did. I highly recommend if you are looking to do business with an ethical dealership who is focused on customer service you DO NOT go to Motorwerks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. When I am ready to buy my next car in November i will NOT be considering this dealership at all.

I was waiting 6 months plus for the NEW Infiniti Q60 to come out. It never came to the Chicago Auto Show I was ever disappointed. So as soon as I found that Infiniti of Hoffman Estates had one. I went and checked it out. I walked in and I met a great knowledgeable salesman David Coulson. He said are you interest in anything particular I said yes the Q60 he brought me right to it first sight I already was in love. David was explaining the ins and outs of the car. He answered all my questions that I could remember to ask. Then we went for a ride and let me tell you it was an unbelievable ride. Not only is it quick, it very comfortable/smooth, yet quiet with a nice exhaust note. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car since it is out of my budget for this year, but next year I will visit David and I will sacrifice my vacation to get my car. One major thing I like was that David was not forcing or pushing me to buy the car. Furthermore, the dealership looks and felt comfortable. I truly recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle. 'd been poking around on the Internet for weeks and sent an inquiry to this dealership about a '14 QX80. Walt called and we talked and the car was still available. We agreed to meet on Saturday and I arrived at 315p. My children had plans, so I needed to be home by 6p. We went for a test drive and I fell in love! Walt answered all my questions (not your typical hard sell salesman) When we returned, I met the GM Rick, "How did you like the car?" he asked. "I said it's beautiful, but I don't think I'm ready to pull the trigger because I have to be home by 6p." He said. "Palatine is what, 30 minutes away? Yes. Let's make a deal then." They were so warm and inviting. After a quick chat with Rick, they introduced me to Mike, the Finance Manager - that man is a miracle worker! Saved me about $150 per month over the original price. By 530pm I was in the car, setting the preset radio stations and drove on home. You guys ROCK and I would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much - me and the kids LOVE the car - though with that wheat interior, I make them wash their hands before they get in :-)

Joel did a very nice job selling us the Infiniti we bought. He followed up, but didn't hammer my phone. He didn't push us into anything, was pretty easy going, and we received a fair deal. We were steered to this dealership through the Costco car program. Our sales rep Triisha Drummond was available to meet with us on a Sat. morning and was very helpful in explaining option packages and features/ benefits. They were able to locate the car we we interested in (QX50) the following week and had it available for pick up the following Sat. We had opted to add window tinting and the protection plan and between Trisha and Nina Gerwargis they were able to get those scheduled in a timely manner. My experience here started as a internet inquiry, I saw a vehicle that caught my eye and after viewing it I immediately contacted the dealer. Since my internet shopping were after business hours I figured someone would contact me within the next couple days. Well to my surprise a wonderful salesman named Bryce emailed me immediately. I explained to him that I was an hour and a half away from the establishment and that when I come in I needed the service to be expedited because of work scheduling. Throughout much of the process because I couldn't get there right away Bryce made me feel very comfortable as we dealt over the phone and Internet. When I finally made it in to the dealership the service took a step up a notch the face to face kindness and professionalism was unmatched to any other service team I have met yet in car buying. Happy Ending!!!! My car shopping experience was getting me down. I had been looking for weeks, in and out of so many dealerships, test driving multiple models. My last stop was Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. There, I found it!! The vehicle I wanted to have. My luck was--l wanted that Midnight Garnet, and it wasn't to be found. Andrew and Paul told me not to worry-they'd find it. And they did. Andrew was super through that whole process, keeping me informed as to where they were on the search. Finally, it arrived. The final phase of making the deal with Andrew and Paul, doing the paper work with Ryan, as they said I did have to pay for it, finalizing those last few touches for extra care of the vehicle with Nina, to Andrew's thorough instruction on how to operate it before I pulled out of the dealership--was a FANTASTIC experience!! Trisha (Sales) happily filled in the blanks from this skeptical buyer. Trisha and Ryan (Finance) were a real joy to deal with. Trisha even conveniently picked me up from the airport area Hotel going way above and beyond making my life so much less complicated...talk about NO hassle! They answered all my questions about the vehicle and took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Detail guy caused a dead battery so they replaced it for priceless peace of mind for the long drive home! Since initial inquiry to a question I had later at the DMV Trisha made herself constantly available so that I had no anxiety. Great all around experience well worth the 15 hour drive back home. I flew in, got picked up, and drove out of this classy dealership with my new car the same day...everyone has time for that! I had a less that optimal experience with a dealer in my local residential state. Having lost the car I'd been looking with my local dealer (and in a rather suspicious way), I was turned off to even buying a car at that point. I then took to searching online and stubbled upon a pre-owned car from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. The car peaked my interest based on the package and price (better buy that I was looking at with my local dealer). I called Hoffman Estates and was connected to a sales rep (Walter Watts). Walt was fantastic taking the call at the very end of the work day. He explained the entire car purchase process with extra detail on the out-of-state process. And knowing it was a first time experience for me (not just buying an Infiniti, but also buying from out of state), he was very patient, providing the details I needed, adn reassuring me that their dealership frequently does business with out of state customers. He then emailed me information that evening, including a video he took on his phone of the car. The following day we discussed financing options, etc. And explained that he personally believe the car looks great from the outside, he sent me the maintenance that was completed at the 15k mileage. He also expressed he is certain I will be happy with the car (knowing I would be flying to Chicago for this purchase and never seen the car in person). And he backed it up with that my deposit is refundable if there was any issues (which is offered for out of state buyers due to circummstance). 2 days later, I was on fight and dealdership sent a car for me. The whole experience was smooth, and the communication was very impresssive. Walt's assessment of the car was spot on and of course I made the purchase (and drove it home that afternoon). Prior to completing the purchase, Walt provide a thorough overview of how all the features worked and made sure I knew how my car worked (during my test drive). Post-purchase, Walt followed up to ensure the title was sent/received and justs general follow up. The two experiences (with my local dealer and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates) were day and night. I couldn't be happpier with the service from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I will definitely be open to making the trip to Chicago and purchasing my next car from them.

I had turned in my lease ending G37XS and was not intending to replace at this time. I happened to look at the Q50S and was impressed. I got home talked to the wife and called Walt for a quote. I told him where I wanted to be and we hashed out a seal within 10 minutes on the phone. They did not have the color I wanted but were able to get the red one from another dealer so I drove back to the dealer and they took me right away and papers were signed and completed within a 1/2 hour and the car was clean and ready at the same time. After viewing a few models I came across a vehicle being sold at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates, it was a used Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L. Walter Watts Sales Consultant was great. He reached out to me immediately and informed me the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He kept me updated with the status as it took me a few days to get in. Once I arrived he had the vehicle ready for me to inspect and test drive. Of course I choose the first day of a big snow storm in Chicago and well was very surprise on how well the car handled during the test drive and great time to do it. The vehicle was in great condition and with low MILES! After the test drive Walter brought me back to his office and we were able to come to a deal. Nina Gewargis was able to give me information on paint protection plans which I decided to purchase. Financing Manager Ryan Durso was so helpful and he was able to provide me with a great warranty program and additional services at a good price. As of now I love my new car. I purchased a used Infiniti from this dealership. I gave my car in a few days after I purchased it to have my windows tinted and have a remote-starter installed. I had my Ray Ban's in the upper head compartment when I gave my vehicle for service. When I got my vehicle back, there were no Ray Ban's in the car. I called the customer service at the dealership they told me NINA would look into this. I was promised a call back from her once she reviewed the video tape. She NEVER called me back, about a week later I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH HER. She told me that they don't know if there were any glasses in the car. I HAD NO WAY TO PROVE THAT THERE WERE GLASSES IN THE CAR. After speaking to NINA, the GENERAL MANAGER called me and told me that I could also say that I left a stack of $100 bills in the car, and I could be making it up. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Basically, in a indirect way THEY CALLED ME A LIAR & THEY ARE THE ONES WHO STOLE MY GLASSES. I really don't appreciate being called a liar. The least they could have done is offered to reimburse for it, or atleast offer an apology. Instead, they told me that I could be lying. I am VERY upset with this. I get it that the matter is small it's only a pair of glasses but the fact that they are questioning whether I am speaking the truth is upsetting. At least be more sympathetic towards a customer who trusted you and your business.I hope they read this and realize how wrong their behavior was towards me. This was my first experience with this dealership... I will never go back for a future vehicle purchase. I also want to mention another thing about this whole experience that was disappointing... It was that I noticed scratches near the rear vent area AFTER I purchased the car. They agreed to make it less noticeable by doing something to it which they did. So I could even overlook this a little bit... But I wish I was told about them before I made the purchase. I would recommend that if you already purchased a vehicle from here and are giving it for service than make sure there is nothing in your car, because there are thieves working in this dealership. If you are thinking about purchasing from this dealership than think twice.

I just want to comment about the A+++ quality of my sales experience at the dealership. it started with an email inquiry from me, and was promptly handled by their people. Everyone was courteous, and swift with the responses! From the very beginning you could tell they cared and wanted to help in any way possible. Not just hounding me to stop in. Went in for an oil change one morning. I was told that it will take about little over an hour to change the oil so I chose to do it. Turned the keys to a service guy at exactly 9:30am. Went to a lounge or waiting room and waited and waited and waited....At 1040am or so, same employee comes back and says that while he goes and gets the car, I should settle my bill if I wish to. It was good idea so why not. He comes back almost 15 minutes later and says that they are washing the car and it should be here shortly. He brought the car back at 11:15am. So it took 105 minutes to change oil only....really!!!Everything else was great....

I was not sure that I wanted to make the plunge into an Infiniti, was considering other standard brands like Nissan and Honda. Everyone at this dealership treated me like my business was important to them, were completely respectful and held themselves to a high standard in delivering a top notch customer service experience. The other dealerships that I went to in my vehicle search treated me like a transaction, not a person. The whole crew at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates treated me like an equal, not a transaction that they were using to hit their monthly numbers. When it was finally time to sign the ppwk, I brought my 4 year old daughter with me and everyone was very nice to her, talked to her like an adult, not like a pesky kid, they asked her questions about herself and made sure she had drinks and snacks the whole time we were there. Unlike other car salesmen I have worked with in the past I got the feeling that Joel was on my time, not dealership "beat the clock" time.As for the crew at the dealership, each time I walked in I was greeted courteously by either an available rep, or the receptionist. Never was I set upon like I was wounded prey as I had experienced at other dealerships when I set out to pick a new car. .When I told them I was working with Joel, I wasn't just told where his office was and dismissed as a waste of their time, instead, each time I entered and told them I was looking for Joel I was escorted to his office or to where ever he was in the dealership. I cannot be more satisfied with my Q50 Hybrid and the experience that I had purchasing it at Motorwerks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I had kept my eye on the specific car for about one week, and noticed that the price had dropped on a few occasions. I put in my information in the late evening of 6/2 and was promptly contacted by Javier Ortiz the following morning. I made an appointment to see the car that afternoon.Everything about the car was as described (READ: no surprises and flawless condition) and we went out on the test drive. I had done thorough research prior to visiting, so Javier was not pushy in the slightest. Rather, he was able to answer any questions that I had and further educate me in depth on the cars plentiful features.At the conclusion of the test drive, Javier suggested that we "put some numbers together." The car was already a fantastic deal, but I still was on the fence as to whether or not that I would purchase that day. Needless to say, after maybe 30 minutes of negotiation, I was signing papers for my new car. I could not be more thrilled with the price paid for the car or the price that they gave me for my Lexus. After participating in four vehicle purchases, this is the first time that I actually left the dealer without any desire for a better deal.Post-purchase experience has been great as well. One part of the deal was to have the windows tinted. Nina was quick to set that up, and I look forward to having them done this week. Javier has also followed up on two separate occasions to see how I was enjoying the car. Not necessary, but nice to see a departure from the typical salesman who goes cold turkey the minute the customer signs the papers.I thank Javier wholly for getting me in to my new car. The car had sold itself on the test drive, but Javier is credited for making it happen that day under great terms, and allowing me to leave with a smile on my face (a smile that reignites with each ignition start)!

I bought a used JX35 from them. I was specific on some of the features I wanted on the car like heated steering and I checked with the seller that the car had these features before I made the purchase. The sales manager confirmed that the car had these features and he sold me on the advanced safety package that I would liked for my family. I brought the car based on this sales pitch. next day I went back for a demo of the features and they told me the car did not have any these features and the package they sold me. I asked to return the car so I could buy another one or install the features I wanted but the sales manager said this happens all the time. This was sold to me as a certified used but one month after buying it, I had to get the oil changed on the car. This should have been done as part of the inspection they sold me on. If you are buying from them be very careful in looking over all the details and don't trust their words. I am stuck with a very expensive car without the features I wanted to begin with.

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly accommodating and worked around my schedule (I needed to leave during the purchasing process to relieve our nanny). When I got there, the car I wanted to see was clean, pulled up, and ready. At other dealerships, I've had to wait for the salesperson to get keys/get the car pulled around and set for a test drive or wait for someone when I had a scheduled appointment. Geno was ready and waiting and had all of the specs prepared. I truly appreciated the additional time and energy he put into the process as a salesman--it was definitely a selling point on the car. Everyone at the dealership worked quickly and efficiently which was awesome! I would work with this dealer again in a heartbeat--I can't say enough great things, and I was at 6 or 7 different dealerships looking at cars during this process.

When I arrived at Motor Werks I was not followed around or hounded as soon as I stepped out of the car. I looked around, even though I already knew what I was coming there for and then went inside and met Geno. He was very courteous and patient with us. I purchased a used 2013 Infinity and I love it. I have to say everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure I got the best financing rate possible and left knowing my car would have everything I needed installed in it. I will be returning today to have the windows tinted, remote start and some scratches taken care of. Geno told us he would get back to us about bringing the vehicle in on Monday and he followed through. He called on Saturday and had everything already set up for us today. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I have owned three Infiniti models now, and have a huge love for them. I drove an hour and a half from Milwaukee, WI to check out Hoffman Estates, and Walter was the first person to say hello when I walked in. We had previously communicated prior to me getting there, and he had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. Walter was extremely professional, courteous, and made the car buying process as smooth as possible. The only reason why I couldn't give my experience a 5 star is because we couldn't close the deal that day, and I'm not a fan of the "negotiating" process. Nevertheless, Walter was persistent in making sure he'd get me the best deal possible, and I after a few emails and phone calls a week later, I came back to him because he followed up on EVERYTHING he said he would! Though I live in the city and had purchased my 2010 Infiniti FX35 from a private seller, I happened to be driving by Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and pulled in to pick up floor mat clip, very simple and pleasant experience and simple to replace, easy peasy. I've had my car for a year and just enjoyed driving it so much that I didn't mind that I was having trouble figuring out the Bluetooth and and Navigation, so I stopped by the front desk and asked if somebody could give me an idea and point me in the right direction. Sales Consultant, Tony Guzman, was already holding the door open for me, as he said lets go to your car. We got in the car and in about 30 seconds, bluetooth was set up and I had navigation under control (the secret is just use the voice commands, she tells you everything, ha) Then Tony takes another 10 minutes showing me a bunch of other things on the car, that will come in handy. Though I felt a knucklehead not already knowing some of these things, Tony had the attitude like, no worries man. He knows his stuff thats for sure and loves his product. Good guy for sure. To summarize, I inquired about a car advertised online, stopped at the dealership to look at it, Mackenzie gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, and made me a great deal on the car. They were unable to show us the car for 4 more days and we needed to get something before the weekend. Do not purchase a car from this dealer online. After 212 miles of driving one way twice, the car ended up being 704.79 dollars more then the price of the car from added paperwork expenses alone. They insisted they collected the Excise tax on Indiana plates, when I found out that was a lie and just another way of getting more profit from the purchaser, they refused to take off the 536.36 cost. Had the car not been a low price and I had already rented a tow dolly and asked my brother to tow it back home (Electric car), I would have walked away from the deal. Do not buy a car from these people, If you live out of state, unless you want a few hundred bucks added to the cost, after driving a long distance to get the car. These people will lie to you for a few bucks, knowing you won't buy again from them.

I narrowed it down to about 5 cars based on my preferences and then we decided to test drive a few of them. Adam recommended the Infiniti g37xS and I immediately fell in love with this car after the test drive. We came back the next day to negotiate the price of our car we were trading in and then purchased the Infiniti at a fair price. Overall, it was a great first time experience purchasing my own car and I would highly recommend working with Adam. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He was very patient with us making our decision and invested a lot of time explaining all the features about the cars. One of the things I appreciated was that Adam took me as a serious buyer and provided exceptional customer service, whereas the other dealerships took me as a kid and didnt really bother explaining much about their cars. I came to the dealer from several hours away, test drove the car I wanted, and all seemed well. It's the actual paperwork and process to follow. Typically, it's a fairly simple process but I spent hours waiting for a response (running my credit 5 different times >_< ) and not to mention they FAILED to submit my plate transfer to the SoS dept. So it prolonged the already painstakingly long process to renew my license plates (finished in just under a month)!! My salesman was helpful, slightly less knowledgeable about the vehicles but I knew more than enough so that was OK. All in all he was very helpful, but I'm more disappointed in their poor practices as a dealership and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I live in Springfield Missouri and own Affordable Home Improvements Inc., a remodeling and construction company. I searched on line for an additional, low mileage vehicle with space for materials. I specifically wanted a Dodge Magnum RT with the Hemi V8. I spoke to 7 different dealers until Motor Werks took in a 38,000 low mileage, original owner since new Magnum. I immediately contacted the dealership who put me in touch with Gino Cabana. In one day, via email, texts and mobile phone while I was at work, we negotiated the purchase price, arranged the financing, approved the deal, provided a deposit and scheduled me to pick up the car a few days later. Gino and manager Rick Altenhoff provided a professional, courteous, informative and responsive pleasant overall dealer experience. I flew in on Monday night, Gino picked me up at my hotel the next morning, picked up the car Tuesday morning, test drive, spent 15 minutes on paperwork and was driving down Interstate 55 to Springfield all within an hour!!! No nonsense , just professionalism at its finest. I was also extremely pleased with the detailing done on the car. It was in the showroom and with all the bright lights I was able to look it over carefully. The exterior was spotless. The interior looked like it was brand new. The engine looked like it was just off the assembly line. All this and it is a 2007!! Tony Guzman was my salesperson. He was awesome. He went through all the features of the car with me. Didn't apply any pressure. When we couldn't come to agreement on the price of one car, he was able to identify one that we could agree on the price. Same car, just a year older. I bought on a Saturday and had to come back on Monday to finalize some loose ends. One of which was getting a second key fob. I got to the dealership when it opened, but the 'fob guy' wasn't gonna be in until noon. Instead, he had the shop program a new fob even though it costs the dealership more money. So I didn't have to wait. Talk about excellent customer service!

He showed me a Q50 sport that they just tinted the windows on and I fell in love. He was patient with me as my wife was working and have to give the final okay. We started working with Geno by pure happenstance...he welcomed us on our first visit to the dealership. We were very straightforward about our timeline of when we would be purchasing our QX60, and had lots of questions along the way. Being in sales myself, I appreciate it when someone approaches me in a more consultative role, as if he's on our side of the table with us. From a woman's point of view, we'd been to many dealers (while figuring out what we were going to buy), and most of the sales personnel didn't talk to me in the same way they talked to my husband (I.e. they were smarmy), which means we didn't stick around very long. Having been through the whole process with Geno, I know that he treats everyone with respect equally (and with a certain amount of wit, too). We only ever work with dealers that will work out details over the phone most do not no matter how far away you are. They understood and did. We could not have asked for more. We are both regular car buyers every two years and will make them our first stop on the next go around. We are tough customers and they worked hard to make us happy. Great team overall. This guy is a true professional. Charismatic, friendly, and super energetic. I walked into the dealer to see what they had to offer because I did not want my car anymore and wanted to trade it in and Joel greeted me at the door, walked me into his office and went over car by car with me till we found something I liked. He gave me time to bring my car in for an appraisal and followed up with me. I came back two days later and traded-in my car for a new 2013 G37x. Him and the sales manager Stu gave me a great deal on my trade-in and knew that i wanted to stick to a certain number with my primary concern being my total financed. Joel was a great, genuine guy and made sure he got me what I asked for. He personally took the time to show me the ins and outs of the car I bought and helped me get everything set-up. I worked with Rob Dippel and from the moment we met I could tell he was relaxed and not pushy. I told him I was looking at other cars and he still showed me the car I was interested in, explained the features, and went on the test drive. I went to look at the other cars that I was interested in looking at and came back to Infinity of Hoffman Estates talk to Rob again and went on a second test drive. Came back to the dealership and bought a new Q50. I've been back for a recall service and after the service the adviser, Dave, called and told me not only the car was ready but it was cleaned and detailed. Something I wasn't expecting.

I was in the market to buy a CPO QX56. I checked the Infiniti CPO website and came across a few solid choices. The initial experience with Geno was good. I never have bought a car over the phone before, but Geno and his manager, Stuart, were very receptive to what I was looking for. They were very fair, and I have respect for that. I did not know what I was going to walk into when I showed up to the dealership, but was pleasantly surprised. Very painless, good teamwork between Geno and Javier (gave me a brief tutorial of the technology before I left the dealership). Geno also came in on his day off to make sure I was completely satisfied overall. I would recommend working with Geno and the team. Unfortunately I live in MN, and cannot utilize their service department.

I have never had a better sales experience!! My husband and I had been doing our research for about 60 days and finally decided on the Infiniti QX60. We were looking for the best price and some key options. I was put in touch with this dealership through TrueCar. I travel and wanted to find someone to work with me via email so we could work through the details before we came out to the dealership and not waste time. We arrived at 11:30 and by 2pm we drove out of the lot (that includes taking an hour break so they could detail the car). No smoke and mirrors, no pressure. Everyone we worked with was great. We had excellent customer service from beginning to end we were treated very well, and it was a very quick and painless process. My husband and I drove from out of state, over 2 hours away, because the price of the vehicle was by far the best we say (vehicles in my area were $2k more with 10,000 more miles, on average!) We had some issues with licensing the vehicle because we lived out of state...we still didn't have the plates from my state by the time the temporary plate expired...and our sales agent was extremely helpful by sending us a dealer plate to use temporarily until our registration process was completed. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the price was the best we found, which is why we chose to drive so far for the vehicle. They went over and above what they needed to do and I would definitely buy from them again in the future!!

This is the first time that we have ever been interested in leasing a vehicle. Andrew did a pretty good job helping us through the process of understanding the terms and guidelines of a lease agreement. It was made very clear during the first time of visiting the dealership, that I was in the very beginning of the process of researching more vehicles and wouldn't be making a decision within the month. Follow up from a salesman is always greatly appreciated to a point, however, not a big deal. Rich was really great, he was the general sales manager who finalized the lease term with us. Very impressed with Rich. His understanding of the general motor industry with his professionalism made him very nice to work with. We leased the 2014 Q50, In terms of the car, well, its fantastic. It rides great, smooth, and quiet; it has all of the gadgets we would really want. We are really enjoying the car and we have absolutely no reason not to recommend the Infiniti Dealership in Hoffman Estates.

The repair issues (2) were diagnosed correctly and I was presented with the cost for each repair prior to any work being done to correct them. I bought a used luxury vehicle from the dealer and actually had to fly in from west coast. The price negotiation went well and so did the actual purchase and they worked the financing for me. That's when the surprises started. They had not mentioned that there is only one set of keys, standard is 2 keys - always. There were dents and scratches that they had not mentioned at all. The last part and actually worst was that they had hidden the fact that the tire monitoring system sensors were missing - standard equipment but the warning light comes only after you have driven several hours. They never followed up on getting the second key or getting me the sensors that are part of the vehicle. I tried to contact several times and nothing.

We just stopped by to check out some cars and chat with sales person Ronnie who was busy with a client at the time so he directed us to John Lee - a very simple, friendly, patient and yet extremely professional sales guy. It was on Saturday before Mother's Day and Mr. Lee was with us showing the car when his mom called and I was so pleasantly touched that he excused himself and went to talk to her- that told us how genuinely nice and caring this family guy was and this has build a huge trust in him. Well, we ended up buying the car that day and could not be happier with it so far! Mr. Lee got us a good deal (it was a bit over our budget tho) but he was not pushy -it was our decision after all. We went in over the weekend to look at the QX60. We were greeted by David Gibson who showed us the new model and gave us a test drive. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel he was pressuring us to buy the car or to make a quick decision. He was very helpful about all aspects of not only the car, but our potential ongoing relationship with the dealership, etc. We left to test drive a different vehicle at another dealership. Not only was the car not up to the quality of the QX60, but our experience at that dealership was not nearly as pleasant. Our decision to go back later that afternoon to buy from David was easy. When we picked up the car David noticed a scratch and immediately worked to get it taken care of. He wanted the car to be in perfect shape and went to great steps to take care of us. I highly recommend both the dealership and David Gibson.

It was early January and after a major snow storm and we walked into the dealership at the right time that day.....Dave was at the reception desk and walked over, introduced himself with a smile, asked us questions about what we were looking for, and was eager to help. I flew in from out of state and was picked up at the airport in a limo and taken to the dealership. i was greeted at the door by my salesman and all of the paperwork was ready to go with the exception of an extra warranty that I purchased(which couldn't have been already prepared). Let me start by saying what a great experience I had with this dealership, but what made it special was a young salesman named Gino. I had seen a car on their website so I called the dealership up and was connected directly with Gino. I told Gino the car I was interested in and rather than just read the specs off of a sheet he actually went out and personally checked out the vehicle for me and called me back to let me know how great of shape the car was in and then we scheduled an appointment to view the car. When I got to the dealership I was pleasantly surprised at just how professional Gino was. I took the car of a test drive and everything seemed OK but I am not a mechanic so I had some concerns. Gino told me that it wouldn't be a problem to take the car for the weekend so I could have my own personal mechanic look at it but that didn't work with my schedule at the time so I ended driving back to Hoffman Estates from the northside of Chicago a couple of days later to take it to my mechanic. After a once over from my mechanic I returned to the dealership with the car where Gino and I negotiated a very fair deal. From the start to the finish Gino took out all of the stress that is normally associated with buying a car. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this gentleman is a top notch, class act. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It's hard to find such a young man with that kind of old school work ethic.

Initial contact with this dealership was with their online interface where I inquired about a used G37x on their website. After a couple of quick emails and requesting my permission to give me a call, Geno reached out to me to answer my questions. He was very professional over the phone and I did not feel pressured to come into the dealership at all during our conversation. I ended up going in to test drive the used car that I inquired about, but ended up leasing a 2013 G37x for not much more of a monthly payment after Geno presented my options.Geno made the typical sales process very easy to deal with and I did not feel I had to jump through the normal hoops that most dealerships make you go through. I purchased a used Mercedes E350 at this dealership. I was extremely pleased with the experience. My salesperson, David, was knowledgeable, helpful and did everything he said he would do. I expected pushy and sleazy. The used car I purchased was priced "right" so there wasn't a lot of negotiating knowing I had to lop off thousands of dollars to get to a fair market price. David even made sure to locate some missing pieces like the extra key and floor mats. Once I got the the finance guy I was bracing myself for the hard sell on a warranty or some lousy interest rate. He was also intelligent and helpful. Yes, he offered me a warranty but when I declined we were done with it. The rate I got was better than my own bank quoted me. The paperwork process was fast and clear - I've had my share of confusing finance agreements where they work hard to add in hidden costs. Not here. Quality operation. Quality staff. You can do a lot worse!

Javier was a knowledgable, no pressure salesperson. He gauged my knowledge prior to explaining the truck, so we did not spend time on things that were not important to me. He explained the difference between other brands, without disparaging the competition. This is my third Motorwerks car, and there will certainly be more. Thanks for another great experience!

When we walked into the dealership, Josh greeted us at the door with a friendly smile. We informed him what vehicles we were interested in and he immediately showed us the vehicles and packages and different options. Josh then found a car that met our description and we test drove. He even let us pull it into our garage to see if it would fit! Once it was garage-tested, we began talking sales. Everyone at the dealership was awesome. We were looking for a used car and ended up with a new QX60! Our salesman Gino was was so nice and took the time listening to us and trying to find the right vehicle. He wasn't that pushy salesperson that you want to run away from, nor did he try any of that sales pressure crap! The manager took us in his office and talked to us about what I really wanted (QX60) and got the numbers to work so both my husband and I would be happy. And the finiance guy was so pleasant and fun, and I never saw my husband so relaxed and at ease about spending $50,000.00 on a car!! My wife and I were considering a used G37x for her to transport our son around in the winter. Her previous car was difficult to get him in and out of and was only front wheel drive. We shopped around online and narrowed it down to dealers that had a lot of G37's on hand so we could drive the various models and be sure of our decision.Geno approached us on the lot (previous dealership we had to seek out service) and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The negotiation process was not high pressured and was very smooth. We were able to drive a G37x and a G37xS (both 7 speed automatics) and determined we liked the sport model we hadn't previously considered. The dealership was fair and gave us what we wanted for our trade-in and got us to where we ideally wanted to be in terms of payment. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody considering a new / used car. I have given the ratings above based on the low pressure negotiation, plenty of coffee / water during the process, availability of vehicles, and the great service by Geno and the rest of the staff we encountered.

I stopped by this dealership Friday night and found a car I really liked ( 2010 Infinity G37). Applied for financing same night. Got a call from Javier Ortiz first thing Saturday morning. He told me to stop by and he had my car ready for a test drive the moment I got there. He answered all my questions and we were off to do a test drive. After that I was introduced to Rich ( finance manager) and he did his magic and put an offer that I could not refuse. This was by far the best experience I had dealing with car salesmen. If you read all the low score feedback there ALL about the Service department...Go figure. One of the WORST experiences with cars. Came in for a Jammed seat belt. (NO SRS LIGHT) Got my car back with the (SRS LIGHT ON) which was a $2,500 repair created by the dealership. 2nd visit got me attitude, Lost car keys, and 50 miles ADDED to the odometer which i don't know why they would need that to do a seat belt change? Contacted Infiniti Headquarters about the problem and Hoffman Denied they even had my car in for service. Took me having to fax a copy of the invoice over to the Headquarters to only get a call back with a million excuses. At this point I'm really sick of it and have no way or time to legally prove there wrong doing. But if i were making things up I wouldn't be up at 4am Typing this. Just going to fix the issue myself now :) Id advise you take your car to any other Shop. As there much cheaper and offer the same or even better service at half the price! Dealers are called Stealerships for a reason. Sneaky brats don't honor anything just all about making $$$

The negotiation process could have been more direct, but it should expected in this type of transaction. Purchased a used 2013 Infinity G37X on Sat. Aug. 31, thru Javier Ortiz. I live in Ohio, and had arranged the purchase through emails and phone calls. Had also provided Javier my credit card # and code for a $ 1,000.00 "holding" fee, since I could not be there for 10 days. Arrived on Aug. 31st, drove car in a slight drizzle for a "test drive", signed paperwork, and was given 30 day plates, to expire Sept. 30. Was told that I would hear from the title company for plates/or transfer. On Sept. 3rd, after Labor Day weekend, notified Javier there was small chip in the windshield. He said have it filled, send him the receipt, and they would reimburse me for it. On Sept. 5, I took car to Airport Infiniti, Cleveland, Ohio to have tire gauges checked out, and a driver's side seat belt issue. They filled all tires, and ordered me a new seat belt. Sept. 9, chip was repaired, cost $ 85.00. Receipt was emailed to Javier. Sept. 11, Rich Altenhuff, left message on home phone stating that my credit card was not charged for the $ 1000.00 and they were holding up title work. Sept. 12, I called Javier and provided my credit card number (remember I had signed all papers on Aug. 31). On Sept. 20, at Airport Infiniti to have new seat belt put in and tire gauges checked again. While waiting for rental, received a call from Rich Altenhuff stating that I owed Ohio taxes on my trade-in (they didn't charge me for them - you'd think that they would know this, since I was told that on Sat. Aug. 31 they sold 8 out of 10 cars out of state - they should be aware of tax laws in neighboring states). I checked with Airport Infiniti and they said "yes" if it was used car. Sat., Sept. 21st I go to the DMV and was told that I needed a Certificate of Title to transfer my old plates, nothing can be done. I call Javier, he said he would check on title, but, not to worry since he can overnight me plates, and would call me Sept. 23 or 24. No call ever rec'd. Sept. 25 evening, call Rich, he tells me he received an email stating documents at Ohio title bureau on Sept. 25 (NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME AT THIS POINT REGARDING TITLE). He tells me to call Diane tomorrow, she starts at 7 a.m. for information. He is very sharp with me on phone, states "you got a good deal, didn't you?". I call Diane Sept. 26 at 8:40 EST - she doesn't start until 9:00. I leave a message. At 10:30 a.m. I receive a call from Nat'l Title Bureau stating they rec'd the documents on Sept. 13th (it took Infiniti of Hoffman Estates 12 days to send the docs!). It's now Sept. 26th - I have 4 days to get the Cert. of title & transfer plates. I leave Javier messages on his work phone and cell phone. He never calls me back. Sept. 27th my husband takes off 1/2 day of work, comes to my place of employment to pick-up Power of Attorney that I had to get notarized at work, and takes car to title bureau. Sept. 28th I go to DMV for transfer of plates. Obviously, they saw no repeat business in me, and could care less of the inconvenience they placed on me. I'm still waiting on my $ 85.00 chip repair reimbusement check from them. Oh, I did receive a letter from Javier Ortiz stating "We want you to be a Infiniti of Hoffman Estates Customer for life." LOL. I give Kudos to Airport Infiniti, in Cleveland, OH and to M.J. Diello, Service Writer who has treated me as if I purchased my car from their dealership, and is willing to make sure everyone is treated as a "Customer for Life".

I am soooo happy that I came across this dealership and Kristi. I was looking at a certified used G37x and moving from a 2007 Ford Taurus was a huge jump for me. The morning of my test drive Kristi called me and told me that the car I wasted to drive was given out as a loaner and that she would try to get it back. That didnt bother me as they had many like vehicles on the lot. Low and behold when I was pulling onto the lot I saw Kristi behind me in the car. We immediately jumped into the car and took it for a test drive. I was almost certain that the dealer wouldn't meet me on my credit unions financing and guess what.. They met it.. They also gave me a respectable price for my Ford Taurus with almost 100k on it. When my coworkers saw the car they swore it was a 2013 since it was so well kept.. I will definitely be recommending friends, coworkers etc. to Kristi.. Oh and shout out to the finance guy his no pressure attitude really helped with my nerves during this big purchase.

I dealth with Internet Sales (Dottie) and Ronnie onsite. They were honest and immediate with responses to my multiple questions. During price negotiations, I did speak with Stuart who was NOT high pressure, but rather we sat down and worked the true numbers for the deal. There was a missing spare tire when I purchased, and they arranged to have it repaired at Nissan and also gave me a loaner car so I wasnt without transportation.I am very pleased with the sales and service I received, and will admit, of all the cars I have bought in my lifetime, this was the easiest and most positive experience I have had. I highly recommend the dealership and Ronnie as their salesperson.

The first time I met Javier he was very friendly and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime and this was the fastest car that I have ever purchased. We had a slight glitch with the car that he had tagged for me to get from another dealership because another dealership stole it from us even though they didn't have a buyer for it. Javier found me another car very fast and had it to me in less than a week. When I came to pick it up he was busy but tried his hardest to work with me and the other customers and did it in a very professional manner. I would definitely buy another car from him.

I was on the hunt for a used premium car and I had Acura/Infiniti and BMW in my mind. I visited Infiniti of Hoffman estates after the dealership near sold the car I had a appointment to see, 1 hour before the appointment. This dealership had 2 or 3 of Infiniti M35x in their stock and we drove one of them although our interest was in another car. We went back after the drive and took a look at Acura and BMW also. We are big suckers for light interiors and could not find any at Acura and BMW plus we were getting only cars that are a segment smaller at either place. We went back to Infiniti of HE and had some more discussions and negotiations and picked up the car that we drove (which was not the one we were considering first). Jason and his team did a good job of answering our questions and helping us through financing and other warranty related processes as well.I would recommend this dealership. They are salesy yet helpful and flexible.

I have never been treated so well by any company anywhere before. I was looking at one of their used cars, priced WAY below what they normally sell, and not once was I treated as expendable. Every single staff member was friendly, and everyone followed up with me. Even after they checked for a loan and couldn't find one, they continued looking for me after I left (unbeknownst to me; what a surprise!), and called in a favor from a bank so I could get the car I wanted. The car was exactly what they said it was, and the price was comparable to what other dealerships were asking. Josh was amazing; he was very professional, but also very relatable and easy to talk to. They could have very easily written me off when at first there was no loans available, but they continued working for me through the next day until they could get me what I wanted. I've been blown away.

He was not pushy or annoying like some sales people are and even when i couldn't make my appointment to test drive the Nissan Murano, he brought the car to me. I bought the car the same day(Tuesday) he brought it to me but didn't take delivery untill saturday cos of my busy schedule. My car was prepped and they even gave me a FULL TANK OF GAS, i got an awesome price for the car and a discounted extended warranty quote.Needless to say, Ronnie has a customer for life. Was looking all over Chicago area for a very specific used Certified G37X, and was becoming frustrated when I wasn't finding what I wanted. I began working closely with Ronnie in mid-November 2012 and he assured me he would do everything possible to find me exactly what I was looking for as regards model, year, mileage, and price. After locating a few "near" perfect cars, Ronnie found exactly the car I had wanted. Pricing and mileage were also where I wanted to be. My wife and I saw that they had a Hummer H2 at the dealership. I called from the number listed on cars.com and I was directed to John Lee a Sales & Leasing Consultant. John took the time to listen to all of my questions over the phone and actually did a "virtual" walk around the vehicle with me via phone. Since we were coming from out of state to possibly purchase the vehicle I wanted to make sure everything was lined up for a potential sale including financing and trade in of our current truck. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle over two weeks ago and no problems. What lead to our purchase?... Excellent communication from John prior to the visit, exceptional condition of the vehicle upon arrival, probably the best test drive experience my wife and I have ever had, about 3 hours of overview of the vehicle from inside out, and honestly... John took the time to listen, answer questions, make my wife feel comfortable with the vehicle and ultimately the sale, and we never felt pushed into it. After a long and frustrating search for a vehicle, Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was an incredible dealership experience. There were no gimmicks, unwanted additions, or pressure to buy options and add-ons that weren't needed. I was able to buy the vehicle that I was looking at (a used 2008 Infiniti G35xS) for a great price. The experience couldn't have been easier. The purchase itself was expertly handled by Javier Ortiz, and his professionalism and courtesy were incredible after an endless line of high pressure, low courtesy salesmen. He made the sales process easy, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole thing. He even went out of his way to sell me a vehicle that was ready to drive, providing me with a GPS upgrade and going out of his way to install it. If that wasn't enough, Javier and the dealership had my mother's suburban washed when I came in to sign the papers. What an awesome, unexpected gesture from a car dealership. If you do visit, ask for Javier. I can't promise you'll get the price or vehicle you'll want, but you'll be treated with respect regardless.

Ronnie Brazier was nice and extremely helpful. I went to the dealership looking for a used BMW that I have seen on there web site. I wanted a all white fully loaded, with cream seats BMW, but then I realized as my family and I where sitting in Ronnie's office, the BMW was not going to be great for Chicago's winter. That's when Ronnie was like, "how about a new Infiniti?" the thought of new was nice, but expensive. I told Ronnie I'll look around the show room first. After looking for awhile with my husban, Ronnie was able to find the perfect all white, white seats, and fully loaded G37x for me, as well as a great monthly payment. To help with the payment he didn't look at my Jeep with a lot of miles as a used up car, he said" let my guys take a look at the jeep and see what they can do to help." I was impressed. He was really trying to help and he did. He also took the stress off looking at the car, because he was able to get my children evolved with liking the car as well as my husban. He also help by having the children watch cartoons as the paper work was being sign, so I could understand the deal with no interruption. Great job Ronnie and I'll recommend him to anyone. Dishonest!!! Will tell you anything just to sell you a car. Do not buy their extended warranty. I made that mistake and now I have to take them to court to get my money back. I canceled my warranty 3 weeks after purchasing it. Over a month later they tell me that the warranty company is dragging their feet. What a lie!!! I called warranty company they had no idea that the contract was cancelled. I've tried to reach their finance manager John for a week and never received any response. When I came to his office to cancel my warranty he was plain rude.Also, if you notice anything wrong with a car you want to buy and the salesmen tells you "we will fix it" do not believe it!! Get every promise they make in writing or go to a different dealer. My TPMS light was on during the test drive and I was given that promise. Well, month later and $1,500.00 out of my packet and it's fixed it. But not by the Infinity. You tell me how well they live up to their promise: "Allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence!"

Took over a month to get title from them and then ended up having to dump money into car to get up to par. I will never recommend this place or drive that far again to get treated the way I did!!!

Just bought a used 2010 QX-56, Top of the Line with approx 7500 miles on it from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. They sold it as a "Certified" unit and represented it was in no prior accidents. Upon delivery it was readily apparent it was previously damaged and repaired very poorly, and they did not perform the necessary repairs to make it right or backup what they promised during the sale. Appears to be TOTAL Misrepresentation from our point of view. Lots of pressure and promises during the sale, BUT very little to NO performance to backup what they sold. We are now going to Arbitration to try and get things straightened out. Very frustrating, and unfortunate because we are (or were) very happy Infiniti Owners. Be Careful !!!

I've been using this dealer for my services while I bought G35 from them and never had any problems. About three weeks ago, I went to the dealer and wanted to sell my G35 back to the dealr and made deals with person name Stewart but when I got the check from the dealer, it was $500.00 less than what we agreed to. He said he never said such amount that I was expecting. Which wasn't true but he completely ignored it. I had no choice but take the car back and took the deal off. When dealer gave me back my title, it was already signed by Infinity of Hoffman Estates and when I asked Steward title is not good for me to take but told me I shouldn't have any problem taking the title back to anyother dealr. Which was wrogn information !!! when I took the car back to other dealer, they refused to make the purchase because they require clean title. Now, I have to get new title which will cost me. When I wanted to talk to the Stewart because of the problem, but he never picked up the phone nor returned my call. Completley igored me!this is absolutely terrible service i've ever had from the dealer.

I took my car in yesterday for an extended warranty repair. Both front wheel bearings and 1 front tie-rod needed to be replaced which was covered under the warranty. The service department ended up having to break off both of my front ABS sensors because they were rusted out. I also had to pay for an extra hour of labor for the tie-rod installation as my extended warranty company didn't alot enough time for the dealership.I ended up buying two new OEM sensors from Amazon.com for $220 and saved over $200 over the dealership price; Joe installed them at no charge for me.*This is the second time I had to take in my '05 FX35 for front wheel bearing and tie-rod issues in the last 12 months and it only has 67,000 miles on it.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 2 weeks and I always thought Infiniti was out of my price range. I was looking online one night and looked at the G25x and saw that it was possible for me to own this car. I had emailed the dealership with the interest of getting a G25x black on black and within a half hour, Eugene had replied back letting me know he had one in stock. I told him that I would arrive on Saturday morning around 9-10 and sure enough Eugene was waiting for me. Took it for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with the car. Coming from a sports car that had a lot of power, I was ready for luxury and comfort and Eugene fixed me up with the right car. Thanks to Eugene and the rest of the staff at Hoffman Estates Infiniti, I drove away in my new car a few hours later. My overall experience with infinti hoffman was a great one. I was interested in a 2008 infiniti g35x sport. I put my contact information on their website and i would say about a half hour later Jason contacted me asking if i was able to come in. I was there one hour later and was greeted by Jason in a friendly manner, we took the car for a test drive. We sat down to work out the financing and i was able to get a decent rate. I drove home that night in my new car.

Jason was straight-forward from the beginning of the negotiations. We worked out a fair deal for a 2011 Infiniti G37x AWD vehicle. The completion of the deal was just as pleasurable an experience with Jason Kopczynski . I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. My rating reflect on the fact that one of thecosmetical repairs was not completed satisfactory and it happennned to be themost noticeable one. I initially set up an appointment to test drive an Infiniti G37 convertible. My sales persone was John Lee. After the test drive I wasn't convinced, then John offered to test drive the coupe, which I fell in love with. I wanted to buy a used G37x to fit my budget. After a very long day, at the end, John helped me get a brand new G37x to fit my budget. I am very grateful because I never thought I would be driving a brand new car. Although I did not test drive the other vehicle he was apologetic for not having it available. A very good experience overall. The sales person I had, Nik Joshi, was very good: he was patient, forthcoming, was really trying to be as accommodating as possible. I would have given a rating of 5, but there were some minor incidents that detracted from the experience. 1. Additional time was not taken to explain how everything worked inside the car.2. I also would have liked to have been provided a CarFax without asking (which I forgot to do).3. The finance guy did not know the amount of my down payment (65%) which caused the banks to come back with a higher interest rate. After resubmitting the finance request with correct down payment info the bank came back with a much lower interest rate.

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I am a mother of 5 kids with a full time job and little time to go shopping for anything much less a car. I was searching online for a used car when I came across the Pathfinder. Nick was kind enough to work with me over the phone since I lived about an hour away from the dealership. The Buying Experience:It all started when my 1991 Celica finally died. It was time for an upgrade. I was shopping online motorwerks.com and I saw my baby! 2006 Infiniti G35 coupe pearl white with all the upgrades :) The next day I went into the dealer and was greeted by Alan. He was so pleasant to work with I felt like he was one of my good friends. We took my baby for a nice ride and I knew if was time to talk. Thats where I met Mike Smalley the Sales Manager. Another very friendly employee. He listened to all my needs, budget and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He did his magic with the numbers and I had myself a new car! Oh not to mention Mike gave me a little love ($) for my antique 1991 Celica which went towards my new ride.After the Purchase:I visit Infiniti Hoffman Estates at least 2-3 times a week not only for a car wash but to talk to Mike and Alan. Its nice to walk into a place where they know you by name and not a dollar sign. I feel so comfortable there that I have even spent 2 hours working on a project for work on my laptop. They have free wifi, some amazing coffee and beverages. Its like my second home. I would recommend to any of you in the market for a car to stop by and take a visit. Your dealership had what I was looking for but there was a situation which caused me not to be able to get that particular vehicle but Dorothy took it upon herself to find another vehicle for me. Which she did. Thanks to Dorothy for not giving up and locating another vehicle of which I am quite satified with.In the future, when purchasing a vehicle, I will consider Infiniti of Hoffman Estate.

It was a real pleasure working with Nik. He was very professional, patient, and was willing to answer any and all questions I threw at him, and I gave him a whole lot of them. He was very courteous as well as appreciative. He explained everything very well about the car I was interested in buying, and when delivering it, he went over all the various functions of the car. As a retired salesman, I appreciated how he handled the sale and wanted to be sure I considered the various options available for the car, and explained them all, so that I was sure I got everything I wanted when I bought it. When we completed the sale, he made sure he thanked me again and suggested I call him if I had any further questions or he could be of any additional service.As for Chris, who I dealt with before, he welcomed me warmly, inquired if I was being taken care of well, and as I was leaving, thank me for my business and encourage me to come back for any service I may need, which I will. WOW is all I can say!Saturday, just drove by and figured we take a look at a vehicle we were planning on buying when we get back from Mexico in a week. A bit busy when we got there but a sense of cool professionalism in the air. Girls at the front said they would get someone to help us. Looked around, seemed like a place I might do business with in the future, figured oh well, we are not going to buy today so why waste anyones time. Out of nowhere came a guy introduced himself as Alan, and asked if he could be of assistance, well since you asked.. We ended up driving a few vehicles, I felt bad bothering him, I could see he was with another customer. However calm and cool he remained, if he would of shown any signs of being under pressure I probably would of left. Some debate between the M and G car but with his assitance and knowledge, you would swear he owns both, the way he knows the vehicles, oh and the boss, (wife) making the ultimate decision, we ended up buying the G. But not with a little bit of a headache. We got down to the point of actually doing the paperwork that friggin same day, we were only there to look ended up test driving and now actually getting ready to take home, like I said before, WOW! Unfortunatly the finance did not seem so appealing and figured I was going to wait. They said they would try on Monday with other banks, long weekend waiting fo it to be Monday. (Put in a bit of work online, told them my finance offer.) Once again WOW! I knew they could help me out, their Finance Gurus took the original APR down almost 50%, beating my alternate financing and gave me a slightly lower price and gave me a second key, I hear they are expensive. (Folks do your homework, and have your ducks in a row, before you go in!) My wife drove her car home with a big smile on her face, thanks to Alan and those Finance Gurus, oh and the girls up front whos chocolate chip cookies were great and the pizza they had there! Remember ask for Alan.

We recommend Alan Murad for his professionalism and helpfulness. We're from Rockford. He drove the car and met us halfway to show us the QX 56. He even stayed way past 10 pm. Peter was also helpful. I know Alan is new to your dealership. You should hire more guys like Alan, he is an asset to your establishment. He went out of his way to make this happen.We were very disappointed with Mike ( one of your managers ? )We were trading in 2 cars ( a BMW 99 740iL and a 97 Toyota 4 Runner ). Mike was firm on $3500 total for both trades. We were at the same time looking at an Armada from our locaL Nissan dealership ( Anderson Nissan- Loves Park ). They were offering $8500 for our trade with their asking price which was reasonable. With Alan and Peter's help, the deal went through. We got $7500 for our trade at $32,700 price for the vehicle ( original asking price was $33,995)but we ended up not getting the second remote key. Had we had a reasonable trade in price, we would have sealed the deal on our first visit to your dealership and save us the trouble of driving down to your dealership with 2 cars for a second time. A luxury car dealership should not leave this kind of impression on its customers, don't you agree? Kudos to Alan and Peter!!!

I initiated discussions with Michael regarding the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle back in December. Events then became such that I wasn't ready to purchase at that time and he understood completely. I contacted Michael again in February and he was as helpful and responsive as I remembered. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. When I walked into the dealership there were 3 possible makes/models I was still considering and I planned to stop in at least three more dealerships. I didn't know if I would buy a new or pre-owned vehicle or if I would buy or lease. Nik was very patient and helpful working through all of the Infiniti options with me. Once I made a decision I told Nik and Chris the time at which I needed to leave the dealership in order to make another committment. Knowing that the time-frame was shorter than any other I've experienced when purchasing a vehicle I suggested that I take delivery a different day so that there was enough time. They insisted that we could get through everything in-time which included getting the vehicle from another dealership. When it came to the financing, I spent significantly less time in Dave's office then with any other buying experience. In the end, I walked out of the dealership 15 minutes before the tight deadline I requested.

When I visited I wasn't sure that I was going to buy a car. Christian who was the new rep who assisted me was not only VERY low pressure, but incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. At no point did I feel like he would force me to purchase the car, or give me a hard sales line. During the test drive I felt as if he was one of my friends helping me understand the vehicle and giving me his thoughts. He was extremely helpful in reaching out after the purchase to verify if everything was ok and if there was anything that he could do more to assist me. When I realized I didn't have the manual he went even further (again after the sale) and found one and had it mailed off to me. This is the 3rd QX56 I have purchased from this dealership in 2 years. I researched vehicles at many dealerships in the area and the one thing I can confirm is that the quality/ condition of the vehicles at this dealership are certainly superior to those I have found anywhere else. This truck I bought last week had some scratches on it and the manager went above and beyond by having a professional body man come in and wet sand the vehicle and buff it out and the scratches were gone. Truck looked fantastic when I picked it up- Definitely above and beyond what other dealers would do. The rest of the staff do a great job as well. After several weeks of looking for a used car, found Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Expecting the long, drawn-out process of purchasing a car, but was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. As I was on a tight timeframe, they did their best to get me out of the dealership with speed and cut through the headache of buying a car. They really worked with me when it came time to discuss price, match rates, and finalize the deal. Stepped up to the plate and worked with me when I needed floor mats, a second key-fob, and the wheel lock for my G35X. The car was in immaculate condition and almost everyone thinks it's new. Nick was very professional, as well as Mike, and Dave. Dave allowed extra time for me to mull over a few points of the deal and I was able to think about it without feeling rushed. Everything worked out. Again, these guys were very easy to deal with and considered the customer at all times. Very nice facility. When you are there, you certainly don't feel like you are at a car dealership, but more like a Brooks Brothers store when purchasing a suit, etc. Very oriented towards the customer and always ready to help.

I went into infiniti of hoffman estates looking for a used fx35. I have been shopping online and in actual dealerships for over 6 weeks looking for the perfect one. The only problem at hoffman was all the fx35's were so nice I had hard time picking one! After several test drives with joel, we picked the one we wanted. Chris came right in and gave us a better deal then we expected without all the back and forth baloney. The facility is beautiful and you are treated very well from the moment you walk into the dealership. Needless to say, we love our new to us fx and highly reccomend infiniti of hoffman for your next used car:-)

Went to Hoffman Estates Infiniti to test drive a 2010 G37x, as well as see if they could beat a trade/new car price I had received from Infiniti of Glencoe. Not only were they able to beat the price, but the overall transaction went very smoothly. None of this "Let me go talk to my sales manager to see if we can do this" type of interaction where they keep you at the dealer for hours to try to wear you down. I went in, test drove a couple vehicles and we went straight to the General Manager's office to see if they could beat the deal that Glencoe had offered. He beat the deal by $200, I picked out my color and was done with the transaction in about an hour and a half. Will send all my family and friends in the market for an Infiniti to Kevin and Chris.

After visiting a competing Infiniti dealer and discussing the various fx35 models and price, I did not believe that dealership had my best interest in mind. We reviewed pricing on 2 different websites. Ultimately, I knew roughly what I wanted to spend and JOEL brougt in the GM, CHRIS CONGLIS. CHRIS CONGLIS continued where JOEL left off. Very pleasent to talk with, easy to do business with and VERY VERY FAIR. They both did a great job of providing me with a hassle-free/Non-pressured experience. And gave me a deal I was extremely pleased with. I did not buy after the first visit, but JOEL and CHRIS did a phenomenal job of follow up and providing the information I needed to make both an educated and comfortable decision. we were originally very pleased with the service we received at this dealership. doug seemed like a very pleasant salesman who was really trying to help us out. we initially were still 6 months away from being able to get out of our current van and into a qx56. he kept in contact with us regarding the availability of cars and when the time came to purchase the car we went straight to hoffman estates, knowing that doug certainly deserved the sale. what we found out that night, was that hoffman did not in fact have the color we wanted at the time. the sales manager, whose name escapes me because i'd jsut like to forget the whole process there, said he would look up to see when they might be getting another of the color we wanted. he stalled us there for more than 20 minutes after telling us that it would take 2 minutes. he did this, i'm assuming, because it was 8pm and knew that the closest other infiniti dealer was 30 min away. it didn't work in his favor though as we did make it to the other dealer and they did have the color we wanted and they DID tell us that infiniti was having a cashback bonus or 0% financing--none of this was told to us at hoffman--big surprise. in any event, they lost $60K--and from the looks of their other review here, it happens to them a lot.

Sales people and Sales manager were very condescending which made the sales experience extremely uncomfortable. The only reason why we bought the vehicle from this dealership is because they were the only dealership in the region that had what we wanted.
