Exceeded all my expectations💯 Kudos to Erica. Who was quick knowledgeable and attentive💫Awesome personality🤗. Came in to get my brakes and oil changed. Walked away and they got 3 more things done my hood was slamming they fixed that🥰 asked if they could check my air conditioning blowing hot air fixed that and my windshield wipers needed replacing fixed that as well some on warranty and some weren't BUT ITS DONE..Kudos to the mechanics and Pedro who took my car in and fixed my air conditioner in a heart beat 10 min and I was out the door. After coming to pick up my car🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰

This was my first visit to Infinity - Las Vegas (5555 W. Sahara Ave). While researching their online presence a few days ago, I was impressed with several positive reviews that Erika King received from her prior clients. Therefore, I decided to work with her directly, which looks like the right move so far. Erika was professional, patient, very friendly, and overall, a wealth of information. I had my issues with this place but I must say Tim is great. He is honest and will not charge for a service not needed. I truly appreciate having Tim as my as my advisor.

Consistently great customer service. Maintenance package is worth the money. Lounge was comfortable and basically spotless even though they were very busy. Very happy with my purchase and service from Infiniti.

Tom made everything so simple. From leaving my car and dealing with the insurance company and getting me a rental to getting my car back to me within a timely manor. It was a great experience, of course excluding that somebody hit my car in the 1st place. Thank you Tom!
