I closed on a car last Thursday (July 29) with Randy Robinson. In these reviews, including 'Responses from the owner', Randy's name appears multiple times for good reason. It's definitely his personality. That is, he's a real person; not a typical salesman, but modest and kind and comfortable to work with. The slight grin occasionally seen doesn't hurt either.

This was the best car buying experience either of us, my husband or I, had ever had. We felt valued as customers, even though we were not buying a brand new car. We did most of the business over the phone, since we don't live in KC, and the paperwork was ready when we arrived. Only had to give our approval when we got there. Jay was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we purchased and gave us a quick, thorough lesson in all the extras. We left pleased and will definitely check there next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle!

My husband and I were excited to purchase our new vehicle at Infiniti of Kansas City and originally it all sounds fabulous. The sales associate was great in helping us find the right car. The car was a certified vehicle but the only problem is that there were two star cracks in the windshield that we had to point out. The car had been certified and it was noted that the windshield was good when clearly it was not. It was not a problem at the time we were told to bring he car back and they would fill the stars and you wouldn't even see them, they would just look like a tiny water drop. First we were a little hesitant about that but was told you wouldn't even notice them. We brought the car back up there for them to fix the windshield and when we got the car back it didn't even look like they had done anything to it, the stars were still there. This was then pointed out to the sales man that helped us buy the car. He said that he would need to talk to his manager about it and then get back to us, we had told him that we wanted for he windshield to be replaced. As we didn't just spend all this money for a car with a cracked windshield. If we would have been told the truth upfront that it might not cover them up instead of being lied to we never would have bought the car. Days go by and of course no one calls us back, we had to call up there again to question he windshield where we were now being told that hey are not going to do anything about it. I can't believe the level of or should I say lack of customer service that we have received. I will never buy a car from them again after this.

In February, we bought a Q50 and worked with Eddie Arnold for an entire afternoon -- he was patient while we test drove six different cars and gave solid recommendations along the way. The experience with both Eddie and the dealership was so good that I came back in July and purchased a QX50! As usual, Eddie was great throughout the day -- even though he was in high demand, he made himself available whenever I had questions or wanted to test drive a different vehicle, and when it came time to options, financing and finalizing, the experience was almost painless. This is a great dealership to work with, and Eddie is top notch -- everything you could want in a car-buying experience!

I bought my Q70L from Rob Evenrud in January. Since that time, he had gone above and beyond to show me the best customer service experience I could imagine. Today I stopped by with waterproof mascara on my suede headliner (don't judge) and Rob personally got the mascara out and washed and dried my car. This was our first experience with the Infiniti brand of cars and it turned out to be the best and easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. We went car shopping on a whim and was immediately met by Chris Johnson as he was headed to lunch. He skipped lunch and helped us thru the process and worked all the way until closing just make sure that we were taken care of. Everyone we dealt with were complete professionals that really made us feel comfortable. Mark Redmond and Chris went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal we could get. Kurt Fahnholz then spent what seemed like forever going over the entire vehicles systems and controls.

To sum it up this has been by far my best buying and selling experience. We worked with Brenan Cavanaugh. The entire process was smooth and timely. They have a very transparent way they do business and are very much a no pressure environment. I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was being taken advantage of. Dallas Summers was a great help as we were looking for cars. He helped us realize that the QX60 was a better fit for our family than the QX80 when we were at the dealership, and he was fast to respond to calls and emails as we were finalizing the transaction. Dallas didnt put pressure on us or try to sell us add-ons that we werent interested in. Overall, we are extremely happy with both the price and level of service we had when buying the car.

We walked in and were courteously greeted by Eddie Arnold. We explained what we were interested in and he quickly got a car ready for us to drive. After comparing two different models we decided on the QX 50 and after only a few minutes we agreed on the price. We went to lunch and when we returned the car was ready for us to drive home. Not a fan of car shopping, I had been putting off the whole process for far too long. Brady met us at the door and it wasn't long before I realized we were in good hands. Brady was not pushy at all. He was genuinely interested in what I was wanting in a new car. He answered all my questions and gave me the time I needed to get everything answered. Brady then introduced us to Mark Redmond. Another very nice guy. My husband and I left there not frustrated or irritated like we had at other dealerships, but instead left there feeling like we couldn't go wrong if we bought a car from them. I serviced a 2011 Infiniti EX35 here during the year and quarter that I owned it and was very satisfied with the service overall, except for one issue which I explain below. Normally you expect service folks to try and upsell stuff and get you to do maintenance that may not strictly be "needed" or recommended by the manufacturer. That was NOT the case here. They did not try to sell me on expensive synthetic oil or Nissan ester oil. They said that regular oil was just fine. Also, they dissuaded me from doing early maintenance on the 4 wheel drive system, saying that there really was no need to do the fluids earlier than the manual called for. Saved me a lot of money. It was really easy to make appointments here and they always had a free loaner for me even on small jobs. The free loaners they gave me were always really nice cars, usually nicer and more expensive than the car I was servicing. They also always nicely cleaned up my car and it smelled really good when I got it back, again even on really small jobs. People in service were all always really friendly and seemed quite competent at what they did. It actually was a joy to come there for service. Only negative was that they were never able to fix some rattles in the dashboard even though they tried mightily on 3 or 4 occasions. Notwithstanding their sincere efforts, they were never able to completely fix the problem, although after the last visit it was definitely better than it was before. On the pre-owned sales side, they were very friendly and had some nice cars in very nice condition, but from what I could tell, their cars seemed to me to be priced pretty high. After shopping here first, ended up getting a 2011 Infiniti elsewhere with 10,000 miles on it for the same price that they were proposing to sell me a 2010 of the same model which had almost 30,000 miles on it.

But, the sales team worked diligently to make the trade-in and purchase of our new QX60 as painless as possible. No pressure sales and they made sure we didn't have to stay the entire night to make the deal. GREAT experience and we love our new car!

My wife and I first visited the dealership to check out low mileage used QX80's but decided in the process that we would move forward with new. Mike Motley, our salesman, worked tirelessly and patiently with us, answering numerous questions and going the "extra mile" to make sure we got the options and color we wanted. Our buying experience was surprisingly enjoyable and I will highly recommend both Infiniti of KC and Mike to my friends. I would feel remise if I did not mention Mark Redman, Manager in this review. Mark worked with Mike to structure a deal for us that was more that fair and he was a real pleasure to work with. I am sorry to say that I did not get her name, but the receptionist in the show room area after I had made just two trips in knew me on site by name, what salesman I was working with and who my wife was. A very professional touch. All in all, a great auto purchasing experiences.

It was fast, easy and informative. Mike didnt put on any pressure. Showed us multiple options and worked to get the price where we were comfortable with it. We were in search of a nice pre-owned car. I found one that we were interested in on line that was the right price and wanted to take it for a test drive. We could not be happier with the way Brady Hames treated us. At no time did we feel pressured for a sale. We pointed out a couple of minor issue that we wanted addressed before picking up the car. Brady took the time to show us that they were fixed. He took the time to show us the features of the car prior to us driving off and said if we have any questions do not hesitate to call.

My experience could not have been better. Specifically, I would like to recommend using Robert Evenrud and Jimmy Foley. Robert had to step in when the initial salesman had to be gone for an extended period of time and took care of me like it was his deal. He responded quickly, helped me negotiate a very fair deal and then helped make the delivery process actually quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership and as a fairly pedantic buyer, he answered every question and made sure a few final details at the sale were handled. 6 months or so ago I bought a new Infiniti Q50 here. The process was easy and everyone there was great to work with. Management at the dealership is great. They are also locally owned which shows. It doesn't feel like a big corporate store where its all about the numbers. I think they genuinely cared about me being happy with the deal I received. And I can tell you 6 months later, they still strive to make sure that I'm happy. When I take the car in for service, I'm always offered a loaner. The car is always done when promised and washed and cleaned. I'm a chronic new car buyer and have experience buying cars from dealerships all over the country. Hands down this is one the best dealerships. Something else that I love is that they have an appreciation for customization. If you are someone that likes to make aesthetic or even performance changes, they can help you out. Regularly you can find a car for sale there that they have made enhancements on just to give it that extra wow factor. A lot of dealerships frown on that, but here they will help you do it. I would recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking at any other luxury brand, also check these guys out. You won't regret it.

Infinity in general has been the best car buying experience my wife and I have had starting back in the early 90's. We have purchased two vehicles from an Infiniti dealer in Nashville and one new and three used from the dealership here in KC, the most recent a used vehicle. Their sales approach, is nothing more than just being helpful (not pushy), their sales people that I have dealt with are all knowledgeable and ready to help you, it's a much more relaxed feeling than the majority of dealerships that the sales people are desperate to make a paycheck and it reflects in their approach. The facilities are immaculate and everyone there is approachable and willing to help if you have a questions. If Infiniti of KC has a vehicle I am interested in I have no reason to buy anywhere else. I have also recommended them to many friends and family and know several have in fact purchased multiple vehicles from Infinity of KC. Excellent service, customer care and buying experience.

Had some bad experiences with major infiniti which is the old dealership. I heard that they were now under new owners and thought I would try them out. Boy was I impressed. Like it was never the old place. They moved and everything. They are now a little further away from me, but it is well worth it. I was so impressed with Dave especially, but also the hospitality. I would DEFINITELY recommend!

The service department is always friendly and helpful when I arrive, and they complete service in a very timely manner. The dealership has a very comfortable waiting area so you don't feel like you're waiting for very long. Always a great experience.

The service center at Infiniti of KC does a very poor job, basically masking the problem rather than fixing it, and VERY dishonest to boot. There isn't enough space in this box to describe the problems I've had with this dealer's service department. Very expensive! This is an Infiniti, not a Rolls Royce! Save yourself the trouble. I will now drive 100 miles out of my way to get my car services rather than deal with these lying xxxx bags.

I highly recommend this Dealer. From the initial greeting I received when I walked in to the final walk through on my new car, the service and overall experience was outstanding. They truly represent a luxury brand and the attention to detail and care about my customer experience was unmatched. It was leaps and bounds better than any of my previous car-buying experiences.The dealership itself is an amazing looking building that screams "state of the art", which is relevant because the Infiniti products all have technology that is above and beyond the competition (BMW, Lexus, etc). I wasn't sure about getting an Infiniti at first, but after speaking with Richard and Joe at this Dealership, I immediately felt more comfortable with them and was given a thorough demonstration on what Infiniti has to offer versus the competition.Having purchased numerous vehicles from varying dealerships in different states, this experience was just different. It was painless from start to finish, which was refreshing. Like many people, I' m very skeptical of car sales people in general, but Infiniti of Kansas City really took the time to get to know me, find out what my needs were, and help find the right product for me. I never felt pressured and I really learned a lot about the cars, they really took the time to make sure I understood the contract and other details.I was almost sad to leave because I enjoyed talking with the staff so much, but I was thrilled with my new Infiniti and will be back soon!

Buying a car can be like going to the dentist. Its something that you have to do every once and a while and it can be very painful. Richard Webb took away all of the pain. A friend of mine recommended Richard Webb to me and told me to call him. Making this call was a little tuff for me because I live in Chicago and he is in Kansas City. I was very specific in the specs for my purchase. While he did not have anything on his lot that fit my specs (08 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ 4x4 was the only car that I wanted. I wasn't surprised because 1. it was an Infiniti dealership. 2. Most Chevrolet dealers only had one or two ) he told me not to worry and that he would call me back. Less than 48 hours later he called me back with three different choices that fit my specs. I went online and compared the three with the rest of the country. There were no cars within $3000 with the same miles. I called Richard back the next day and told him that I was ready to make a purchase. There was no need for a test drive because it was certified and I have already owned one so I know how they drive. Less than 24 hours after that call I had all of the paperwork filled out and returned. The truck was delivered to my front door on a flatbed within a week of my first call to Richard. I am so relived to know that I will never have to go to a car dealership again. Thanks again to Richard Webb and the entire team at Infiniti of Kansas City!!!

Joe and Bliss went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to us after the Xzilion treatment. The one reason we didn't discuss future appointments is that they knew we were shipping the car to Hawaii in less than two weeks.

I had a very negative experience at a local large Ford dealership, which discouraged me and made me rethink my car-buying plans because I thought every dealership would be that way. However, Sam at Infiniti showed me what a positive car-buying experience was like. Everything went smoothly, and I love my new Edge!

Al Gormley began informing me of incentives late in 2012. He understood the process for my company to make a decision and maintained a professional correspondence during the time leading up to the decision. He also knew that I could go to another dealer/vehicle and was considering doing so. He quietly continued to work with me until the decision was made, but always trying to ensure that the Infiniti proposal was within the parameters required for a deal to be accomplished.

I've never had to wait outside to get in to see my advisor. I pull up at my appointment time and Dave comes right out and I sit in his office and then it straight to the lounge!! Love the coffee machine, but as far as the treats, save the money and pass it on to your workers! We appreciate coffee, TV and comfortable chairs which you have!!

I brought my car in for a bad fan bearing and AWD shuddering. I told Brenden, my service advisor, that there was a service bulletin for the AWD shuddering issue that advised the technicians to replace a solenoid in the transfer case. Brenden called me the next day and told me that the squeaking sound that I heard were the electronics shutting down in the engine bay(???) and that they were unable to duplicate the issue with the shuddering AWD. He also told me that he could not find the service bulletin that I described.They told me since they were unable to duplicate the issue that I had to pay $125 for the diagnostic. I was very upset, but remained as professional as I possibly could, but was very stern when I told them that I shouldn't have to pay that. I told Brenden that when I got there, I was going to take him for a ride, and show him the issue. I called him back and told him to look up service bulletin number ITB100-002. He said he would and he would call me back. He called me back and said that the service bulletin states "IF the issue is present, to replace the solenoid. We were unable to duplicate the issue." I took Brenden around the parking lot and duplicated the issue 3 times and he acknowledged that he heard/felt the vibration all 3 times. I told him that we are parking the car and we are going to go back inside and figure out what we are going to do. He went talked to his service manager, Jerry. Jerry came and talked to me and told me that I would have to come back between 7:30 and 4:30 and let one of his technicians ride with me so that I can duplicate the issue for him.I agreed. Brenden was finishing up my paperwork and then said that I owed $125 for the service work that was done. I said there was no service work done, and the issue is not resolved. He immediately referred the issue to Jerry, the service manager. Jerry told me that I had to pay the invoice and there was no way around it. I asked him this question: "If Infiniti fixes something under warranty, does the customer have to pay the labor charge?" Jerry stated no. I said then why do I have to pay these charges? He said because they haven't been able to determine if it is covered under warranty yet. I said well...that's not my problem, the issue is not resolved. The only way we can "determine" if the issue outlined in the service bulletin ITB100-002, is if your technicians hear and duplicate the issue. I told him "Why don't we wait until Thursday so we can determine this first, if it isn't ill pay it". He said no. He said I had to pay the labor charge anyway, and contradicted what he said about warranty work in the previous questions. I said okay, if I pay this invoice, and it is covered under warranty, I want a credit of $125. He said I'm not giving you a refund. I told him I didn't understand why I had to pay for it, if we don't know if its covered under warranty or not, and your technicians can't look at it today. He said I had to pay the invoice no matter what. I told him, yet again, that this isn't fair that I have to pay this if this should be covered under warranty. He said the technicians worked on it all day, were unable to duplicate the issue, and the technicians have to get paid. He told me again that I had to pay. I told him that I refused. He told Brenden to pull my car up and park it and to bring him my keys. Brenden told him that I had my keys. This made him really mad because he couldn't get his way, like he has probably been used to his entire life. He then said to me "You know what, I'll take care of this (waving the invoice). You can take your car and leave and don't ever come back." I told him that he was acting rather childish, and that I simply would like to work this out with the owner and determine if this is necessary that I pay. He continued acting like a child, huffing and puffing, and said we're done and continually told me to leave and never come back.
