"Rob Lettieri" was my sales person. He was great to talk to throughout the entire process. Product Specialist is the correct title for sure. Prior to coming here, I did visit other Infiniti Dealers and the warmth and truthfulness was not the same... When it came time the close the deal, he called in the sales manager " Paul". I have bought new Cadillac's and Lincoln's and Acura's before, so I said to my wife, " here comes the bad guy"... BUT to our surprise the Sales manager Paul, was even a nicer guy!!!! What the hell is going on here? Not pushy salespeople???? NICE??? Not only did I buy a great car but I feel like I made 2 good friends..

Man! I don't know where to begin. I've been dealing with Infiniti of Manhasset for about 2 years. They've helped fix my lemon of a vehicle I purchased from a place I will not mention but they helped fix and maintain it for the past two years thanks to my guy JOE the service manager very honest and helping. On top of that when I was ready to jump in another car JOE introduced me to BEN & MIKE in sales these guys man are unbelievable they worked hard to get me the best deal possible and I'm so glad to say I walked in with a 07' Infiniti and drove out with 16' Q50 on a great deal i couldn't ask for a better deal. HII leased my Q50 here recently and had a great experience interacting with Sofia. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us, even sacrificing her Saturday evening, to close the deal with us. She was very warm, friendly and genuinely nice. She spent time going over our negotiations and did not hurry us, even though it was way past the dealership close time and everyone wanted to get home for Easter. . She was also available to help with any questions after the lease deal was closed. I would highly recommend Sofia.

Family came into Infiniti of Manhasset and was greeted by Sofia Diana. Since this was not our first car purchase, we were expecting pushy sales pitches and expected to walk out feeling a exhausted from a long, tired, drawn out battle. Sofia provided the exact opposite. She was able to answer all our questions, showed us the cars that fitted our needs and worked with us along the entire process. I visited Infiniti of Manhasset to test drive a QX50. Sofia was great right from the start. She was knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. She made the process as easy as could be and was able to deal with any curveball I threw at her; I tend to be annoying! From the test drive to taking delivery of the car Sofia went above and beyond to make sure the experience was perfect. My wife's lease was up the same time and after getting played with by another dealer I decided to go back to Infiniti and wound up leasing my wife the same car, different color at least.Fabulous experience from top to bottom and I'm glad that I chose this dealer and got to work with Sofia. I recently leased a Q50 from Infiniti of Manhasset and it was, without a doubt, the most pleasant auto purchase experience of my life. David Fine, Manager of the dealership, Glenn Alden, Sales manager, and Vinny Quenqua, in the Finance dept, were exceptionally helpful, respectful, and, most importantly, interested in helping me find a solution for what I was looking for (instead of pushing product, which I have seen at so many other dealerships). I transacted only 30 minutes after I walked in the door and everything went as smooth as I could have asked - all as promised, and at a great price! Everyone from my parents to my aunts, uncles and cousins have dealt with Inifiniti of Manhasset before, and I am glad to carry on the tradition! I have to say that I do not like dealing with car sales people. I went in and came out smiling. I traded in my Acura TSX and got a more than a fair value for my trade. I picked the fx 37. I love how I was able to go in pick out what I wanted and 1,2,3 I was done. No issues and no drama like you hear from other dealerships. If you want to be treated fair then you have to come here.

I had a 2 years lease and was ended in Sept. I clearly remember Jerry said there is a $500 Wear and Tear allowance with the lease even it's not in the contract. I ended up with paying $224. I called and found out that's only when you lease another Infiniti with them then they will waive it. I think he is not a honest man and I even referred a friend to him. I will not go back again and will tell my friends around me don't go to this dealer.

I had restarted my car shopping experience not too long ago and after having a horrible experience at BMW of Bayside, I was turned a little turned off to the idea of car shopping. However, after my cousin suggested I look for my dream car (E90 3 series) at a non-BMW dealership I decided to give it a go. He suggested Infiniti of Manhasset so I decided to stop by their lot and, as I was checking out what they had (no E90's in sight) I was approached by Aaron Way and asked if I was looking for something specific. I told him what I was looking for and was told that they had just sold their last 2 but he would check their system because there may be a chance.He brought us inside (great amenities) and sat us down while he checked their system. I was specifically looking for a 2011 328i xDrive, black/black, with premium package at the very least. Well, he told me he had that exact model, including navigation and iDrive, that they had just received it not too long ago and that it still needed to be serviced and detailed, but we could go check it out where it was being held. So he drove us over to the lot and had it brought out; it was in AMAZING condition with the exception of the front right wheel which had caught a bit of curb rash. I got in for a test drive and knew right away I was going to take this car home with me. We headed back to talk numbers and after some back and forth negotiating, I got away with a great price as well as getting the wheel repair done for free. I tried to get some all weather floor mats thrown in for free (hey, why not try right?) but was told that because I was not purchasing an Infiniti, they would not be able to supply me with the floor mats.The next day, when I went to go pick up the vehicle, Aaron informed me that they were not able to secure a new battery for me and so the pick up would have to wait until the next day, 6PM. I was pretty frustrated about the whole thing as I had intended to pick up relatives arriving from overseas the next day and was counting on getting the car that night. Seeing my frustration, Aaron and the sales manager, George Papantoniou, asked me what they could do to alleviate the matter. I informed them that not only would I now not be able to pick up my family from the airport, but I also now had no way back home due to the fact that I was dropped off at the dealership (I live about 40 minutes away). George said to let him make a few calls and he would figure something out for me (no loaners due to the fact that I wasn't purchasing an Infiniti). When he and Aaron returned, I was told that Aaron would personally drop me off at home and pick me up the next day to put me in my car and make sure I was able to make it to the airport by 2PM. This is what I call incredible customer service.As promised, I was dropped off and picked up the next day, got into the office at 12:30PM, signed, paid, and walked out to my car by Aaron. He opened the door to my new (to me) car and told me, "So...I'm sorry about yesterday but...I was able to find you some all weather floor mats...and they're BMW ones so they match your car!" Man, that really made my day. He shook my hand and I got in the car and began messing around and checking everything. I opened the center compartment and found a pen. This pen was sitting on Aaron's desk the day before and I was admiring it and jokingly said to him after paying my deposit "How about throwing that pen in, too?" Well, I guess he did!Would HIGHLY recommend Infiniti of Manhasset. Classy dealership with even classier employees, thanks again guys!

What i really liked is that i wasn't hassled left and right and pushed to buy. The dealership is modern well kept and well stocked, most importantly the people are magnificent. Came across Ben Kraft, super friendly knows his stuff inside out and also does his magic in terms of getting what you need. As a business owner I know what it means to provide exceptional customer service and listening to the client, I must say Ben and his team did this spot on not to mention that my 3 year old son was having a blast (no joke, free popcorn) If you need a quality car and exceptional service plus people skills you must visit this dealership, I know I will be back for sure. I'm not sure if all will agree but purchasing a vehicle can be nerve wrecking. The hassling with negotiations and bargaining with agressive sales people intimidates me. Luckily for me at Infiniti of Manhasset my experience was the total opposite. From the beginning Aaron Way made me feel comfortable. He was very patient dealing with my crazy schedule. Friendly and very professional when ever we spoke or met. Closing the deal without my husband present made me a little nervous but Aaron along with Vinny assured me all will work out in my favor and it did! I am happy with my purchase and will most definitely refer anyone to this dealership.

My story began in June of this year when I purchased a certified used 2013 G37. Shortly after driving the car home, I noticed a strange metal tinking noise emanating from the rear trunk area. The car was immediately taken to the dealer to correct the problem. I ended up bringing the car to the dealer 4 times within a two month period to fix the noise which was apparently impossible to fix. After the 4th trip, I was told by one of the service managers that the car had been in an accident (not disclosed on the CarFax) and the noise was a result of body flex. The car was sent to the body shop and endured 2 days worth of work in which brackets were mounted in the rear to support the frame of the car. The work was all done at no cost to me and it was obvious that the service staff put forth a concerted effort, which eased my concerns. However, the noise was still not fixed after the trip to the body shop and I honestly didnt know where to turn next. I decided to go talk to George, the Sales Manager about these issues and asked if it were possible to trade the car for another certified car on the lot. He told me that he would need to do his own check of the previous service visits and would call me the next business day to discuss our options. Sure enough, George called me the next day and said that they would indeed trade my car in for another. When I visited later on that week, Ben (my initial Sales Rep) and George worked to get me in a better car (G37 Sport) with less miles and a better price tag at no additional cost. I honestly could not believe how amazing this entire staff was in this situation. I assumed the worst, but came out absolutely impressed with their professionalism and ability to instill faith in an otherwise anxiety ridden process. My friends and family have been made well aware of this situation and are astonished with the dealers integrity. I will most certainly be an Infiniti of Manhasset customer for life.

I hate dealerships and car sales people. When I came to buy a car at Infinity of Manhasset I was mentally prepared to deal with the BS- BUT at the end I was blown away. Dealing with Christina Oddo was actually a painless no BS experience. She works fast, she was honest and she actually cares. Days after owning my car I still find it hard to believe that I had a Mind blowing buying experience. I definitely recommend her to anyone that wants a fast no BS buying experience. From the moment I walked in the door the sales staff, specifically Christina Oddo, was extremely helpful in showing me the vehicle options available to me based on my budget and other criteria. When I came back with my family Christina was once again extremely helpful, and particularly patient with the kids (their popcorn machine and free popcorn also helped matters). Once I had decided on leasing a vehicle from Infiniti of Manhasset, particularly the Q70L, they were fair and reasonable in their monthly pricing. In picking up the vehicle Christina explained all the various vehicle options, etc. and even set up the Bluetooth link to my mobile phone before I left. I decided to stop by after work today around 745 pm with a special quote I had received for being active duty military. This would have made my 3rd infiniti purcahse over the span of 5 years so I considered myself somewhat of an infiniti loyalist. What a huge disappointment I ran into as I came into the showroom in Manhassat. What an uncomfortable and unique situation, for what is considered a "luxury" auto brand. Right through the door, the front receptionist gave a quick glance and seemed like she wanted to assist however she was too preoccupied flirting with the valet. So I moved on. Strolling through the showroom, i walked by 6-7 salesmans. I know this since they were ALL in their see through cubicles. 3 salemans were playing with their smart phones, 2 were eating ( this is completely understandable and i am sympathetic) , while a manager stared me down from his booth. Trying to engage with some of the employees ended with a feeling of rejection. So,after feeling unwelcome and awkward, I decided to leave. Went straight to Bayside Infiniti where i was immediately welcomed and directed. Not only that, whenever a salesperson had left, i was asked if i was being helped. At the end of a long work day, very simple common courtesies goes a long way to prospecting customers.

He wasn't pushy and didn't give me a long winded sales pitch like most of these sales people do. He kept very honest with me which is very rare these days. I live closer to smithtown infiniti but based on reviews ,i came to Manhasset.i received my qx60 in march 2014 which was a good experience .after that,service is horrible.first 2 times I waited for my oil change and just to see an advisor,was a 15 to 20 min wait..on 3/18/15,I made an appointment for 7 am and dropped off my car using the night box at 4am.i received a call from robby at 1015 to go over my issues which were nys inspection,10k service and a vibration I felt ..thought my car was being looked at ..I called at 1 to see if car was done and girl answering phones said the car wasn't ready ..I left work and arrived at 230pm to see my car on the lot with the old inspection sticker still in the windshield .when I asked robby why my car isn't done or at least being worked on ,he said people who wait are going first ..I took the keys and left .done with Manhasset.will try Massapequa now and if they are horrible ,I'm done with infiniti..I miss Lexus and BMW service .they are professional and get your car done in a timely manner. No idea how Manhasset is rated so high.i have had better service and respect for myself and my car. Robby(ext 214) showed no interest in making me happy.stay away unless you like waiting and being frustrated

I just leased my second car from Infiniti of Manhasset and would never go anywhere else. There are other Infiniti dealers closer to me in Suffolk County but they make it well worth the trip. I was very particular about the type of car and options that I wanted and they provided just what I was looking for. I was bothered at other dealerships when I seemed to know more about the cars than they did. That's not the case here. My experience with their service department with my first car was always great and I never had a problem with my appointments or the work. I've owned more than a few cars over the years and, now that I have found a dealership that is so accommodating and first class, I will always come back here. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Infiniti makes a great car and this is the best dealership.

For anyone searching for an Infiniti this can be a very stressful and tedious process. I spoke with competition, Bayside and Massapequa wasting entirely too much time and energy and getting a run around. I was just about to give up on Infiniti all together when I received a phone call from a manager named Diana at Infiniti of Manhasset. I immediately thought this was going to be another dealership with another run around. Diana ended up to be a pleasure to speak with and extremely helpful. She apologized countless times for my experiences with other locations and promised it would be different at Manhasset. She negotiated a price for me and offered to send it to me via email so that the offer could not change once I arrived. Going to Manhasset the atmosphere is very professional and as soon as I stepped in I had a feeling this was going to be it for me. I met with Diana who was a doll. She introduced me to a charming salesman named Ed who was just wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Diana showed so much concern throughout my visit checking on us a number of times to be sure she lived up to her promise. This is my second Infiniti but my 1st purchase from Manhasset. I thank Diana, Ed and the staff at Infiniti of Manhasset for making this the 1st positive buying experience weve had in 40 years. You are truly wonderful.

I am in the market for a new car and am deciding between a few different makes a models. Going to Infinity of Manhasset was not just a pleasure, but the staff is exceptionally warm and professional. I dealt with the salesperson Ben Kraft, who was extremely professional, down to earth, and didn't make me feel overly pressured at all. The entire time I was speaking to him, he always seemed like he had my interests in mind, and was very knowledgable about the different models and specs for the different cars . I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman Ben Kraft. You will not be disappointed.

I just purchased a used 2009 Infiniti G37 AWD and the buynig experience was very good. I was given a long test drive (which most dealers are chincy with), I had a good sales person and my car was ready when they said it would be ready. No hassles. Very pleased.

Anytime I have an issue with my infiniti, I don't call my sales rep, I call Paul. Paul has the proper knowledge of all infiniti products and issues expert advice on the matter. I never feel like I overpaid for my services and always walk out confident and worry free about my car.He is courteous and one of the best at infiniti of manhassett.

Kevin is a true gem to work with. The overall experience throughout the entire process went rediculously smooth. I had a very specific 2014 Infiniti QX60 in mind. Was really thinking and prepared that I would have to build one from scratch. He located EXACTLY to the "T" what I was looking for as far as int/ext color and every single option that I truly wanted. Nothing was left out. I even had the option to drive it home later that day. Everything was explained to me as far as how the car works at delivery. Within 24hrs, I felt like I knew the car inside out thanks to all his help and patience in explaining all the new toys and yes of course the impressive safety features that this car has to offer. After doing extensive research on the net, including pricing from sites like cars.com and true car.com, as well as seeing lease prices posted on forums, I was prepared to deal on a Q50S with all the options. I went to my local dealer who took me for a drive but left me feeling cold. No follow-up and a very indifferent attitude. I emailed a couple of dealers for prices and was very pleased with the "immediate" response I received from the internet department at Infiniti of Manhasset. I set up an appointment and although I had to change it, both day and time, I was graciously welcomed and introduced to Tom Christensen who showed me some color choices and sat down to do business. My original color choice proved not to be to my liking, but he found another car for me with even more equipment and sold it to me at the originally quoted price. He even assisted me in paying off my existing lease so that my decision was easier. He is a true professional who knows his product and is an advocate for his customer. I can't wait to pick up my car next week. My wife is in need of a new vehicle towards the end of the year, and I know who I will be speaking with come the fall.

Infiniti of Manhasset is one of the most professional and friendly dealerships I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The sales staff was helpful and informative when providing information about the car I wanted and also on giving status updates on where the car was after it was ordered. They went above and beyond with making sure they met their targeted delivery date. We've bought two cars from them so far and they have both been great experiences. The service department is probably one of the best that we've ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable and right to the point when explaining an issue and fixing it. Getting a loaner while your car is being worked on is never a hassle and pickup and drop off is very convenient. The staff in the service department as well are great people and they strive to give you the best experience possible there. I've never been disappointed. They make you feel like family.

I had driven an I30 Infiniti for many years with very few problems. It made me want to continue with Infiniti if I could find the right deal. Enter Infiniti of Manhasset. When my wife and I entered the dealership we were greeted by Kevin Bungert. If anyone is interested in owning or leasing an Infiniti, you should only hope that you have a "Kevin Bungert" work with you. He is completely familiar wth the Infiniti, inside and out. We felt zero pressure with Kevin while suggesting the G37X sedan. Kevin answered all of our questions and explained, in detail, the car for my wife and I. Now having the car since September of 2013 I can say, without hesitation, I LOVE THIS CAR! We had owned an infiniti prior and went back to dealer in Valley Stream and were not happy at all. We ALMOST didn't even consider another infiniti because of that experience ( didn't even advise us of ongoing programs which we had qualified for). We passed Infiniti of Manhasset and "just for the heck of it" went in. We were fortunate to meet Kevin Bungert and the rest was history. Not only did we purchase a new Infiniti G37 for my husband and I, but we also bought one for our daughter. What more can I say?A super salesman! Simply the best person in service I have ever met. Joe took my JX in for service. He listened to the four issues I reported and unlike other dealerships he didn't try to dismiss my concerns. He set me up with a loaner and even changed it out when it wasn't big enough for my family. Turned out to be a transmission swap job and Joe kept me in the loop throughout. No matter who I called and spoke to, everyone was incredible. Joe made me feel very comfortable. I never like leaving my car for service. I am always worried it will get scratched somewhere or damaged somehow. Not here. The guys that move the cars around do a fantastic job on a tight lot. They cleaned it up real nice too.I also want to mention that the suv wasn't expected to be returned to me until 1 more day but with a snow storm coming I really needed it.. Joe stepped in and got it road tested and ready in time. Thank you Joe.I wish I could have bought the vehicle here but unfortunately I had a unique situation that another dealership could handle better. Next time! I will keep getting Infiniti vehicles just based on the service here.

I like buying cars as much as having a tooth pulled.I went to Rally BMW and was told to look at the cars. After waiting 20 minutes at the front, the guy who greeted us asked us to sign in. I thought he would be the one to assist us. Instead he tells my wife and I that it would be a while before a sales person could assist us. So we we're standing there for another 20 minutes. Now it was the weekend and I was in a tee shirt and jeans. Several couples entered after us and were greeted and asked to sign in. Then they were offered coffee and a seat in the waiting area. My 6 year old daughter turned to me and asked why I wasn't offered coffee. I was so angry that we left. We drove to Infiniti of Manhasset and as soon as we walked in Daniel Charles greeted us. They had pizza there for lunch and asked us to join them for lunch...A+++. He was very interested in what our needs were in an auto. He spent more time with us than I would have if I were a sales rep. We were interested in the QX60 fully loaded. His time, patients and lack of pressure were key in this deal. He broke down the numbers if we leased or bought. The numbers didn't change one cent at the closing of the purchase. I started to panic when we met the finance manager, but again, no pressure to anything. The next day we went to pick up the SUV. Daniel spent over two hours with my wife and I. He went over the car, every feature, synced our phones and took us on a ride to make sure everything was in order. My attitude on buying cars has changed. Now this spring we are going back to get a second car. My wife and daughter loved the Infiniti convertible. Get ready Danny!!! So sorry BMW. Your sales staff cost you $130,000 in sales. I know it's not much to your company, but it's money to me. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Danny didn't.

We have purchased many cars in our lifetime and this was the most pleasant experience we have had. Jerry was very pleasant and polite. There were no gimmicks, lies or hidden surprises. He gave us a price and went through the packages we wanted and that was that. The car was ready when he said it would be and he went through all the features and asked if we had any questions and told us to please call him if we had any further questions which we did and he was so pleasant and eager to help us. We ordered something to be added to the inside of the car and he said it should be in within the week and that he would call us and he did. The service dept was also very nice to deal with. Also when we went over the finances with Derek, he was also so very nice and explained everything to us. It was all such a pleasure. Although the showroom was under construction, it was very clean and Jerry guided us all the way and it was very safe. We would be very happy to recommend your dealership and in particular to Jerry. We love the car and we thank you very much. I hope we will enjoy it for years to come.

This was my first experience purchasing a luxury vehicle. I was nervous that I was going to either be pressured into buying something too quickly or that I would be ignored. I needed someone with patience, knowledge and understanding. Diana Scherillo has all of these qualities. She explained the attributes of each of the vehicles I was interested in while acknowledging that I had a budget to adhere to. There were no scare tactics or make-believe visits to the Dealership 'Manager' in the back to come up with a deal. The result was an experience that was overall pleasant and exciting. I plan to return to the dealership shortly to purchase my first Infiniti.

Most times while purchasing a new car, there is always some nervousness and anxiety associated with the purchase. Mr. Nunez really helped to calm my nerves and streamline the process. He was very thorough and answered all my questions as they arose, not losing his patience when I wanted to go over the details a second and third time. Also, I got an amazing deal on the car I had purchased which I can largely attribute to Mr. Nunez thoroughness. Also, I was very happy that I was not pushed into buying the car; some dealers push too hard which is very unappealing for customers. Overall, he did a great job, and I will definitely be back to purchase another car from this dealership again.

The manager Vincent Demaggio goes out of his way to ensure a great experience.The service team is very friendly and pleasant always greeting me by name and going out of their way to accommodate any request I may have.I have called may times with questions regarding my new Q50 and Vinny always calls me back with the information I was looking for often taking the the time to walk me through the operation of certain controls or features. Paul is my service consultant. He always goes out of his way to help - from placing my registration sticker on my car to finding lost items between the seats, Paul always has a smile and always gets my car serviced quickly and efficiently.Since my time is in short supply I really appreciate the convenience of getting picked up and dropped off at my office while my car is being serviced whenever it fits my schedule. Having my car serviced at Infinity of Manhasset is an absolute pleasure. It's one of the reasons I bought my second Infinity there.

I met with the service manager, Vincent DiMaggio, and expressed my concerns. I can only say that I've been very pleasantly surprised. The people at Manhasset Infiniti are not only professional and friendly, they're honest. From the guys who prep the cars, to the service writers and technicians that make the repairs, all are top notch. I have always hated taking my car in for service in the past. Now it is a such a pleasure, so much so I will continue with Infiniti just for their Service Dept. They greet you by name, sit you down and listen to any concerns you may have. Even if you are having a hard time describing an issue, they take the time with out making you feel stupid or rushed to get down to the exact issue. Every time I go in I know exactly what I am going to spend worse case scenario. I can not tell you the amount of relief I get knowing there are no surprises at the end of my visit. Joe Bosco who is my Service Advisor always has a smile on his face when I walk in and he tries his hardest to get me in and out which sometimes I am so relaxed I feel like saying "OHHHH Already?" I once had a family emergency half way through my service and he must have put and extra hand or two to complete the service to get me out of there within minutes, I skipped the carwash but he said come back during the week and we will do it when you have time. I really can never see myself leasing another brand of vehicle just based on the service I get from this service department alone. Just going in there as a lady who does not know too much about cars and knowing that I will not be taking advantage of as I have in the past is a great feeling and because of Mr. Bosco and Infinti of Manhasset they have a customer for life.

We have been with Infiniti of Manhasset since 2008 and we are ALWAYS extremely satisfied and happy. We are treated like family and our car is always their top priority. I cannot imagine a better experience at any dealership or service center. There is attention to detail and the personnel are always extremely accommodating and totally helpful. I would like to take a moment to compliment the Service Department at Infiniti of Manhasset for the great job that they have done for me and for the ease of the process that they provide. I have given the Service Department a great rating because they have earned it every time that my car has needed maintenance or the occaisional repair. In particular, Vincent DeMaggio has gone above and beyond to be helpful, patient, and informative. He has been accomodating to my schedule, always explained the work to be done, and made sure that the work was done on time. Not once have I ever had to bring the car back after having it serviced and he always followed up to make sure that I was happy.I have owned many cars in my lifetime and have usually avoided having service done at the dealership. It is so nice to have a reliable, honest and professional Service Department at Infiniti. I have recommended Infiniti of Manhasset to my friends and family and will continue to do so. Sent them an email about the Q50 AWD that i was interested to take a look at the car.... got an email back that they would call me in the morning since it was closed.. got a call back in the morning from Diana and went in at 11 am she introduced me to Kelven and started looking at the car i wanted he is really nice cool and listens to what the customer is exactly looking for. My dealings with Infiniti of Manhasset were terrific and made leasing a car a pleasant experience rather than a stressful one. My sales associate, Candace Sweeney was particularly wonderful and I really appreciated her relaxed yet knowledgeable approach. I first went to the dealer a few weeks back hoping to lease a G37x. This did not materialize because the car we wanted was not available. Candace followed up with me and kept me informed while we were mulling over our options. We finally agreed on a brand new Q50 where Candace and the dealership put together an offer I couldn't refuse. From the beginning, she sincerely wanted to "earn my business" and her hard work and determination paid off! This dealership was a pleasant surprise. First impressions are known to be everything and Infiniti has made me a fan already after doing business with this dealership. I was greeted with a smile immediately upon entering. I had only planned to inquire about vehicle pricing and options available and I left the same day with my new car. My salesman Jerry Crittendon, with his extremely professional and calm demeanor made me feel secure in my purchase decision, and answered every last question I had about the car and my lease agreement. I wasn't a fan of leasing before coming to Infinity of Manhasset, but Jerry explained it to me calmly and patiently and convinced me that it really was the best option for me. In Aug 2013 I was involved in a minor accident. In October I started to go car shopping. I went to over 5 dealerships, the on the way home I stopped by Infinite of Manhasset which serviced my 2001 Maxima. I was promptly greeted and sat with a Salesperson named Kevin which help me and answered all my questions as well I dealt with Vinny and David assisted me in buying the vehicle they did not charge any crazy dealer fee, destinations fee, or unusual fee that other dealers were charging me The employess at infinite of Manhasset were very professional courteous and did everything right. anybody looking for a car come by here first and see what they can offer you. Jerry was extremely courteous, patient, and honest with me and my father at Infiniti of Manhasset. He greeted us with a warm smile and firm handshakes shortly after we walked in. We looked at, and test drove, the 2013 Infiniti G37x and Jerry was alongside to answer our questions throughout the process. He got us the best deal he could and took the time to explain nuances. I leased a new vehicle (G 37x) several days ago and could not be happier. David is a great Gm, very attentive. He requested Danny take me for a test drive and show me the various functions of the car. He was very patient and expertly answered ALL of my questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and customer service I received here. Diana is great to work with. I gave the dealership a second chance after a bad experience at Infiniti with a different Sales person and Diana reached out and was very nice and offered additional options. I ended up leasing a new Nissan Armada from their sister dealer Great Neck Nissan (part of Titan Auto Group). She offered an option for me to get into a new Nissan and not an Infiniti which I thought was great for Titan and the owners. She did a great job, put me in touch with the Wholesaler to purchase my old Nissan and put me in touch with Stacey Baron at Great Neck Nissan and I was in a 2013 Armada Platinum in less than 36 hours! Great overall experience. if you are in the Market for a new Infiniti the person to work with is Diana Scherillo - she is great and can make any deal work.

What a pleasure it was working with Lou D'angelo. I purchased a certified pre own lease, signed the papers that day though the lease just got returned that day they were waiting on the title to come in, in the meantime Infiniti at their cost gave me a loaner car. Lou was amazing he had a lot of patience with me. I owned a jaguar, lease a BMW,. but the service here at manhasset infiniti doesn't compare to the other dealers out there. This truly was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Infinity of Manhasset ;)

I dont normally like to write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received at the Infiniti of Manhasset.My experience was a good one. My Uncle and I were greeted by several people when we arrived. I was later Introduced to our sales person Jacqueling blumber ,she was very helpful and pleasant.I explained to Jacqueling what I was looking for, and she brought us to the car lot , where I looked at several options . I felt so comfortable working with her, she was my new friend "Jackie, she said to call her. I was in the market looking for a Suv and I was working with various sales personnel but none compared to Jackie. She wasnt forcing me to purchase vehicle , rather she was trying to establish a mutual bond . I was so convinced that I was going to get used car but she later opened my eyes to various options, she asked me if I would consider leasing. At first I did not want to but she worked out some numbers that worked perfectly along my budget. I got even more excited as we cruised around the block in my dream car, a brand new 2013 Infiniti FX37. The deal was not completed as yet ,I had to worked with the finance personnel to finalize the paper work . He was also very helpful in finding me the best rate. We were offered pizza for lunch , as they tried to finalize the paper work(and this was some good pizza not the regular pizza you get at pizza place) We were offered several beverages to choose from .The final moment was here , everything when through ,there was only one problem I had to get insurance on the vehicle . Jackie made several calls to get the best rate, it appeared all the insurance companies were not budging on giving me a good rate. That did not stop Jackie, from calling other sources and finally we got the best rate . Jackie was very persistent and patient throughout the entire process. Overall Infiniti of Manhasset his one of the best dealers I have ever went to .The staff are professional and courteous. Jackie I believe demonstrated all the good qualities of a remarkable sales personnel and more. .

This dealership will do anything to make a sale and then when something goes wrong with the car they treat you like garbage. My transmission supposedly blew on my car the DAY my car's warranty expired. Mind you, it only had 60,000 miles on it. I figured they would try and help me out and get the transmission covered. They did not. My car was towed to Infiniti the very next morning. I was informed that my transmission was blown and it would cost almost $6000.00 to have replaced but they would help me out as much as they could with Infiniti corporate to get it covered under warranty. Well, they did nothing to help me. Told me I never got anything but oil changes so why should they help me out. Long story short, I got my car towed out of there and towed to another transmission shop. About two hours later, I received a phone call from my transmission guy stating that the battery was dead and the transmission just needed to be programmed. Infiniti of Manhasset was trying to get me to spend $6000.00 on a new transmission that I never needed. I will NEVER EVER buy another Infiniti again. A bunch of crooks.

This was our third Infiniti dealership we visitied on Long Island. The first two dealerships were only interested in selling us the cars theyhad on the lot. Lydia Coleman was very professional and prompt in answering our initial internet request. She collected our requirementsand worked with her mangers to review inventory. She arranged our appointment to meet with Kelvin Ninez, our sales rep, and we spent minimal time choosing and neogtiating a fianal price for the car. Kelvin and his manager explained to us how cars come off the boat and how and where the accessories are installed on the vehicles. This information helped us make a better choice in selecting the accessories we really needed. The paperwork and sales tax/title, etc. numbers were expalined to us in detail. The closing on the car a week later was streamlined and informative. The car comes with loads of technology; Kelvin spent a good 30-45 minutes reviewing all of the features with us before we got behind the wheel to dirve. This dealership was the best one on Long Island based upon my wife's and my exepriences. We look forward to many years of happy servicing with Infiniti of Manhasset.

The EX was my fifth Infiniti lease and decided to be a loyal customer because my leases have not disappointed me in the past. I requested a quote from Infiniti of Manhasset while on-line. Lydia Coleman responded within minutes and requested my thoughts on what I was interested in. After a couple e-mails an appointment was made for the following day. My girlfriend and I were looking for a reasonably priced pre-owned vehicle. She wanted to check out an Infiniti, but when she knew that it was out of her price range, the sales people jumped in quickly to help her find the car that she wanted. They took down the specs that she was looking for and within minutes, they brought her to the Altima that she fell in love with. The sales staff was not pushy at all and they were very hospitable. In regards to financing, we were concerned due to the fact that we are both students. the manager Vinny seems to have a great relationship with the banks and was able to help us get a fair rate at a fair APR. The sales people here make you feel like you're home and they make you feel like you've known them for years. I have recommended Infiniti of Manhasset to all of my friends and family. As the end of my lease was approaching in about 5 months, just asked for any early termination promos and that lead us to sitting down and giving & getting all the necessary information. Isaiah followed up with many phone calls trying to make the deal go through, but unfortunately the dealer wasn't able to meet my numbers. A couple of months passed by and Isaiah called one day out of the Blue to let me know about a promotion they have and seems like now they can meet my numbers. So, back and forth on the phone a few times during that day and we finally made it to the dealer and they were 90% close to meeting my numbers. However, we shook hands, signed papers and drove away in a spanking, brand new G37 Convertible, Black on Black, sexy beast :) Thank you Isiah for making it happen. If you're in the market to get an Infinity, this dealer is the place to go to, and Isaiah is your man. The place is always squeaky clean, everyone is very respectful, helpful and not pushy. Just leased a JX35 and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. I absolutely recommend going to Tivon. He was not pushy at all and not giving us the usual lip service just to try and get us to buy a car. He was patient and really took the time to figure out what would best suit our needs. Unfortunately we had a slight a problem with the DVD player only a few days after purchasing but instead of getting the brush off he took charge and continued to provide the kind of customer service you could only hope for. The people in the service center are also extremely professional and accommodating and leave you feeling like they actually care. I think they have ruined me for any other dealership.

The entire process from the moment I spoke on the phone with Diana until Peter walked me out to my car was amazing. Never once had a "sales pitch' "let me talk to my manager" atmosphere. Stress free and painless process of getting me exactly what I wanted in my brand new car. I would highly recommend the Dealership as well as the Diana and Peter to everyone I know. We recently visited Infinit of Manhasset and had a very positive experience dealing with this dealership and it's employees. Our salesman, Jerry Crittendon was courteous, accommodating and very knowledgeable about all Infinit models.We first visited the dealership close to closing time on a Saturday evening and decided to return on Sunday to test drive; Jerry was not scheduled to work on Sunday but gave us his cell number and told us to call him on Sunday morning on our way in so that he could meet us. When returning on Sunday Jerry met me and my wife and spent the time needed to test drive and explain our options. In addition, John Randazzo, manager spoke with us and spent time explaining various options with us as well. After visiting various car dealerships, our experience at Manhasset Infinit was by far, the most pleasant and definitely worth sharing.

I purchased a vehicle through my wife's VPP plan but prior to getting the confirmation number, the quotes were better than the competition. With the VPP pricing it was extremely better. They did a great job.

I enjoyed my experience with the dealership because they respected my time. Other times that I've purchased cars, it drags on for hours and hours. I did not have time for that - and they helped make it a "sign and drive" type of experience. I had almost everything set up in advance of arriving at the dealership. The car and the paperwork were waiting for me. It was great. After I purchased the car, the salesman took the time to sit with me in the car and go through it's operations. Nice touch! He could have just said, "See ya" - but he didn't. He answered all of my questions and I'm very glad that I chose that car and that dealership.

David and Kevin went above and beyond with ALL aspects of the sale. They scoured dealerships to find me the color as well the options i wanted in my JX. The experience of buying a car at this dealership was bye far the best of all cars I purchased. I shopped at 4 other dealers and not only was the price the cheapest but the experience was great. Leasing an Infiniti G37x from Infiniti of Manhasset was a pleasure. They were HONEST, and straight forward, two qualities very rare to find in dealerships. I was scheduled to pick up my car 2/28/13. I was pleasantly surprised, when I arrived earlier than scheduled time, the car was tinted as I requested, clean and ready for pick up. The entire paper work process was easy and hassle free thanks to Danny my very knowledgeable Sales Man and sweet Carolyn in Finance. Danny also took the time out to go over step by step all the fun and innovative gadgets inside the car. Overall, my experience was wonderful. I'm very impressed with both the Sales Team & Service Department. I bought my Infiniti about 1 year ago and love it even more today. The Sales Team was welcoming and accommodating. When I spoke with Diana she was able to help me in getting a better price then what I was already given by many other dealership. Vinny Quenqua was also a pleasure, he helped in getting me a better interest rate then I had been offered. I was given 1 years free oil changes and can honestly say I'm happy with the service department. Recently I was due for my first oil change that was not going to be free. I went there nervous when my free oil changes ran out knowing it may hurt my pocket since I've only known service to confuse me into paying for things I don't need or over charging but Paul and Vinny DeMaggio actually printed me a coupon from the store website. I didn't even think to ever check for them but I was so happy to see they actually went out of their way to save me money.Most people forget a name and face once you leave a dealership. These guys not only remember you when you come in but are happy to see you every time. I left spending under $30.00 that day and felt great about my decision all over again. Got an Infiniti G37xs here and the experience was excellent. Michael and the staff at Infiniti of Manhasset were extremely accommodating and professional. They worked with me to get the car I wanted at a very agreeable price and the level of customer service was just outstanding. Light years better than my initial buying experience at Legacy Infiniti 3 years ago. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had and I'm very satisfied with not only the vehicle itself, but the service and support I can expect for as long as I have the car.

Michael Hurtado is an excellent salesman. Knowledgeable, not pushy, and extremely helpful. Leasing a G37x from Infinity of Manhasset was a pleasure. I have never enjoyed the car shopping/buying experience prior to getting this car. I was unfortunate enough to get a flat tire shortly after getting the car, and yet the ease of going to get it fixed was easy and stress free. They replaced the tire free of charge, washed the car for me and got me on my way quickly. Although I have only had my car less than a month, I can already see myself getting another infinity when this lease is up.

My M37 and my wife's GMC truck were both destroyed by Superstorm Sandy, as was the whole first floor of my house. I contacted every Infiniti dealer in my area b/c i knew i wanted to get my wife the QX56 since Infiniti was running a very generous program for Sandy victims like us.Diana Scherillo the internet sales manager got me a great price on a truck and set me up with an excellent sales associate, Tivon Golden. They both understood that with my house and cars destroyed i had very little time to spare and really couldn't come into the dealership to work out the deal which we got done over the phone and email.To make matters worse, for reasons i won't go into i had to delay actually closing on the truck, even though we made the deal and i put a deposit down. Tivon and Diana were extremely understanding and held the truck longer than i ever expected. I picked it up New Year's eve and my wife and i couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service we received from Tivon, Diana and Infiniti of Manahasset.

I want to start off by saying that everyone that works here is friendly, courteous, and professional. The people I worked with exceeded all expectations and have won me over for a second time!!!! Diana was fantastic at accommodating my taste and needs as she made some wonderful suggestions for color choices and options, and sealed the deal with a great price. I never felt pressured to buy or feel like I was being "sold". Just an honest and classy experience from the second I walked in. Dan was great as he put it all together and made it happen, and Mark Klein was a gentleman and tied up all loose ends with the financing. All in all a great experience and Infiniti should be proud to have such a great team working for them. I have already recommended them to several people I know looking to get a new car!!!!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned infiniti g37x sedan from infiniti of Manhasset. I primarily dealt with a salesman by the name of Louis D'Angelo. Lou was a pleasure to work with as he exuded class from the start of the buying process all the way to its end. He was extremely patient, friendly and most importantly, treated me with great respect. He was able to work out a very fair price on this vehicle. Needless to say, I ended up with this awesome car and a huge smile on my face. Though I really wanted this car, working with Lou made me want to give him my business because he treated me like a human being, not a number. Lou's superb customer relations didn't just occur throughout the buying process. He also extended himself after my purchase by conducting follow-up calls/emails to make sure everything was going well with the car. He is a true class act. I will definitely be purchasing future infiniti vehicles from him and this dealership again. Don't waste your time going to any other infiniti dealerships. Diana Scherillo and Samantha Roberts were so helpful! These girls are in the Internet Department, Diana is the Internet Manager for the dealer and Samantha is one of the internet representatives. I live in Long Beach and when the water breached during hurricane sandy it was only a matter of minutes before i saw my car being submerged under water :(. A few days later once i was settled at my sisters house in Bayside, I submitted a request online to a few dealers for some information on a new G37x. Infiniti of Manhasset answered me within minutes!!! I spoke initially with Samantha and then Diana followed up. Both were so friendly and nice on the phone, they were able to answer all my questions! I told them i was coming from Bayside and didn't have a ride out there. Samantha told me that if i took the train to Manhasset, ( a short 15m ride ) the dealership would have their valet service come pick me up at the train and drop me back off after my visit! I thought this was so great! So I came in a few days later after my initial request. Both girls came and greeted me which i thought was very nice and professional. The girls stayed chatting with me until i was able to be seated with a sales representative a few moments later. I would 100% recommend using the internet approach to start off your next car purchase! Their quick response and vast product knowledge really helped me pick Infiniti of Manhasset over anyone else. My overall experience at Infiniti of Manhasset was wonderful!! I was very careful this time around shopping for a car... I was going to test drive every single 7 passenger vehicle so that I made the right decision. I did but it took me down to the last 24 hrs that I was going to be with out a car. Well when I decided on the new infiniti JX I was at the end of my rope and my timeline. I was in such a rush that I had to go in with all three of my children, Jackie did my paperwork within 45 min (right before my three kids dentist appointment) and Diana was amazing as well she not only sealed the deal but went into action to calm me down and actually occupy kids while I signed paperwork and provided my information. I was in the exact car that I wanted in less then 24 hours and it was a painless transaction... By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car (I could do with out the singing at the end but my kids got a kick out of it!) .... I think it is safe to say that they have a new lifetime customer. I think I will be seeing them sooner then later... turns out my father inlaw is in love with my new car and wants me to bring him in when he is ready for a new car.

Another impressive move by the sales representative named: LOUS D'ANGELO was that he knew everything about the vehicle i wanted to know. He was well prepared to negotiate a deal. We walked in... And out with a car. I am very pleased with his work. And i hope to see him there everytime i visit. He is a hard, fine, young worker. I thank the entire infiniti of manhasset for their efforts. Just picked up my 4th Infiniti from Infiniti of Manhasset. I've always dealt with Bernie Meltzer of sales. He is a pleasure to work with. He threw in wheel locks, carpets, cargo net and some other accesories. No high pressure tactics like this price is for today only. Got a very good price without having to haggle. I also want to mention their excellent service department. I'm mostly famiiar with service advisors Paul Brundage and Robert Picoli. I once had a problem that Paul himself fixed coming out to my car in the lot without me having to log in for a service visit. Infiniti of Manhasset is tops in sales and service.

This salesperson was initially nice and gave us a pretty solid deal but then he went back on some elements of the offer and when we were displeased he became inappropriately personal. He told me to "sit down" and said I was "in a bad mood since I came in". Boy, what a shame such a nice car and such poor manners. Luckily another Infiniti dealership gave us an awesome deal and great experience.

I purchased my 08 Fx35 from Infiniti of Manhasset in April of 2011. The sales team there are fantastic!! You actually get to enjoy buying a car/truck from them. You don't get harassed by pushy salesmen. Everyone there is very polite most importantly respectful and classy. The main reason I take my truck to them for service is because of Joe Bosco. If you ever get the chance to meet him you will know what I mean.. The man goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his customers. It's like he doesn't know the meaning of the word "no". Jerry Crittendon LIED to me - plain and simple! I called to see if I can get the same deal that my friend got on his G37 at a different dealership, and Crittendon said "I will honor that deal" without hesitation. He then went on to call me several times that day and said that there are only 4 cars of the that class left. He made me give him a creadit card to "secure" the car. He called me the following day to "make sure I was coming" and when I came, he started by saying "we are not even close moneywise"~!!!!! This was all a scam to get me to come to their dealership and I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone. I'd like to believe that not all car salesmen are like that....and if you chose to come and use this place stay away from this guy!

After putting a $500 down payment on a vehicle on Saturday evening I get a call Monday morning not to notify me that "your car is ready for pick up" but rather the SOLD my car! On top of that it took me a month to get my refund. This is the worst dealership out there everyone beware. The sales reps are 2 faced. They even ran my credit 4 times lowering my score. I ended up purchasing my Infiniti from competition out east. I DO NOT recommend this place

I got a beautiful fully loaded AWD car with Navigation and even a back-up camera! I love love love my new car its truly the best luxury car I ever bought! I have had BMW's and Mercedes BUT.....this is truly a sport car it is fast and fun to drive but still full of luxury! Thank you Infiniti of Manhasset for the great experience and the 1 year of oil changes...I just had my first oil change SERVICE WAS GREAT TOO they worked with me to get me in and out and get me a quick appoinment. I am now a dedicated Infiniti owner : )

I just got my new lease of a new 2012 M37x and I was so happy with the process I'm writing my first car review. I had two previous leases with infiniti of manhassett but this time they went above and beyond my expection. My lease was ending on my 2009 G37x and I was being told by friends to go to 3rd party direct leasing corp's to get a better deal for my next car. I was quoted a price for a new 2012 G37x that was great (by the direct leasing corp) but I decided to swing by the dealership to test drive the M to see if I could get a good deal on that car seeing as how I was getting a great price for the G. The car drives like a dream and I was very impressed but I was planning on getting a G37 as the M was a bit pricey for me. My saleswoman was Jackie and after we went for a test drive we sat down and she asked me if I would consider leasing an M if a great offer was made. I said sure, but it would have to be an amazing offer. She got up and came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. I had to put 0 down, yes ZERO down and my monthly payment would be comparable to what I was paying for my current G37. So without any out of pocket expense, I was offered an upgrade to the luxury M37 for the same price I was paying for my G37. I signed right there and then. Not only that, but the dealership went even further taking in my current lease 5 months in advance saving me thousands. I just dropped the car off by them and they took care of everything involved in returning a lease. I could not be happier with my experience at Infiniti of Manhassett and the car is absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Jackie for making this such an easy buy. Consider me a customer for life. He kept trying to get me to come in when this place is out of the way for me and all I wanted was a quote. On their website... they said to call for a quote. He had no interest in providing me a quote. In the end, I didn't even get my quote. He just wouldn't give it to me because I didn't agree to come in.

My wife and me were almost done with our Nissan Altima 2.5 and were ready to upgrade to a higher class of car, but we tried to stay in the same family - Nissan/Infiniti. Our sales person was Jerry. He was very courteous, easy going and likable. We had another 2 months on the Altima lease and minor scratches and dents. Jerry promised to take care of the last to payments and scratches and dents with the deductible and roll all into the payments. We got the G25X, and the car was ok, since I did not want to push too hard with the sales agent in the car. Jerry almost swore by it, better all around than an Altima.We got the car. Our nightmare began. The car did not perform that good, and in fact, was worse than an Altima 2.5 stock. Came back to Jerry and Mike Piazza stepped in to assure us that G25X 'was' a better car. Not worth the money we leasing it for. WAY WAY WAY overpriced. Than we found out that the car was returned with only the deductible paid, and the rest was on us. Got stuck with almost $1,000 of additional cost from Nissan/Infiniti financing. Tried to resolve the issue with the sales person and the manager, and got nowhere. Called to the Nissan/Infiniti financing, and being 9 years with Nissan already, got nowhere.Would NOT RECOMMEND dealing with Infiniti of Manhasset. We were first time car buyers with sub par credit. We originally came in to buy a g37x coupe, however because of my sub par credit the banks wouldn't let it happen. Jackie was extremely helpful finding me options that I LIKE and coming up with solutions. Despite the fact that we weren't getting the car we originally wanted they still helped us out. Mike the Sales Manager was also able to help us out by searching through his inventory for a car that the bank would approve. After 2 weeks we were able to finally find something and drive off with it. These guys worked really hard to help us get into this car. Even though the rates were steep, they were the only dealership to get us into something. I really look forward to coming back here to trade in the car we got in a year or two to get a g37xs coupe.

I just purchased the G37S that I have been leasing for the past three years. It was a completely stress-free, pleasant experience. Stop by and visit if you are thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle, ask for these two salesmen, Kevin or Peter, two class acts, if things get critical and you still can't get the price that you want, go to the Manager John B., he is the godfather of the operation, he won't let you go easily. I purchased a new G25x white with Moonroof as a surprise for my wife. but my wasn't thrill with the performance of the car. so brought it to upgrade to a G37x. glen(sales manager) was fine with it and will work with me. This guy has a great attitude! He and David(general manager) said "they value their customers and customers are happy with the Car". They didn't try rip me off with the price of the upgrade(very fair price). By the way my sales(Jerry)was a sweet man(The voice of Reason), i got a good price for my car. These guys were gentlemen and very genuinely fair individuals. At the end of day i would recommend my family, friends and colleagues to this dealerships!

exceeded my expectations again. I just purchased my second G37 from this dealership. Even though I received outstanding service with my first car I still did my shopping around at other Infiniti dealers and found their high pressure techniques, dishonest and unscrupulous. Everyone at this dealership treated me special. From the valet that greeted me and parked my car to the General Sales Manager. Ed Parker my Salesperson and Mark Klein the Finance Manager went out of their way to make sure I was happy. In the end I received a great deal and I already know the service department under the direction of Vincent DiMaggio cant be beat.

I leased my new 2012 m37x on Monday Feb. 27th. I've purchased & leased many cars in the past, including a g35x I have to say I've never visited a dealership as good as Infiniti of Manhasset . My sales person made the process a breeze. There was no back and forth they did what they said for the price they said. First I went to another Infiniti dealer and thought I made a deal, but I found out it was no deal at all because when I went to pick up the car they asked me for additional money they claim was for some sort of fees, which were never on my lease order. Then they said they would waive them, I had a real bad feeling, felt that they were not an honest dealership, so I left and canceled the deal. I mentioned what had happened to a coworker of mine and he said his neighbor had just got a new Infiniti. I asked him to find out where they got it from, he said he would find out. Next day he told me his neighbor said she was recommended to Infiniti of Manhasset, so I went on Monday never mentioned to them what happened at the other dealership, they had a much better selection of cars, and the price was with in a couple of dollars. I felt very comfortable there, every department worked well with each other, meaning I was introduced to the sales managers,finance and service manager.And I had the choice to take the car home the same day, so I did. It was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. PS. what a car the m37x is I just came out of a 5 series BMW the Infiniti has so much more equipment and technology, and the best part I'm saving a lot of money each month.

My rating has been what i experienced anytime iam in their office. Jacqueline is the main connector. She is a great lady. This is the 3rd time I have retured to this dealer to lease a automobile. In 2006, in leased my first infiniti; g35x, and later in 2009,I returned that vehicle and leased a 2009 G37XS. Overall I was very happy with the experience, and in 2012, again I leased a 2012 G37XS. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and willing to make the buying experience a remarkable one.

When I decided to purchase the new 2012 infiniti fx35 limited edition suv i went to my closest dealership. I was unhappy with the service and pricing so i decided to go to a different infiniti dealership. I was unhappy with the service and pricing I received as well. I then went to Infiniti of Manhasset. I was approached by Pete Matterazo who was kind and caring towards my needs. He made my buying experience go from a major headache to a care free enjoyable experience. I was extremely pleased with the way i was treated and I couldnt be happier with with my new vehicle.

These three guys made what would be a nightmare of a transaction a pleasure.See, I bought a used car from another dealer that was smart enough to take the vehicle to INFINITY OF MANHASSET to be serviced. They took me aside and explained all that was wrong with the car and took me under their wing.Usaully I would be a little defensive and weary but they really made me feel as if my mom was there to wipe away my tears after a bad fall.They are very profesional and curtious.Go and see them before or after you by a new or used car.If you go before,you'll be glad you did.

I had a really great experience with Diana Scherillo & Tom Christensen. I was very happy with how i was treated and by there quick response to my questions and immediate answers. When i had questions they were honest and accurate, and being that this was all done through the internet i was very ecstatic. When I arrived I was anticipating the hidden fees and white lies like other dealers have done to me in the past. To my surprise the agreement was more then accurate. Diana was very polite and made me feel very welcomed. I WOULD RECOMEND Infiniti of Manhasset.

Our experience with Infinity of Manhasset, particularly with David Fine and his service manager Vinny DiMaggio, has been fabulous. We've been buying our cars from this company for years and the sales and service have always been impeccably superior.There's never been a promise made that hasn't been kept---appointment times have always been closely adhered to with us never having been kept waiting---they have always explained the work that needs to be done and the work performed carefully so that we understand everything clearly. This company, and these two individuals, truly know the meaning of professionalism and courtesy. In this day and age when so many people are rushed to make a fast dollar and show little or no interest in the consumer, this company and these people are rare. If anyone ever asks us to recommend a car and a dealership, it's always Infinity of Manhasset, hands down.

I was very happy with my purchase of the EX35. Peter was a great help to me when I couldn't decide between the G37 and the EX35. He explained all the features, set up the bluetooth, downloaded my phone box and made me feel very comfortable. He also set up an appointment for my daughter to stop by to go over everything. She will be driving too. Infiniti of Manhasset was recomended to me by a co-worker and I will say they have exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank everyone for a pleasant buying experience. I Love the EX35 and the camera is the Best!

They are a bunch of cheaters, they agreed on a price till the moment when I wanted to close the deal, then their rep was gone and the manager came up saying they couldn't do it at that price and he didn't know why that rep agreed on that price. I spent 2 days on them and hoping thats it, but they really demo-ed a new level of sucking.

I bought my 2010 Infiniti Convertible this past March. I am so in love with it. It has a wonderful interior with amazing options and a beautiful looking exterior. When I bought the vehicle, I was a little skeptical of the price, but I am so happy that I bought it. It drives very well, and has been a trustworthy car for me to go back and forth to my job. The only downside is that when the convertible top is down, there is no trunk space. But it is like this in any hardtop convertible. The employees were very friendly and dealing with customer service has been very easy. I was nervous that Infiniti was going to have the same tire problem that it has had in the past, but the tires have definitely been improved. All of my experiences in the dealership, and within the car, have been great ones. If I have even the slightest problem, I feel comfortable calling the dealership. It has been a pleasure to work with them in the past and present, and I plan to work with them in the future.In response to the kid below me:So you are under 21, and are making a payment of $685 a month? What kind of college kid's parent allows them to take on such a payment? And what kind of college kid, thinks that he can pay that much a month, maintain maintenance, and allover handle a car of such luxury, and power all by oneself? I am greatly confused. Also, while $685 is definitely out of the reach of a college student, please let me know how you got such an amazing deal. That is a cheap payment, and one that is way better than what I'm working with now. Im confused as to how you possibly talked them into giving you such a good price, being that you are under 21, and you should appreciate them for that. If the car is stalling, you should learn how to drive a stickshift, or revert to an easier automatic car. I don't understand why you would buy a brand new manual car, if you don't know how to drive it. Also, I'm not sure why you require a car in Philidelphia, a city. College kids don't need a car to get to college especially when you are lucky enough to live in a place that has subways and buses for your use. Are you going to college in a different state? The other reviews may have some truth, but I find this review unqualified, as this driver is obviously inexperienced and frankly I don't understand how you could break a car that fast. I've had my car for a month longer, and have put 15,000 miles on it already from commuting, and I have none of these problems.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a brand new convertible in April '10. In August it started having engine problems/stahling. It has been back 5 times and unsafe to drive for over 45 days. After first telling me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle 1 week later they replaced the entire transmission(Over a 10,000 dollar job). The vehicle continues to repoduce the same issue but they claim there is nothing wrong. This most previous (fifth attempt) to get the vehicle fixed they once again told me there is nothing wrong. Now I not only have a hefty $685 monthly payment due for the 3rd time without a properly working vehicle but am stuck in Philadelphia to begin my 2nd year of college without even a loaner car since I am not 21. Nobody at Infiniti of Manhasset nor Infiniti corporate is working at any serious rate of speed to get something accomplished. I have filed a lemon law suit on the car and corporate insisted on fighting the claim. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANY INFINITI. NICE LUXURY AND SPORTY CARS UNTIL ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH IT.DO NOT BUY!!!!!

All scum bags.My 2003 FX 45 was towed in because of engine problems. It has an infiniti warranty until 100,000 miles. The service man that called me, told me that basically the car was "ancient" to use his word, and that with 85,000 miles on the clock, I should expect to have constant problems. His suggestions included cleaning my ground wires among other things, - all conveniently not covered under warranty. I told them I'd like to hold off on the non-warranty repairs since the car was 'so old'. The one warranty repair they did complete did not solve the problem. I called over 10 times over the two day span they had the car. They disconnected me or hung up 80% of the time. On the rare occasion when I did get ahold of someone it was usual the receptionist, who was brusk and kept asking what I NEEDED and when I explained that I wanted an answer as to the status of the repair and when I could pick the car up, they kept saying, "we'll call you." In the meantime, they never called and when I called them around 6pm they said, "o, the car's been done for hours". I told them I'd pick it up at 8pm.They insisted that I give the my credit card over the phone so they could run it during normal business hours, and that the receptionist would have my keys when I arrived. When I got there, the receptionist I'd been speaking to all day told me she'd never heard of my or my car before, and I must have the wrong dealership. I almost believed her until I used my cellphone to redial the last number they'd called me from and her phone rang. Then I had to walk around the lot pressing the panic button on my spare remote (I don't know what made me bring it but thank god I did). When I found the car, it was buried in the back and it was FILTHY!When I started it, I noticed that the half a tank of gas the car had in it was gone and the light was on. They'd put 85 miles on the car over 2 days, used all the gas, and lost all of the paperwork to boot.So now, my car is at my local dealer being worked on, and in the meantime I'm struggling to get in contact with the service manager at Infiniti of Manhasset to insist on a refund. Off the record, my dealer said it didn't look like they'd done anything to the car at all. They're wrong however; after all, they did put 85miles on it, use up all the gas and get it totally filthy - which pissed me off even more since it was waxed the day before.Bottom line, they are scum bags, and are not to be trusted. If you look closely at the other reviews on this site, you'll notice that everyone says they keep bringing the car back in for the same repairs. That's because they never fix anything.

I would absolutely not recommend this dealer, primarily due to sketchy sales practices. First of all it was virtually impossible to get any exact numbers for trade-in or a purchase price on a new FX. The finance manager was so slimy he continually insisted on including the tax benefit of trading my car in with the appraisal. They also kept me waiting so long, when he came back from the 'manager's' office I had already decided they had wasted more than enough of my time and I had no intention of buying anything from them. There was no way these slimeballs deserve to make $5k on my trade.
